A customer of you broadband for years now with customer no. 505801, just wanted to inform everyone that this company is not truly worried about gaining/losing customers and so they won't answer your calls for days, won't resolve your complain for weeks and not even care to talk to you even if your call is on for 30+ minutes.
My internet is not working since last 2 days and am tired of calling them up and wasting my money...

Not getting speed as per plan

I am currently subscribed to YOU Broadband internet service..As per the plan I am supposed to get 4Mbps speeds. Till date my speed has not crossed 1Mbps. Wrong billing

I have you broadband connection in my home for the past three years previousely i am in gb based plan 1gb free rs.250+taxes.
Last month i changed the plan to unlimited plan rs.450+taxes.
Mar 02 i changed the plan.
But they send bill for rs.697/- and ask me to pay.
And they explained every month 1 day bill generated you have to pay for march rs.250/- and rs.450/-
May month onwards you receive bill for rs.450/-...
