Dear Consumer forum Team, I am shiv gupta, shifted from mumbai to pune, I had youtelecom brodband connection on jan-2009 i have shifted to pune from mumbai, before shifting on december 31st 2008 i had surrender modem and and request for disconnection to the you telecom . and they told me i'll get my money back within next 45days. but its 9 month over and even I have logged so many complain on phone about my refund for dedicated modem and advance fee. some of the service case no are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[prot...⇄ ... and so on till date i have not recived any refund from their side. now at last i am having a hope that your team will help me to get my refund back. Poor response from you_tele for refunding athe amount
you telecom — Broadband connection not provided even after 20 days of payment
You telecom connection applied on 29 JUNE 2009 with payment of 2153/- as promised the connection will be done within 7 days Now today is 18 JULY 2009 even after 20 days the connection is not available. Every day I call to there call center they reply that connection will be available within next 24 working hour’s i.e. 3 Working Days.Today also they have asked for next 24 working hours. When I told them to cancel my connection and refund my money they said it will take 45 working days to refund.
Over all my 2 months wastage
You Telecom — Giving trouble after giving check and documents for new connection
Ref. Id[protected]. I gave a complaint on 10th of sep. but still, I don’t get any solution. I was applied for new connection on 2nd of sep. In a same day I gave them a cheque of ICICI bank of Rs. 2931. My CRF no is 241795. They told me that they give me a connection with in 4 working days. After 4 working days I was called Mr. Sujit, Mr. Gajanan, Mr. Verma in pune office. They told me every time that they provide me a connection with in two days, On call those peoples are very rude to me. Now these peoples are not attending my phone calls and not updating me a status about the complaint. After that I locked a Complaint in Call center. They give me that req. no. I talk to Mr. Rana, Sandeep, Ashish, Ashok, Ms Kalpana. they are also not give me a proper response. Now I am frustating of this issue. I don’t know what to do with this people. Can CONSUMER COURT will help me out from this Issue. I don’t want my money back now I want to punish this people for any how, because this could be happen to other people too, If we just left these people with any penalty they never under stand the customer pain Can you guys like and share this page. Spread the awareness.

This has reference lot of communications / complaints regarding the refund.
This was the charges paid by cheque in June 2008 against which the new connection was to be fitted.
The job was not done in-time and in spite of lot of follow-up even.
In returned we had to face huge nuisance from your representative.
I have paid Rs 2409/- by cheque on 20th June 2008 void receipt no 146634
The problem was also discussed to your nodal officer Ms Heena Parmar on Ext#1166.
Already the problem is pending from last 2 months, hence you are requested to refund my money immediately.
