You Telecom — Speed Issue and Bad Service | |
For the past 3 or so months I have been having Speed issues. I have the 192 Kbps plan and on doing speed test on the You Telecom website it shows me anywhere from 60-140 kbps. I have been regularly complaining about the speed and nothing has been rectified. All they say is that your line is fine. But I am yet to get the Speed I am paying for. :( Was this information helpful? | |

I am Amit Patel, on date: 23/5/2009 plan is unlimited 4 months/ 1321 amount on cash (renewal department yunus) after 5/7/2009 (71 days pending) my complain on customer care, my account is first priority stop the account. Because my house in the renovation construction because electric line not proper & broadband line & my modem line both wire is diffused. not working the line. Request for disconnection to the you telecom.

Now at last I am having a hope that your team will help me to get my refund back/ adjust the days.
