This is regarding the IPhone GPRS scheme offered by Vodafone Prepaid div

On 28th a customer care executive asked me to activate iPhone scheme by sending a msg i.e. ACT IPHONE to 144 so that all the application in iphone starts working...i followed his instructions and after that 3 days later i.e. on 1st july i called up the customer care to ask whether the scheme is activated as i didn't recieve any confirmation msg and also my apps were still not workin the guy said that u now have to activate the 3G plan for Rs. 102 which i was not informed abt earlier.....and the major point is that my apps used to work under the same scheme when the card was postpaid connection......so why was i not informed abt this earlier..

    Hi,

    This is regarding “auto renewal on bonus14 offering 200MB from Vodafone”.
    I have not subscribed for anything today(Jul1st 2011). But shocked to see message from VT-Auto14 that I had received, saying like above and then 14 rs deducted from my Vodafone account after activation of Bonus14. Everything was done in one single VT-Auto14 sms.

    I don’t know why and how it was happened. Requesting you to give me the valid reason and credit back 14rs to my accnt.

    Please let me know if you need any info.

    Vodafone network is very good but in other side vodafone uses it as to more advantage and sucks out the balance like snatching from vodafone customers! Like wit the new option auto renewal they take money unfairly...and that option was been automatically updated to all vodafone sim card...as if all the customer has orded for that auto renewal option ...now the reason why is all that they wanna earn more money indirectly...please every one take this as a serious issue and carry it to a good ending...

      unknowing i have dialed *567#. massage come activation of caller tune with multiple choice but i have canceled. after few minutes i have got massage your caller tune do not activate due less balance. after two days i have recharged my number and one later rs.30 deducted for caller tune. and got massage your caller tune activated.why? so please refund money and deactivate caller tune. my phone no. is [protected].

      Vodafone — Refund of money of caller tune

      sir my name is manisha i have a compliant against vodafone . on 26th of july 2010 about 7 pm vodafone activated my caller tune automatically without my permission on about 8:15 i register a compliant against it in vodafone . there was a guy named rakesh kumar who told me that ur balance will be refunded on 28th july 2010 till 7pm . but i dint get the balance . when i again call them they said that v r sorry u cant get the balance .
      sir please take action against them . they do this for me about 4th time .
      i'll be very grateful to u .

        My mobile number [protected] ported from Idea to vodafone at[protected], but there no call from network or guidance regarding how much to recharge first and they said to give welcome offer after porting but they dint give any such offers, after two days one message came from network to recharge my no for 23 rs but my number cant be recharged for 23, it said that it is invalid amount, even after complaining to 198 for several times there is know responce, I was frustrated very much, Is there any way to cancel my porting and go back to my own network now, Please give me details.

            Ref.: Post-Paid Mobile Number [protected] in the Name of Joshua John Sambyal, B-302, Shubhangan Complex, Plot No. 25A, Sector 7, Kamothe Above SBI, Navi Mumbai 410209.
            Subject: Applied for Mobile Number Portability, but number not released by Vodafone.
            I applied for Mobile Number Portability on 6th May 2011. I went and registered with MTNL for Trump Pre-paid connection on 9th May 2011. But Vodafone company has not released my number so far.
            On 8th June 2011, I received a call from MTNL saying that there was some problem with the Unique Porting Code and that they need a new Porting Code. So on 8th June 2011 I got a new Unique Porting Code and gave to MTNL.
            22 days have passed since this also and my nuber has not yet been released by Vodafone.
            I have their Bill dated 18.5.011 for the period 18.4.11 to 17.5.2011.
            I have not used this number after 18th May 2011.
            Please have my number released from Vodafone. They should have released my number a few days after 6th May 2011. I also should be compensated for giving me tension by not releasing my number.

              I am using Vodafone's 2GB internet plan since[protected] on [protected]. I was surfing internet on my handset on[protected] at night. Suddenly at 1:24am I received SMS From Vodafone "VL95 has been deactivated successfull on your Vodafone prepaid." I checked my account balance, it was deducting as per my net usages. But internet balance (by dialing *141*9#) is stil showing 1043.02MB left and valid till 8 july.
              I tried to call to customer care since i received that sms, but customer care not responded. My call is not going to customer care executive after pressing 9. i tried from my airtel number to call to customer care for the same. But there also same thing happened, and only my balance deducted.
              I tried many times to 111, 198 from my vodafone number ([protected]) and on [protected] from my airtel number, but Failed.....
              I am requesting here to vodafone "BE HAPPY TO HELP".
              And respond me related to my 2GB internet pack of 95 urgently, it's validity till 8th july.

                  If you have over 12 Crore mobile phone customers and imagine if the company steal 3 or 4 rupees from your account, we will not notice. But total amount they will be getting is 12.5 crore x 4 rupees=50 crore rupees.
                  This is the new white collared stealing done by Vodafone, the British company. In the past British came to India and stole all our money and wealth and they gave us freedom with nothing to spare. But after 50 years when we started regaining our money they are sending modern thieves to steal our money again, this time in the form of mobile companies like Vodafone.
                  I have lost 13 rupees from my account today and when I called the customer care they told me that my account was having -10 rupees balance, but when I checked today morning I had only -4.45 rupees.
                  I thought it was my mistake but when I asked where the 3 rupees is gone they simply said that it is the charge of seeing their ads, I didn't understand and the agent clarified me, he said, did u saw ads in the cell info portion, then we will automatically send SMS and and you have lost the money.

                  What is this? stealing no other words right, and when I asked them to connect to the supervisor they simply disconnected the call. No: [protected], pretty decent customer service.

                  Stay away from Vodafone, stay away from the British.
                  Hi now everybody out there have got an about their arrogant customer care and attitude, it is the first time I am getting no response after posting a complaint here.

                  Their silence proves that what I said is correct.

                  Even the TATA DOCOMO infamous for their customer care responded when I posted a complaint here.

                  Pity u Vodafone, I think their agents need some serious personality development and customer interaction training.
                  They may so shy to interact.
                  But I didn't got a penny yet.

                    199 talk plan — SMS Charges on special numbers

                    42 Nos Special No. SMS Charges (Rs.126.000 have been charged extra in our Dec'08 bill.
                    It was happened for your fault, I have not done any SMS and have no interest for this.
                    I have also talked with two customer care representatives on Sundat, the 4th January, 2009 regarding this.
                    Please correct my bill immediately and confirm for which I have decided not to use this connection after 14th January, 2009 and also will not pay Rs. 422.65.

                          Hi, i am Piyush Kumar Aggarwal, PREPAID customer of Vodafone, Mobile no. - [protected]. I have taken a recharge of 110 rupees on 19th, April 2011. They had activated a expired service on my mobile phone, in which they have given 94 rupees and valid for 7 days. Also, those 94 rupees was added as special balance, which i was unable to use due to insufficient balance. Thus, i had not used even a single Penny from that and the balance got expired after 26th April.

                          I asked them through mail to correct my prepaid account balance, but they told me that we are working on that upto mid of May and finally no reply has come... I was using that vodafone connection last 3 years..!!
                          My no. will come under Tamilnadu customer care. Is Kerela customer care can access my account information??

                          If yes, then please check the data from 18/04/2011 to 27/042011 of all recharges and usages from my account, may be it will make more clear you. And if it is possible than send those details to me also. I am still having your recharge sms on my mobile phone of regarding date in which it clearly mentioned the amount and validity of the recharge.

                            The charges for this bill period are Rs. 8003.82.
                            Further,in this bill an outgoing ISD call with following particulars is reflecting:
                            Date- 15/05/11
                            Time: 155 min

                            Duration(min:sec)-155 min
                            Charges(Rs)-6975/-
                            I, Kuntal S Shah, using Vodafone's postpaid connection from last 3 years. Regularly paying bill on time. Never done ISD calls. But this time bill was raised for ISD calls to country Sao Tome & Principe of Rs. 6975/- in a single day on 15.05.2011 on above mentioned numbers. Even I never heard about this country. After receiving Bill in June, I made complaint to Vodafone. But they confirms that their bills are accurate and they do not charge for services which is not utilized.
                            But I am also confirming that I did not made any ISD calls to that country.
                            then why should I pay for calls which I did not made. Also my dynamic credit limit is 2500/- then why vodafone did not barred service. They barred service from evening of 17.5.2011. I am afraid about it that if my phone was hacked and misused, Kindly tell me how to prove my point that I have not called on this number, all I can say is that go for Vigilance Enquiry for this telecall.so pl. look into matter and request to waive the wrong billing amount.

                            This reply I already received. I already explained yesterday on telecall from your dept. So for resolving this issue, deep checking is required to be done by Cyber cell.
                            I am also afraid about possibilities of misuse for wrong deal on this ISD call. Also my facility was not deactivated on same day as credit limit crossed. During 15.5.2011 full day calls were made. On 17.5.2011 late evening outgoing facility was stopped. And I contacted vodafone gallery. So till the time no meaning of "Dynamic credit limit" then why should I pay ?
                            So, for justice, I have to approach CCPS.

                            As per the guidance of Vodafone RM, i submitted complaint to Cyber Cell Police Station. As per guidance of Grahak Suraksha call centre's executive I went to give complaint to Nodal Officer at Vodafone Essar Ltd. at andheri kurla Road, Mumbai. But they take a copy and not given acknowledgement by company's official seal. They said once I contacted consumer court and police station so now they will reply through them only.
                            I also mentioned that I want to know the handset's IMEI no. so it is also easy to proove. But they are just following up for payment.
                            In current scenario, it is very important to proove that who made calls. As international calls done are for wrong work then in future I may be in problem. So it is very important to go in deep.

                              Hi,
                              I am a vodafone postpaid user. Vodafone charged me for the calls which were never connected while I was on international roaming. I have immediately raised this issue as soon as I got the detailed bill from Vodafone. I communicated to them the same problem through email, through phone calls and in person. I have submitted call logs from my blackberry to vodafone but they did not accept it. The extra charges were Rs. 990 + 10% service tax + 3% education cess. They have never resolved the issue and declared me defaulter.

                              I have been using this no. for more than 5 years.

                              I request you to take up this issue with vodafone. I do not want to be a defaulter and at the same time would like to continue with the service provider and my cell phone number. Moreover I do not want to pay for the services I did not use.

                                I had recharged my phone with a RS 95 top up plan of internet.On 25th JUNE 2011...
                                I had messaged ALL to 52586 about 15 times to get the settings on my mobile..
                                But there WAS no response.
                                Then I mesagged my IMEI no. to 52586 to manually get the settings.
                                But again NO RESPONSE.
                                Then asked about this problem to the customer care no. 111 who were not able to solve this problem either.Instead transferred my call which never answered back.

                                This is my request to solve this issue as soon as possible as I need the internet connection urgently.

                                  I am sending SMS PORT 1900 <10 DIGIT MOBILE NUMBER> but there is no response. I have sent this sms atleast 10 times in last 7 days. I have heard Vodafone will create issues in porting but to this extent, I didnt know. This is the first step and this the reaction. There customer care says keep on trying this is really irritating. I am not sure whom to contact. I raised this request to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com for 4 to 5 times but no solution.
                                  I have vodafone connection from last 4 to 5 years and last month i shifted to vodafone postpaid connection.
                                  I have two vodafone prepaid numbers last month two prepaid was converted into post paid for one number i got UPC code for another they are creating problem.

                                  I am using vodafone cell [protected] and I am facing network problem at office. I have requested to chekc & take action. till date no improvemnt. I have requested for nuber portability & there is absolutely no co-operation from Vodafone.
                                  I would like to have advise how to proceed in this matter.

                                  No portability message. Vodafone is not providing Unique portability Code required to switch over to another Network. They have blocked the message to 1900. I have been trying to send messages to 1900 and also spoken to customer care executives​, still my message not being sent to 1900. They're not providing solutions.

                                    I am Ankit Gupta, mobile no.[protected], vodafone postpaid customer. I had been given a special benefit of "One Vodafone Number free calling on for 3 months" from Vodafone Store Model town, Delhi as on 14th April 2011. As per my latest Bills of the month June 2011, I had been charged @20 paisa/min for the outgoing calls on that number i.e Rs.224. No action is taken as per my complaints and requests by Vodafone care and Vodafone Store Model Town, Delhi till date. This problem is arised again as i had previously complaint for the same problem of the month april and may 2011.
                                    The customer care executives in Vodafone Store, model town Delhi, treated me very badly. They totally back-step from their words and the way of talking is also unprofessional. Ms. Nishtha wason is the concern person at the Vodafone Store Model Town, Delhi to whom i had been talked. She clearly warn me for complaining anywhere and is refused to waive off these unnecessary charges levied on my bill. This is totally inconvenience of services by the Vodafone Store Model town, Delhi. I have been mentally harassed by the Vodafone Company from last three months.
                                    So, please kindly take some action and waive off the charges.

                                      i have purchased one data card from the so called company vodafone .after i use it i come to know tht it is not providing any speed even it cant open the site like GOOGLE.N the company commits tht it provides the speed up to 3.1mbps n for mee it's not n by calling in there customer service there say's tht they can't regarding the speed problem & sometimes they hold the call not attend after that .So i just want the not any compensation frm them...Pls help me......

                                        we have some tower related problems in our area rander in surat city gujarat. when we are at home we are not able to receive or make any call and thats not all, when we message some one the tax are not delivered immediately and some time we the txts which r received were almost sent about 5 to 6 hours earlier. we are greatly disappointed with this kind of service but we still want to continue with your services because of your prestige.
                                        please kindly solve our problems as soon as possible...

                                        i can't able to make a cal to anyone else . from today morning it is like this.
                                        We got 1st mobile service from vodafone at raidihi distric sundargarh odisha pin no-770021.but later airtel gave a connection on the same tower. At first we had got better service form the company but later the tower service is poor because vodafone tower watcher bioused by airtel.we r getting full tower from the airtel now but the vidafone is poor at the same tower
