this company www.freecharge.in is a big fraud. as this company charges 10 Rs. extra when you recharge your mobile number from this website . And claim that they will send you discount coupons of various companies at your address. once you recharge and they get the money they does not send any coupons .. i have recharged my mobile no. [protected] from this site on 20/9/10 and i waited for my 2 Mcd discount coupons for 4-5 day and when it doesn't arrived i have send various email to the www.freecharge.in at there email address [protected]@freecharge.in every time they send me a mail that i will get those coupons in some days but till today on 10/10/10 i have not recived those discount coupons for which i have paid 10 Rs. extra . Although 10 Rs. is not a big amount but doing fraud and making fake promises with the consumer is socially a crime. And this thing is really a complain able issue......... All consumers should say no to www.freecharge.in as the company is a big fraud details of my recharge.. I have not faced the delay in coupon because they didn't recharge my mobile even. They deducted Rs 222 from my account and didn't recharge my mobile. When i complained they assured to return money within 2-3 days and now 15 days have passed and they have not taken any interest in returning money. I very strongly feels that there is a big fraud involved with this website which will open sooner or later.
Also, consider the information they ask at the time of registeration. That suggests that they may use your confidential information in future. Please beware..

I had the same problem, then I contacted them and they found a bug. the problem was that the site changed the CITY to MUMBAI in the address even if I gave some other address.
Now according them, the problem is being solved. And I am going to get all the 11 couriers (almost 30 vouchers) very soon.
I would request to all those who have got such problem to talk to them or send them mail with the order id

I also faced the same problem. Is there anyway to take some legal action against them. I lost my 1000 rs in this scam.

Hey there would have been some other kind of delay in coupons delivery. I recharged my airtel mobile with Rs. 333 and i got the coupons within a week. Its a good website to re-charge your mobile.

S.. When i recharged they sent me a mail with order number. But i dint recieve any coupon so far. Thinking logically wat profit do they get wen they give us coupon for the same amount we have recharged. When the recharge amount is less extra 10rs is charged but when you top up with higher amount there is no extra amt to be paid.

Freecharge.in is very good site and a very good service providers...I am saying it because i have charge my mobile every time from this site...and when I ordered for coupons... i always received...even once I recharge for a friend.. and he got his coupons on his address and never face any kind of problem with the service of this site...i also want to share that i have recharge for Rs.100 and after one day... I got my Rs. 100 Back..in my account...it mean i got Rs. 100 free recharge .. well i am full satisfied with the site and their service...if some body face any problem their may be very reasons...but i can say that this site is providing very good service to the customers...best of luck...freecharge.in
EveN I have been receiving the coupons on time. I have recharged my and and my friends' phones thru this website at least 50 times.. And I am very happy. I think your address might be of a kind which was not found by the courier person. Or may be it got lost or stolen. Else it would definitely reach you.

freecharge.in is a big froud. Its driven only for media advertising. I never received any coupon after charged Rs. 10 extra. All my other three friends hasn't received yet. There is no contact infromation on their website.

I have recharged my and my friend's mobile so many times.. and every time coupon has been delivered to me.. it's a very good service.. there could be some problems with your courier otherwise it gets delivered every time.
i tried recharging my mb no - [protected].. Money was deducted from my account but recharge was not done...it happened twice. i also recieved the mail 4 d same...but my moblie was not recharged...
