I am using freecharge website(www.freecharge.com) from last 2 month, but when i tried on 27 March, i cant got recharge of DOCOMO. and Rs100 had been deducted from my account. Please check for it as am not getting my money back in my account. please do something so that i can get my money back.

www.freecharge.com — not getting my money back

i recharged my phone through the site 'www.freecharge.com' using my PNB debit card. At the end it says that recharge is not successful or the site gets hanged but the amount has been deducted from my account. i have already complained to the site but my problem is still not solved. and it happened twice with me. so i want to file a complaint against this site.
