Poor connection and no customer service

i have been using this connection for many months now . but for the last 6 months this connection works so sick , i really do not about the TRAI regulations but one thing am just paying the money but most of the time no connectivity and speed issues in the internet . have complained many times no action is been taken. my money is going in vain please help me to teach a lesson for all these type of service providers.br...

Scamming Internet Provider!!!

Almost a month ago we took YOU Broadband's internet connection. We were to have taken 3 month plan where we paid this company the entire 3 months money! Since the day we paid them, not for one day has the internet worked properly!!

plan change

My plan has been changed without my permission and i have to bare 2 month's loos. i was on 1560 3 month night and day plan and without my permission company has changed it and made 1 month 12 mbps plan. i have already escalated the same to NODAL and Grievance Redressal but they both are not responding my call and mails.

This company is a smart operator which engages in unethical business practices.

I was sold a plan by one sales rep of the company who promised 2 mbps connection with unlimited download for two months and renewal for rs 999 for two months afterwards.

After one month i got a call asking me to pay again saying that the plan had a limitation of 330 hours. This was never mentioned earlier.
