[Resolved] Croma — AC Service | |||
I have purchased croma AC 1 Ton from croma store, hadapsar last year. Its third free service was due till 31 may 14. Service rep contacted me one day prior to due date and he was info to come next day. However, he did not turned up and when contacted service center, your rep said that free service has been elapsed. There is no fault from our side and after numerous calls to your service rep, no body turned up for the service of AC. It is quiet disheartening to see such a response from reputed and well known company. Pl solve this at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
