[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong balance deduction by Vodafone | |||
Hello My vodafone mobile number is [protected]. I have been receiving SMS from Vodafone for past few months on "Love Tips" although I have never activated this service on my number. This leads to random deduction of amount from my prepaid balance. I have even tried using DND (Do Not Disturb) but still I keep receiving these messages on my handset which irritates me a lot. This is spam and I dont like being disturbed by such messages. I would like Vodafone services to look into this matter urgently and stop this service from immediate effect. song silection carge cut every month when its cuting every 3month. its 15 rs. for 90 day but diduct every month
and i all ready inform about it to vodafone care for two time and he said no mony or balance refundabal and cut the line him self
i want sue on this company

Vodafone — wrong balance deduction
Hi I am Manoj .I got very poor response from vodafone executives.First they deduct my balance and after that they are not refunding my balance.When i called up to customer care they roudly behave to me and denied to this service activate from your side.This very shameful thing.Please help me out
