I bought a whirlpool refrigerator from Croma on 21st Oct 2012 for around 45k.
A scratch card and a iron as a gift was committed to me along with it. Got the scratch card immediately and was told that the iron will be delivered along with the refrigerator.

I am shocked to see the approach/behaviour of Tata Company. We had bought Glen Cook Top with extended warranty in March 2012. In Dec 2013, we observed certain issue and have been chasing them since then. I would recommend not to buy any product or extended warranty from Croma. We visit Croma regularly only because of High Trust it carries with its name, now which has been butchered by them. Naam Bade, Darshan Khote......
