[Resolved]  Whirlpool India / Washing Machine — Pathetic Service from Whirlpool and Sri Maruthi Engineering

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been requesting Whirlpool for more than a month to get my washing machine repaired. Eventhough I was covered under their home care plan. They still charges me evertime which is a form of cheating and i dont expect these things from a big reputed firm like Whirlpool. Below is string of correspondences made with whirlpool for which till date i have not rcvd any response. Even their local service agency "Sri Maruthi Agencies" is not responding in any manner. My machine is not working now for over a month they are elast bothered about it. The complaint regitration number with Sri Maruthi Agencies is 41490.

Pls find the mail which self have been sending but no response from Whirlpool.
CAN SOMEONE REPLY PLEASE. NOW THIS IS GETTING PATHETIC !!!

Whirlpool T 50 washing machine — No resolution for 3 months

We had bought a T 50 washing machine 6 years ago.

This year, January, the machine feel face down, due to wobbling. We spent Rs. 3000 to get it repaired.

Again 2-3 months back, it fell, and we complained., The complaint number was 3496. Its been months, and no company executive has bothered to resolve this. An executive called Karthik came2 months ago, and took the machine parts and disappeared. All our calls to Whirlpool have fell on deaf years.

I had registered a complaint with whirlpool customer care 2 days ago that my washing machine is not working. I was given a complaint no 26626 and customer service code 732 and was told that i will receive a call within 24hrs from the local service center. No call came. I again called customer care and told them that my complaint was urgent and again I was given a complaint no28584 and service code 307 but so far no call has come . I'm simply fed up with such irresponsible attitude. I have loads of clothes piled up after the heavy rains here for the past week and my washing machine is not working. This is not the kind of service a reputed company like Whirlpool should offer.

Whirlpool India / Washing Machine — poor service

I had bought an automatic washine machine from VIVEKS&Co, Annanagar, Chennai in June 2004 with an extended warranty of 5 yrs. the warranty has expired in June 2009. In December 2009, the machine developed high vibration while running.. This was informed to customer care at Chennai. A franchisee of Whirlpool india came and attended replacing suspension rods and springs on 15th. December 2009.He charges Rs. 1564/- for that and that was paid. But there is no improvement.Again it was informed to them and another Engineer came and checked.He informed that diagnosis was not done properly and left. Subsequently nobody is coming and attendindg. Repeated telephone to call centre is of no use.The machine is lying defective since last 20 days
