In June 2010 I purchased a whirlpool washing machine from Belapur Croma and at that time I opted for two year extended warranty. The machine that was delivered to me at first instance was second quality machine on calling Croma the then executives mentioned that I need to follow up with Whirlpool for the delivery. The second machine that was delivered was again with a dent on the body and was a second quality product. After much escalation the with whirlpool third time I received a good machine, the final machine was delivered on 31st July 2010. The machine has started giving problem and on checking with Croma they are reluctant to even to check the status on the same and every time I call them they call up someone and they say the machine is out of warranty. Now my questions - The machine warranty date should be as per the date of delivery and not on the basis of invoice. The machine was faulty which Croma did not help me however they should have a record of the machine delivered from the company to the customer residence they why the same is not recorded in their system. Does Croma the multi brand so called "we help you buy " company work on the staff or a written policy. The staff at the Croma retail are so rude and does not the inch of customer assistance.     I purchased Croma washing machine from Bangalore Banashankari Croma branch on Feb 2012. It was working till may 2014 exactly to complete its warranty. Then it stopped working and I registered complaint on 6th June 2014. One authorized service person came on 14th June 2014 and took its parts away. He give me neither receipt nor acknowledgement letter and he disappeared. After 10 days, one more person called me and told it will not be done, will provide you gift voucher of 5800Rs to compensate that for which I said ok. After that, I have not received anything. Then I called customer care, they told me to contact service center. I called service center, they told me to contact store. I contacted store, they again told me to contact customer care! They are playing in a predetermined manner by throwing out the balls from their court. Now I need a strong legal help at any cost for which croma should shut down its services so that I can save more people in India.

      I am really fed up with the services of Croma. Many times, I called to customer care and emailed them. I want to complaint regarding croma services even after their assurance for the good services. They gave me 1 year warranty on McCoy cooler but they are not sending any technician since past 20 days.       I am not getting any response from Croma. Today again I called customer care but no result. Nobody should purchase anything from Croma. Worst services. Really disappointed. Will go to consumer court.

        We had purchased a CROMA refrigerater from CROMA, Connaught Place on 08/10/2011, now the refrigerater is totally useless and had placed a complaint 3 days earlier for the repairing of the same. When we complained earlier they said that action would be taken within 48 hours but even after 72 hours no action has been taken. We complained again today(03/07/2014) but again were told to wait another 48 hours inspite of informing your customer care executives of the already told 48 hours time.           I have a Whirlpool Washing Machine Invoice Number: SLF02A[protected] My Washing machine is not working since march, I have complained many times and your technicians have repaired the part many times but the next day only the machine stops working, this is going on from the past 4-5 months, I request immediate response, and it would be great if you fix this problem permanently by replacing the defected part or I would have to take serious action against you for violating my consumer rights .

            Notice the dismal and pathetic customer service at the Croma outlet at sg road, ahmedabad gujarat Ashok varmora [protected] Ref: Complaint invoice: slf02a[protected] amount 45300 I had purchased a AC (voltas inv s/ac 1.5v dy) for malfunction on 27th of june 14. At the installation time I was ask that the technical person kindly change me within a day. Subsequently I tried calling the customer service numbers, [protected] and personal number of Mr.sagar gupta & mr amit modi [protected] & service head Mr rupesh shah m:[protected] with no response properly. & even store manager mr chirag not taking care for one time & not came out side from his cabin. I have visited the store further on 31 june and 1st of july. when every time he was told that the ac would be replace in sort time. On 2th july I was speak with mr rupesh shah service head kindly collect ac from house. I dont have interest in your product & service. Please collect ac from my house. please given me return installation charge 1700rs.He told me i will collect ac but not given your installation charge. So this is very dangerous for custmer.mr rupesh forcing to collect new product or a bare installation charge on your head so i need compassion for all the day in which i suffering this day from heating temperature with my family.

              I have bought a Croma 3G tab on 5th of May, invoice number SLF02A[protected]. It had loose SIM slots from DAy 1 of purchase and after a month stopped working. The device is submitted in Rcity croma store for service, and they are now asking for 800Rs for repairs. I have logged a complaint via online, and would want this to be repaired without any charge as the defect is not caused by me. Pls escalate to higher authorities . Nobody is responding from Croma side. I have sent emails to Rcity store manager as well as All mumbai customer service manager. Complaint number is SR[protected] and service request number is MUM080614WS00029, which it seems they have closed, even as the device is still in their custody and not serviced.

                Hi,

                I purchased a 1 ton lg a/c from croma in oberoi mall
                With invoice number slf02a[protected] with an extended warranty, now i have been having a problem with ac since last 10 days and the extended warranty team is not able to find my warranty details while the bill shows an amount 1190 paid for the same.

                My a/c is not been working in this hot summer beither the customer service nor the extended warranty team nor the people at store are bothered to resolve it.

                  Dear Sir / Madam, I, have purchased croma mobile model no. CRCB2249 (Croma) on[protected] from your Croma store.. However the touch screen stopped responding in a few days and hence i gave for repairs on[protected] at your Infinity Care at Borivali West.. The staff made a work order and said the touch screen needs to be changed... it should have been changed immediately.. but they didnt have spares.. After followup's from both the sides it is learned that your Co. has not provided them with necessary spare parts requires.. and no time limit is been offered by Infinity Care to deliver my mobile... I am highly surprised that an enterprise & Brand "Croma" owned by one of the biggest business house of India has such unprofessional approach towards customers.. I want a final committement for delivery of my handset... also i want you to extend my warranty for no of days my mobile was with you..due to non availability of spares at your end...                     I purchased a LG Washing Machine from Croma Pacific Mall Ghaziabad and they suggested to buy 2 years extended warranty which i did. They had given enough assurance that time about trouble free operation. l logged the complaint 2-3 days back with no response. I got the mobile number of Manager Ghaziabad.                     When it comes to WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE, Tata croma beats all its competitors by a big margin.

                    I bought a Samsung LED TV along with 2 years of extended warranty from Tata Croma. The TV is not functioning and I am chasing Tata Croma Extended Warranty Team for the last 13 days to get my complaint registered.

                    Till date, no one has visited to rectify the problem.

                    This kind of pathetic service was not at all expected from this organization.

                    Inspite of continuous follow ups with Tata Croma's representatives at toll free number (since no one bothers to take the call at extended warranty number and nobody calls back even after the msg WARRANTY is sent to 5616181), i got the number of service guys at Delhi today. Have requested them to look into this matter at the earliest (considering the ageing of this matter), i have still received the same response, "the service engineer will get in touch in the next 48-72 hrs).

                    So going by the time line, my complaint will be looked into 15 days approx, from notifying it for the first time.

                    I have had enough of this nonsense now.

                    If a service engineer does not visit by 11th Sep'14, I will explore legal options now.

                    I have enough proof (4 detailed calls with tata croma call centre guys, 2 detailed discussions with floor managers, a mail with all the conversation details was sent to service team by Tata croma, store manager, oberoi mall - till now the most helpful person in this process) to prove deficiency of service in this matter in the consumer court.

                    If the response to this blog is taken seriously by Tata Croma (which I doubt), then ask some one senior to get in touch.

                        It’s more than 7 days; I haven't received my invoice no for my order id 148511. I already paid for this order. This order was for a power bank. If the product is not available, please return my money. it's my first shopping with croma. Not satisfied till now.                           To whomsoever it may concern I brought a Samsung Galaxy S3 on 8th February 2013 from the croma store in Rajouri Garden along with an extended warranty for 1 year. The phone malfunctioned on 16th June 2014 and I took it to a certified Samsung dealer who diagnosed it to be a software/ mother board malfunction. Since I had an extended warranty he advised me to take it to the Croma store where the warranty was purchased. The executive at the CSD was unhelpful and stubborn. He told me to get the screen repaired first and only then would he send it for any software repairs. I told him that the screen had cracked an year back and the phone had functioned perfectly well since that time. No where in the extended warranty leaflet is it mentioned that a phone with a cracked screen cannot be taken up for software repairs by Samsung. In fact, the dealer I had visited earlier was willing to correct the defect (at a cost) without even being bothered about the screen. This raises the following questions: 1. Is the extended warranty an eyewash meant to fleece unsuspecting customers? 2. The croma booklet on extended warranty never mentioned a physical defect coming in the way of servicing a software glitch 3. Are stubborn customer executives meant to put off customers so that they cannot escalate their complaints? 4.                               I have registered a complaint Id: 131715 dated[protected] against the purchase bill no. SLF02A[protected] under the extended warranty. I have many time to call croma Service Center both number "[protected] & [protected]" but every time customer executive staff are not goods answer. He is telling next 48 hours engineer will come to home; but till date my problem are same. In case my problem will not resolve otherwise I will go to consumer court & file the complaint.                                 Item Description : Croma M/Phn 3G/Wht CRCB2249

                                Mobile is not working properly, Automatically getting switch over to silent mode, Ringer volume is very low, I have to wait at least 5 seconds to select the icons.
                                I checked the RAM and always maintaining the above 200MB free. I tried the factory set up even though I am getting disappointment.

                                I don't want to waste my time by contacting croma but I tried no development from CROMA.

This is a fraud. This shopkeeper is a fraud, at the time of purchase he will guarantee many things but when you ask for support, he will totally deny. At the time of purchase, if you ask for bill, he said bill not required we have here for support and at the time of support, ask for bill and blame on customer that you must took bill. This is ridiculous and I do not prefer to buy anything from his shop. This shopkeeper is really a fraud and do not go on Agarwal enterprises for anything.

                                    Submitted my phone under extended warranty to Croma - Indirapuram on 22nd May. Everytime I visit Croma centre, I am given different excuses. Promises were given for a callback with status update or to make me talk to the repair centre. But didnt happen. Assitant Department Manager - gave me his Business card. But he never picks up the call. After 25 days.. I am not sure when I will get my phone back. Dont ever go for Croma Extrended warranty.

                                      Dear sir, As i have placed a order at[protected] and receive the delivery after two days in very bad and damage condition. then they said to re-deliver the product after 7 days[protected] without any regret. Now on[protected] they are committing to deliver the refrigrator on[protected], If these level of horrible service you are providing no customer will never try to choose croma again ever and i think i made a biggest mistake by choosing croma. When i try to complaint on customer care .i get no response from your management Because of all these poor level of service you are providing, I'm feeling very shameful by choosing croma and decide to cancel my order of 79000rs.                                         Hi,

                                        I have ordered a LG washing machine model number T70CPD22P from croma retail through online. My order number is - 148299. But did not receive any order confirmation email or sms after that. I did not even received the invoice of that purchase but my money got debited from my CC account for that. I called the help line number and they told that there is no information found against my order number. They provided me an email address to send the details. I sent 3 times but did not get any response back from them. Which is now worrying me.
                                        This is really an unprofessional and worst service from a merchant like Croma. However what I want to know is, what is the current status of my order? When I will receive the order confirmation email along with invoice? When my washing machine will be delivered to my address?

                                        Please assist me with this to know at least the status of my order.

                                        Can confirm, still have no resolution. Have not receive any sort of confirmation from any representative of Croma. Don't understand what is the complexity behind this. It's just simple, your portal and structure of business is so unprofessional for the customer like me who use regularly flipkart, myntra, amazon like vendor. Issue happens but resolved in a day for them. But the vendor like Croma it's just irritating and frustrating. Attaching the proof of money debited from my CC. Please do let me know when really I will get a resolution i.e either get the delivery of my washing machine or refund my money asap.
