I am a consumer of you broadband surat. i am facing problem of late connection of modem since i had taken the internet service. i spoke to customer care persons many times but they said that the problem would be fixed in 24 hour but they are not responding from 20 days after lodging the complaint.

    I have taken you broadband service internet at home and was promised 24 hrs any complaint will be addressed. I do not have net connection since last 5 days i have registered my complaint with the service provider but till date did not hear anything at all. Infact I even called the guy who me the connection, numerous times but he did not bother to answer nor anyone picking the call at office number. The guy who i got the connection from is Ravi, his phone number[protected]. I have attached my phone messages screen shot as a proof of my communication to them and no response from their side. Now i do not want their service but want them to refund my my 2000 Rs which i paid for 3 months subscription and have hardly got their services. For no space on website unable to load the pics. Pasting the sms.. We have registered your complain.The same shall be attended on priority. Your new Request id is[protected]. Thanks for your co-operation.. This was on the 6th june 14.       I had Apply for your New connection on Dt.[protected]. My CRF No. : YOUF No. 527990 I have given cheque for Payment Rs. 2703 cheque given to Sales Executive of You Broadband Mr.Mahendra Sondrava Cheque No.: 305601 on Same Day Payment has been deducted on Dt.29th Jan 2013 ….. That time Executive Commit me will give a Connection within 4 Days Our Wire line was already there. After Passing 10 Days He commit Again will give till 22nd of Feb still committing within 5 Days, 10 Days, 15 Days.. & Still it is continue... Than I Contacted Mr. Praveen Patel (May be Area Manager ) Actually He was Also There when I have Applied for Register so I Contact Him. 2 or 3 Times He had Received my Phone than every time He didn't Picked my calls. Every time I have tried with new No. but still he committing 10 days, 20 days... than not picked my phone I have done lots of calls & Registered Complaints But Still not Proceed Than I complain on your Customer Care My Request ID:[protected] On Date :[protected] is Still shown pending as them Executive told me……….. It’s like Mentally harassment………….. I Also Contacting to You Broadband office @ O P Road, But they also still committing Again given lots of Days 5 Times I had Visit @ Office but still not done anything. not even done cabling ... Actually them cable is going from by Balcony... Still also not providing ...         Worst ISP ever! As I don't have any decent services available in my area, I had to stuck on to YouBroadband and since past few months, the net disconnects for couple of days reasoning "Fiber Cut".. I told them several times to get a permanent solution for that but instead they started harassing me by shutting down the internet every second day. When you call them for complaint, all they say is the issue will be attended (not solved) within 24 working hours. And they literally wait for the 24th hours to attend the issue. I wonder what their technicians are up to before that or do they have to attend so many complaints daily.. I can understand the limit of 24 working hours but then they must try to attend the issue within hours as soon as possible. Currently I have been contacting them since Saturday and today Tuesday has ended but there's no response from them yet. If you call them, they surprisingly ask you, "Isn't the issue resolved yet?" If any responsible YouBroadband executive is reading this Review/Complaint, then have a look at my account (user id: rajeesh) and check out the number of complaints made by me... Lately I even stopped complaining but when the issue went out of hand I had to make a complain again.. Also by the look of their recent reviews and rating of just above 1 stars, I am pretty much sure that the complaints from YouBroadband Complaints will again fall into deaf ears only.. The company must be rejected the license as ISP!!

          Hi I had a connection of YOU Broadband since 2010 - A/C# 491509 - I have disconnected their services in October 2013. I disconnected as we were not able to access Internet from April 2013 and the customer service was poor. We have asked company to refund the deposit of INR 1200 and 3 months internet charges as we were not able to access at all. We haven't received any money from them yet - seems like they are not reliable and just don't want to pay the money back. Please Help! Regards Bhavik Mehta [protected]

            I (user id: harish_10) took a plan of 12 Mbps with You Broadband on 27th May 2014 and I am not even getting 2 Mbps speed. I have complained so many times and even their technician is unable to solve the issue. But, they are not doing anthing about this, When I asked about getting my money back, the customer service guy said that they cannot refund the money. All I will get is 500 Rs deposit for the modem. I paid 7500 Rs for this service and I am not getting what was advertised. I contacted their nodal officer(Hemant Trivedi) as well as appellate authority (Divya Singh) but nothing has been done so far. I have to call their technician everyday and he promises to come but don't show up for 2-3 days. Even after he visits, he is unable to fix the issue. Do anyone know how to take this to consumer court? If yes, please suggest.

            No reply from You Broadband. Still the max speed I am getting is 6-7 Mbps instead of 12 Mbps after calling their technician almost everyday. The 6-7 Mbps speed remains for few hours after I call the technician and again returns to 2 Mbps after few hours. Also, I have noted that as soon as I switch of my computer, the modem loses connection. It seems they are saving the broadband by redirecting it to other users when one is not using it. Even when I have kept something to download and leave the computer idle for a while the connection will be lost and the download fails. This way I loose my allotted data and they save on their broadband.

              I am complaining because I have made numerous issues and complaints made(minimum 10 ) in last one month wherein the internet was not working for at least13-15 days and the speed has not been as promised on most of the days. My last request has been for of my internet services (Ticket number[protected] dated 29thMay) and refund to which no one from YOU broadband had called or acknowledged for at least 10 days now and theyrefuse to cancel or refund. The YOU nodal officer I spoke with last also mentioned that the cable in my area was not proper due to which I was facingissues. I no longer wish to associate with YOU broadband as it means badbroadband services and no sense o[censored]rgency to resolve issues. To resolve this problem I would like YOU Broadband to refund my money or this year and anysecurity which I must have paid at the beginning of the connection. They are supposed to refund 4550 and also security of approximately 1000 Rs to my account. They took the account detail however noone is interested in giving the refund.

              Yesterday I received a call from you broadband office and the executive mentioned that my account is still activated which is very strange as I have returned modem for which I have a receipt dated 10 June 14 for discontinuation of services. Seems like they have no intention of returning money as they don't want to change their records on discontinuation.

                I was a you broadband customer, user id : saurabh_r, I called numerous times to customer care to shift my connection to new address but my request was never served from 28th Feb 2014 to 31st March 2014. Then I applied for a new connection and got a new connection in a single day after giving them full payment of 6 months, but the account got started after 4 days after numerous requests. The modem refund was for old connection has not been given till now from April 1st to 9th June, there customer care team always say that your cheque is ready but they haven't delivered it till now. I went to their office twice but no one responds properly there and just says that we will deliver it or the person who has your cheque is not available. I am seriously frustated with their customer service from the last 3 months. Pathetic Customer service. Saurabh Rupainwar

                  I have a you broadband Internet connection 843013 with 12 Mbps dual speed plan 25 GB followed by 1 Mbps. I recharged the connection on 14.5.2014 and was getting the speed at hardly 1 Mbps for which I repeatedly complained from 15th may to 24th may (8 complaints), everytime I was replied that they will send somebody to resolve the speed issue, but 2days back I received a mail that my quota of 25 GB was consumed and I wud be getting speed of 1 MMbps only. When I asked, at the speed of 1 Mbps how it is possible to finish 25 GB in just 13 days, they had no answers . Not giving appellate officer mail id to complain about their atrocities.

                    I have applied new connection with YOU broadband in April 2014 and there team unable to provide service on the expected date so i have cancelled the connection without installing it and asked for refund money. I have raised a complain with YOU customer care center for refunding the money and they have updated like the process will take 45 days. Its becoming almost 2 months but still there is no update from them. Amount Rs:1532/- Reached YOU Customer Care service many times but i didnt receive any proper update and they wont give any respect for the customers and play with customers like call us after sometime or our servers are down and they wont allow the customer to speak with the manager and disconnect the call in the middle. Whenever i will call them they will raise a new complain request and update from today it will take 45 days and close the old requests and again when i call they will say complain number is not available and the process will keep on going. They have also provided two contact numbers of hyderabad team[protected], [protected]) either they will be switched off or wont pick the calls. I am providing complain number details below: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Please help me for refunding the money 1532 plus if possible my mobile charges which i dont want to put single peny like these uncorporated companies and cheating like YOU broad band also apologize from them which created a non-sense and misbehaving with customers.

                      I called customer support about a wire cut issue on 22nd may and the engineer came on 24th, he joined the wire with tapes and internet was working fine for 15 mins, and it again stopped working. Since 24th I have been calling customer support continuously and all they say is ur complaint will be solved in 24 hrs. Everytime I call they say 24 hrs, I mean when does these 24 hrs start. The backend team is making excuses that we do not have the equipment to solve the issue right now. What the hell. How is it my problem, and you are saying that without even looking at what the issue is now. On top of that everyday I am getting calls asking me to renew my account. Do you guys have any sense?

                        You Broadband is Internet Service provider. First, I saw their company's website and came to know that they are providing service in Hyderabad too at low rates. I phoned you broadband company's agent and paid amount for 6 months plan Rs. 2022/-. At the time of payment the agent said it takes 2 days for installation. I thought it was good. After 2 days, I got sms from this company saying "Payment received successfully". Next 2 days later, I phoned agent why it is delay in installing. He said to call his team leader and given his number. I phoned him, he said 'you will get installed in 2 days'. And I waited for 2 days more, again I called agent, he told me to call team leader, so I did. Team leader said, next day our technician will come. From that days onwards, he is repeating his words as next day. After 8 days of my payment, I got sms saying your account has been created. Daily I am calling to their customer helpline and they too repeated the same words. I got the nodal officer mobile number from their website and I called him for this issue. He said "Fibre is not available and it takes some time". Then I phoned appellate which I got from the website to complaint, then one representative took the call and I told the issue and he/she said the same words "next day". After 8 days of this mental torture, I got network connection. Finally I got connected to internet after 16 days of my payment day. The connectivity was good. But the problem arised while shifting. I shifted to another house and I asked to shift connection. Till today, May 7, it is 15 th day after my request to shift, still not get connection. Daily I am calling customer care, Nodal officer, agent, EVERYONE SAYING "it will be shifted today". Till today I heared the same response. I don't keep hope on them any more. I wasting Rs.10 rupees for daily calling them. I am warning everyone, newly internet wanted consumers to keep away from this company OR you will be mentally tortured / harrassed by them. And I request to TrAI or whaterver it is to collect feedback from all telecom and Network providers and save us from these worst companies.

                          You Broadband is too bad, worst. Fake Promises. I have paid for new
                          connection before 10 days, after so many calls to customer care no one
                          has installed the connection. No response from the call center and the
                          person who took the cheque. And the customer care doesn't even take the
                          call. And the people at the customer care are uneducated. They even
                          can't speak basic English. Too rude. Worst. Do not take this connection.
                          And Need an immediate cheque back.

                            We have youbroadband(http://www.youbroadband.in/) connection. It provides poor service and customer support. Whenever internet goes down, you have to register the complaint to their helpline several times. After that their executives will tell you that it be fixed in next day or another 4 hour, or by evening today and so on. Any service related complaint is not heard/fixed before one week. The latest example is - On Sunday 20 April 2014, internet gone. Today is 26th April 2014. One week has been passed, but still it is not fixed. During the whole week, I have registered complaint several times, talked with their executives so many times, but no any fruitful result. On 26th, I with my friend visited their office(Sarthik Building 2ND Floor, Near Fun Republic, Ramdevnagar, Ahmedabad - 380015 ) and asked for the ETR. Still they are telling, it will take time till monday.

                              Dear Sir, We are using You broadband internet connection in the name of amit agarwal account name amit_07. We are facing huge problem of connectivity resulting frequent interruption and meagre speed which is not able to perform. I have taken up with the You Broad Band repeatedly and there are not able to solve my problems. Their customer care takes up the grievance of the customer but never to attend it. As I am completely shaken by their lethargic service I lodge the complaint Please take up with them as they are not able to deliver the goods even after taking advance payments for connection for a, internet charges etc. With kind regards AmitAgrawal

                                Hi, I am Youbroadband customer. My plan is You Comfort 30 months, 512 kbps speed, unlimited usgae. My account number is 100872 I am facing internet speed problems every night between 7pm to 3am. You can check the data usage in my account to know the same. The day time speed somehow appears to be ok but still is never even close to 512kbps. I am facing this problem since a week or more. i have called up the customer care several times and all they give me is another complain number and fake promises that the problem will be sorted out in 24 hours. All i get is calls from your end saying the complaint is resolved only to face the same complaint every evening, They asked me run speed test via your website but the speed is so slow that the test doesnt even seem to get completed. However i am attaching a screen shot of the speed test for your reference. the speed is clearly less than 0.02mb and the test didnt even get completed after several hours of wait. I am extremely disappointed by this slack attitude and pathetic service provided by your company. I would like an immediate solution to this problem which is hampering my work. Also, Mr gaurang, if your website flashes your phone number as [protected], then you are expected to receive calls and respond to customers. i have been calling repeatedly since Friday working hours and all i get is the number is switched off. I would like immediate solution to this problem. If you cannot provide service then refund my money back and do not dupe customers like this. Vandita

                                  I subscribed to YOU Broadband's internet services in December 2013, @20 Mbps per month. At that time, I was assured of minimal or no service interruption, and minimal or no speed impact. Since then, YOU Broadband's internet services have been down regularly - often for several hours a day. Every time I call to make a complaint or register a complaint online, I get the same excuse - fiber cut. EVERY TIME. Often - in fact almost every evening - the services either go down or the speed falls to 256-512 Kbps. I make a complaint, but someone calls back next morning to check if the connection is ok - 16 hours later. This is obviously useless, because I need the connection stable and high speed in the evening - not the next morning. Till date, I will have called over 80 times to make complaints. Sometimes no one answers the Chennai number[protected]. This service is incredibly bad. I have demanded the following: 1. Refund of at least 30% of the quarterly amount paid, because their service is down AT LEAST 30% of the time, 2. Regular, timely and immediate updates of "fiber cut", 3. Reduction in down time from 30% to 5%, 4. No down time and no speed reduction during the day from 6 AM to 8 PM.

                                    MY EMAILS TO YOUBROADBAND: 1. Date: 22/03/2014 Dear Sir, My Relationship Number: 208582 I am now fed up with miserable connection service for your broadband. I frequently receive messages regarding "FIBER CUT INCIDENT" from "LM-YOUBRO" and sometimes no SMS intimations for YouBroadband Connection Problems. I frequently face the problem of the modem as it suddenly restarts itself and asked for a replacement for Modem a long back which hasn't been settled yet. Your customer care representative refuses to take a complaint and ignore us by saying "SYSTEM UPGRADATION" I had placed a complaint to customer care on 15th March 2014, but the problem resolved on 21st March 2014. As all the problems faced by me was from your end due to which I could not connect internet for almost 55-60 days, I want a extension for my current plan by 2 months. If my plan is not extended by 2 months within 48 hours of this email, then I will definitely not continue with YouBroadband and also suggest people not to use YouBroadband.                                       Hi I Vamsi Krishna am using beam internet from last 4 years continuously & in that 4 years I didn’t find any inconvience like your ruthless service, So recently I changed my house to oldalwal to the following address Hno: 1-5-652/5/1, Road No 8, 9, 10 Citizen colony, father balaiah nagar, old alga, secunderabad – 500010. So when I came here into the new house my beam account was in deactivate stage due to non usage, so I have searched In websites and I have found you broadband, but I found the plans are so confusing, no user-friendly understanding, so I have left my number in website. So some person has called me from your customer care & explained me about your plans so the plans are not good I told that I’m not interested in you broadband, after a week your executive has called me & informed that plans has reduced & fup is also increased so he came to & he told that you need to pay 3000rs & modem for 900rs then I told I will not pay modem charges & I don’t require I told, then again after 2 days the guy called me and told that sir u don’t need to pay any modem charges without modem I can given internet connection he told I told ok proceed I asked plan info he replied u will get 6 months internet & with 4 mbps speed with fup of 40 gb per month & I asked the executive how much I takes to install, he told that within 3 days u will get internet . He came for me on 7.3.2014 & took 3000 Rs from me & on 7.3.2014 I have received the following messages to my registered mobile number [protected] 1st message is {“From LM-YOUBRO “Dear customer thank you for subscribing to YOU Broadband. You can now check your installation status through MY ACCOUNT on our website www.youbroadband.in } 2nd Message is (Thanks for payment of Rs.2807 thru NELLIPUDI RAJESH by cash. Renew Online to avail discounts up to Rs 500 for assistance call [protected]. YOU Broadband} So by seeing the message I was shocked I have paid 3000 rs but I have received message as 2807 paid so I have called the executive and asked about the message, & with the executive I was in a situation that I can’t explain he replied that sir that is the transportation fee, charges, I came all the way from begumpet so I have asked why I should pay for that he told you only need to pay. And 3 days has gone no internet was installed when am seeing the portal I can see only form submission was in green color rest of all things are in red color so I have called call centre no response from them So called suchetha she told she will enquire and get back to me & she called me & told that u will get internet with inn 2 days, 2 days after I called her no response, so I have called nodal dinesh, but some person abhinay has spoke with me, I have explained complete story he also told that he will get back to me, he didn’t called me up, the next day when I have called my Mr. dinesh has lifted the call & the same story he told that he will get back to me but he didn’t called me up the next week Mr. srinivas has spoken the next srinivas reddy & so………… on………………………………….. where is the end to this I was really shocked week by week if the nodal charges how can u resolve the customer complaints & from 7th march 2014 daily am calling suchetha & nodal abhinay, srinivas, srinivas reddy, dinesh, chandramouli, sampath, ramya, Rajesh, giri, & so………………………onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Fed up of calling you guys never resolve my problem I can say very irresponsible behavior by team Hyderabad I want my internet connection by Wednesday or return my money back with immediate effect . or else I will move legally for cheating me.                                         hi on[protected] i have given money to nellipudi rajesh 3000 rs & he told that by next day i will get my connection and he deposited money of 2807 and rest of 193 rs ? he didt gave me and when i asked the same he is replying that it is transporation fee, service charge and telling silly answers for me, and from that i been waiting for my connection till date no body has called me nor no body responded for my connection, till now i didnt got any connection please help me out [protected]

                                        This is very ridiculous and very bad experience from the company like Youbroadband.
                                        I never except this kind of service from this company.

                                        My Internet is not working and giving some modem error when i am trying to connect, this happens like from almost 30 days.

                                        I would like to inform about my complain no[protected] which was requested nearly 25 days before and yet it is not resolved.

                                        Also i want, reimburse my data plan with according days by which the complain is not resolved.
                                        As my data plan is limited to 6 months so I want to extend it. Again for this also, I had register a complain[protected].

                                        I want, my complains would be resolved on HIGH Priority.

                                        I got replay from your Executive - Customer Care, Anjana Sharma that this would be resolved as soon as possible before 3 days. But still my problem is persist.

                                        If my days are not extended by 1 months they I may seek help consumer forum under legal shelter.
