[Resolved] Vodafone — call barring | |||
I m customer of vodafone postpaid cell fone. Our no. is [protected]. I complaint to u today in the morning related to call baring. I have no response. It is my complaint that vodafone customer care do not talk customer carefully. main point is the without any instruction why u company used call baring. Why the vodafone do not care the customer. I called up Customer care, after 30 mins of conversation the gentleman on the other side tells me that the his is only verification dept and he cannot do any thing. I called on [protected], as 111 from my phone wont work as i was on roaming service. He gave me all options like request your friend, your family etc.
Even email to helpdesk was of no use, i had to haplessly after a week submit the ID proof and get the service activated.
-I did asked them about the Docs, IDs, photos i had submitted while subscribing for the service in 2003 and in reponse they had a dirty smile on their face and TRAI mandate excuse.
What can i catch hold of this people??
