[Resolved] You Broadband & Cable India Ltd. — Wrong billing | |||
I have you broadband connection in my home for the past three years previousely i am in gb based plan 1gb free rs.250+taxes. Last month i changed the plan to unlimited plan rs.450+taxes. Mar 02 i changed the plan. But they send bill for rs.697/- and ask me to pay. And they explained every month 1 day bill generated you have to pay for march rs.250/- and rs.450/- May month onwards you receive bill for rs.450/- only. I spoke them to solve the problem they replied as per rules we raised the bill we dont care for any complaints through legal and consumer court. Kindly give me solution to solve the problem and get waiver of rs.250/- i am two days only used this plan they charge me in full. And also mentioned rs.19/- previouse month due. I dont have any dues in previouse month fully paid. Was this information helpful? | |||

YOU BROADBAND & CABLE INDIA LTD. — NON FULFILLMENT OF COMMITMENT
Dear Concern,I had taken internet connection from the aforesaid company on 23.03.2011 and as per my plan the company had to provide me with a router free of cost. but inspite of complaints made to the company on 30.03.2011 and 08.03.2011 no action had been taken by the company. The company is selling the product by giving some commitment and after the connection is started they are not fulfilling the commitment. So i request you to take action into the matter.

You Broadband & Cable India Ltd. — No Internet connection irrespective of complaint
Myself, Niladri Kar from Diwalipura, O.P.Road, Baroda with my userid to the said service as "nsk10". I had registered a complain for my Modem not working 21st Feb, which took almost around 20 days to resolve the problem after atleast 5 more complain about the same problem. As soon as my problem was fixed up, again the same problem started on 17th March and I had to register a complain to the cusstomer care executive abou this. It wasn't resolved till 21st March and I made 2nd call to the executive with my complain no as:[protected]. They promised me once again to resolve the problem in next 24 hrs, but it has been almost 48 hrs, that no one has even bothered to call me back from their side regarding the problem.
