Refund of Deposit

My modem was taken away by your person on 24/05/2013.
Even after 80 days I have not got the refund back.

There is no info from him or the local office. Your helpline is always "experiencing high call volume" and unable to be reached. On the rare occasion that I could reach them, they have said that it is still pending.

I do not know if my deposit will be returned as there is no response...

12Jun - I brought 'HURRICANE YOU 25GB 1 Month' plan from youboardband
which means I get
12mbps speed for first 25GB download and then I get 1mbps. Somehow I
started getting 1mbps speed. I emailed this many times.
24Jun - Their employee Mandar visited my home and confirmed speed
problem and sent email to them. Then I started getting 12mbps.

Low Speed and Frequent Disconnection

not giving connection or refund

In first week of June 2013, I applied for New connection at YOU-Broadband. Their representative visited our home and checked Feasibility and concluded that there is feasibility for new connection and collected Rs.2440/- on 12/06/2013 and gave a Receipt with number 462151. not getting modem deposit money back

i given check for modem to you broadband which is of 750 rs after disconnection of my account they suppose to refund my amount within 45 days of disconnection. but after disconnection of you broadband connection i not got my money back. i disconnected my service on 12-Feb-2013 but still i not got my check... more that 15 times i made complaint on there call center but they are always saying your check is under preparation....

Internet Services not restored since last 10 days

1.5 months back I opted for You Broadband Internet services as I moved to my new home.
I paid an advance 3 month rent of approx 2100 INR. The connection was working fine but 10 days back the Internet Service stopped suddenly.

Installation not done nor money is refunded

The company agreed to to do the installation in matter of 5 days. Beleiving them I sincerely paid the complete amount to them in cash on 22 June. It's been more than 15 days the manager and the sales person both fail to answer my call and though I have been in touch with their call ceter they have failed to install or reimburse the money paid to them....

Fraud in new connection

I have a You Broadband connection which is only 1 month old now. In this 1 month the connection was up and running for only 15 days approx. The remaining days it has been down. It works at a stretch for only 2 days and after that it dies down. after that i have make a complain to the customer care who gives me a tag of 24 hours to resolve but it always takes more than 6 days to resolve and that too it seems a temporary fix. False commitments to get order

Before 6 months you broadband was running an offer about joining there connection, in which if you paid the connection amount by credit card they promised to give us free giveaways. Eventualy, looking at the nature of the scheme they offered i bought the connection and since then i have been waiting for there offer giveaways up to date.

Basically it turns out even after asking for my right the representative kept on promising...
