tell me what will i do.,
he took money from a 10 days back for an internet connection and now hes not responding,
we asked him to repay my money but hes replying no i will give after a 10-20 days later, and what ever u do do it,

they are a cheat. I had applied for an address change for which first they approved the new address, but later rejected to re-install because of some hardware issues. Just before address change application, i had recharged for 3 months. So now I am yet to get my refund for 3 months recharge as well as the address-change refund..as well as the security deposit which is to be refunded when you terminate the services.

I have lost hopes since the You Broadband is a big cheat. A terrible and horrible customer service. Their so-called agents and the "technical boys" are all lazy who do not respond back once they take their payments. (wanna xpress myself more horribly but since this is a public site, i wont! ) They don't even deserve a half star.

    we were took a connection of 1mbps from the you-broadband and they were promised me to give a connection with in 48 hours,
    but from that day on-words they were not responding my calls and even they were not attending,
    this is the 10th day my given money
    we said to give refund but HR saying they if you want wait for 10-20 days
    hes such cheater fraud,
    such a hell and nonsense showing...
    pls respond to my compaint

      I have applied for a new you broadband connection on 18th Oct 2012. They told me that connection is not possible and amount will be refunded back to my account in 7 day.
      It's more then a month, I called up lot of times but no response from You broadband.

        I took the 24 mbps connection worth rs.5000 from you broadband on the 2nd aug, from that day onwards I have never received speed of more than 1mbps with download speed of 100kbps.

        I contacted the customer service number and the tech assigned to me informed me that they have a limitation with their service and 24mbps was not available in my area and the are also facing congestion causing slow speeds, informed would be sorted in 2 weeks, post 2 weeks no resolution I called dalip who was the nodal officer then who told me it will take time and commited on sms to refund my paid amount to me as an extension for 2 months as the issue would only be resolved in october.

        The issue was resolved on oct 2 however you is refusing to extend my service for 2 months, how do you expect me to finish 190gb of data with speeds of 100kp when u promised me a 24mb line.

        Dalip has left the company and now ujwala is the nodal officer who said she will look into the case, after 3 days no calls from her though she commited a call in a day, whats going on with you broadband, are you guys a company of cheats, I need my refund as an extension plus compensation or I will take this to consumer court.

          Youbroadband is a non trustful service. They offer prepaid services and never offer services. Their call centre is useless and do not have sufficient knowledge or expertise to solve a problem. The normal practice the local reps follow is to switch of the mobile and avoid customers calls.             I would like to bring it to your notice that YOU BROAD BAND Hyderabad is one of the worst Internet providers and doesn't provide the services it promises for.

            the make false promises to the customer.

            I have applied for connection with fiber, at the time of taking money for connection they promise me that with in 1 week you will get the connection with fiber. but the next day they called me and told me that connection will take 15 days. this is the the way are working. I called care lot times but there is worst response every time every one saying that we will update status of compliant.

            After that i told them to cancel the connection give my money back and they canceled my connection after 1 month i got money. for cancellation also they are taking 1 month time.

              I have booked here my 1 year internet with free WiFi router but till date i have not received WiFi router my booked date is 14/07/2012 and in at the time of booking you broad customer care people said me you will receive router within 21 days but now a days when i talked to local customer care they denied to give me router after lots of followup hey told me we cant provide you WiFi router because at the time of your booking our plan was closed but i have a payment receipt there is clearly mention about my plan and WiFi router, please help me to out from here. here i am giving you my A/c No: 758385 and company phone no is [protected] i am attaching his receipt and latest mail in mail they accept about my complaint but after that they not responding and today i got a call from there they denied to give me a router.

                I had taken internet connection from youbroadband, cable india limited. Account no. 619810. I had taken connection for 7 months unlimited usage and paid 7 months advance money with deposit for modem. They always got technical problems so the internet was down completely for more than 80 days and cumulatively approx. 4 months time. They only provided internet for last 2 months properly. To make complain to customer services for starting internet I had spent approx. 1000 rupees with more than 100 phone calls to their customer services in 7 month time.
                Now after completion of 7 month they didn’t extend contract time or refund as they promised as per down time of internet. I don’t want to renew the connection from them due to such a worse service. Now they are not returning modem deposit they had taken in advance
                YOU Broadband is a horrible Internet Service Provider...Do yourself a favor and get yourself an another connection!
                I personally have subscribed for a 12 mb connection...But 10 out of 30 days i hardly get speeds up to 1mbps! They fix it for a while then after a couple of days its back to the same problem! A bunch of nincompoops is what i call them.
                We are using You Broadband cable connection and we have paid 1 year subscription against company's offer of 3 months free above one year ( Which we have in writing) You broadband have kept router / booster on our terrace and as special favour we have allowed to use electricity from our line.
                Now suddenly on completion of 1 year you broadband has suspended our connection in spite of timely / prior information of 3 month free. ...Now after several request to all available concern person, outcome is big zero...It's my request to all broadband user to beware of such schemes from You Broadband. To me this is a real big fraud. ...especially a harassment when you have lot of commitment on financial year end...

When the time of raising the complaint customer care executive updated me with in 7 working days my issue should resolve, but till date there is resolution on my issue.                     its been over three days since my broadband connection was disconnected due to heavy rains that lashed the city this week..i have made so many calls to their helpline numbers but no one seemes to be bothered to rectify my problem .i have so many important things that i need to use the internet for...i have no way out...even if it was a software issue something can be done...but my modem doesnt power on because of the lightning that frll over the mains...i am very very disappointed

                      my youbroadbandcable connection getting disconnected almost once in twodays,i had to send sms,they ill setright,but immediately nextday same error occur,because of which am not able to acees,for so manydays.they are just passing on buck on me saying yur system is wrong,u connect to yur laptop,then that mistake will never happen.but I DID NOT BELIEVE,BUT THEY WERE ADAMENT IN CONTINUING TO SAY MY SYSTEM IS AT FAULT,WHICH HAS BEEN PROVED YESTERDAY,HEN THEIR TECH CAME <CONNECTED THEIR CONNECTION TO MY LAPTOP,ALSO GUARENTTED that ERROR WILL NO HAPPEN,.BUT AGAIN TODAY,NEXTDAY,SAME ERROR 678 HAPPENED AT 5.0am?

After three months I discontinued using internet and asked them to repay my Rs. 500 which was for modem deposit as I handed them the modem. Since then I have complained to them seven times but I haven't received a single response from them. Its been a 2 months now I am complaining and during that I have called them many times which also charged me a lot and even the peace of mind as I am not getting any solution or even a single call regarding this matter.

                        If you people are doing the same with your customers then I'll file this case to consumer forum regarding this fraud / cheating .

                          I am using internet service of You broadband more than a year it's working pathetic. Since last 3 month's it works like once in a blue moon, whenever I called up they just provide request number but no action has been taken place. Few days ago a fee collection person came down to my residence and told it will work fine now and collected money from me and still no service, I tried to call up their technical service and they said there is no complaint registered for this issue then I registered once more complaint with technical department and they said they will come and check the connection but again no one came down to have a check on service. Finally I just want refund of my money which I have paid to them. Please tell me how to register a complaint in consumer court..

                            You broadband does not return installation deposit even after you give them back the installed instruments. I had disconnected their services on Jan 2012 and returned the instruments, also got a receipt that my deposit will be refunded within 45 days. Today 6 months have passed still no cheque has been received. Their customer care says we dont know about this, we have to check with the hardware dept. Simply avoid this company.

                              i have paid a sum of RS 2633( you trident plus+modem deposit) on 25the june.you broadband representative mr. chennakeshava (sales officer [protected] )he Told thee installation will be done in 3-4 days.but no one has at least contacted me still 1the July.I did not get any kind of conformation sms or email from your side.i have contacted your customer care call number and registered a complaint (complaint number:[protected] . every time i call your call center theey say thee problem will be solved in 24 hrs..but no one turns back again.

Theh i Have contacted thee Nodal officer( Subramaniam S)of YOU BROADBAND thee same day he told thee re-payment will be done in 15-20 day's.But still now no one turned back and it has been 1 MONTH since i have paid money but st ii now no REFUND.

                                i took you broadband a year ago. got for 3 months. had good experience. renewed it for another plan for 6 months. i was given 1.5 months extra on 6 months- WRITTEN ON BILL. now somehow they didn't updated their system and shut off my connection at 6 months. complained them but these stubborn people do not listen. NCH (national consumer helpline) is useless, just waste of time in waiting that someday some 'HARISH CHANDRA' will respond.
                                now i am clueless. any suggestion how to teach them a lesson?

                                  I have taken You Broadband since February.As a frustated customer I will advise all other customers to avoid taking You Broadband services. Even if you dont have any other options in your area; I will suggest you not to go for You Broadband service as when they take money from you they promise lot of things out of which they dont provide atleast 5% of it. I renewed my services for 3 months after lot of convincing from the area manager in May2012. After I paid money the very next day my Broadband service went down. I called the customer care so many times(I must have called 20 times in May and June). Their advisors raise a new complain when ever you call which never gets fixed. When you ask them for update they say there is a problem in the area which will be resolved in 48 hours. I am waiting for that 48 hours from begining of May which didn't come till now(Today's date -23rd June). When I asked for the refund of my money they divert the topic to other things and never answer my question.

                                  I am going to lodge a formal complain in Judicial court to get compensation for wastage of my timings and money which I have already paid.

                                    My account number is 498202.
                                    I had applied for connection in Kothrud on 2nd March 2012.

                                    All the connections were done and 3 months advance + modem deposit was collected (total Rs.2100/- + 500(shifting charges) )
                                    Receipt number:- 554700

                                    After the connection was made, the net never worked. Also when the engineer had come he also could not resolve and told someone would come next day.
                                    I regularly called the customer care, but no output and finally applied for disconnection on 9th March.
                                    Although i applied for disconnection on 9th, no one came to collect the modem and after 20-30 calls finally it was collected on 27-March-2012.

                                    I HAVE NOT USED THE INTERNET FOR A SINGLE DAY..!!!!

                                    The modem was collected on 27-March-2012.
                                    I have still NOT received the refund. At least 90-100 calls to the customer-care but no output.

                                    I want the complete refund of advance payment made for 3 month and modem deposit.
                                    Calling the customer care does not help.

                                    Please let me know at your earliest

                                      I have been using this broadband connection for over a year now. Initially I was promised a plan of 512Kbps for 6months+1 month free (I have this written on the receipt issued as proof) but I wasn't 1 month of free period. After this plan was expired, I was offered a plan of 512Kbps for 1Year+Router free. Even this time I haven't received the router till now (its been almost 2 months). There is no place to lodge a complaint, even the call center people don't respond, customer service is very poor.
                                      One thing to note is that on their official website, they don't have space to leave comments about their service, coz they know that they are providing very inferior quality of service.
                                      Also, after registering for a complaint on their website, one receives a message saying "your complaint has been resolved" within 2 hrs, without even asking what the complaint was!!!! They are just making a fool o[censored]s!!! Plz don't buy this connection at all!

                                      I renewed my account on 28 th May 2012
                                      Receipt Number 626986 dt 28 May 2012

                                      YOU representative Mr Vivek had come to my home to renew the account for one year ( plan Angel 512- 1mbps)
                                      He told and mentioned on the receipt ( top of the receipt) that I would get one month extra free

                                      Later when I checked my account on YOU site it is not showing that I got one month extra
                                      I complained on customer care 3-4 times
                                      some of my complaint numbers

                                      Second time I enquired to whom I should talk about it
                                      The person told your name and gave phone number 66442700

                                      I called around 15-20 times and every time I am put on wait and finally get - good bye -msg.
                                      It is so irritating!!

                                      Now when I notice my account on your site it says - Router free
                                      When I was renewed my account Vivek did not tell me that I can get router free but promised one month free
                                      Now neither I got one month free nor router

                                      Few weeks back Vivek called me on phone and collected xerox copy of my receipt

                                      Dont you think that YOU is cheating the customers??

                                      I had sent my complaints by email two times with scanned copy of the receipt and screen image of my account on your webpage showing my account details. However there is no reply.

                                        I took a broadband connection on 28th April 2012, and paid rent for 3 months in advance ( Rs 2769)

                                        As of 20th May the installation is still not done, and after numerous phone calls and complaints, nothing has happened. Mostly the phone of the sales operation is switched off, there are usually promises of calling us back, but nothing happens.

                                        My CRF number is 418811.

                                        If they cannot provide a working connection as promised, then I would like refund.
