I Arun Dwivedi is a frustrated customer of Croma, I have 25 products of croma in my house. Products are working good, but problem starts with warranty and extended warranty period. my AC was faulty i have lodged complaint to customer care, they told me to lodge complaint to extended warranty no. i have lodged the complaint. after 2 days mechanic came and told problem is not sought out here unit will go to workshop, and another man will come to take the unit after 2 days another man came and taken the unit. after 5 days (on repeated request) the unit came to my house with another problem. the gas issue was rectified but motor fan is doing very noise. i have refused to take the unit but they told me that another mechanic will come to rectify the problem ( I would like to remind you that when the unit was taken by the mechanic to workshop unit was taken without noise). i thing my unit was changed with some one. after so many reminders to supervisors and seniors the another mechanic came and taken my unit's motor. It was the story of croma service. my small grand daughter is suffering since last 15 days. still there is no report when my unit is working fine. Every year problem persist and the same type of service given by croma service centre. I request all of face book user please take care purchasing products from croma.

after lodging my complaint still my unit is under custody of service centre. in peak summer i am and my family facing problem. but no positive reply from croma people. this is worst situation i am facing after purchasing croma products. after lodging my complaint not a single official of croma has contacted me.

very shame to say that i am a croma customer.

you are asking for rating, no star for croma service.

please do some favour to me.

I bought the McCoy cooler 10 days back and it has started giving me problems. I lodged a complaint two days back but no response. Nobody even called me. Your customer care does nothing even after repeatedly calling them. They just say that they are forwarding request and nothing happens. Why are you guys making the public fool by customer care.
Before that when I purchased cooler, they did not deliver it on given date. Even when they told me to deliver it after one day, they delivered it in two days. My guest had to bear a lot.

    I am using a 6.8 KGs Whirlpool Washing Machine which I bought from your Tata Croma Store two years back, I paid extra for the extended warranty, which I bought to get good service. But I have never been so disappointed from any company but you guys have given a really hard time. I have been complaining from past 1 month starting from 15 march, till this date I have called ‘n’ number of times at your customer care centre and all you guys are doing is procrastinating. I m sick and tired of your poor service and I can’t wait any more so I am filing a complaint against your company. P.S: your Customer Care executives suck...they put me on hold and tthen disconnected the call...executive name : Vinitha Thanks for your service.       I had purchased a Philips Digital Photo Frame product initially from Croma's online website (Order no. SLE001EC0011950), but on receiving it, the product was missing key components such as adapter, Frame stand..etc

      I contacted the customer service and they asked me to ship the product back to them in return for a replacement. (For which a new invoice was raised-Ref. No.: RLE001EC0000168)

      After waiting for over a month for the replacement, I was then informed that the product was out of stock and my money would be refunded.It has been over 2 months and I have yet to receive any refund for this product and they have CANCELLED the order WITHOUT my consent!!!

      It is my humble advice to fellow buyers to refrain from using Croma as they seem to be fraudulent in their dealings.

        I have purchase Midea S/AC Kosmic from Cromo Greater Noida store on 4th April 2014. It got deleived on very next day and I have been following up from last seven days and I am fed up with the Cromo customer care false commitments.

        I sincerely request for the refund and the penalty charges for the mental harassment.

        Date & Time of Porchase: 4th April 2014, 4:15 PM.
        Croma Reference Id for Installation: BON0504141d00111.

        Today finally when I told them to refund the entire amount and penalty for the harassment, they told they dont have authority to take the complaint. You need to visit to the store. Why I should visit the store when there is no mistake from my side. I asked for escalation matrix they said there is only one level..there is no escalation matrix.

        The kind of pain I gon through and my biggest mistake I bought product from Croma. Request you to please take action and I would sincerely request for the penalty charges of Rs 10, 000. so that they should know if customer is paying money from their pocket what kind of service they should provide when it is clearly mentioned the installation will be done within 48 hours.

        Why should I buy such product where the service is too bad and i also bought 2 years of extended warrenty.

        Hi Team,

        Today is 17th April and till now my AC is not operational. The AC Croma excutive has come on 13th April but due to some technical issue the Outdoor unit wire had some issue which I have get it fixed same day by the help of my Socity engineer. After that it was commited to me by engineer that he will visit same day he will fix the cooling issue. Today again 4th day has paased I have approximately called them Engineer Asim @ +91 [protected] around 12 times and the local store head @ [protected] but I am still sitting at the same place even after doing payment of all the instalations.

        I have paid two years of extended warranty and I am facing so much issue even in installation I am not sure what kind of service these engineers will provide.

        My sincere request I dont need this AC at all of such brand where after paying money I am getting harassed like this. I request only for the refund and penalty charges for such pain to the customer.

        And now I am not going to allow any of Cromo engineer to enter in my house. I need complete refund of AC and installation charges (Rs 2000/-)I paid: Rs 500+ Rs 750 (Copper) +800 (For Cabinet).

        And Let me know the process I want to raise a case against Cromo that as per aggreement the AC should get installed within 48 Hours and
        it has not installed. My so many work has been affected because of their false promises as I left my work and was staying at home to make sure it gets installed.I DONT NEED THIS AC AT ALL.

        Need mental Harassment charges of Rs 10, 000/- from Cromo for all the losses I had beacuse of which I stayed at home due to false promises from the engineer that he will come to fix the AC.

        The cromo team has done the installation but there is no cooling in AC. I told the engineer at very first place he told me to observe for two-three days. Next day I think another engineer came from Carrier and checked the outdoor unit and said the cooling is fine please observe it. Today again I raised a new complaint BON230414FS00025. Request to address this otherwise please change this AC>

          Croma Service Request Number: SR[protected] I have taken croma extended warranty for my Samsung refrigerator. My refrigerator stopped working 2 days back, and I raised complaint with Croma. Croma in turn sent a Samsung technician to my home to look into the problem. Since the issue was with compressor (which was under Samsung 5 year warranty), technician said compressor will be replaced free of cost by Samsung. But there will be additional expenses (summing upto Rs2000) which needs to be paid by me. I called Croma again regarding this issue, and they said Rs2000 worth of expenses is not covered under the extended warranty. What is the point of taking extended warranty if we have to pay additional charges? When i bought the Croma extended warranty, i was assured the same warranty which Samsung offers will be applicable to the extended warranty. If the refrigerator had failed under the Samsung warranty period, then Samsung would not have charged any additional charges. Then why is Croma asking me to pay Rs2, 000 to the Samsung technician. Shouldn't the extended warranty of Croma cover this?

            This is with reference to my multiple complaints with Croma service center - BAN280314FS00011 and BAN040414FS00023. I had logged my first complaint on 28th Mar requesting for servicing of my Air Conditioner that was not functioning properly. There was no response from Croma for a week. I called the customer support number again on the 4th of April enquiring on the status of my call who mentioned they will have the issue looked and have this addressed ( I spoke to a gentleman called Manish). Unfortunately, I got a "cancellation" message from Croma stating my ticket has been closed because they have been trying to call me and SMS me but I have not been reachable (surprising that I just called a few minutes ago that I have not heard back from Croma!) When I screamed at the customer service agent he logged the new ticket against my name for the same issue. I had waited long enough and I called the customer service center on Saturday the 5th April that I needed the technician to visit me the same day. The customer service agent (Ms. Pramila) mentioned that the technicain will come hat day else I can call her and ask for assistance. The technician did visit me on Saturday but mentioned that there is some gas to be refilled it and he is not carrying it. I requested him to come back and have that fixed the same which he said he will try. I did not hear back from him that day. I called him again on Sunday but he said he does not have it and he will come on Monday and we agreed to have this done at 6.30 PM. Now I have been waiting for the entire evening and the guy has not even called me nor come here. When I am trying to reach Pramila at the customer center she is refusing to speak to me. My Pundalish (I hope I got that right) is telling me the regular frustrating stuff that he will have this looked into. Divya who is the service in charge, does not have a clue of what is happening and she mentions that they were not able to address this because the technician was ill, do you have only one technician at Croma? The technician Salim picked my call after some 15 attempts only tot ell me he is ill and he cannot help and I should speak to his office. I am frustrated with Croma and this has been an awful experience. This is the last product that I will ever buy from Croma and will never recommend anyone to go for it. Croma is a shame on Tata enterprise!

            I still see any improvement in customer satisfaction. I have exact similar story . I bought bajaj food processor on 30th March and I am still waiting for the demo.I already called 10 times to customer service number and all same answers . Nothing happens even if you talk to any of the seniors in customer service.

            "This is the last product that I will ever buy from Croma and will never

                I have purchased a croma TV from the saket croma store my invoice no is SLF02A[protected] . The TV was to be delivered on sunday with the stand but there was no delivery made till we called up the call center of croma and the TV was delivered at 10 PM without the stand. The installation engineer came on Monday to install the TV but there was no stand sent and when we called the croma store they said there is no stand available. I had to cal the call center again for a resolution this is really absurd we had to cal the call center 4 times to get a simple TV delivery at a location which is 10 minutes away from Croma store. I would suggest no one to purchase any expensive goods from Croma Store awful experience.

                  I beg to state that, 15/03/2014 I was ordered a Lenovo Flex 10 Laptop with advanced amount of Rs. 10000.00 (Ten thousand rupees) through my Credit Card to Infinity Retail Limited Trading (Croma- Satya sai tower, Ground floor, Model town, Jalandhar ). My Invoice no : AIF02A[protected], time6:26 pm. My laptop delivery time was 16/03/2014 time 5:00pm – 09:00pm.

                  I was went Infinity retail (Croma) daily for asking my Laptop delivery but croma section manager Mr. Abhilas Khola was saying “ Provide me time, I will delivered product shortly”.
                  Date 29/03/2014 I received a call from Infinity retail (Croma) about delivery of my product. I was went croma same day and pay rest amount Rs. 17990.50 (Seventeen thousand nine hundred ninety rupees fifty paisa) invoice no : SAF02A[protected], 29/03/2014 time 6:30 pm. and take the laptop after activation of windows at 8:00pm.

                  When I reached home and open my laptop, I was surprised because it’s not works properly, I was faces various problems, like: Key pad not working, screen flashed, windows resetting etc.

                  Next early morning I went infinity retailer (Croma) and ask about my Laptop Manufacturing Defect and ask for replacement. But I did not get proper response. They people was not ready to replace or taking complain. After a long argument Mr. Abhisek (Store Manager) came and they reply the same, lastly he takes the laptop and provides me a service request letter (for repairing purpose).

                  I want to launch complain for:

                  1. If Infinity retailer (Croma) don’t know about her stock and delivery, why the bluff the customer and take advanced amount for a long time.

                  2. If any type of manufacturing defect in her product, why they not replace the product.

                  3. Why customer take repaired laptop if manufactured defect available in laptop.

                  4. They waste my huge time and they have been mentally harassed me, that’s why I want compensation.

                  I request you to please resolve my problem and replace my laptop as soon as possible.

                  Do Not bluff the customer, i am not satisfied with your jalandhar outlet services. Only you people write in public sites but not resolve the costumer problem in real .

                  Yesterday i was received the same response (" Today we are unable to solve your problem").

                  i want to know one thing, why customer suffer and why costumer take Manufactured defected product.

                  I warn you lastly, please provide me another fresh laptop otherwise today i launge a care in CONSUMER COURT.

                    I purchased the Croma Air Cooler which was delivered today but it does not cool the room at all. I would like a refund for the product. I called the customer care who asked me to get the product to the nearest store as they do not have anyone who they can send to my place to have a look but I do not intend to carry such a bulky product all the way. This completely defeats the purpose of buying the product online. Also, when I visited the store a day before buying online, I was told in case of any issues, a technician will be sent to my place, which is clearly misguiding the customer. I am aware I can approach the consumer court on these grounds but I do not wish to take that route just yet. I hope you understand and can have the issue addressed at the earliest.                     I think it is just a auto generate comment that is posted to every one that there complaint is escalated.

                    Believe me nothing happens ...they are just fooling people.

                    They know that customers are not happy and customer can go to Internet and post there problem...so easy solution for them was to get a guy who can write all this nonsense satisfaction comment's to all and they does not bother to solve the problem.

                    I suggest everyone to go to consumer court and log a complaint and ask for compensation. Unless these guys are not changed for there mistakes, they will not learn lesson.
                    Nohting happens, These guys just post the foolish comments to everyone.

                    I suggest not to buy anything from croma. and if you have already bought something and not satisfied please go to consumer court.

                      I have ordered "Sony SLT-A58Y 20.1 MP Digital SLR Camera (18-55 mm and 55-200 mm) (Black)" in Cromaretail.com on 20th may 2014. As I ordered they call me over phone to get confirm their order and my address. By 20th may 2014 evening they send a mail like "as requested we have processed your order cancellation". I have not requested them to cancel my order at all. After this mailed them to ask reason for cancellation of my order twice, but I get no response from them. I don't want to cancel my order.                         Hi Friends.., Don't buy any products in Croma showroom. Good product not available there --- this is warning to all. I went and check my tab to Deproyses system then they told me touch problem and want 20 days to fix touch screen issue. After 20days, I called to check my tab status. They told me, "croma supplied touch was not fitting. So, rejected and request to new one. Same-time, each and everyday, I'm calling to Croma customer support and checking. Also, your store checked and give guarantee to deliver on March 21st. Sametime, Deporysys also, agreed that date of March21st. But, I didn't get any call from your storeroom and deporsys system until March 24th. Monday morning I called to Deprosys and they said, check and confirm at evening. Again, I called at evening and check it. They told me, again "supplied touch was not fitting so. sent mail to croma." Sometime, I called to your croma store room. they also agreed to get my ASAP. But, still i didn't get it. I'm wasting around 40 days. I'm worry about your product. I don't know how to not fixing spare parts. Why your supporting not identify issue correctly. 1. Croma is very worst product sales. 2. Not have good supporting team. 3. didn't think customer issue.

                          The customer service was very worst.1st time to the store. Will never come again. Will also let this known to my friends and relatives.Bought a vacuum yesterday. The rep never told the model i chose is a small house. We asked for the model, even after asking for the features - she kept answering in one or two words.Believing Croma as a brand - bought the product.Came home it works for 15 mins then it goes off. Waited for an hour. Still didn't work.Went back to the store this morning. Spoke to all the people possible. They said the motor will stop working if it is heated & this product is for small house. Main is a 3 bk house. Every 15 mins if goes off & if i need to wait for 1 hrs for it to work. No point.The person who sold this never explained this is for small house. After billing we opened the box there to check whether its working. Now the customer service people said they do much about this.I wants to but another brand giving this one. Informed even i will pay more. As this of no use. Very very pathetic service. Every body in the place ran away. Without answering our complaint.At last a manager came Harmeet Kaur, Emp Id:7684 . She was very very poor. She didn't even listen to my query. She kept saying we will not do replacement for open box. Lack of customer service, poor product knowledge & poor attending skills made me to buy a product where i need to buy a product, which is not useful to me any more. The people around where making fun of me. As i bought a product just for Rs. 2100. And i came a to raise a complaint. I think a customer who bought even for 500 rupees is a customer still. It was a insulting customer service. Will surely go for consumer claims FOR HURTING MY FEELINGS.I KNOW THIS IS JUST ANOTHER COMPLAINT FOR U.                             I have ordered for WD My Book Live 1TB Network Hard Drive, instead I have received WD TV Live. The packing says it was 1TB Network Hard Drive. But Inside its a different product from what I ordered. Order no: 109938 Reverse pickup was arranged by the website and I returned the product. This was on 16th Dec, 2013. with tracking code of [protected] On 18th Cromaretail customer care confirmed they have received the product in warehouse and refund process has started, It will take at max. 15 days for refund to reflect in my Credit Card. After 20 days I called again in January, customer executive apologised and said he will send an email to refund department and initiate the refund and it will take further 15 days for refund to reflect in my credit card. Still not getting the refund, I called in Feb now and the customer care says they have not received the product in warehouse. What kind of joke is this? Customer care said give us 24hrs and we will get back to you with the details. And since then I have been calling every week, and customer care says they will get back to me after 24hrs and their record does not confirm if they have received the product in warehouse. Saying they will confirm with bluedart. Everytime this is said and no action is taken. No action has been taken by Cromaretail on this till now. It was a biggest mistake buying a product online.

Then next day on dated[protected] i had lodged complaint Blackberry service centre Pune On work order Number PUN/BB/13/13704. The Redingtion service centre issued[protected] DOA Certificate PUN/DOA/13/0196. on same day i had visited your above mentioned store for DOA. Your employee not satisfied me . Yourstore had not taken any action for replacement for Z 10 blackberry mobile phone. and they told the blackbeery mobile Z 10 is production is closed by company. then we are not able to replace the mobile phone.I had suggested to the your employee please keep the mobile in your custody and store will send mobile to Distrubutor. and after 1 or 2 week i give me information but your employee by intentionally denied to replace me mobille phone and they issued me refund amount. DOA certificate clearly mentioned that Customer should collect the replacemnet within 7 days from retailer.                                 I had purchased CROMA Washing machine via invoise no. SLF02A[protected], on 12/Nov/2012. I had also purchased Extended warranty for the item. With in 4 months, I had raised a complaint no. BO-S3/160313/Washing Machine/961145 as the machine was making very loud sound in the spin cycle. I was told that the part was not available and the problem is still not resolved for almost one YEAR!! Again I raised complaint BAN311013FS00005 in Oct, 2013 as the key pad was not working. This was replaced after multiple follow up. Again I had riased complaint BAN221213FS00004 21st Feb, 2014 as the machine was not filling up water and was draining the water and the machine is unusable. After waiting for 10 days, and being informed that the part is not available, I went to the Indiranagar, Bangalore store and I was assured by the store manager that\ they will provide a standby machine. Even that has not been done. I am getting calls and told they will give the standby machine and that has not yet been done. I don't want this product. I want a replacement or exchange for another brand waching machine that has better life and service. I did not expect this kind of product or service from a Tata brand.

                                  I purchase a Croma 2G Tab CRXT1134 on 15.09.13 Invoice No SLF02A[protected] after 2 month their is a problem in touch & sound I have give it to Croma service center on 30.12.13 & After so many reminder & chase I get the repair tab after one month on 31.01.14 & again the same problem after repairing its not more than a month & screen is not working again & also the battery after full charge it is discharge in 10 to 15 Min, sound problem also I have submit it to croma store Vashi on 01.03.14 & this time I don't want to repair it please refund my money. don't expect this type of poor product from a TATA brand. That I have not even use for two month & their is a problem rise, before buying I feel that its TATA product so it will be good compare to other but now I feel that I have done a big mistake by buying a Croma product I have purchase it for my use not to put in services center for a month.I am very upstate with your product & services.

                                  I had purchased Sony mobile phone bearing model Ion LT28h on 24.04.2013 vide invoice number F02A[protected] from Croma Retail Store, Kandivali, Mumbai and paid an amount of Rs. 21, 723.


                                  However problems starting arising in the said product from the date of purchase and therefore I gave the handset to the Sony service centre located at Borivali, Mumbai on 03.10.2013. However the service centre executive informed me that they cannot provide the services as they had received the same phone in the year 2013 for the repair services. However not satisfied with the response I met the Manger Mr. Sudhakar of Service centre and he confirmed me the same. The concerned Manager doubted the authenticity of the Croma Retail as the facts were suggesting that this is the case of re-selling of defective products. I again visited the service centre on 04.12.2013 as the problems in the handset were persisting.


                                  Disappointed group of customers from Croma are getting United with some external support and campaigning against Croma in Social & News media. Pls support us.

                                    Hi Team, I had purchased a Sony Tipo mobile phone on 30th Nov-2013. The screen guard given was also of not good quality. So i have purchased a good quality screen guard from universal for 200 RS.After few days the touch screen didn't work properly and the phone was given for service. They removed the screen along with screen guard and have inserted low quality. Service is very bad at croma with such poor quality phones and no response from the sales person. Thanks Pawan
