Hi,
I have reffered one of my friend (new a/c no : 924068) for new connection and he has successfully got his connection.
But still my Referral reward - 30 day validity - not credited to me. When i raised a complaint in you broadband customer care , i get a reply like "Your issue will be rectified in 24 hours " - but no action is been taken by them.

    WE APPLIED FOR A YOU BROADBAND CONNECTION ON 06/05/2013. THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE CONNECTION CAN BE INSTALLED AFTER SEEING OUR LOCALITY. WE HAD TO PAY AN ADVANCE SUM OF RS. 2012.00/- WHERE THEY NOTED DOWN THE ADDRESS AGAIN. AFTER 3 DAYS ON 09/05/2013 THEY INFORMED THAT THE CONNECTION CAN'T BE INSTALLED AS OUR LOCALITY IS OUT OF THEIR REACH.

    1. THEY MUST HAVE CONFIRMED BEFORE TAKING ADVANCE THAT THE CONNECTION CAN BE INSTALLED OR NOT.
    2. THEY TOLD THAT THEY WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT IN 7 DAYS BUT WE HAVE RECEIVED NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM THEM TILL 25/05/2013.
    3. THEIR AGENT RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR CONNECTION KEEPS SAYING CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND CONFIRM BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE LINE IS ALWAYS TELLING OUR OPERATORS ARE BUSY AND I LOSE MONEY TALKING TO THEIR DIGITAL VOICES.
    4. THEY CAME TO OFFICE TO TAKE ADVANCE AND NOW THEY ARE NEGLECTING OUR REPEATED PLEAS TO PROCESS THIS CANCELLATION.
    5. THEY DIDN'T STICK TO THEIR PROMISE OF REFUNDING MONEY IN 7 DAYS WHICH THEY MADE AT THE TIME OF APPLYING.

      Dear Sir/ Maam,
      i bought a new you broadband connection from you broadband & cable india ltd. on 23/03/2013.
      an executive from you visited my shop for new connection, he promised me to give me an attractive scheme for you broadband, he told me that he will give me 15months internet connection for 3150rs + 800 modem deposit charge. i agreed for it. he told me that initially he will alot me 12months of internet connection and after 15 to 20days he will increase it to 15months. i agreed for it. but when i saw my account after 20days to check wether he has increased my validity of 3months or not that time i was shocked to see that he has not increased and when i callled him that when will he increase that, he told me that he will do that in few days and repeatedly he kept saying me that for 1month and then he said me that he wont increase my validity so i told him that i will complain against you in you broadband so he said me that please dont do any complain, i will pay you cash from my salary instead of that 3months validity but then he didnt even paid me that and he was so rude and unethical at his behavior, he told me, i can do whatever i want but he wont increase.
      i had all call recording as proof against him,
      so i registered a complain at you broadband with complain number[protected]. and you user id: kumar_mc
      but i was shocked by you broadband's response they dont respond to my complain, i have complained about same thing 3times but they dont care to respond me or get any solution to my problem
      so i need consumer court help to take a strict action against you braodband and its executive for such an unethical behavior against customer. i even mailed the call recording to you broadband but they dont respond only.
      i want your help to get my 3months back or refund me my entire money that they promised for as they have failed to provide me whatever they promised me. if you want i can even send you call recording and cc of that email that i have forwarded you broadband.
      i hope you will take a strict action against them and i will get a positive reply from you

      You Broadband And Cable India Limited — Not giving Schemes

      Sir
      Company's Correspondent Shows us a internet Scheme Called you Comfort 300kbps.
      We have a written proof that our scheme is of 4 months (3 Months+1Month) But the company tell us that the scheme is valid only for 3 months please help me sir.
      this company wont give better service..
      but if we ask to disconnect and refund the remaining amount, they wont give us.
      they are better cheaters.
      they wont tell us before. [who will read every line of those documents?]

        Hi,

        I took a Internet plan from You Broadband. Initially the person came and took money the next day i applied for connection. After that they took a month for installation even that was after so many calls. When i get the installation done, i saw my 7 days were already deducted as they started calculating the days from the date my account got created but my installation got completed after one week from that date.

        I called these people thousand time, they used to raise complaint every time and then no response. I even mailed and called their nodal officer many times but no positive response.

        Now my 3 month package is over but still they haven't credited back my 7 days.

        Please look into it.

          After request raised for refundable modem deposit rent which sent generally after 45 days from the date the request raised, there is no response from back-end team after several requests to call center in You broadband head office in Bangalore,Please somebody help in registering case.

            My name is Palak Narola, i have internet connection of youbroadband company.When i need an internet i did inquiry many of companies.when i met the agent of the you broadband at that time they are saying that we are providing speed as we are saying i have 1mbps internet connection plan .there is an issue in speed i have complained since from before 2 months and i have also called more than 5 times to their customer care but the problem is when i call them i was being told that our technician will get back to you but no one have come yet.And they are giving only complaint Number only.and i also being charged call to the customer care number and i have also attached the screen shots of the speed test you can see on it
            that instead 1mbps speed i am getting 37 kbps....and i have also complain about the speed issue from there website but yet i am not supported.And i am sending you to my account number detail and my phone number also please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible i have work on internet so it's better if problem rectified early...

              hi, i am Harpreet Singh am registering this complain on behalf of my brother Rajeev Singh whala.

              i am facing problem with the internet connection since past few weeks the connectivity get lost in every 5/10 mins. I have tried calling customer care but nobody received my call and the moment it hits the answering machine i am being charged 5 to 10 rupees everyday. If they solve my problem i am OK with the charges they take but they are simply making money by harassing the customer like this..
              1) They create a problem so that people contact on their numbers.
              2) The moment it hits the answering machine you're being charged and she will guide you with the menu.
              3) when you press the key to speak with customer care she keep on saying ''TRANSFERRING YOUR CALL TO THE OPERATOR'' and then she says ''ALL OF OUR CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE ARE BUSY'' ''PLEASE STAY WITH US'' ''YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US'' obviously its important cause this is how they make money..
              if you don't keep the call and hold it for 24 hour nobody will answer and you'll be charged very nice amount of money.They are trained not to answer any calls This is ridiculous. How can you charge us when nobody answers. I am your existing customer for 2 and a half yrs now and have referred to many friends and This is how you guys repay.. Its not about connectivity problem Its about false charges that you take and not resolve the issue. Am highly disappointed with your services and regret i joined you guys.. YOU Broadband & Cable India Limited IS VERY BAD CHOICE PEOPLE..

                Its 29/4/2013 today and they haven't bothered to give me a connection.

                I have called more than 20 times now. They say back end team will call,and nothing happens.

                  I was a customer of YOU BROADBAND AND CABLE INDIA LIMITED, i shifted my house in Jan 2013 and it was told to me that they are not providing services to that particular area, so i have to opt for disconnection of my connection, i requested for the same on 10th Jan but my requested was processed on 20th Jan.
                  it was told to me that my security deposit will be returned to me 20 working days. Till now there is no response from them, although they have made several inquiries about why i am asking for disconnection ,calls for recharging account etc. Whenever i ask about security refund they told it in not our department or job, accounts department is responsible for this.

                      I want to raise a complaint for the service provider Youbroadband for Wifi Connections.

                      Since 4 days my wifi is not working and after calling Youbroadband officials, they are not receiving phones or ignoring the issue after receiving phone.

                        Dear Area Manager,
                        It is a matter o[censored]tmost regret that I have to write to you thru this mail. Infact I hv been of the opinion that Govt cos should be supported and subscribed for their services. I have Dolphin Mobile for over 7 yrs or so and am a heavy user with prompt payments. I 'prevented' installation of a private Tel and ISP network in my Society, as President.
                        However, with the present response and callous attitude of your officers on my problems, I am totally torned apart between my idelogy and Facts - on Ground!
                        I have been talking to your people at least 3-5 times daily for looking into and correcting the fault with the Internet. Met DE as well. The SDO has been "looking into" the problem since weeks and inspite of his assurances, nothing has been rectified as yet.
                        Many a times, I am told that they are in the area to look into the problem, but it seems they are relaxing in some Mall!
                        I have no idea if some "incentives" are being created by your competitors for them, to generate such situations with yr trusted customers, and make them switch to Pvt ISP's.
                        It needs to be looked into at the highest level possible, may be yr Chairman as well! an I expect some solution immediately or get the Broadband disconnected Immediately???

                          Hi ! I have been you broadband customer from one and half years . Initially the service used to be good and Now-a-days it became torture for me. I am registering a complaint daily about my problem ,next day the representative calls and says that "your problem is rectified "And the major issue is they don`t have power backup in our area . Already summer has started and power cuts are common in summer .their server is in other area and power cut timing is different in that area. If there is daily four hours of power cut then i will not able able use those four hours even if i have the power. I have to run out side for internet . This is frustrating when I am paying for my own internet . I am totally wasting my Time and Money.

                              I have faced a big problem with getting a new connection in Ghansoli Area,Navi Mumbai. I have opted for a 3 months plan. and the sales representative(Dinesh) was initially pleading to get the connection and payment done. then I paid the total amount. He has assured us that there is a Modem with him if I pay him Rs. 800 extra we would get the connection within few hours in betn 2 days. But after the payment no wireing and no modem & no internet connection. i called the sales representative many times ,he told me be patience.and also called the customer care but no body picked up the phone in the you broadband office.Please refund my money as soon as possible.I don't want your fraud broadband service.i have deposited 1746 ruppees.Please refund my money.Please Please...

                                I have faced a bad experience with getting a new connection in Begumpet area Hyderabad, we have opted for a 3 months plan. and the sales representative(Venkatesh) was initially pleading to get the connection and payment done. We paid the total amount. He has assured us that there is a Modem with him if I pay him Rs. 200 extra we would get the connection within few hours on Friday, 22nd Feb 2013, But after the payment he just put wires and modem the next day but connection was never done. Saturday evening 23rd Feb I got user name and password to log in but it was showing remote server not found. Hence I made complaint with customer care, the lady assured that I will get connection on same day night, but that never happened. Again I followed up on Sunday and Monday registered several complaints and there was no use, my internet was never up. I felt cheated and torched. I called YOU Broadband manger in Hyderabad area she says since the connection has been approved, I can get refund only after 1 month, she does not offer any help or any assurance that my internet will be working soon.

                                Money I lost is RS:1510.00.

                                I would like to get my refund ASAP

                                  i got a new connection from november.from the begining there is always a problem of speed.so i gave complaint to customer care.when the customer care in formed the technician,they come and see that m speed is 10 mbps.but the fact is that my speed was 2mbps before that.they told me not to tell lies.next time i capture the photo of 2mbps speed and gave complain.when the technician came,they threatned me not to give complain,otherwise they will cut down or lower ur signal and also use abusive language.the name of two technician who threatned me are srikant and sulaxman.u can see there r minimum 500 complaints from my side.but now i am hope less.last time they threatned me to low down my signal.all lights of my modem are flashing,but connection did n't start as the signal is zero.when i asked the customer care,they told there are no issues in ur area.last i gave complain on 16 th feb that my speed is low and sulaxman threatened me.the next day when i asked they told that there are only one complain of speed issue.if the customer care are with fraud technician,then what can i do.when,i asked police,they told me that we can't do anything as the technician don't take call and advised me to take another connection.as i have paid money,i want atleast to get internet for this month.so u r my last hope.hope u will help me.one thing i want to say as i heared they low down the signal to get the benefit of full money and fool people.i hope u will understand my problems and a lot of peeople will be saved

                                      Dear Sir

                                      I had applied for a new connection of YOU BROADBAND at my residence in Pune and paid Rs 2784/- vide CRF no. 486749 dt 17.1.13. The installation was to be done within 7 days.
                                      No body turned up for installation for 2 weeks. I made several complaints on customer care ( complaint no.[protected] dt 19.1.13 and[protected] dt 1.2.13 and several on-line complaints which have been duly acknowledged on mail) No action has been taken despite several calls to Mr Ahmed shaikh , the applellate authority and Mr Imran Khan , nodal officer and several others including their mumbai office. I have all the mails which have not even been replied.

                                      Verbally they simply say that their is a permission issue in our society. They have never come for installation so how could they say that there is a pernmission issue? In any case if they are not able to install due to any reason then they should refund the advance amount received by them . No action is being taken to refund the amount despite several requests

                                      Pl help me in getting the refund of Rs. 2784/- from YOU Broad band.

                                        Hi i have opted for You Broadband internet connection but after the connection not a single day the internet was working.

                                        1 week wasted just by running behind these guys & filing complaints but no resolution.

                                        No one is taking responsiblity.

                                        I request to file a complaint against them for poor service & worst client service.
