[Resolved]  www.Freecharge.in Owned By Accelyst Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — No recharge to mobile phone beside successful transaction

Today I recharged my mobile [protected] with Rs 100 (Rs 10 more for delivery of the coupons) through www.freecharge.in. Amount had been deducted from my bank account for the said transaction but my mobile was not recharged for Rs 100. Neither i had recieved the confirmation message of successful recharge on my mobile, nor any amount has been credited into my mobile as a recharge amount.

My bank account shows a transaction if Vafour of "Avenues India Ltd"

If there is a technical problem with the website and service provider then the delay is acceptable else I need my money get back asap.

Please help me in getting my funds back

Respected sir,
I too recharged my mobile no. [protected] with an amount of Rs. 250 but it is showing recharge successful for rs. 25. i hav the reciept of rs. 250 and in my bank a/c also there is an deduction of rs. 250 but in my mobile no. only an amount of Rs. 25 is recharged.

My invoice no. is 1273195 (order id).

It was in the month of may i had made recharge of 309 in my reliance number -[protected] and also ordered for free coupons. As soon as the transaction was successful i recieved msg that ur request cannot be proccessed at this time . I received coupons worth 40 rupees but till date my number has not been recharged . Pls help me for this Even while i m checking in my account i am not able to find the order id...

If there is a technical problem with the website and service provider then the delay is acceptable else I need my money get back asap.

I already complained this matter, but no action up to this time.

Please help me in getting my funds back
