hi my self g.c mouli and my account number is (617385). iam subscriber of you broadband. Ive recently renewed you broadband internet plan frm "256" kbps to "512" kbpS .. ! Ive paid rs 1399 for 3 months ...!!! god these YOU BROAD BAND people cheating customers like any thing!! iam fed up giving complaints SINCE FROM A WEEK !!! ive called to there customer care but no use !!!... none of there tech support people trying to solve the issue.!! some of there company executive comes check and they say " sir Ur problem is solved" .!! ! but still the problem continues!! at one time a executive came and he called to the main tech support unit and checked speed at that time the speed reached to 47 kb/sec, then he immediately take the print of the particular downloading file image and sent to there head office ..!! even the speed is not like my before plan its really pathetic !! i really wonder y these 'YOU" PEOPLE CANT SOLVE SUCH A SMALL ISSUE?? IF THEY CANT GIVE THE PERFECT SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS THAN WHY KEEPING SUCH A BIG COMPANY AND PROMISING HIGH SPEED SERVICES??THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE EFFICIENT TECH SUPPORT PEOPLE !! FROM NOW I REALLY WONT RECOMMEND "YOU BROAD BAND" TO ANY ONE ..!!

I am agree with you. They have very bad service. Do'nt care about customer. I am sharing content of my complaint to you.

These Are the Complaint No. Apart from complaints, I am calling your customer care, daily thrice in a day. Only one answer they replying is complaint will be resolved withing 24 hrs. I have spent more than 100 ruppes in calling to your customer care. Also i am working in a reputed company, i am reporting duty over there from morning to evening, and in between you have a working hours, you are not working honestly, not taking care of customers.
I understand, if you have really a technical problem, but during these seven days, not a single reply from your side related to technical fault. Only reply that it will resolved in 24 hrs. I have paid for one yr. Plan was like a 12 + 3 ( Months Free) . So i paid in advance. Now seven days waste. Since seven Days only modem error 651, comes, that your Vadodara customer care can not resolved. Hope corrective action will be taken as possible as soon.
I totally agree with you,

YOU Broadband are cheaters, Customer Service is pathetic.
I wasted money took 3 months connection by paying 1500 it worked only for 1 day, and itz down from 15 days. on calling CC they say they will fix it..


PLEASE.. don't go for it stay away from it.. WASTE OF TIME, MONEY

    Don't buy YouBroadband services in Sushant lok - I Gurgaon. Webpages open up like Dialup, Download speeds don't exceed more than 1.2 mbps. Unprofessional Technical staff, don't have much tech know -how. The only time it works great is in the night and before 8 am. Another feather in the cap, frequent disconnections and long wait time for logging in the server.

      On 08/02/2011 I have applied for You Broadband Internet Services. But till date I haven't received any services yet. I have already paid for the Internet plan and the instrument. I daily call them but they reply me saying that we'll come tomorrow but till now no one has turned yet. The internet services have yet not been started.
      Please I request you to provide me the REFUND back of the money that I paid.

        I have been using YOU Broadband & Cable India Limited's internet service for the past two years. For the past one month my internet has not been working. I have complained to their customer service over 4 times and have PERSONALLY visited their office more than 5 times but not once has a technician visited my place to check the problem. I had also renewed my account for 3 months by paying Rs. 1380 /- and inspite of that I am not able to use the services.

        I would like to discontinue my connection and full refund of my previous renewal amount as not a single unit has been used.

        I am facing the same issue and just not got my internet working. Very poor customer service and Internet works at its own and not when we want. Worst experience I am going through in the last 5 days with false commitments of engineer will call back.

          A customer of you broadband for years now with customer no. 505801, just wanted to inform everyone that this company is not truly worried about gaining/losing customers and so they won't answer your calls for days, won't resolve your complain for weeks and not even care to talk to you even if your call is on for 30+ minutes.
          My internet is not working since last 2 days and am tired of calling them up and wasting my money on it as they don't have a toll free number(So poor to afford one I guess).No one cares to resolve the problem though, just keep on giving dates.
          Talk about their service engineers, they can easily beat top honchos in IT industry because they are always busy not to answer your calls. Even if they commit to visit in 2 hours time, they will call you after 8 hours to inform that they are not coming today...Customers are just for fun for this stupid organization.
          But there is one thing where they are very smart and that's when it comes to collection of monthly payments, they will send you e-mails 7 days in advance, another e-mail 1 day in advance and finally call you until you willingly pay them in advance.Wish they were worried about providing service in the same manner.
          This is what they say while registering a complain

          You Broadband & Cable India Ltd — Not getting the internet speed as offered

          Hi ,

          My you broadband account number is 817536.I have taken the new connection recently for 3months(10 mbps speed and 30GB plan).But i didn't get the download speed what they mentioned. I am getting 50kbps download speed and the broadband disconnected frequently. I have raised the complaint but no one taking care.

            I am currently subscribed to YOU Broadband internet service..As per the plan I am supposed to get 4Mbps speeds. Till date my speed has not crossed 1Mbps. Inspite of several complaints, the problem is not rectified.When I call the customer service they just register the complaint. I am not sure how to get my problem solved.

            I strongly agree mate. They should not do false advertising. My speeds have never crossed more than 1.2 mbps. Every time the guys comes and says everthing is working fine.
            I thought i was the only one having issues with Youbroadband but i see a sea of customers complaining. They never keep up their promise and my internet speed has never gone more than 900kbps although I am on 12mpbs plan.

              Not getting speed as per plan
              I am currently subscribed to YOU Broadband internet service..As per the plan I am supposed to get 4Mbps speeds. Till date my speed has not crossed 1Mbps.               I am also a customer of this cheating company in Gurgaon. I have opted the plan with 4 mbs speed. Guss it takes 1 min to open a page. Even their engineers would tell you. Boss, you need to lodge your complaints regularly to get your speed problem resolved. This is robbery in broad daylight.

                Iam using YOU BROADBAND ( 3rd Floor, Eswar Madhav Mansions, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam. Ph:[protected] last 3years, But after renewal[protected] I cant access the connection for the technical problem so, I request the office to return back the amount of 4281/-. They ( Karuna, Rajesh ) told we will refund the amount, but still now I dint get the amount. I return Modem and other things at 22-11-10.

                  I am Customer of You Broadband & Cable India limited and using Broadband e-net connection.
                  On 26 January 2011 sales executive of You Broadband called me and explained one good plan and by saying you will get free installation charge and one wall watch is free if you take this offer on today. hence I have taken that plan and given cheque of Axis bank to executive but without active my service cheque has been cleared and money transfer to you broadband and when I talked to customer care of you broadband, they are telling you have to pay for charge and such kind of offer is false now my money has been looting by you broadband and I have to pay extra to recover my money and given offer is just a false information to looting me.

                    I'm subscribed to You Broadband Services. http://www.youbroadband.in/
                    For last few months, I am facing severe problems of frequent Internet connection loss. Frequent means its almost 2 times a week on regular basis and that too WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. I am working in the same field, so I am ware about the technical details of broadband connections, but You Broadband service is really pathetic and they do not inform us in advance. We can not plan out work. I have raised this issue with You Broadband customer service, they have made false promises for last 2 months to create a notification system.But, its not still happening in practice. Please let me know the legal ways to take actions against You Broadband.

                    Dear sir/madam i m u r customer for along time but for last six months i am facing the problem of frequent disconnections.connection gets disconnected frequently on regular basis. the problem was not resolved permanently.the service is very poor, pathetic.we had paid in advance money and u r company is not providing good services .i request you to give me one month extra otherwise i will have to claim against the compony for not giving the proper services against the amount i have paid

                      I have registered a new connection and told the executive that i need the connection by the same day as i have to work for my company and payed the amount by 9:30 in the morning The executive clearly told by evening will give the connection or if not early hours of next day and took 1492 Rupees. He told he will give modem in couple of hours too. Today is 3rd day and till now no one has turned yet, even the executive is not lifting the phone from that day. No one came and gave the modem too.

                      I dont want to continue the service. The executives who looks for targets to book the connections but not the service. Even Customer care Number of YOU BROADBAND is not working, # [protected].

                      I have lost 2 days and my salary will be deducted. Who is going to pay.???

                      I have payed 1492 and i want to withdraw their service. i dont want their connection.

                      Youtele Broadband — No response to complaints

                      I am Nikhil Sharan from Pune residing in Bharati Vidyapeeth, Dhankawadi area. I have been using a broadband connection of 1mbps from Youtele Broadband for which I'm paying 1400 appx since the last 6 months. There were frequent disconnection problems on every weekend. But nothing major. Now since the last 2 weeks, there has been total chaos. No internet service to almost 200 people in this area. I have made atleast 7 calls regarding that. They responded only once yesterday but the problem remains unsolved.

                      There has been no notification from the company at all. And they are not connecting the calls to their call center. After calling their office the man on phone says that he is the doorman and no one is the office at 7 pm on 31.07.2010. I'm very frustrated with this and so are the other 200 customers in this region. Is this in anyway justified ?

                      I feel totally helpless and exploited and this issue needs to be taken into immediate notice of all the people involved. These private companies keep playing just like this. And nobody takes notice.

                      Now at the end of the month they will call me to give the monthly fee. When I've been unable to use internet since 2 weeks why should I pay ? There is a definite problem with their server load and they are exploiting people with poor excuses.

                      Kindly look into the matter which should be rightly taken to the senior managers of the company because if they cannot afford a new competent server then they have no right to sell the internet connections. They are moneymakers and mock the justice system of my motherland. 200 sufferers = 200 crimes.

                      You BroadBand — No net connectivity and response from company

                      Hi,

                      My Customer ID is : 492514.

                      I dont have net connectivity for past 12 days in-spite of daily complaints. Im a prepaid user and i pay a month b4 using the net basically recharge it. Im a unlimited data user and having un available net connectivity for half of the month which costed me to buy a tata photon plus for 3000rs since i need to check my official mails in home n respond in time.

                      Anyone having an idea to buy "You Braodband " pls dont go for them. No proper response. Idiotic customer care who doesnt have logic idea of the customer complaint and poor service from the repairman.

                        I am using broadband services from You broad band Ltd Vadodara since Aug 2008. I had subscribed different plans till june 2010 . W.e.f July 10 I have applied for night angel plan (192 kbps day speed and 512 night speed) for Rs.2990/- for six months period. However since start of this plan company is not providing me subscribed speed and also there is non availablity of connection from 31 aug 10 to 7th sept( due to frequent disconnection) 2010 and 4th november to 26 th november.

                        I complained lot and modem was replaced on 26th septemeber by company.

                        I requested to improve my speed, connectivity and credit 8 + 23 =31 days to my account. which compnay customer care denying . My account is in the name of Bhatt parul and customer ID is 455637. please take up the issued with You broadband India Limited, Vadodara .Its customer care number for your reference is [protected]


                        Below mentioned letter is just addressed and emailed to You broadband for the purpose and sent on[protected]..

                        Madam,
                        Till date it my experience since 2008, that

                        (i) your backhand team never called me for any such type of back references. I am sure that you only write to the customer to be fool them.
                        (ii) TIll date service credit is afforded only after two to three months (as in my case credit of July/August I got in the month of Sep/October.That too after so much correspondence and phone call in customer care centre after expending beyond any one expectation and patience.
                        (iii) you broadband is having mobile number facility for sending only the message that ÿour querry ID ____ has been resolved" It message sending is a inevitable by you broadband to show the belongingness and respect to the customer to pacify them.
                        (iv) You broadband never care after customer activate 3 mth /6mth or more that period plan.Afterwards you be fool the customer that you can close the plan but money can not be refunded as plan is for fixed period. Customer has to continue at your mercy.( since Aug2008'I am repenting lot for this)
                        (v) Old customer are not properly cared.
                        (vi) It is very much apparent that You broadband facing acute staff shortage and customer complaints.
                        (vii) It also clear to you broadband ltd that customer has short memory i.e. till date my genuine credit not been given to me for the period 31 Aug to 7th sept and 4th Nov to till the date of replacement of modem ( In between also I complained but now I forgotten)Madam, please note that my access is now perfect only after replacement of modem when I complained across the OP road office. I also explained lady sitting at the counter that your people is saying in the mail that"" you cannot be given credit as our service team has confirmed the usage on some dates for which you are seeking credit/waival. Ïn this regard, I have explained her in detail that my modem is not working and there is frequent disconnection during these period and it obligatory on the part of you broadband to provide me access 80% of not only speed but time. " please modify your terms . If you are not able to provide me 80% of 24 hrs. i.e. 16 hrs apprxo then it also breach of condition. Madam, say for example 1 GB in flash of minutes is not required but connectivity in different time period during the day is must because I may have urgency at any time e.g. credit card payment, PNR checks , online test for JEE/CAT preparation etc in todays pretext.
                        I am not in USA or UK other wise could have applied for loss or compensation.
                        But at least if you are agreed or able to digest the genuine clarification it is enough.

                        please consider my case for credit claimed above for the peirod 31/8 to 7/9 and 4th Nov ( frequent disconnection) till replacement of modem i.e.e 26th Nov-2010 on the basis of time used on net by me. I have suffered a lot in diwali holidays from 4-11-10 till date 26-11-10.

                          I asked for a broadband connection in Hyderabad. Your executive has visited my home on 25 October saying that in 2 or 3 days i will get connection. He took a cheque for rupees 1750 and filled an application and went away. After that when i called him he said that there is no feasibility in that area and agreed to return the cheque. But surprisingly the cheque was credited in the bank on 2nd November. I lost my money.

                            I have taken new connection.First it does not started properly as cable was faulty.I have to wait for few days to get it change.Then one day it stops working again.They first said it is ofline from their side .Isaid i am not available all the time i go to office.Then they reply that there is no need to come to home we will do it,Its problem from our end.Then later i recieve a call that it is working from their end they need to come home.I said i will not be available till my office timings.They replied we will not do it after 7PM.Next day i waited till 11 AM for them still they didn't come.I called them may times explaining them to send person early but they didnot do so.Still it is not working.

I paid 49 rupees for 1 months but in one month my connection disconnect from last 12 days on regular basis. And i complaint about that in you broadband but no response from you broadband. so i am dissatisfy for poor service of you broadband, baroda.

                              Fraud Compnay Steal my money online and not picked up my phone ever

                              Fraud. Dont Use it.. They still my money Do not give internet connection and do not respond on my refund Request. So please spread this new and dont use it.

                                Sir, I want to lodge complain against Ms/Youtele Broadband.
                                I am using youtele broadband since 3 years as a postpaid consumer. My plan is you explore 500-postpaid which gives 2mbps speed and 2.5GB storage as per their claim. They are adding in my billing extra mbs always and this came in notice when they added 1385 mbs on 31/7/10 and 2825 mbs on 30/8/10. I asked them to give me details of my usage (list of the sites that I visited) on that prticular date, but they denied, moreover i asked them to come my home and to show me this amount can be downloaded in my system in the my usage time (because I never got such spped to download this big mbs); but they are not agreeing. I have paid for the july month billing 2362 rupees for their false billing. I requested them return my money deducting the plan charges, i.e.[protected]=) 1836 rupees.
                                Now they are not responsing my phone calls and not giving me any justification and not returning my money. I contacted youtelecallcenter (complain no[protected], and nodal office manager appointed by telecom govt.; but till now not received any positive reply.
                                I need your helpful suggestions to get back my valued money.
                                The details of the my mbs usage is attached for the month of July and August.

                                You Telecom broadband — unsolicited -repeated- notifications long after unsubscribing to service

                                I had unsubscribed to You telecom's broadband service in September 07 owing to a change of location.

                                They didn't collect their modem nor did they refund my deposit of around Rs 1500/- . They kept sending me bills for OCT, NOV, even if I wasn't using their service. After umpteen phonecalls and emails, they finally stopped sending hardcopy of the bills.

                                Unfortunately I had included my new mobile number in these communications. Now, I get about 6-12 notifications (repeated notification with the same message) within half a day and this is so persistent from date 1st through 17th of a month. My inbox is always full, so I wouldn't get any more messages.
                                Is there a way I could get this changed. How can I take this to TRAI?

                                  I am subscriber of You Broadband services (A/c # 76451). For past few months I am facing issue in breakdown in internet connectivity very frequently. In most of the times there will be outage atleast once in day or in two days. I have made several calls to their call centre and local office about this. With every call someone from their office comes to my home promptly to resolve the issue. However inspite of my specific and numerous requests to check and rectify connectivity issue permanently, the company do not seems to be interested in attending the root cause of the problem. They are more inclined to work on consumer experience when we call up their call centre rather than paying heed to the genuine issue involved. I have tried several times to explain them the problem, however with no success. I have given same feedback in their customer survey form also.

                                  I just hope that some sensible soul understands that sound product quality (internet connectivity) will actually help them to lower overall costs and in turn will give lesser frustrating experience to their customers.

                                    broadband connection from you telecom. however my browsing speed is pathetically slow and mostly fluctuating between 170 - 420 kbps. the service department instructs the engineer to visit microsoft. com or download. com and shows me the download speed. they refuse to access speedtest / ping test sites and in-fact the speed-test on their own site shows the speed as 170 - 400 kbps

                                    Most of the technical personnel are not "educated" enough of the Networking and offer highly unacceptable and mostly amazing answers.

                                    For example:

                                    The access to the site for checking the usage is not working because you are not typing in the password but saved it!!

                                    as per the technical staff at YOU Telecom The Ping between the user and the DNS. should be in single digit. It is never below 40ms. Several snapshots and analysis of the ping tests have been sent to them, and correspondence on the issue. They are unable to track and correct the problem, and keep calling to make the payments.

                                    Payments: I had written to them clearly in May 2010 that the payment will be made when the connection is restored to its working value. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Copied to more than one person at Hyd Office. Now they are demanding two months arrears saying that it is not possible to waive off the charges. If they had told me this two months ago, I would have saved myself the hassle of trying to help them rectify the solution, by simply throwing them out and getting another ISP. There is no dearth of ISPs these days......

                                    AN email to their CEO Mr Chakravarthy has also not been very fruitful. About a month ago, the Customer Service Head called and said that someone from their Office in Bombay would be calling. The call is yet to be received.

                                    Hyderabad office execs call and keep asking the same questions time and again. They have all the data and info they need in the email sent to them. Still they want to CONFIRM, as they want to HELP, and promise to return the call and resolve the issue with a couple of days. NOTHING HAPPENS FOR WEEKS. Then another excecutive calls and says the same thing again.

                                    Height is when an executive calls and I ask him the name. He says "I am an executive calling" When I asked for the name he refuses to give, and disconnects the call. CUSTOMER SERVICE............ Hugh.

                                    When you call their call center, they ask you to identify by answering several questions. Without which they will not be able to assist.

                                    I guess the users should take up the issue of demanding their share of the CUSTOMER SERVICE in the right form. If they want to be treated as CUSTOMERS. Those o[censored]s who are willing to go along with the organizations who bully the customers, then NOBODY can do anything.

                                      We installed broadband plan by YOU for 2300/- fr 3 months with 384 kbps.We were told that multiple users can work on it simultanesously and a router will be provided.but there was nothing like that. Raised multiple complaints but now they are niot refunding money back.

                                      I took a You Broadband connection for 3 months with the local agent convincing me that it was the best service in town. The connection installation was delayed by 15 days, initially. After that, when i needed to disconnect my connection(i was moving to another place), and so, as per the guidelines, returned my modem, they said that the refund will be made after 60 days(45 bank working days) of the disconnection. It has since been 3 months, and there's no sign of me getting my money soon. I have made numerous calls to their customer care(which is full of incompetent people by the way- they have my account details but still ask very absurd questions like "Would you like your account to be renewed/disconnected?"), i can only arrive at the conclusion that it's the most annoying service provider in the country(and even in the whole world). Therefore, i advise my fellow human beings to please stay away from You Broadband even if you are dying to get an internet connection and there's no other option. Also, spread the word that "YOU BROADBAND SUCKS".

                                        You Telecom/ Iqara / You broadband….whatever they name it, is the worst service provider I have ever had to deal with in so many years. I took 1000mbps unlimited plan on 4th June 2010 for which i had to pay 1434 in advance & also 500 Rs for modem advance to make sure I get dedicated speed as was told to me. I paid more due to their fake promises wherein other service providers charge you just 999 with dedicated bandwidth as well as free wireless access in the area.

                                        Firstly they started my connection late night & I am charged for that day which they wasted too. Secondly the speed I get is horrible.

                                        It fluctuates heavily from 20 - 80 kbps. Once in a blue moon I get 90 kbps. Am a computer engineer myself & I took this plan so that I could download heavy contents & keep they for downloading in the nights as well. But the trick that they use is that they disconnect your connection automatically after few hours so that they save on their bandwidth as a person sleeping or someone who is out in the day would not know that disconnection has taken place. When one wakes up in the morning, he realizes that download didn’t complete as net was disconnected. It won’t work till the user re-connects.
                                        The minimum speed am supposed to get is 1000 / 8 = 120 kbps. I had asked their executive repeatedly whether i would get the speed i pay for...and he said "yes mam, dedicated speed hai". Its been 15 days that I took their service & in these Now after taking their service I have had to call & complain or mail them almost everyday either their call centre or their executive or their technician but all in vain. Every time they get back on my complain, they give me stupid & lame reasons why I don’t get speed. Different people who contact me from their end give me new n different excuses. One would tell me madam " ye to impossible hai ki apko speed nahi mil raha hai. their must be some issue with your system and antivirus. Disconnection maybe happening due to computer standby (when standby is deactivated in my PC). One extra smart fellow tells me that you should only expect 80% of the speed as its sharing " unlimited mein aisa hi hota hai" & many more stupid or over smart people call me trying to convince me. Two of such elements are Mr Ajay & Mr Rafiq and of course many more. Incase you don't get convinced, they get violent & start arguing & talk rudely. Today (18th June) there was an engineer "Mr Nemain" who visited my place tried to convince me with lame excuses as usual. He took a snapshot in which was by luck, the speed was higher than normal, yet summing up to 95.5kbps where 125 kbps is expected which is just 76.32% of the committed speed. He told me that in the mornings & nights the speed would is less in unlimited plan. Once this man left my house, I received a message on my cell stating that my complaint is resolved. I called this person up asking him how he could close the complain without resolving, he said that he has forwarded the snapshots to the concerned department & they have asked him to close the complain. He said if you still have issues, you call the customer care. That means when I call the customer care, a new complain would be launched & this would save them from answering the higher officials. In any service provider that I have used, they do not close any complain till they take customers signature. I wonder what kind of company this is where customer care & complain id is more of a JOKE wherein they open & close the complain as per their convenience even if the matter is not resolved. Every customer is not an illiterate in computers & they try to cover-up their shortcoming by arguing or talking rudely with their customers. If this is the kind of attitude of the employees, the company would definitely shut down & become a bad history soon.

                                        you telecom — broadband plan not change even after confirmation call by company

                                        i have you telecom broadband plan "you explore250"1gb free atcost of 250rupees per month.igive application on phone on 13 or 14 may for changing plan. they call back me on next day that your plan is changed to 1.5gb free at cost of250per month.now i come to know that they not change my plan now my uses gone above a 1gb.saying you have to pay addition bill.

                                        ihave no proof of that call, con now is it possible to go for some action against that company,

                                        You Broadband & Cable India Pvt Ltd — Facing problrem in getting my refund amount after disconnection

                                        I had taken broadband connection from YOU Broadband & Cable India Pvt Ltd on 13th Nov 2009 & I had paid 3 months rent in advance plus the modem deposit.
                                        I was not happy with the connection & service offered to me and after multiple complaints my issues was not resolved. I had taken 512 kpbs unlimited access plan & I was getting best of 16 to 17 kbps download speed.

                                        After fews days of frustration on 23rd Nov 2009 I asked for disconnection, and for disconnection to commence You telecom people had to take back the modem they installed at my place.

                                        Even after multiple request for modem collection my request was unheard of. Finally I wrote to the nodal officer (email) and then also after few days (on 6th Jan 2010) modem was collected. But final amount of settlement is still not given to me (and I am not yet intimated about the amount too).

                                        I renewed my Account on 03-Nov-2010 with an Offer (as told by your Executive) of 30 days Plus 15 days . I was getting Service below Normal (as usual) and have made several Complaints regarding the Speed Issue . Don't know whether they resolved my issue or not , but as i expected YOU made the Worse Situation Possible .

                                        By the Start of Dec-2010 , I started getting Calls for Renewal . I answered and Spoke to Exactly 7 of YOUr Executive , And almost all of them need a Training on your PRODUCT or FIRE THEM ALL . I Explained to each one of them and still received Calls for Renewal . This Proves that HOW Co-Ordinating YOU and YOUrs Executive are ? Isn't it ???? However to assure me , all of them did Apologise (as usual) as they were totally BLANK (lazy fellows) and said it would be resolved and the Service will be re-activated for 15 days in 24 hrs of time . And today is 07-Dec-2010 , Still no Service from YOU.

                                        Yes, it happened in Vizag also. I'm in You eclipse plan where I should get 2MBPS for the first 4 GB in a month and 256 Kbps from there on. It looks YOU is always cheating customers across regions. Vizag people are not even courteous. They only give the process of complaining to nodal officers and appellate authority but not even a single guy responds to that. Despite many mails and visits to the nodal officer Venkatgs Kumar in Vizag, he did not even care for the complaint and finally said that I would be getting only 256 kbps and not more than that.
                                        I agree with above statement. You broadband is worst company i saw in providing maintenance. When i call them which is 3/4 times a week, because i am unable to connect. They always have fix answer like there is outage in your area, or cable is cut somewhere, and it will be fixed by sharp this time. SADLY that sharp time never comes. now i am disconnected for 6 days. but no change in their attitude. I am going to ask for refund as i had subscribed for year already. Hope at least that will end soon.

Initially wen I used to complain the technician used to visit my house and solves the problem then after few hours again I am facing the same problem. Nowadays I m not getting any response from them except a msg saying my prb will solved soon. After few hours I recieve a msg saying my prb had been solved but in actual is nt being solved. They just send a msg and close the complaint.

                                        8 days ago mr. prashant [[protected]] from YOU had contacted me for new net connection.
                                        i am already a Airtel user. I am using an apple i pad and found that the wifi speed is not good enough as i had experience abroad. Airtel has given the best possible out here!
                                        I shared this with Prashant.and was told that i try YOU. He offered me a 30 day [pay 30 days and use 45 days] connection. he told me that if fill the form and pay by chq i will get connection evening or max by next morn[Sat] so i could test the connection on weekend. He made promises and have not been around since.
                                        Now what happens.
                                        No connection on Saturday or Sunday or Monday. I keep calling and only talks no response. OK on Tuesday a guy comes and throws the cable. Next day another guy comes and tells me that he needs a PC to do connection. Alright! i have apc in basement which i seldom use, so he does the connect. Next surprise, he tells me that he needs another cable from basement to mid floor level [where wifi router] is.
                                        He asks for Prashant contact no, i call and he talks. I am told by this guy that the cable will come in 2 hrs.
                                        Two days go[too busy for mundane thing]
                                        Now comes Thursday, i start calling people and posting complain. A flurry of phone calls happen. In between [Mr. Rahman] [[protected]] calls. With profound impoliteness he asks me to hold on. Talks about my problem to somebody [ i can over hear] in derogratory ref to me. The content is that i am asking for WIFI wire and YOU does not provide and then he is asking me as to who told me that wifi wire will be done...aaaha not i realise the drama...No wire.. only promises by Prashant.
                                        well some more calls and a nice guy comes with Wifi wire..I HAVE THE WIRE.
                                        But now the wire will connect with the wifi modem because it is an Airtel modem.
                                        So Mr. Prsashant has seen the modem and wire why he did not speak with on first day.
                                        Well because he wanted to add a connection to his company name and get browny points...coustomer is to be duped.
                                        Promise them something which does not exist in what they are paying for...or maybe they pay later!!!
                                        Hope this not your company policy.

                                        I have paid for new connection before 15 days, after so many calls to customer care no one has installed the connection. Finally I called Nodal officer for Pune region Ms. Ujwala More, she said we can not give any service because one bonglow owner is not perming to lye a cable. If youbroadband nodal officer is relectant to give connection then I cant imagine about their service afterwards

                                        Their customer care representatives talk loose & do fake commitments.
                                        One of their customer care representation named Ms. Priti Dubey was dealing with me for taking YOU connection. I was planning to take 6 months plan of YOU Tornado 12 mbps speed. She told if i will take 1 year plan I will get free router. I talked to my boss regarding this scheme as I was dealing for internet connection for his home. He agreed to this scheme & then on the day when I was doing online payment, at that time Priti told that she just came to know that router is not free with You Tornado plan. This scheme is for some other plan. I told her that I have confirmed with my boss as per your scheme and now he will fire me for your mistake. Ultimately Priti talked any of her YOU broadband senior & she send me a confirmation mail that they will provide us free router with YOU Tornado plan. After receiving her confirmation mail I did online payment. Since then its 3 months now, but I have not received my free router or my free gift yet. I have done many many calls to priti but she is not replying & also also I talked with surat nodal head falguni & Bhavika Bhagat. But all are same. Just making customers fool. If any of the YOU customer care head is reading my mail then I would like to say them that PL DO NOT FOOL CUSTOMERS. U MIGHT MAKE MONEY BUT IN FUTURE NOBODY WILL TRUST YOUR COMPANY.

                                        Respected sir, Youbroad band is stealing money from thier customers by taking money for recharging the internet service they provide.They are refusing to pay the money back.They do not fear consumer court or any law as a matter of fact.I hope some strict action is taken against them.

                                        The worst ever service provider i have come across so far in my life in hyderabad.

                                        Looking back to history: I was a BEAM user and i was fine with it... somehow one of the youbroadband rep happened to reach me with wonderful package and exiting offers along with an assurace of Quality speed commitment and 2 day service activation... I consider myself to be so stupid that i had believed him. Its now been more than a month and NO ONE HAD REALLY TURNED BACK... The person who pitched sales and come to me to collect money named "Krishna"(mobile: [protected]) from Miyapur region says that he is the 'lead and can get the things done in 2 days"... everytime you call him, his words remain the same ETA 2 days... now these days he stopped lifting my call either...
                                        Looking at this, when i tried to call the nodal officer (Ramya Thotakura at [protected]) she doesn't pick any calls either (have tried calling past 3 days and NO ANSWER)... Ridiculous service.. I feel regretted that i dropped my beam services unnecessarily.

                                        Looking back for refund but i dont even see any way for cancellations... any help will be appreciated,
                                        This is my second experience(and both have been bad) with YOU. Previously in Navi Mumbai, I had very bad experience but because YOU is the only provider of wired internet service provider in my society(in Baner, Pune), I had to get their connection. They took my entire amount for 3 months in advance and promised connection in 2-4 days. I paid for 24 MBS plan for 3 months. However, they did not come to my place for more than a week. After 8-10 days, they showed up(after I made repeated trips to their office) but they could not do the connection. Then they had me change my cabling which I had to do by hiring an electrician which costed me good amount too. Now, my YOU connection is installed but I only get 1 to 9.5 MBS max wired and I use the latest high-end laptops. Plus the connection they did is so make shift that the bare wires are visible outside. Even with slight movement, the internet gets disconnected and so this is totally useless for me. They could not even connect my router and mind you its a high-end router too. They cheated me by activating my account 11 days before doing the connection and I got only 79 days worth period instead of 90 days. I called them 1000 times so far for all this trouble but they lie and never show up. When I literally force them to come, they sometimes do but they can hardly help. They always come unprepared and so your problem never gets resolved in one trip. Everyone in our building has same issues. My neighbor’s YOU connection has been down for more than 3 weeks but these guys have not paid attention for repeated requests. Their customer service number is joke. They just take your complaint and say "Our back end team will get back to you". However, nobody does anything. Your request is shown the trash can. Never never never ever get YOU Broadband. Please buy a dongle or pay for other reputed internet provider. They have cheated me twice and I am trying to stop them from cheating as many people as possible.

He speaks like a person with High BP, When I asked for Customer care Chennai no. That fellow started shouting, At last I was forced to disconnect the Call. Such a Service. My Complain ID[protected]. My kind advise is not to get connection from these people and suffer.
                                        In You Broadband point of view there is no value for consumer/customer. They don't have technicians & other required staff to solve even a very small issue. Never attract to the tariff or Ads, its a WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.
                                        Applied for new connection. Representative guaranteed 5 days for connection and installation. I paid the money, then he said max 7 days for installation. Got a registration call on the same day and was intimated that in 3 to 4 days connection will be established. This is 7th day. Customer care says connection will be provided ASAP but cannot guarantee any time line. Representative cuts the call whenever I call him.
                                        Finally I was able to talk to the representative when I called from different phone number. Ha ha this time he said 10 days.

                                        I should appreciate BSNL in this regard as they openly said they need 10 working days for connection and cannot do it quickly.

                                        I have paid a deposit and first month bill in advance amounting to 1500 Rs on 31st march 2015. Have been following up on a weekly basis with them for my connection or a refund but they have responded for neither. Spoken to almost 3 different people from their technical team who have now stopped answering my calls. As I have read lot of other reviews with similar problem we should all get together and take some legal action against this company. Others please be aware.

                                        WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER IN CHENNAI

                                        I am an user of their service for more than four and half years. First of all my internet usage is very limited and i use only occasionally. Their services (speed & customer care) were average for the first four years. I renewed my account for this year also with them, which i think is a very big mistake.
                                        1. Their service will breakdown at least once in a week or ten days, than starts your trouble. You call and complain to their customer care they will say that they will get back in 4 to 8 working hours, the truth is no one call you even after ten days.
                                        2.You have to go through the pain of running behind them for getting the service back.
                                        3. The team of technicians working in Chennai does not seem to bother to address the complaints.
                                        4. Their supervisors will say that they will arrange a call back shortly, but they will never call you
                                        5. Their customer care does not keep records of your complaints, so you have to explain them in detail every time
                                        6. After calling repeatedly they gave the number of their appellate in Chennai after around 12 days, the appellate officer does not bother to pick your calls / call back/ resolve the issue.

                                        Please don't opt for you broadband connection even if they are providing for free, waiting for my prepaid subscription to over so that i can change to some other service provider.
                                        Worst service. When you open request they auto close it.
                                        First of all it goes down many times. When even you give complaint they do not respond.

Consumers of India will only get protected only if these companies are denied permissions to operate by Government of India due to the number of complaints.                                         From last 6 to 7 month whenever there is power failure the internet connectivity goes down whenever there is power failure we are not able to use internet. Gurgaon you broad band teams says that there ups are not workng and will replace them soon but since last 7 months they are making fool to us and not even attending us properly.

                                        Saraswati and maruti vihar area is suufering due to this for rest of gurgaon we dont know.

After disconnection from last 6 months I am following for the deposit amount of Modem. They are keep on telling lies. Till I did not get the deposit money back.

                                        i paid for new connection by online method last week as they promise to install within 7 working days but today is the 8th day and still unheard from them so i took the phone and call the customer care complaining and they given me some c-numbers and a call will be made to your number within 4hrs after hanging up and they really did rang up asking about my location where to install, i mean like what kind of database and servers are they using to store user-information i specifically filled up the form providing my location and yet they call me up asking my location(what a lame excuse YOU BROADBAND)????.

                                        The small ones will behave like the small ones. I have take a connection of 50 GB and within 24 hours it shows its exhausted. Worst service ever. Called them like 5-6 times in 2 days and no one has basic decency to reply or respond. All keep blaming each other. They have taken the payment earlier and now when given service WORST WORST WORST. This is a fraud company and I would never suggest anyone to use...

                                        I got connection at Satellite Ahmedabad for 500gb monthly plans for Rs 1699 which is good right, but it will always get disconnected in the evening until next morning and weekends Saturday and Sunday it will be off so no point of internet you will be at work during day time when it is working so you will only able to use very less, and complaints they will not listen no follow up nothing. and when you call in evening or weekends they will say they can do it on business hours which is 9-5... WTF...

                                        so never get this company connection. I am regretting and writing this here for other fellow friends who will not get cheated.

                                        I have applied for a new connection. They have taken all docs and cheque, 10 days back but setup was not done.
                                        No one taking call and customer support is useless. They have deposited the cheque immediately and money credited to their account. Don't know when my issue will be resolved.
