Actually its the same person who's calling me from difrnt numbers and uses vulgar language as soon as the call starts. So its a kind request to you, please take a legal action against this number. I am a vodafone user.They change the number and the option to to talk to customer care executive.

The problem is if you talk to customer care then they charge for that.

This is the way to earn money.

You will not get option to talk to customer care executive in one go ane everytime you call you will be charged.

If they change the option on the number provided ,they don't inform...

However without any intimidation from Vodafone Essar Ltd. my relationship number was changed to 1.19470497. It has been always under the scheme of Individual Number only. Charges for caller tune were deducted from my prepaid vodaphone no [protected] without any request for such service.i sent the request for deactivation of this unwanted service & same was deactivated for the day but next day again the service was again activated & charges were deducted.
I want that these charges should be reversed as i have not requested for any such services.
