This post is in regard to a cheating by Vodafone against my Mobile No [protected]. It’s a complaint about Vodafone Rs. 4/- Tariff daily plans scheme.
I had made a request for activate 8 STD minute on Sunday 3 July 2011 (at about 10:15) AM on pack of 4rs. After making request using *444*1# I got popup confirmation from Vodafone that 8 local/STD minute has been activated and valid for till 3 July 2011 only and they deducted rs4 from my balance. I was Ok with that message because I know that this scheme is only for one day. But after getting confirmation when I had made a call from my cell, Vodafone charge, standard charge from my main balance.
When I got a message that standard amount is deducted from my main balance, I complained to customer care. Firstly I called a customer care (Sorry I don't remember the name of that person) he purposely discontinued the call in between conversation. After that I again made a call to customer care and customer care representative (Named as Imran) attended the call. I told my problem to Imran. So in response of my problem’s solution He (Imran) said that, this scheme (Vodafone Rs. 4 Promotional Scheme) will be activated with in 2 hours. So I simply said that if that particular scheme will be activated with in 2 hour then give that kind of message to customer like Scheme will be activated with in 2 hour. I got a confirmation that Scheme has been activated. And after that I disconnect the call from customer care.
In noon on the same day, means after waiting for more then 4 hours for 8 local/std minute. I again made a call from my cell, Again balance got deducted from my main balance. Again I called customer care executive (Named a Mazher) and told my problem. In response to my problem he says that
1. The service is activated in your mobile. Then I simply said to him if the service in my account then why the balance is deducted from my main balance? And believe me he had no answer for this question.
2. After that he told me that Sir please try to call again and lets see whether scheme has been activated or not. Because in our system its shows as Activated and Cut the phone.
So as suggested by Mazhar, again I make a call from my number and ([B] laughing [/B]) I had expected this no wonder... the balance was deducted from my main balance.
At this point my temperament level was on High. Again I called to customer care executive (Named as Sundeep). He told me the same thing which earlier customer care representative told me. Like:
1. Sir Already activated
2. Please Dial *225*0#
3. Please Dial *225*8#
4. Please Dial *225*5#
5. Please wait I am checking
I simply said to him that if you don’t have a solution then please transfer my call to your superior person. Then he transfer my call to his senior named as “Rucha”. Again he transfers my call to a supervisor Named as “Ajit”. He told me that he logged my complained and will revert back to me with in 24 hours. I said him, why you are taking 24 hour for a service which has life only 12 hours. So he said to me that his only work is taking the complaint, Vodafone back-office will revert on that issue.
I said ok and disconnect the call as I have nothing to do. I had this conversation length is almost one hour. So you guys easily knows that my temperament level on that time.
Within 24 hours I had no call from Vodafone, so I again make a call to customer care and had a discussion with another supervisor. He told me that it will take 48 hours to resolve. I told him that as per as earlier discussion with Vodafone this should be take 24 hour why 48 hour how disgusting! Then he told me it’s a standard time talking by team to resolve the problem. I said ok and disconnect the call.
But till now I don’t get any revert from Vodafone.
And I want to mention one more important thing, this is not happen first time, This issue is happen with me more then 4 times in previous month. Due to my busy schedule in office, I have no time to think about this problem. This issue is comes in light when I made a request on Sunday.
[B]I strongly recommend that-:[/B]
1. I want that they refund my money; I am totally disturbed by the Vodafone service.
2. Vodafone is only a Fraud Company nothing else.
3. Don’t use any service provided by Vodafone
4. My personal advice now is ONLY BSNL in India is providing the best services rest ALL ARE USELESS, Government Organizations are even better than Vodafone.
5. No One should go for their CHEAP & ROUGH Services else you will get your money to the DUSTBIN.
Its very harassing begin customer of such a big telecom company. My faith is hurted by Vodafone, whereas I am a permanent customer of Vodafone from last 7 Year so you have thought about that.

My mobile no is [protected] and I subscribed on 26/06/11 for Rs.123/- for unlimited internet promo service by dialing *121*123# .My balance deducted twice for Rs.123/- on 26/06 and on 28/06 but my service is not yet started nor any refund is given to me.
I talked to customer care on 28/06 but they did nothing.I am unable to do any thing and now what shall I do.
Kindly help me in this matter.
