Dear sir / madam

I sanjai kumar pandey get two vodafone corporate connection
([protected],[protected])& as per tariff plan rent.- rs.99 per month, free
M2M 250 call per month, 300 msgs.per month and call charges all local 30
paisa per minut, std 75 paisa per minut , but i am clear to vodafone care
(111) his is told me as per your tariff plan you get only 100 free sms per month.
So i request you pls check the all detail re generate my bill detected sms charge and active free 300 sms per month in my vodafone account.
Sir For your information vodafone tariff attached here, pls find the attachment and do the needfull.

199 talk plan — SMS Charges on special numbers

D/Customer care service,
42 Nos Special No. SMS Charges (Rs.126.000 have been charged extra in our Dec'08 bill.
It was happened for your fault, I have not done any SMS and have no interest for this.
I have also talked with two customer care representatives on Sundat, the 4th January, 2009 regarding this.
Please correct my bill immediately and confirm for which I have decided not to use this connection after 14th January, 2009 and also will not pay Rs. 422.65.

Please confirm per return.

Vodafone — tariff plan issu

Dear sir / madam

    SIR, MY MOBILE NO.[protected] VODAFONE IS MY MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER I AM POST PAID CLINT SENICE LAST 5 YEARS APPRO.MY BILLING WAS RS.1200 TO 2300 LAST 12 MONTHS BILLS WITH BLACK BERRY MOBILE SECHEMS.         Hi, i am Piyush Kumar Aggarwal, PREPAID customer of Vodafone, Mobile no. - [protected]. I have taken a recharge of 110 rupees on 19th, April 2011. They had activated a expired service on my mobile phone, in which they have given 94 rupees and valid for 7 days. Also, those 94 rupees was added as special balance, which i was unable to use due to insufficient balance. Thus, i had not used even a single Penny from that and the balance got expired after 26th April.

        I asked them through mail to correct my prepaid account balance, but they told me that we are working on that upto mid of May and finally no reply has come... I was using that vodafone connection last 3 years..!!
        My no. will come under Tamilnadu customer care. Is Kerela customer care can access my account information??

        If yes, then please check the data from 18/04/2011 to 27/042011 of all recharges and usages from my account, may be it will make more clear you. And if it is possible than send those details to me also. I am still having your recharge sms on my mobile phone of regarding date in which it clearly mentioned the amount and validity of the recharge.

          Further,in this bill an outgoing ISD call with following particulars is reflecting:

          Charges(Rs)-6975/-
          I, Kuntal S Shah, using Vodafone's postpaid connection from last 3 years. Regularly paying bill on time. Never done ISD calls. But this time bill was raised for ISD calls to country Sao Tome & Principe of Rs. 6975/- in a single day on 15.05.2011 on above mentioned numbers. Even I never heard about this country. After receiving Bill in June, I made complaint to Vodafone. But they confirms that their bills are accurate and they do not charge for services which is not utilized.
          But I am also confirming that I did not made any ISD calls to that country.
          then why should I pay for calls which I did not made. Also my dynamic credit limit is 2500/- then why vodafone did not barred service. They barred service from evening of 17.5.2011. I am afraid about it that if my phone was hacked and misused, Kindly tell me how to prove my point that I have not called on this number, all I can say is that go for Vigilance Enquiry for this telecall.so pl. look into matter and request to waive the wrong billing amount.

          This reply I already received. I already explained yesterday on telecall from your dept. So for resolving this issue, deep checking is required to be done by Cyber cell.
          I am also afraid about possibilities of misuse for wrong deal on this ISD call. Also my facility was not deactivated on same day as credit limit crossed. During 15.5.2011 full day calls were made. On 17.5.2011 late evening outgoing facility was stopped. And I contacted vodafone gallery. So till the time no meaning of "Dynamic credit limit" then why should I pay ?
          So, for justice, I have to approach CCPS.

          I submitted my complaint to Police station too.

          So, pl. check correctly, deeply and reverse and hopefully expecting next bill generation with correct data.

          Hi,

          As per the guidance of Vodafone RM, i submitted complaint to Cyber Cell Police Station. As per guidance of Grahak Suraksha call centre's executive I went to give complaint to Nodal Officer at Vodafone Essar Ltd. at andheri kurla Road, Mumbai. But they take a copy and not given acknowledgement by company's official seal. They said once I contacted consumer court and police station so now they will reply through them only.
          I also mentioned that I want to know the handset's IMEI no. so it is also easy to proove. But they are just following up for payment.
          In current scenario, it is very important to proove that who made calls. As international calls done are for wrong work then in future I may be in problem. So it is very important to go in deep.

            Hi,
            I am a vodafone postpaid user. Vodafone charged me for the calls which were never connected while I was on international roaming. I have immediately raised this issue as soon as I got the detailed bill from Vodafone. I communicated to them the same problem through email, through phone calls and in person. I have submitted call logs from my blackberry to vodafone but they did not accept it. The extra charges were Rs. 990 + 10% service tax + 3% education cess. They have never resolved the issue and declared me defaulter.

            I have been using this no. for more than 5 years.

            I request you to take up this issue with vodafone. I do not want to be a defaulter and at the same time would like to continue with the service provider and my cell phone number. Moreover I do not want to pay for the services I did not use.

              I had recharged my phone with a RS 95 top up plan of internet.On 25th JUNE 2011...
              I had messaged ALL to 52586 about 15 times to get the settings on my mobile..
              But there WAS no response.
              Then I mesagged my IMEI no. to 52586 to manually get the settings.
              But again NO RESPONSE.
              Then asked about this problem to the customer care no. 111 who were not able to solve this problem either.Instead transferred my call which never answered back.

              This is my request to solve this issue as soon as possible as I need the internet connection urgently.

                I am sending SMS PORT 1900 <10 DIGIT MOBILE NUMBER> but there is no response. I have sent this sms atleast 10 times in last 7 days. I have heard Vodafone will create issues in porting but to this extent, I didnt know. This is the first step and this the reaction. There customer care says keep on trying this is really irritating. I am not sure whom to contact. I raised this request to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com for 4 to 5 times but no solution.
                I have vodafone connection from last 4 to 5 years and last month i shifted to vodafone postpaid connection.

                No portability message. Vodafone is not providing Unique portability Code required to switch over to another Network. They have blocked the message to 1900. I have been trying to send messages to 1900 and also spoken to customer care executives​, still my message not being sent to 1900. They're not providing solutions.

I had been given a special benefit of "One Vodafone Number free calling on for 3 months" from Vodafone Store Model town, Delhi as on 14th April 2011. As per my latest Bills of the month June 2011, I had been charged @20 paisa/min for the outgoing calls on that number i.e Rs.224. No action is taken as per my complaints and requests by Vodafone care and Vodafone Store Model Town, Delhi till date. This problem is arised again as i had previously complaint for the same problem of the month april and may 2011.
                  The customer care executives in Vodafone Store, model town Delhi, treated me very badly. They totally back-step from their words and the way of talking is also unprofessional. Ms. Nishtha wason is the concern person at the Vodafone Store Model Town, Delhi to whom i had been talked. She clearly warn me for complaining anywhere and is refused to waive off these unnecessary charges levied on my bill. This is totally inconvenience of services by the Vodafone Store Model town, Delhi. I have been mentally harassed by the Vodafone Company from last three months.
                  So, please kindly take some action and waive off the charges.

At first we had got better service form the company but later the tower service is poor because vodafone tower watcher bioused by airtel.we r getting full tower from the airtel now but the vidafone is poor at the same tower

                              I am Karunish Arora resident of Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP and this complaint is in reference to poor service provided by Vodafone in India.
                              I was working in Hyderabad from July 2009 to March 2011 and was using Vodafone mob no [protected]. It was initialy a prepaid number which I later converted into postpaid with corporate plans.
                              I was having problems with network availability in many parts of Hyderabad and complaint multiple times about the same to Vodafone Customer Care. Everytime I received a new complaint reference number and nothing was done till Feb 2011. At end of Feb 2011, I payed my vodafone bill from one of the relationship center in Vinayak Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad and requested for migration from postpaid to predpaid as I was seeking a transfer to other state. The request was registered and I was promised that one of the executives will get in touch to proceed with formalities. But as per my expectations no one turned up.
                              I moved from Hyderabad to UP in March end 2011 and requested for closing my account with vodafone via email as was suggested by Customer care and Relationship Center executives. Till date I have been receiving email notifications and numerous contacts for solving the issue, but neither anyone is reaching me even after providing the contact details, nor any of the contacts are picking up call to resolve the problem. I am totally disgusted with this service and unresponsible behaviour of vodafone SPOCS.
                              My billing is continued till date without any affect and account is still active even after multiple complaints to close it.

                              Please help in this regard. Any vodafone executives reading this, please get in touch with me at [protected]@gmail.com and exchange contact details for further resolution.

                                  sir,
                                  i have taken this number [protected] from vodafone store last month , after a month the service provider has automatically activated caller tune service on my number, when i talked to there customer care therte executive told me that u have downloaded song on u r number , which was not done by me from my number as per my mobile records .
                                  when i deactivated my service then automatically after 2 days they activated my service again & reduced Rs.15/- from my balance when i talked to there executive they only gave me sorry instead of my hard earn money , after that again i deactivated my service through there customer care with ref no. [protected], after few hours in night they again activated my service and deducted Rs.7/- for 7 days of caller tune from my mobile,
                                  then again i called customer care & complained about this matter they said that we are sorry & talk to aour senior and there senior talked in a harrassing way to me & he dropped his call .

                                  after all this concern i blame vodafone for theft of my hard earn money & harrasment of customer by there senior customer care executive .

                                  Vodafone Prepaid — Deducting charges without any notice

                                  Hello Sir,

                                  Vodafone is deducting charges from all the subscribers without any notice. I recently checked my balance and found out that it keeps on diminishing on a daily basis (Vodafone thinks that customers will not be aware if it reduces 2rs daily). When I checked with customer care, I have found that they are charging 2hrs because I have availed for 60ps local charges.

                                  Even shocking is, they have been deducting charges for GPRS usage and my mobile is not GPRS complaint device. They are drinking cunsumers money without their notice just like leaches.
                                  i want our call details from 1.4.2009to 20.5.2009

                                  Vodafone Prepaid — money deducted without talk

                                  sir , i am recharge my prepaid mb. having no.[protected] in jan.2010& value show appro.85rs.in 100 rs. rechage but after one day it shows nill a/c. again in feb.2010 recharge by rs 100 but another day it shows nill without talk.another problem is when i call on this no. it must be connected with unknown no.&person.in first time but when repeat calling done by me then this no.is connected.what is problem .whether i surrender this mb.no.
                                  Yes even i am facing the same problem. 2 days back my balance is 240+ & now in the morning it is nill.
                                  1sec-1paise pulse...i might talk for 30min max from last 2 days.

                                  I tried TOLL-FREE 140 it is totally a JUNK.
                                  coz option 4 is to talk to customer executive...& i[censored] go for it ...it says 4 is wrong option.

                                    I am using your mobile service for more than 3 years and I have taken more than 20 cug connection from your company fore my staff,since last two month I am facing a lots of problem with your billing system.

                                    In the month of april 2011 billing cycle I was got so many reminder regarding the make payment else your service will be stop ed and I have to rush to your office for making payment.

                                    You can check my payment history I have always make advance payment and it always shows the negative balance.

                                    And again this month my out going call facility stop ed.

                                    I am very much disturbed and disappointed about your services and charges shows in the bill especially in the date 30.05.2011 which is shows rs.7639.35 it is more than the blackberry instrument cost.

                                    For above matter I have spoken to your call center

                                    but I have not got satisfactory response.

                                    Request you to please resolve my complaint and do not force me withdrawn all cug connection and sift to other operator. "

                                      I ported my prepaid mobile from Idea to Vodafone recently, but I am surprised that despite promises of better services and 10 reasons why go in for portability to Vodafone, they have stopped my services outcoming and incoming calls. I need to get the services restored. I have paid them the due charges for portability and submitted the necessary documents. The number after portability worked for about 5=6 days but stopped working abruptly, now I cannot make a complaint to 198 or 111 from this phone. My phone number is [protected].
                                      I recharged the phone with Rs. 125/- on 11 June and received a message from the company for having activated vodafone live on my connection on 15 June, which was got deactivated by me. After this the services have been stopped by the company. I can hope that some wisdom will prevail and the company will think in terms of starting back service to my connection. What ever the problem, I cannot know it from the customer care telephonically because they have stopped calls even to 111 and 198.

                                        I was having Vodafone Pre-Paid No. [protected] on my name (Swanand S.Dinde) . & it was lost on 19th Sep 09. I have given complent to block this sim but Customer Care Exe. said to visit Voda Store. I have visited Dhankwadi Center, Pune & they given me replacement sim, saying that this sim will start within 24hrs & old sim will be blocked automatically. But2 sim was not started, Finally on 26th Sep09 they told me to go at another Voda Store Located in Hirabag,Pune. I have visited there aslo & got another new sim, there also same thing happnes they told same thing, But still my sim is not yet Started.

                                        Please look into this ASAP.
