Vodafone Prepaid — deactivation of caller tune
Sir,I, the undersigned, Mr. Ashok Parshuram Shinde, am a Vodafone customer for the last 8 years. My Mobile No. is [protected].
Since last month I am facing tremendous harrassment from your customer service cell, regarding activation of caller tone. I had denied this service, but was shocked when Rs. 30/- was deducted from my current balance.
These things are going on for last 6 months, and last month when I was in Gujarat State, they activated my caller tone automatically and deducted Rs. 30/-.
Once I contacted your Customer Care, I was told to send a SMS to a Toll Free No. 144 to lodge a complaint, regarding the deactivation of caller tone service. Even you will be annoyed to know, that though I was in Mumbai when I called the Toll Free No. Rs. 2/- was deducted from my balance.
I contacted your Customer Care, but they didn't respond to any of my complaints. I am fedup with your inhuman and unprofessional service. I would request you, for the last time, to stop the mental and financial harrassment.
If this harrassment continues, I will be forced to take legal action against you.

Vodafone Prepaid Mobile — caller tune deactivation
for caller tune deaction,i have contacted to vodafone 3 to 4 times since one month my request has been taken by company.But till date caller tune not deactivated and deducting charges from my balance.
