Respected sir/madem,



I had taken service of YOU Broadband and Plan is: "SP YOU TRIDENT 60 GB 6 Months" which provide me 10 MBPS speed,. After start the service in few days I knew my USER ID and Password used by someone. I complaint to you broadband, and them team searched someone whose I don't know. They directlly deal with him for recovery, and him Nodal officer Mr.Lalitkumar commited me to compansate my account.



You baroadband commited three tier security when I took the plan, as per them security system User ID, Password and Landcard ID are in them custody and it leacked by YOU Broadband person. As I need to compansate my account.



But still they unable to compansate it and now they told me to go consumer forum or cyber cell. Now they are not intrested in such case and not in mood to solve my quarry.



Please guide me and support me to solve it. My account detail is as under.

    Rubbish, nonsense service of you broadband

    You Telecom(You Broadband) provided very bad service to me. I register my complaint from 15 days and even they send their technician, but still problem has not been resolved. Now m tired.. and so decided to close my You Telecom(You Broadband) connection

    From now i decided that i never prefer someone to use You Telecom(You Broadband) service

        iam subscriber of you broadband.My plan Is 256Kbps .YOU BROAD BAND people cheating customers like any thing!! iam fed up giving complaints SINCE FROM A WEEK !!! ive called to there customer care but no use !!!... none of there tech support people trying to solve the issue.!! some of there company executive comes check and they say " sir Ur problem is solved" .!! ! but still the problem continues!! at one time a executive came and he called to the main tech support unit and checked speed at that time the speed reached to 18 kb/sec, then he immediately take the print of the particular downloading file image and sent to there head office ..!! even the speed is not like my before plan its really pathetic !! i really wonder y these 'YOU" PEOPLE CANT SOLVE SUCH A SMALL ISSUE?? IF THEY CANT GIVE THE PERFECT SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS THAN WHY KEEPING SUCH A BIG COMPANY AND PROMISING HIGH SPEED SERVICES??THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE EFFICIENT TECH SUPPORT PEOPLE !! FROM NOW I REALLY WONT RECOMMEND "YOU BROAD BAND" TO ANY ONE ..!!

          i have taken connection of you broadband and paid for 1 n half year charges at a time. now i am not getting internet speed as per paid plan and they are also not responding well to my phone calls and no one from there is taking responsibility. please dont take you broadband connection. they are cheating and not providing service after you pay. i want to use last quality abusing words for them. [censored] them. bloody raskals, madarchod sale, uski maa ki chut chodu, saale avali chut ke, khali paise kamane baithe hai, bahut bada naam ho gaya hai. bhen ke laude saale... maa chuda te hai ya business karte hai... saala paisa le liya bhosmarike abhi aek page bhi load hone me kitna time lagta hai... chuth chodine saale puri net speed uski maa ki gand me daal ke baithe hai kya...!!!

But I hope dashed and ruining my decision. During the course of operation connection deactivates many times. First of all it does not activate for many hours.

          Many complaints have falls on deaf ears due to problems I am unable to VOIP facility which have become useless for me.

          I request you to make facility efficient and operative otherwise I will be left with no other option except shift to other facility provider which will be painful after long association.

            I am just fed up of you telecom. They used to disgust me when I was their customer and after I have decided to terminate their service, then also they have left no stone unturned to disgust me. I had a You broadband connection. I moved to a new home. My usage expired but i did not recharge my account because i was at a new place and my connection was at my old place. I called up and asked them to move my connection to my new place. They called up and agreed. They told me that they charge 500/- for location change, but if i pay 3 months rent in advance there would be no shifting charges. They took 1599/- from me for 3 months 512 kbps connection (receipt no.[protected] and took a light bill xerox for address proof of my new home.But when the technical person came to shift my connection, they said that my new house is not feasible and they cannot provide me a connection. Then I placed a termination request and asked my money back. But to my surprise they recharged my account before shifting the connection. Are the You people so dumb that they cannot understand, that they should recharge the account after the connection has been shifted. How can I use a connection when it is at my old place.Why did they recharge my account. 7 days were wasted in this process only. Then they said we cant refund your cash and you have to wait for 45 days for getting refund when you terminate your account. I placed a termination request and also complained that i was not using the services yet days in my account was getting deducted. I placed a request on 8th July,2011 and they told me that you would be getting a refund in 45 days time and they have forwarded the termination request. Nobody called me up for a month. I again called them up on 5th Aug, 2011, and to my surprise they told me that your connection is still active and there is only 53 days left in your account. I was just pissed off. They didn't call me. They didn't process my request and closed my termination request. How can they not disconnect my connection and complaints and yet close my request. I am certainly moving to consumer court if i don't get this issue resolved properly.

              Dear sir,

              I am dr srinivasa murthy.d from jayanagar bangalore.
              I am a subscriber for an ISP company youbroadband.

              This company is cheating the subscribers a lot in terms of speed and data.
              Their harassment is unbearable. the call center gives just parrot reply whenver we complain.
              They exploit us after subscribing.

              Recently their marketing people came to us with a proposal of 8GB data per month and 2mbps speed.

              i told the executive it is a notorious company and worst service possible. In spite of that he persuaded me
              to take up as there are lots of changes in technical lines and also in managment. Upon his personal guarantee
              I subscribed to his plan and paid money in advance for 3 months.

              ever since i paid there is no proper continuity of connection . And horribly on 20th day my speed drastically
              dropped. Upon enquiry they said my quota of 8 GB was over and hence the speed is low. Only after 31st my 2 mb speed will be
              restored.
              Again from the last 5 days there is some technical problem in connection.
              The tech person came and advised me not to use Antivirus programe to run youtele internet service.
              Now there is no antivirus but still the speed is less than 256 kbps. the download rate is hardly between 19-34 kbps.

              I demanded discontinuity of service and refund my advance for 2 months and deposit.
              Now the marketing person says there is no question of refund in this company, contrary to his verbal assurance at the time of
              taking 3 months rental advance from me.

              he says i can do whatever i want.
              i informed the police about the comapny. they said to give written compaliant anfd they take action.
              In this company we know only field executives and unknown call center employees.
              Pl advice me to go ahead as none are known to me.

              I HAVE AIRTEL CONNECTION WITH 512 KBPS SPEED WITH SAME ANTIVIRUS ON IN MY HOSPITAL WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM

                respected sir,
                hi my name is Srikanth reddy gunna, i had taken you telecom broadband service and my you telecom user id is Sricoo. While taking the connection i had deposited 500 rupees for modem which is refundable. I had cancelled the service in October 2010 and requested for a refund and i had submitted the modem as well. After submitting the modem you telecom people said that I'll receive the amount in 45 working days and they have given the acknowledge for the modem as they have taken. However, till now July 2011 i didn't received the amount. I had called po many times to them regarding the refund but they are just ignoring please help me out i have all the proofs...                 you telecom — refund of deposit

                i had an internet connection of you telecom in the name of krutarth anil bhatt, i had stopped using this connection on 17th august and registered a complain with request number[protected] and the company told me that with in 45 days the refund of my deposit will be given back but after 45 days when i again call to the call center on 12th october with request number[protected] they told me that i will talk to the concern department and revert you back then from the concern department ms smita dave calls and tells me that with ten days your chque will be dispatch but again when i called the customer care of you telecome on 21st oct after 62 days of my disconnection with request number[protected] they told our concern department will call you and they also send and sms on my mobile next day that your query has been solved but i havent recieve my refund still and the concern department of the company means ms smita dave calls me again and this time his head mr gajjar also talks to me and says the same thing that it will take ten more days for your refund we cant do any thing its under procedure you have to wait for this much time so the company is not paying me back as 66days has been passed still they dont give my refund .

                      dthis is worst response by a service provider . i raise a complent before 40 to 45 days ago but still i didn't get any solution. A/C NO :635994


                      i can't log in by you broadband since 15th April. so i call to ur costumer-care no [protected]. and again call 4 to 5 time remainder on that comp lent but they didn't give proper response. three person visit after 12 to 15 days and they didn't resolve the issue. 1 st one Ur visit for modem , 2nd one ur maintenance eng SACHIN, 3 rd one Ur tech eng PRAVEEN. But they didn't resolve the problem. I also attached a sheet for a downloading speed which i get. this sheet i mail ur noc eng sukanta.[protected]@you.telecom

                      you telecom — i did not receive the refund after disconnection of service

                      my name is PRASHANT MITTAL . My account no. for the YOU telecom is 280670 . I applied the address change on 28 th jan 2008 after 3 visits to the YOU telecom office ( 20 kms. away from my home ). First of all they said that the location is feasible and they charged me Rs. 500 for address change . On 18th FEB 2008, they told me that the address is not feasible. So I applied for disconnection.
                      Since then I have been waiting for the refund Rs. 500 ( deposite ) and Rs.500 ( address change ). I should get Rs. 1000 as a refund amount.
                      Its been 4 months now and still I am waiting for the refund. No one in the office is responding proeprly.
                      After visiting 4 -5 times and making many calls to the concerned person Mr. BALRAJ, I got the cheque of Rs. 105. thats amazing. Every one is helpless .
                      This is amazing service from YOU telecom.
                      I know that i will have to wait for the refund for several yers. GREAT !!!

                      You telecom/iqara / you broadband...whatever they name it, is the worst service provider i ve ever had to deal with in so many years. I took 1000mbps unlimited plan on 4th june 2010 for which i had to pay 1434 in advance & also 500 Rs for modem advance to make sure I get dedicated speed as was told to me. I paid more due to their fake promises wherein other service providers charge you just 999 with dedicated bandwidth as well as free wireless access in the area.

                      Firstly they started my connection late night & I am charged for that day which they wasted too. Secondly the speed i get is horrible.

                      It fluctuates heavily from 20 - 80 kbps. Once in a blue moon I get 90 kbps. Am a computer engineer myself & I took this plan so that i could download heavy contents & keep they for downloading in the nights as well. But the trick that they use is that they disconnect your connection automatically after few hours so that they save on their bandwidth as a person sleeping or someone who is out in the day would not know that disconnection has taken place. When one wakes up in the morning, he realizes that download didn’t complete as net was disconnected. It won’t work till the user re-connects.
                      The minimum speed am supposed to get is 1000 / 8 = 120 kbps. I had asked their executive repeatedly whether i would get the speed i pay for...and he said "yes mam, dedicated speed hai". Its been just 9 days that I took their service & in these Now after taking their service I have had to call & complain or mail them almost everyday either their call centre or their executive or their technician but all in vain. Every time they get back on my complain, they give me stupid & lame reasons why I dont get speed. Different people who contact me from their end give me new n different excuses. One would tell me madam " ye to impossible hai ki apko speed nahi mil raha hai. their must be some issue with your system and antivirus. Disconnection maybe happening due to computer standby (when standby is deactivated in my PC). One extra smart fellow tells me that you should only expect 80% of the speed as its sharing " unlimited mein aisa hi hota hai" & many more stupid or over smart people call me trying to convince me. Incase you don't get convinced, they get violent & start arguing & talk rudely.

                      They don’t even refund back your money now & I would have to wait for 60 days once service is terminated, to even get back my deposit of Rs 500 for deposit.

                      I have used connection from many yrs from different service providers but never had such experiences. This company has tortured me in these days & am just waiting that the month ends & I get rid of it. Its sad how these fake companies fool customers & steal their hard earned money. This company is not going to last for long. I would advice everyone that never ever take service from YOU broadband.

                      You BroadBand — no maintenance

                      I never seen such a worst broadband service. actually i paid 1500 rupees for the internet connection. having speed 190 kbps and duration is 3 months. on the first day itself i found that , net connection is always interupted. i made so many calls regarding this problem. but no one is careful for my problem. after 5 days one guy came and checked the connection . its ok. again on the next day itself it got the same problem. and i did the same thing.

                      simply the thing is no response, no net connection , no money back and extra wastage of huge phone balance.so iam requesting every body to dont go for "you broadband".

                      "its simply the worst than anything else"

                      so can i have any solution?

                      MY LETTER TO YOU BROADBAND

                      Dear Sirs,

                      YOU have made a very BIG JOKE of YOUrself.

                      I renewed my Account on 03-Nov-2010 with an Offer (as told by your Executive) of 30 days Plus 15 days . I was getting Service below Normal (as usual) and have made several Complaints regarding the Speed Issue . Don't know whether they resolved my issue or not, but as i expected YOU made the Worse Situation Possible .

                      By the Start of Dec-2010, I started getting Calls for Renewal . I answered and Spoke to Exactly 7 of YOUr Executive, And almost all of them need a Training on your PRODUCT or FIRE THEM ALL . I Explained to each one of them and still received Calls for Renewal . This Proves that HOW Co-Ordinating YOU and YOUrs Executive are ? Isn't it ???? However to assure me, all of them did Apologise (as usual) as they were totally BLANK (lazy fellows) and said it would be resolved and the Service will be re-activated for 15 days in 24 hrs of time . And today is 07-Dec-2010, Still no Service from YOU.

                      AND NOW i received a TEXT Message off YOU Saying "Dear Customer Your Service Request No[protected] has been resolved" ??????????

                      And my Service is still Not Activated ???? Do you want to do Business or Is it a Company that is run and Owned by CHAP's ??????

                      Either you RESOLVE the Issue and Provide me the Service for 15 more days OR
                      Disconnect the Service and I'll proceed further with whatever suitable Action i can take against YOU. Please check to whom it is been CC'ed.

                      Absolutely pathetic service in Vadodara if anybody wants to use the internet please under any circumstances do not go with you Broadband. I can tell you they have no values and are only money hungry compnay. I have raised more than 28 complaints for them to attend to but they never gave any service, and their service remains as pathetic as ever.                       I am existing customer of YOU BROADBAND SERVICES and having an account no.596998. I have not receiving your services since one week because of cable line theft. Your rep at vizag Mr. Murali Krishna had visited and assured me to replace the cable in two days. Even after a week he did not turned up. Your hyderabad toll free no.[protected] customer care not responding positively. They repeatedly giving false assurance that " the problem will be solved within 24 hrs". Your service is very pathetic towards customers. Please pull up your socks and get the work done for me. I hope you will not force me to take other corrective steps to resolve the issue.                           I installed the you broadband lane connection on march 19th, also i had activated unlimited plan for 3 months, but i just utilised less the 3 days from the date of installation, after that continously i didnt get connection. so many times i made call to custumer service there no response.
                          i wish to surrender their moderm and i need my payment return.please give me a remedy from that.

                            These above two guys are very much in-professional by work, they simply playing with customer's money and simply cracking joke with their dumbness when u call them.

                            These two guys are taking the money with from the customers with the good faith and never contact them ever to the customers, even the call centers executives are so poor not giving proper response when u complaint them, they'll never call you back when you call them from a week and they just simply issue complaint id.

                              I am staying in RK Beach area and i took a new connection from YOU broadband 1month ago ( March 2011). Since the day 1 i am contacting them to rectify my internet speed. Every time when i call them they either give me a complaint number saying that we have raised a complaint and the complaint will be sorted in 24hrs r they will say there is a problem with our server and will be sorted by 11pm. After 24hrs of complaining it will work and after another 24hrs the speed will go down, sometime no internet connectivity. We are hardly getting time to browse the internet at home and during that time the internet is not working, which is quite disappointing.

                              My Humble request is to kindly take some kind of serious action against these kind of BB service providers.

                              Need new internet connection? Please dont go for YOU Broadband in Vizag.

                                I have taken internet connection from you broadband , cable india limited before 4 months, I paid money for 7 months in advance for 24 hours unlimited use. In last 4 months most of the day internet is down and whichever day it has working , it has very low speed or 4-5 hours in 24 hours it has been down.
                                I have complained this to customer services by more than 75 phone call to their customer service no., local office no. and their technician no. I have spent more than 500 rupees just on phone calls in requesting to resolve the problem. Since I have taken internet service, it hasn’t worked uninterrupted even for 3 continuous days.
                                After tired with their bad service and no internet connectivity I request their customer service to disconnect my internet and give refund. I have requested nearly 10 times for disconnection but every time I call they answer me that someone from their team received answer from me that I don’t want to disconnect and happy with their service, which I have never told to any of their staff member. From last week every evening internet connectivity is down and internet starts at morning after 10 am. I am involved in business development process for uk & usa call centre projects so I must need internet at night time due to international time difference. I have got big losses in my work due to bad services from you broadband internet service provider. at present I had to take another pay as you go internet connection so I am paying 2 internet service providers unnecessary for very low use of internet.
                                I have already given written notice to you broadband on this issue to go in consumer forum, grahak suraksha or legal process but they are not giving any proper reply, refund or improvement of service by starting giving internet connectivity at night time.

                                  These Are the Complaint No. to You broadband.Apart from complaints, I am calling their Vadodara customer care, daily thrice in a day. Only one answer they replying is complaint will be resolved withing 24 hrs. I have spent more than 100 ruppes in calling to their customer care. Also i am working in a reputed company , i am reporting duty over there from morning to evening , and in between you have a working hours , YOU BROADBAND VADODARA ALSO Have Same Working hrs.Hence i can not attend their Office.
                                  I am facing problem of NO CONNECTION since last seven Days , but during these seven days , not a single reply from Their side related to technical fault. Only reply that it will resolved in 24 hrs. I have paid 5700 Rs for one yr. Plan was like a 12 + 3 ( Months Free) . So i paid in advance. Now seven days waste. Since seven Days only modem error 651, comes , that your Vadodara customer care can not resolved.

                                  I made a big mistake as I select you broadband as my internet service provider without any research. Below is my experience with them.


                                  I have applied for you broadband connection on 22nd December they asked for payment. I did online registration and payment on the same day however they haven't yet activated my connection after multiple follow ups. I have no idea about ISP connection and connection reliability

                                    I have taken You Broadband since February.As a frustated customer I will advise all other customers to avoid taking You Broadband services. Even if you dont have any other options in your area; I will suggest you not to go for You Broadband service as when they take money from you they promise lot of things out of which they dont provide atleast 5% of it. I renewed my services for 3 months after lot of convincing from the area manager in May2012. After I paid money the very next day my Broadband service went down. I called the customer care so many times(I must have called 20 times in May and June). Their advisors raise a new complain when ever you call which never gets fixed. When you ask them for update they say there is a problem in the area which will be resolved in 48 hours. I am waiting for that 48 hours from begining of May which didn't come till now(Today's date -23rd June). When I asked for the refund of my money they divert the topic to other things and never answer my question.

                                    I am going to lodge a formal complain in Judicial court to get compensation for wastage of my timings and money which I have already paid.

                                    I have been complaining to these guys for more than a week now. I filed my first complaint on 20th July, 2014. The problem was, I was not getting connectivity. Later on, I got connected for less than five hours, they claimed that the problem is resolved but it was back to where it was. I again complained on 21st Jul, 2014. Till now, I have been wasting my time every day for around an hour to complain.
                                    Even after three days, they could not resolve the problem (TRAI rules), what was worse was, I could never contact the supervisor on customer care calls or nodal officers. Even their webpage says page not found when I tried to get the list of nodal officers. (http://www.youbroadband.in/contactus/nodal-authority.php - even as on 27.07.2014, 8.48 PM). YOU broadband land line never gets picked up. The customer care is never satisfactory other than stating the TRAI rule 'We will solve in 24 hours' which never happened.
                                    In one of the calls, Mr Suraj Shukla was said to be a call supervisor. Some call executives said he was busy on other call however when some other executives transferred my call to him but he didn't pick up once - even after ringing for more than 5 min. One other replied she doesnt know the name of supervisor.
                                    Overall, I have been facing very bad services from YOU Broadband for the past few days. Also, I got few messages saying that the issue is resolved from their side. What's the use of these SMS when I am not able to connect to internet. The appellate authority has replied that the issue has been resolved, however, again, for the past few days, I am having connection for less than 3-4 hours.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am Anil Kumar, working in IOCL and residing at Company quarter at Ameerpet. Previous year we had subscribed for an Internet connection - Broadband services provided by M/s. You Broadband. Their office is situated at 3rd Floor, Gowra Plaza, S.P. Rd., Begumpet, Secunderabad - 500003 .
                                      On 16.02.2011, Before going to bed, we had switched off the power of both my Laptop and of Modem provided by them. In the night there were some short circuits between their broadband cable and the APSEB Power cable which has resulted burning of modem through which LAN Cable interconnected from Modem to Laptop has caused damage to Laptop.

                                      I find You broadband responsible for this. Had they provided the proper protection devices for their system. this surge would not have continued upto modem that too through a Signal cable(broadband cable)??.

                                      Subsequently, I reached to their customer care asking for their technician to see what faults has occured in the laptop. Many a times, I have call their Begumpet office also to contact their Nodal officer/Appallate authority for complaining. But all in vain, they are purposely avoiding and not speaking to me.

                                      Please guide me accordingly.

                                        I have called the you broadband executive for new internet connectivity after i found a pamplet dropped at our door on 8th of march 2011 the executive came and took money and informed that with in next few hour they will lay the cable and install the modem but that didnot happed it was on 11th mar they laid the cable after i threatned to complain the police of taking money and not providing the service and on 12th 2011 they installed the modem the same day to to some problem creeped up the service got disconnected i called the call center and informed them the same there was no response next day that is on 13th again i called they told they have registered the complain and gave me number and informed that with in 24 working hours they will attend it on 15th 2011 again when i called they said there was no complaint registered with the no that they gave me again new complaint registered number and said the same that with in 24 working hours they will attend till saturday they didnot turn up when i called them in 19th 2011 evening they told will attend the complaint in the evening but didnot turn up on monday that is 21st morning i called them to disconnect the service as i am not satisfied with the service and asked to return my money back they at that point of time insted their executive came to our house with pretext say on he came to tell them what the problem is he resolved the issue and asked us to continue with their service i have informed him that i dont want to continue with their service but they have not disocnnected the service now they are telling me if they disconnect the service they are not going to pay my money back.
                                        how can i get my money back now
