I AM ALL READY SENDING THIS COMPLAINTS 20 TIME BUT MY PROBLEMS NOT SOLVE VERY VERY POOR SERVICE VODAFONE CARE, VODAFONE STORE OR NODAL OFFICER I HAVE PURCHASED THE VODAFONE K-3570 USB DEVICE ON 23/04/2011 FROM VODAFONE STORE SUNTELE WORLD SHOPE NO .4,ANGAD TOWER OPP SHUBHASH JUICE BAR AMRITSAR.WITH IMEI NO [protected] AND COMPLAINT WAS GIVEN TO VODAFONE STORE OPP SHUBHASH JUICE BAR MY DEVICE NO IS [protected] FOR EXTREME POOR NETWORK WITH AN EXTREME POOR SPEED EVERY TIME DISCONNECT PROBLEMS EVERY TIME LOCAL AREAS CONNECTION DISCONNECT OR 15 TO 30 MINT NOT CONNECT THE INTERNET HELP LINE TOLD ME THAT THE VODAFONE ENGIENEER WILL COME AND SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM BUT THE DATE TILL TODAY IN HAVE NOT RECIEVE ANY FEEDBACK FROM YOU BACK YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE HAD TOLD, THAT THE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED 24 HOURS BUT IT IS NOT SOLVED IN 40 DAYS ALSO,AND I AM UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY VODAFONE STORE ON THIS ISSUE, OTHERWISE TAKE THE DEVICE RETURN AND REFUND MY MONEY BACK , THE USB STICK WAS FAULTY AND THEY WASTED MY 40 IMPORTANT DAYS IN THERE STORE THE STORE MANAGER
OR ALL ARE THE SAME NO USE TALKING TO THEM AS THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO HELP NOW WERE ABLE FOR A POSITIVE
SOULUTION AND I HAD GIVEN MY USB STICK BACK TO THEM FOR WHICH THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE AND THEY HAVE ALSO CHEATED ME OF 6000/=IN CASH AND OTHER NON MONETARY THINGS LIKE TIME AND ENERGY.I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE VODAFONE.I EVEN WROTE THEM NO OF TIME BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE WILL LIKE TO SHARE SOME LETTERS WITH YOU

vodafone 3g stick — not a good staff to help

sir the vodafone store near my place does not provide any kind of a support they only make fake promises that we will do this work in the best possible time .they are of no use please call me i any thing could be done

I have purchased one Vodafone usb stick from Vodafone store suntele world address of shope no 4 ,angad tower, opp shubhash juice bar gagarmal road amritsar.usb stick k3570 IMEI no [protected] date of purchase 23/04/2011 invoice no 11474.I am not satisfied from vodafone store service because when we connect it internet connection disconnect again and again .we have also visited at vodafone store 15time vodafone staff and vodafone store manager are not solving my problem.if there any problem in your usb stick please change it or check it as soon as it is possibal its my request .from sanjeev talwar .mobile no [protected] .email id is [protected]@yahoo.in

vodafone/usb stick — not working the usb stick, they will not ready to refund

dear sir,
i purchesed a vodafone usb stick for internet purpose Rs-2600 Feb -2011. this s not work properly i went several time to nearest branch no one dosent giving response. please .
