[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone activated game club and deducted rs 35 | |||
Vodafone activated some service called game club and deducted rs 35 (for 7 days) from my phone balance. Upon calling customercare the person told me that I must have clicked on link to activate it and they cant do anything for it. I requested them to deactivate it but vodafone is cheating consumers by activating these type of services without customer knowledge and making millions. Today I got a call from vodafone customer care, they told me that they will resolve the issue in 24-48 hours. Will update if balance will get reversed.

The charges are valid but your process of charging is not. You could have charged me for above charges IF I had opted for the same..
