Dear Sir/Madam I have bearing a vodafone connection mobile number [protected],last last day my balance was detected(reduce) automatically .i call on helpline no 111 no one response me correctly they say that i game downloaded by you but for your information i don't have a Vodafone profile for using internet .than how the game downloaded by me? so please provide my refund amount ASAP.....and revert me. Vodafone — regarding balance
i got a recharge done for 450/- n i was suppose to get 490/-.but i got just 407/-,i complained about it,but they give me a fake complained number..n my problem remained unsolved..i was trying the customer care number but all i got is to hold the line n then they use to disconnect the callVodafone — regarding detect balance
i hane activated a internet service on my mobile( VODAPHONE) i have send a deactivate messege to company but company did not deactivate my service i try to call custemer cara they do not reply, my custemer care call service has been stopped i can not call to castemer care and balance also detect on my mobile daily i am in prob to this service i am not setisfied with this type of service p;lease take action as soon as possiblethanks

I have been using the vodafone connection for past 3 years. Last week i had recharge Rs.201 with full talk time. My account was updated with that amount. Today morning i saw my account balance at 10.17am, it had more that Rs 100. I tried to call my friends number at 11.57am, that time its said that no enough balance in my account. Then i dialled *111# and i got a message saying that account balance is 0.00.
Could you please check what happend to my balance?
