Vodafone network s**** when contacted with the guy i bought the sim, he is asking to send mails to some guys and when to vodafone store, they replaced the sim , and that to they are charging for the sim, (Is it my mistake that your sales person gave me wrong sim) , I changed my sim, but still no use, when ever my friends have to talk to me , they have to try atleast 5- 10 times to connect to vodafone network.

It is very very very - thousand or more times very pathetic experience i have with vodafone, and i am going back to airtel, atleast airtel is best in network.

So guys who ever is reading this, please check if you want to be in touch with your friends and especially family, and be tension free of complaints from friends and family that your ur number is not reachable anytime, never go for vodafone!!!!!!!

      I am a subscriber of 3 nos. postpaid mobile connection from M/s Vodafone vij. [protected](1st Corporate),[protected](Add-on to 1st ) & [protected](Add-on to 1st). For the last 1 year or so I am being harrased by M/s Vodafone & its agents for no fault of mine.

      1. [protected] was activated till 31/12/2010, payment made upto 31/12/2010. As Vodafone could not provide me receipt for re-submission of address & ID proof, I didn't re-submit. Since this is my 1st no.all my business contacts failed to contact me. As a result I might have lost business worth Rs.10 lacs or so..Moreover, I lost the goodwill of maintaining a no. which can't be measured.

      2. From & to my 1st & 2nd no.I can call @10 paise per minute, but the same facility has not been provided by Vodafone to my 3rd no. even after several requests. Though, technically they are supposed to provide me the facility.

      In this regard, I request you lodge my complaint and compensate me accordingly.

        Dear Concern person,
        This is Rajesh Giri using prepaid mobile [protected] for 3 years, I have used 1 day internet service at 14th june'11 02:00 hrs for 40 mb data, when I cheak uses data at 2:20am 15th june, 5MB balance in my a/c. i stop the net connection from mobile to laptop at 2:50 am after that got a sms at 03:21 am 15th june, that ur service expaired,"validity expiry regular surfing charges of 10p/10kb shall apply". But in the morning I got 35 rs detected and 642 rs in the minus i.e 677 rs charged for approximate 30 min. Its prepaid number so it should not be in negative , at zero balance net service should be disconnect as other company like AIRCEL do (I hv used AIRCEL net). there is no ultimation by voda. voda care reply me by written mail that its right detection, Balance will be detected i[censored] will not disconeected, it may be big negative balance like 5000 rs, but its not logical, voda give 2 gb data for 30 day in just 95 rs. I have restrain to stop the sim card. voda care is not supporting me.
        I request you please do needful with high periority. I want to take serious action against voda.

          My account balance is continuously deducted by Rs.14/- for three times.I have already activated Rs.123/- Internet Promo.

          Kindly look into matter and do the needful for me otherwise I have to stop my service forever with Vodafone.your customer service is not satisfactory here.

          My mobile no is [protected] and I subscribed on 26/06/11 for Rs.123/- for unlimited internet promo service by dialing *121*123# .My balance deducted twice for Rs.123/- on 26/06 and on 28/06 but my service is not yet started nor any refund is given to me.
          I talked to customer care on 28/06 but they did nothing.I am unable to do any thing and now what shall I do.
          Kindly help me in this matter.

            Hi,

            This post is in regard to a cheating by Vodafone against my Mobile No [protected]. It’s a complaint about Vodafone Rs. 4/- Tariff daily plans scheme.
            I had made a request for activate 8 STD minute on Sunday 3 July 2011 (at about 10:15) AM on pack of 4rs. After making request using *444*1# I got popup confirmation from Vodafone that 8 local/STD minute has been activated and valid for till 3 July 2011 only and they deducted rs4 from my balance. I was Ok with that message because I know that this scheme is only for one day. But after getting confirmation when I had made a call from my cell, Vodafone charge, standard charge from my main balance.
            When I got a message that standard amount is deducted from my main balance, I complained to customer care. Firstly I called a customer care (Sorry I don't remember the name of that person) he purposely discontinued the call in between conversation. After that I again made a call to customer care and customer care representative (Named as Imran) attended the call. I told my problem to Imran. So in response of my problem’s solution He (Imran) said that, this scheme (Vodafone Rs. 4 Promotional Scheme) will be activated with in 2 hours. So I simply said that if that particular scheme will be activated with in 2 hour then give that kind of message to customer like Scheme will be activated with in 2 hour. I got a confirmation that Scheme has been activated. And after that I disconnect the call from customer care.
            In noon on the same day, means after waiting for more then 4 hours for 8 local/std minute. I again made a call from my cell, Again balance got deducted from my main balance. Again I called customer care executive (Named a Mazher) and told my problem. In response to my problem he says that
            1. The service is activated in your mobile. Then I simply said to him if the service in my account then why the balance is deducted from my main balance? And believe me he had no answer for this question.
            2. After that he told me that Sir please try to call again and lets see whether scheme has been activated or not. Because in our system its shows as Activated and Cut the phone.
            So as suggested by Mazhar, again I make a call from my number and ([B] laughing [/B]) I had expected this no wonder... the balance was deducted from my main balance.
            At this point my temperament level was on High. Again I called to customer care executive (Named as Sundeep). He told me the same thing which earlier customer care representative told me. Like:

            1. Sir Already activated
            2. Please Dial *225*0#
            3. Please Dial *225*8#
            4. Please Dial *225*5#
            5. Please wait I am checking

            I simply said to him that if you don’t have a solution then please transfer my call to your superior person. Then he transfer my call to his senior named as “Rucha”. Again he transfers my call to a supervisor Named as “Ajit”. He told me that he logged my complained and will revert back to me with in 24 hours. I said him, why you are taking 24 hour for a service which has life only 12 hours. So he said to me that his only work is taking the complaint, Vodafone back-office will revert on that issue.
            I said ok and disconnect the call as I have nothing to do. I had this conversation length is almost one hour. So you guys easily knows that my temperament level on that time.
            Within 24 hours I had no call from Vodafone, so I again make a call to customer care and had a discussion with another supervisor. He told me that it will take 48 hours to resolve. I told him that as per as earlier discussion with Vodafone this should be take 24 hour why 48 hour how disgusting! Then he told me it’s a standard time talking by team to resolve the problem. I said ok and disconnect the call.
            But till now I don’t get any revert from Vodafone.
            And I want to mention one more important thing, this is not happen first time, This issue is happen with me more then 4 times in previous month. Due to my busy schedule in office, I have no time to think about this problem. This issue is comes in light when I made a request on Sunday.
            [B]I strongly recommend that-:[/B]
            1. I want that they refund my money; I am totally disturbed by the Vodafone service.
            2. Vodafone is only a Fraud Company nothing else.
            3. Don’t use any service provided by Vodafone
            4. My personal advice now is ONLY BSNL in India is providing the best services rest ALL ARE USELESS, Government Organizations are even better than Vodafone.
            5. No One should go for their CHEAP & ROUGH Services else you will get your money to the DUSTBIN.
            Its very harassing begin customer of such a big telecom company. My faith is hurted by Vodafone, whereas I am a permanent customer of Vodafone from last 7 Year so you have thought about that.
            Hoping to get some positive response.

              I have been using Vodafone Mobile Connect for many years now. Earlier speeds used to be around 110-115 Kbps but since last 2-3 months speeds have gone ridiculously low and are in the range of 12-13 kbps generally. Sometimes, the speeds even become lesser and also the data transfer stops completely. It seems to be delibrate attempt to push their 3G services. I have reported this problem many times to Vodafone but to no avail. I thought vodafone is happy to help but it all seems just like a gimmick now.

                Hi,

                As my vodafone postpaid number [protected] has been barred for outgoing calls since 30th june midnight. In this regard many times i had conversations with vodafone customer care executives and also with vodafone customer retention team executives. Also after getting no response i visited vodafone store sector 18 , noida on 2nd june.
                now let me explain the communication procedure...

                1. i had conversation with you customercare executive named Sahil. he has taken my complain at 1st july morning around 8 and he told me that he has processed the request and my numbers outgoing call will start within 4 hours. (Wrong Commitment).

                2. After wating 4- 5 hours again i called vodafone customer care and then i told them if they cannt open my number please change my number from postpaid to prepaid. then i had conversation with Vijay Sharma. He again told me that my number will start working within 4 hours, he told me that he has forworded a mail for mycredit limit inhancement too...(Wrong commitment)

                3. Again after waitng 4-5 hours i called to customer care , and talked with another executive of retention team, Simranjeet.. again he didn't helped me in migration my number postpaid to prepaid.. but he told me that please use postpaid as its benificial. he again given commitment to start my number in within 4 hours(Wrong Commitment).

                4. After these all frustration i went vodafone store, sector -18 noida. got my number after 2 hours waiting in queue. Again i got the same type of commitment that, we are working on that issue and u ll get your your number started within 4 hours. She also shown me the mail what she has forworded in my behalf. i was totally convinced that it will get start today. But what a surprise number not started yet today.(wrong commitment)

                ISSUE- unbilled amount over the credit limit...due to data usage even i have taken the vodafone mobile connect pack 2 gb at 98.

                Current unbilled amount is rs 3141 and into this call usage would be max around 500.


                please look into this issue. as i m in big problem. not able to do any calls. if not possible then tell me other way.


                My customer care is also barred..not able to contact any executive.

                  This to inform you that i am your pioneer customer of Vodafone but in last month May 2011 i was harassed and embarrassed like anything where all my experiences with the company will be memorable in my life.



                  In the month of may i was given a Vmc of rs 98 rental where 2Gb is totally free in a month but this was actually a trap to the customer. I received a mail from the co stating that your vodafone moblile connect is being activated on 6-5-2011 and written that call for customer care . So i called up customer on 6th and got the setting but i was not a vmc it was a vodafone live and bill was charged by the co. From customer"s end customer knows that Gprs is free whether vmc or vodafone live is being used and there was never complete explanation was given that other than Vmc is not free .


                  I was being charged of rs 1300 for the usage in the bill unnecessarily where vmc is free that was not enough when i received the bill of May *( bill no [protected] , Bill period[protected] to[protected] ,

                  I saw that vodafone has charged me the gprs so i logged a compliant on 29th May in 198 and spoke to Ramanjeet Singh Inquiry no-[protected] where he informed me that some-one callback on 1st but unfortunate no 1 bother to call back me then again 3rd June again spoke to Debashish inquiry no[protected] said that by 4th you will received a call from Relationship manager Shruti Ajmera where again no one call me up . After this incident again called i called up on 16th June spoke to Shurela inquiry no- [protected] that i will received a call from Relationship manager Shruti Ajmera and by the god grace Shruti Ajmera called me up on 18th where i came to know that my charges are not reversed . That was not enough i was insulted by Shruti Ajmera and according to her i have deliberately used it.


                  i hope my request will bring fruitful results and I am a vodafone customer for the past 4 years now and have been holding multiple numbers for all my family members will withdraw if my request is not granted . I already compliant to Trai and consumer compliant forum regarding my harassment.

                    My number is [protected] and I'm a subscriber of Vodafone Karnataka. I am receiving unwanted SMS from 12320 regarding 'Kids Joke Pack'. I NEVER activated it and am losing money everyday.

                    I tried to de-activate through customer care but he says NO service is activated. De-activate it as soon as possible. If this continues, I will take severe action.

                    Vodafone Karnataka — Spamming outgoing call with "Document submission message "

                    Dear sir,

                    I bearing the number Nine eight eight six two one six one six two. I had submitted my documents to these otop ftustrating me with iutgoing 'documents submission message'. Ihad sybmitted mh documents 10 days ago. I had written emails twice o the nodal officer and customer care. No one responded for a week, Atlast, I saw an email from the nodal officer stating that message playback was deactvated. I am still hearing the irritating message. No ever calls cares. These vodafone folks are extremely unpleasnt to reply to emails, answer on phones.

                      I hereby Mohan Radhakrishnan, i had purchased the Vodafone K3570-Z USB device on 02 June 2011 night from retailer shop in Madurantakam-603306, Kancheepuram District – TamilNadu, due to official work on 3rd June 2011 morning I came to Greater Noida and here I am unable to access my internet (Very slow & unable to open the web page). I didn’t check the stick in TamilNadu location, i believed in the brand name.

                      To open the Google Page, i have to wait for 10 minutes, from 3rd June to till date useless support is provided by Vodafone care and Vodafone onsite person, Showroom associate, vodafone support given the solution as "Take your SIM out from stick and reinsert the SIM in stick again to check "..

                      Vodafone/Mobile Broadband — improper billing

                      sir, I am kailash Chandra Behera, a vodafone customer and having a SIM no [protected] for Vodafone mobile broadband. I have taken Rs 499/- per month plan i.e unlimited plan. Surprisingly,The Bill for the period from 14 Dec 10 to 06 Jan 11(22 days) shot upto Rs.830/- and the bill for the next month ie.07 Jan 11 to 06 Feb 11 settled at Rs 1491/-.this is highly ambiguos and it is contravenes the monthly plan.I've chosen unlimited plan for a monthly rental Rs 499/- but the bill coming is unaffordable and needs to be clarified before its payment. Now i have disconnected the service. Earlier also i approached to the Local Vodafone care office,Sirsa but they were helpless to do anything on the amount of bill. I registered the same complaint through this channel but no action taken place yet.

                      I request your kind intervention to resolve the isue and weird billing.

                        This is regarding the IPhone GPRS scheme offered by Vodafone Prepaid div

                        On 28th a customer care executive asked me to activate iPhone scheme by sending a msg i.e. ACT IPHONE to 144 so that all the application in iphone starts working...i followed his instructions and after that 3 days later i.e. on 1st july i called up the customer care to ask whether the scheme is activated as i didn't recieve any confirmation msg and also my apps were still not workin the guy said that u now have to activate the 3G plan for Rs. 102 which i was not informed abt earlier.....and the major point is that my apps used to work under the same scheme when the card was postpaid connection......so why was i not informed abt this earlier..

                          This is regarding “auto renewal on bonus14 offering 200MB from Vodafone”.
                          I have not subscribed for anything today(Jul1st 2011). But shocked to see message from VT-Auto14 that I had received, saying like above and then 14 rs deducted from my Vodafone account after activation of Bonus14. Everything was done in one single VT-Auto14 sms.

                          I don’t know why and how it was happened. Requesting you to give me the valid reason and credit back 14rs to my accnt.

                          Please let me know if you need any info.

                          Vodafone network is very good but in other side vodafone uses it as to more advantage and sucks out the balance like snatching from vodafone customers! Like wit the new option auto renewal they take money unfairly...and that option was been automatically updated to all vodafone sim card...as if all the customer has orded for that auto renewal option ...now the reason why is all that they wanna earn more money indirectly...please every one take this as a serious issue and carry it to a good ending...

                            sir my name is manisha i have a compliant against vodafone . on 26th of july 2010 about 7 pm vodafone activated my caller tune automatically without my permission on about 8:15 i register a compliant against it in vodafone . there was a guy named rakesh kumar who told me that ur balance will be refunded on 28th july 2010 till 7pm . but i dint get the balance . when i again call them they said that v r sorry u cant get the balance .
                            sir please take action against them . they do this for me about 4th time .

                              My mobile number [protected] ported from Idea to vodafone at[protected], but there no call from network or guidance regarding how much to recharge first and they said to give welcome offer after porting but they dint give any such offers, after two days one message came from network to recharge my no for 23 rs but my number cant be recharged for 23, it said that it is invalid amount, even after complaining to 198 for several times there is know responce, I was frustrated very much, Is there any way to cancel my porting and go back to my own network now, Please give me details.

                                  Ref.: Post-Paid Mobile Number [protected] in the Name of Joshua John Sambyal, B-302, Shubhangan Complex, Plot No. 25A, Sector 7, Kamothe Above SBI, Navi Mumbai 410209.
                                  Subject: Applied for Mobile Number Portability, but number not released by Vodafone.
                                  I applied for Mobile Number Portability on 6th May 2011. I went and registered with MTNL for Trump Pre-paid connection on 9th May 2011. But Vodafone company has not released my number so far.
                                  On 8th June 2011, I received a call from MTNL saying that there was some problem with the Unique Porting Code and that they need a new Porting Code. So on 8th June 2011 I got a new Unique Porting Code and gave to MTNL.
                                  22 days have passed since this also and my nuber has not yet been released by Vodafone.
                                  I have their Bill dated 18.5.011 for the period 18.4.11 to 17.5.2011.
                                  I have not used this number after 18th May 2011.
                                  Please have my number released from Vodafone. They should have released my number a few days after 6th May 2011. I also should be compensated for giving me tension by not releasing my number.

                                    I am using Vodafone's 2GB internet plan since[protected] on [protected]. I was surfing internet on my handset on[protected] at night. Suddenly at 1:24am I received SMS From Vodafone "VL95 has been deactivated successfull on your Vodafone prepaid." I checked my account balance, it was deducting as per my net usages. But internet balance (by dialing *141*9#) is stil showing 1043.02MB left and valid till 8 july.
                                    I tried to call to customer care since i received that sms, but customer care not responded. My call is not going to customer care executive after pressing 9. i tried from my airtel number to call to customer care for the same. But there also same thing happened, and only my balance deducted.
                                    I tried many times to 111, 198 from my vodafone number ([protected]) and on [protected] from my airtel number, but Failed.....
                                    I am requesting here to vodafone "BE HAPPY TO HELP".
                                    And respond me related to my 2GB internet pack of 95 urgently, it's validity till 8th july.

                                        If you have over 12 Crore mobile phone customers and imagine if the company steal 3 or 4 rupees from your account, we will not notice. But total amount they will be getting is 12.5 crore x 4 rupees=50 crore rupees.
                                        This is the new white collared stealing done by Vodafone, the British company. In the past British came to India and stole all our money and wealth and they gave us freedom with nothing to spare. But after 50 years when we started regaining our money they are sending modern thieves to steal our money again, this time in the form of mobile companies like Vodafone.
                                        I have lost 13 rupees from my account today and when I called the customer care they told me that my account was having -10 rupees balance, but when I checked today morning I had only -4.45 rupees.
                                        I thought it was my mistake but when I asked where the 3 rupees is gone they simply said that it is the charge of seeing their ads, I didn't understand and the agent clarified me, he said, did u saw ads in the cell info portion, then we will automatically send SMS and and you have lost the money.

                                        What is this? stealing no other words right, and when I asked them to connect to the supervisor they simply disconnected the call. No: [protected], pretty decent customer service.

                                        Stay away from Vodafone, stay away from the British.
                                        Hi now everybody out there have got an about their arrogant customer care and attitude, it is the first time I am getting no response after posting a complaint here.

                                        Their silence proves that what I said is correct.

                                        Even the TATA DOCOMO infamous for their customer care responded when I posted a complaint here.

                                        Pity u Vodafone, I think their agents need some serious personality development and customer interaction training.
                                        They may so shy to interact.
                                        But I didn't got a penny yet.
