my youbroadbandcable connection getting disconnected almost once in twodays,i had to send sms,they ill setright,but immediately nextday same error occur,because of which am not able to acees,for so manydays.they are just passing on buck on me saying yur system is wrong,u connect to yur laptop,then that mistake will never happen.but I DID NOT BELIEVE,BUT THEY WERE ADAMENT IN CONTINUING TO SAY MY SYSTEM IS AT FAULT,WHICH HAS BEEN PROVED YESTERDAY,HEN THEIR TECH CAME <CONNECTED THEIR CONNECTION TO MY LAPTOP,ALSO GUARENTTED that ERROR WILL NO HAPPEN,.BUT AGAIN TODAY,NEXTDAY,SAME ERROR 678 HAPPENED AT 5.0am?
THEY ARE TRYING TO PASS ON BUCK TO OTHERS.i am fedup in complaining,by spending money by sending SMS,calling over phone,WHO WILL BEAR THIS EXPENSES?THEY ARE COLLECTING IN ADVACE,BUT I HAVE BEEN LOOSSING NO OFDYS by not able to browse.please take action immediately for their DEFFICIENCY IN SERVICE AND AWARD 1LAKH COMPENSATION ,FOR MY MENTAL TORTURE/MENTAL AGONY/WASTE OF MY MONEY.

I have lost hopes since the You Broadband is a big cheat. A terrible and horrible customer service. Their so-called agents and the "technical boys" are all lazy who do not respond back once they take their payments. (wanna xpress myself more horribly but since this is a public site, i wont! ) They don't even deserve a half star.
