[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — About talktime received | |
Hello Sir, I recharged my cell (number [protected]) through online for 333/- rupee and vodafone provided me a talk time of 174/- . Which is about 50%. When I called vodafone I got response that there is no recharge of 333 so we are give that much talk time. My complaint is if they no recharge for 333/- then company should recharge for at least nearest rechargeable amount. i.e at least 300 rs. But here they are recharging for just 200 which is not fare and I strongly feel its cheating to a consumer. vodafone keeps changing there prepaid plans and rates. And these things they will never update in site. Then for what purpose does there site serve? Since last time when I recharged for Rs 333/- they provided full talk time this time they are telling plan is removed. This should be some where updated in site but they are not doing. This is not just question of money but now a days these telecommunications companies are cheating common man stating there own policies and rules which is cheating to common ppl like us. I too charged my cell [protected] with vodafone recharge on 29.10.2009 with Rs.100/- the Transaction id is AP[protected], the talk time given is 0.91 Rs. For the calls made no proper reply was recieved.
