My number is [protected]. One 20th April, about 14:00 hrs I received a message saying as per your request, caller tunes has been activated. I was aware of the fraud, so I immediately called the IVR and deactivated in 10 mins. I got messages for both, activation as well as deactivation. But my balance was reduced by Rs. 30 for the rental. Ever since, I have asked for last five transactions, by sending sms FIVE to 111, the details are provided only till 11 am on 20th April, while its 24th April today. I seems that Vodafone do not want to give me evidence that they have deducted Rs.30 from my account. I moved to Vodafone, via MNP and found that a lot of issues are unadressed by Vodafone: a) Unasked subscriptions, b) IVR not connecting to Call Center, c) MNP subscribers not able to recharge online/eRecharge, d) Vodafone store is full of complaining people, takes at least an hour to be able to reach an executive, and I am sure, there are more, that I am yet to experience... It surprising how Vodafone, being such a large player, is not able to take care of these issues? These are so petty and silly things...
