Dear Team,

I has purchased a Morphy Richards Steam Iron Wave 300 from Bhayander Croma (Next to Maxus Mall) store.

Date : 29th December 2013.

I just open the box & found that I have been given a product which has got Defective product Return tag.

I am attaching three photograph showing Product details, Defective product Return tag & Serial Number.

This is absolutely unacceptable & unethical selling practice.

I am completely cheated by Croma Store.

Some of the customers who are cheated by Croma are getting united and moving forward to take actions against TATA group by campaign in Social & print media and also in a process to file the case in Consumer court.

    I traded in 2 old smart phones (good condition) for 2 new Apple 4S mobiles at Croma store, Sohna Road. I was offered only 1500 rupees per phone even after requests for better deal. Details of Traded Phone 1) Nokia Lumia 510 2) Blackberry Curve 6300 My friend traded in Blackberry curve 9320 next day at croma store sector 29, Gurgaon for Rs5500/-. I feel that I have been cheated.       I have purchased a washing machine from croma store, R city, Ghatkopar on 15th Jan at 1:42 P.M. It got delieved on 16th Jan. A company representative came for Demo and opened the packing, post which he and I realized that the machine is damaged. There is a dent on the back-side of the washing machine. I had immediately registered a complaint with Croma's call centre. No one from Croma/Samsung visited to inspect the damage. Today, I have been continuously following up with the call centre executives but have not received any concrete response from their end. Now, I have a damaged machine with me for which I have paid a hefty amount of Rs. 16350 which includes a warranty but now I am wondering about the future of that warranty also seeing the kind of pathetic response I have received. Same product was available at other retail stores also at the same price, but we trusted croma because of the TATA brand. But i am sorry to say that given the response that I have received I have lost respect for the brand.

        Never buy any product from Croma Retail Store as they sell repaired handset as new. I bought Sony Xperia mobile from Croma in month of April, 13 and after 6 months of purchase when I was facing problem with handset & visited Sony service center I was shocked to know that the same handset has came to repair not once but twice before my purchase. When I contacted the Croma store it was more shocking to know that the Branch Manager is admitting the mistake & justifying this issue as normal sale practices of Croma.         This complaint has not been bring to your notice today, I am following with your customer support team, kandivali branch & HO since October, 2013. As on date I had not got a single courtesy call from your side and everytime I need to call & ask for complaint status.

        So this complaint is out of your reach as you are exposed of your sales practices by selling repaired handset as new.

          Pathetic experience at croma, purchased water purifier one yr back which is under croma extended warranty.
          I had called service center many times but they are not providing any service and making there own excuses.
          Useless people and why they are targeting customer .
          Request all plz never buy fany extended warranty product fron them it will burn our pockets only.

            It's been the worst experience shopping with croma online I feel cheated 1. Croma's mistake number one delivering a WRONG PRODUCT. 15 dec 2013 I've ordered for philips ipod dock speaker DS1150 through online payment made on 15 dec 2013 On 19 dec 2013 I received a wrong product delivered philips AJ7030D within 30 minutes of receiving the product I've sent a mail with the snapshot of the wrong product, the product ordered, invoice on 19 dec 2013 2. Croma's mistake number two NOT arranging a REVERSE PICK UP even after 18 days. as per croma procedure should arrange for a reverse pick up within 48 hrs of delivery. From 19 dec 2013 onwards I've made made more than 20 calls in the past 18 days and sent multiple emails without proper response and so far no arrangement had been made from croma. 3. Croma's mistake number three asking me TO DELIVER the PRODUCT at a Croma store to get MY MONEY BACK. Till 3 jan 2014 croma kept making false promise that someone will pick up the product within 24hrs everyday when I made call toll free number[protected]. They never arranged for a pickup the worst part is they never made a sincere effort or bothered to call me and inform me about the delay in pickup, on 3 jan 2014 I spoke to the FLOOR SUPERVISOR mr. Ashok Chandon who promised to arrange for pickup within 24hrs that was never arranged, now on 6 Jan 2014 Ashok says over the phone not ready to send a eMAIL which is NOT PROFESSIONAL even though I insisted on sending me a mail that I have to deliver the product at a Croma store the baddest service from is that till now they don't bother to call me or ready to respond to my mails Now I need a mail from croma stating that I need to deliver the product at a croma store Can anybody help me get my money back as nothing that they say over phone can be trusted and they are not ready to send mail communication Thanks Enoch

              Hi, I ordered LG Optimus G Pro GSM Mobile Phone (White) SKU: 178372, on Dec 13, 2013, My order no. is SLE002EC0002056. I purchased this product because of good configuration shown on website (having 32 GB internal memory) and good price and my trust on TATA group. But because of small money they have broken my trust. The product I purchased and the product I have received are different as I ordered for 32 GB Phone model but I received 16 GB model. (see attached snapshot of website) When I complaint, they called me and told very rudely that They will not change product as they have only 16GB model.               Another worst experience...

              Just received a call from Croma/Mr. Venkat Murli (+[protected], He was saying that they will not replace my phone as they have only 16GB product right now.

              He said (rudely): "Either use this 16 GB product or ask for credit note as there are a lot of customers like you."

              Great!! Due to some of you, people have begun to HATE country's most trusted TATA GROUP.

              When I ask his Manager's name/contact no., He told that he is not authorized to say his manager's name, Why ????

              Why is it so confidential ?? Why are they hiding like Thieves ?? Aren`t they ??

              I have to use this product only as they are not going to change my product with 32 GB.

              @Mr. Joshi: Is it too hard to run this project honestly???

                Respected Sir/Madam, I have ordered (Order No. SLE003EC0001542) successfully Micromax FunbookPro P500 on 10-Dec-13 and after three days they are calling and saying that product is not available and requesting to cancel the order. I said that I have committed to my daughter as am gifting for her coming birthday but they said that we checked in their warehouses but the product is not available. I requested many times and then they said that will recheck with all other warehouses and let you know the status. Today (16-December-2013) I called customer care[protected] to ask the status of my order and the status is same they still crying on phone that product is not available. Again I explained to them my situation and after that they said will check again and also let you know the alternate solution If we can. My concern is only that If the product is limited then why Croma listed their product on website If not in stock and why their are confirming the orders without checking the product.                   I had brought Croma iPad Mini Slev White on 04/10/2013 from Dahisar Croma store but within a month it was not functioning properly, after complaint to costumer care inform me to go store near by me and they will assist you but at the store they told me to go Borivali infinity customer service center so next day I went that address but the care center found close so next 2-3 days same thing happen again I went to Croma store and told about then they took my tab and they had sent it service canter and ask to wait for 7-10 days, but after 10-12 over still there are no progress and told me to, it will take another 10 days, this is unacceptable why I have to wait for so many days if the product from Croma has not good quality and which is newly brought, if the product is not going repair within time line then it should be replace with new one. Now it is 20 days over but no use. Think before you buy CROMA Product... Worst Product and Worst Service

                  My Product was repaired but it was damaged by service center so I refuse to take that product and ask them I want it as new as I submitted, help desk promised me that i will get it back in to 2 days, On Sunday 15 Dec luckily I got product replaced with new one but there are little worried about the same ..hoping that this product will be good one.
                  Thanks To Croma to resolve my problem. but try it resolve it as early as so that it will be grateful to buyer.
                  Tata Croma is the worst ever product to deal with. I had a very bitter experience with T.Nagar, Chennai showroom both with the service agent as well as with the Showroom Manager - both were to be prosecuted for a training programme on Basic consumer handling.

                    Dear sir. I buy tab mobil from croma mall khar ghar on 27 oct 13 and due to screen damag tad mobil is not working. I visit to kharghar croma centre for defect repair as per croma warranty for one year. They send to servic centre for repair and charges 3500 inr which already paid. But till now they have not repair croma tab mobil. I have taken croma product on the name of tata but I think this servic is also like other product in market.

                    Dear sir,
                    I bought the Croma Tab CRXT1125 on Aug 13 and due to some problem lower portion of screen is damaged and is not working. I went croma centre for replacement but they told me that display doesnt come in warranty then they gave the address of deprosys (T.Nagar) service centre for repair and charged me 2500 inr which i'm ready to pay, But till now they are saying they havent got the part for replacing the broken display.

                    When i enquired in Croma Help line they are not able to give the detail for the delivery period for the parts and they are also not caring about the problem. They also said its not their part in checking the issues.

                    Please help me in resolving the issue

                      I have faced the worst experience with Croma Customer care. I bought this Whirlpool Washing Machine with extended warranty from Eva Mall store in Bangalore. Now my machine is still under extended warranty and I have called their 1800 number 100s of times...First day they made me call to xtended warranty department where a girl called 'Neha' responded after 10 minutes and she hung up within seconds..!! No communication at all... After that I called Croma cust care again and registered my complaint, this time they said complaint number cannot be generated as the server is down..!! Wot the hell... I told them my address, all details and its the third day now and I haven't got ANY call from any one..ridiculous.. Today again when I called up their cust care, I wanted to speak to the manager and the guy was not listening...when I insisted he made me hold the call for another 5 minutes only to say the Manager is busy...WORST SERVICE EVER...!!

                        This is with reference to invoice SLF02A[protected] purchased a Whirlpool top load washing machine. While doing the purchase Croma assured me to take their 2 year extended warranty and assured for top class service. But sorry to say Croma doing fraud by charging extended warranty cost but no service provided. I have logged a complaint on 15th Nov 2013 reference no: 108875 and till date no one visited for service even they have closed it and again logged a complain 28th Nov when I called them. Today when I called to customer care they don't have any clue when they are going to resolve this. Croma is a fraud company and people shouldnot take any extended warranty. I am going to consumer court for this so that all people should not fall in cromas trap. Regards, Nilendu

                          On 8 Nov 2013 I called your customer care enquiring about Milagrow Robotic VC Red Hawk (Item Code 174074). I was told Sadashivnagar branch in Bangalore has one piece and I can pick it up. I could not go on 8th and decided to go on 9th Nov. On 9th Nov 2013 I called again at 10AM enquiring about availability of the product and customer care confirmed availability at Sadashivnagar store. I asked for store phone number and customer care refused to provide that number. By afternoon I reconfirmed again and visited your store. Once I reached the store initially people did not know about the product. I called customer care from the store and customer care reconfirmed availability of one piece at store. After a few minutes of argument one Guru met me at store and he said they have a demo piece only, which had scratches and looked old. I said I can’t accept that. Then he asked me to wait for 15 minutes and came back with a proposal. I pay 30% and book the product and it will be delivered by 15 November 2013. If I pay 100% product will be delivered to my residence by 15 November 2013. I paid 100% vide invoice # SLF02A[protected] and booked the product. While booking the product store gave me a card with which carried store telephone number[protected] and was told I can call that number directly for any clarification On 15 November Guru called me from store and said he needs 10 more days to deliver the product. I said I can’t wait so long and my money should be returned. He was not keen on doing it. Then I had to agree as I had no other choice. On 23 November someone called me to deliver the product. I was out of town and there was nobody to receive the product at home. I asked the caller to deliver on 27 November. He agreed to do the same. After some time Guru from store called me confirming the same and he agreed to send the product on 27 November. On 27 November I waited for the whole day and nobody turned up. By evening I called the numbers from whom I received calls earlier. Delivery person said I should check with store as he had no information. After trying for an hour I could reach store telephone and the person at store promised delivery by 28 November. On 28 November I waited for the whole day and again product was not delivered. I called the person who answered my call on 27 and he said he is out on weekly off and I should call an alternate number. Nobody answered that alternate number and I called store number[protected]. There was an auto response asking me to call customer care. I called customer care at 7PM and I was told latest by today morning product will be delivered. At 2:15 I called your customer care again and he promises to arrange a call back within 4 hours and resolve it within next 24 hours. Neither of that happened. This is an endless follow up.

                            Hi All, I had bought hp laptop from CROMA center East of Kailash branch with extended croma warrenty.When there was problem on my laptop i had visited croma center and submited my laptop after this i get back my laptop after a month during recipt of my laptop i figuerd there was a damge on my screen once asked they return back and agfter a week i visited there store they retuernd my laptop with temporay fix.after two days I found same problem my laptop with a additional new problem. Once again i visited croma and submitted my laptop and more than a month still waitingn to return back my laptop but still waiting. I have complaint them through there website and customer care no but not getting ang satisfactory response.

                              Absolutely frustated and fed with services offered by Croma since the day I purchased Kent Grand RO water purifier on August 17, 2013 First installation got delayed by 2 weeks and now purifier has stopped working, just 3 months after purchase.                                   Sir/Madam, I bought an Aspire Timeline 15" Acer laptop from Croma, Phoenix Mall, Lower Parel, on 26th Nov. 2013. As I had misplaced the receipt and the machine was having some problem, I requested for a duplicate bill as I wanted to get it fixed by an authorized dealer. The man (sales person) I talked to on phone said he would mail me the document. Almost a month has passed but nothing has been done. Now, he even does not answer my call.                                   I bought two numbers of Electronics Home appliances i.e. (1) Samsung Refrigerator Model no.RR19J2414SA (single door) and (2) Morphy Richards Essential 600 Volts Food Processor on 01.11.2015 payment made by my HDFC debit card with Croma Retail shop at DLF City Mega Mall, Sikandarpur Gurgaon. Our Morphy Richards Essential 600 food processor is not working properly and I had registered a complaint to Morphy Richards to solve this problem but the receipt of original copy of bill print is omitted. The Engineer of Morphy Richards wanted to check the original bill to proof the appliances was purchased by me.

                                    Dear sir, I have bought lenevo laptop from Juhu croma outlet on 18/03/12 and also took 2 years extended warranty along with laptop but from last five months I have facing problem in my laptop. Since I have send laptop 4 Times to Croma dahisar outlet for repaired but after every 2 days I am facing same problem. I am fed up of sending laptop for repair and every time your executive and manger giving me false commitment of issuing credit note or replacement. I have lost my so many projects due to not having system and also I am paying heavy internet charges every month from last 5 months which I don't even use. I have bared around lacs of rupees loss as I loose my projects due to not having laptop. Croma is a unit of TATA which is very we'll known for trust and service but I got cheated from your dahisar outlet and only option which left with me to filed a complaint Below is the details of my bill and laptop. Invoice no- SLF02A[protected]. Lenevo G[protected] amounting 34499/- plus amount of extended warranty was Rs. 1, 900/- total Rs. 36, 400/- I have visited so many times last week but every one is just throwing their responsibilities giving me false commitments & whenever i asked them to get me in writing they wont. I wrote so many mails to their respective authority but no one is resolving my problem. They are playing blame game internally with their department & now saying that this was due to goo[censored]p or miscommunication between them. I escalated this issue to Higher Authority of Croma but every one is just saying that they don't know about this problem & not even entertain me. For that i mail my complaints to Mr. Ajit Joshi after that they have starting responding me. Now they are forcing me to collect my Laptop from stores. I am fed of chasing everyone as no one is ready to solve my problem.I am loosing my penitent, money & time. Please help me in this Thanks & regards Deepak Shinde [protected]

                                      I had bought a Samsung plasma tv, bill no. SLF02A[protected] in September 2011, I also paid for an extended warranty at that point of time. This product stopped working 27th Oct 2013 I duly informed the Croma helpdesk on the 28th Oct 2013, their representative assured me that someone will come and attend to the problem within 3 working days. I got a few calls informing me that their technician will visit my residence next day, but till date no one has shown up. I also visited the Juhu, Mumbai, store and informing them about the issue this has remained unresolved. Now after several calls and assurances the matter is still unresolved. Now kindly direct me what should be my course of action in the above issue. Amitabh Sehgal
