We went to Croma, Preet Vihar on Sunday evening(17th Aug), We bought a DELL Inspiron 15 laptop.. When we came home, we realized a lot of issues, one of them was that the touch pad was not working well. Very next day, I called their centralized customer service desk. The response was " we do not have the number of the Preet Vihar Store, neither we can tell you if the laptop could be replaced.. You will have to visit the shop itself"... . Next day, we again went to the shop, and he(the same salesman) was not even ready to entertain us.. After shouting at them, all of the sales people came up with a lot of excuses that they cannot exchange the Laptop.. They made us wait for more than 45 minutes, on the excuse that they are checking with their senior and after 45 minutes, they gave the Customer Care Number for Dell, "the laptop is of Dell and as per the customer policy, we cannot take this back., You will have to get it checked with DELL".. It was such a costly thing(36K), and we feel cheated after buying that.. The Croma people were not ready to help, however just one day back they promised us that if there would be any issue with the Laptop, they will certainly see to it.

    I bought this Morphy Richards OTG 24L 24RSS from oddlots_eletronics (CROMA) from ebay and on delivery we found that the few items, warranty card and manual was missing.When the demo person came he updated that the product has manufacturing defects and I contacted CROMA who said that they will replace the item in 7 days or replace the item (this was told on 14th August).Since then I have contacted them multiple times and have been set false call back expectations. Yesterday, I spoke with a lady from the ECOM team Ms.Krishna who said that the pickup would be arranged today and for that a detailed email would be sent yesterday (but as usual that didn't happen).I am at the verge of engaging the consumer forum team as it's been over a month since I purchased this product and I have not got a single call from CROMA to help me get this replaced or get a refund. Complaint/Service order: BOS080814FS00013 Invoice number: SL12Y000A4624 Product name: Morphy Richards OTG 24L 24RSS Date of purchase: 14.07.2014 Channel: ECOM I am shocked to see that a PREMIER Company like you and using the brand name TATA can fool customers like this with this no care attitude. I have enough proof and documents of my connects with my interactions with you and the false expectations that were set by your ECOM team with regards to replacement/refund.

      Dear Ajit, This mail is in reference to the faulty product and false commitment made to me.I made a purchase of LG 32LB530A - (invoice no -SLF02A[protected]model led TV from your store on 15th August.The sales Executive ( Mr. Govind & Mr Manav) who sold me this product informed me that this product has theheadphone connectivity also. And on the basis of the information shared with me by them, I made the purchase. But the product that was delivered didn't had any headphone port in it. Thereby making the product a faulty one. There was also multiple false commitment made to me by your sales Executive govind and Manav who were dealing at the time of purchase. When my relative visited the store and inquired about the product on 14th, the sales executive govind said " delivery of the product will be made at Jasola address".POst his statement, my relative informed me about it and i reached to the store on 15th to Buy it.I visited ur store on 15th and made the purchase. But at the time of billing, same was proved as a false statement because ue system was not showing jasola in its range. So i was informed by the biller that the same cant be delivered to jasola. when asked that the sales executive said it would be done then only i visited ur store and made the purchase, ur floor manger there said " he jas recently joined so he is not aware of it" Now u tell me, am i supposed to take this ?. if he has recently joined, better give him training then ask him to deal with customers. I m not buying this statement. is this how u deal with a customer.. i could have gone to lg store directly and could have purchased it from there.because he said it would be delivered, then only i came to your store.Anyhow.i agreed to take the delivery at my kaushambi address but i said i want installation at jasola only. he said ok . Manav, immediately said " i m going to punch the same and it will be done tomorrow. I said i don't want it on Saturday, better install it on sunday i.e 17th . He said it will be done any how. dont worry. and thereby, I had to take the delivery at Kaushambi, which is also a non professional behaviour at ur end. The installation address that croma shared with LG people was also incorrect. i had to call and make a request to lg team to correct the address and install the product at the desired address of jasola. for that also, i have to call from alternate number and make a nw request a fresh to get the same done.Being a customer, I m not going to tolerate such unprofessional behavior. when the instructions was clearly given, why was the addres shared with LG was wrong one. also, the installation took place on monday, i.e a day after the day it was committed by you. why should i suffer. Also, not to forget, the customer care is also not less then a piece of , coz they always say they will arrange a call back but they never do so. you can go and check the call history of last 5 days. you will get to know, how many time i made a call. In short, the transaction with croma was my biggest mistake. the product is faulty and the service even before the purchase took palce poroved to be flase. I want my led to be replaced or the amount paid should be returned to me coz I m not going to use a faulty product. Hope to get a response at the earliest, Regards Pratik Arora [protected]

      i can sense the concern you have for the customer, that is why you all are replying so late. also to add, the concern has been raised by me multiple times but the solution is not provided yet.

      i have relevant proof to prove that the sales executive misguided me by giving me false information and selling the wrong product.

      i m not going to let it go so easily

        Croma Had Failed to Deliver product on time and The customer care support does not have a proper database backup so it is useless to contact customer care of Croma. I had a hard 2 days with talking to idotic Croma retailer for the product. Height of Idotic attitude. I had recieved invoice in my mail and got sms on my mobile for the Invoice. But still the Customer Support was unable to trace it in their database. Croma R-city Mumbai. I have made my mind this is the last time i'm purchasing any electronic item from Croma. I ignored when it had happen for the first time.

          I had purchased Croma refrigerator 225 Ltr 21/04/2014 and within one Month it started giving problem as it was not giving cooling. Croma technician visited my home twice but as he could not resolve it even after replacing few parts I requested them to give me replacement model. Ever since i am following with Croma Customer Care and Service department and after 3 months I receive feed back from Croma service team that they cannot give me replacement but can only repair. Its very disappointing to know that even after two repairs if only one month old purchase refrigerator they still want to repair further I am really regretting my Decision to buy Croma Refrigerator.

          Please note that this complaint is pending with Croma service dept. Since last 2 months and no action has been taken its only yesterday after 2 months long wait I received reply from your customer support which is also not acceptable. So please have some sense o[censored]rgency while treating this particular complaint.
          I have also purchased Croma Air conditioner in Delhi and had faced similar situation. Croma is pathetic when it comes to after sales service and lacks the professionalism in customer service against other Industry players. Finally I had to go to Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (www.delhistatecommission.nic.in) to fight for my rights. But its nice to see that people can post their complaint online now and even concerened compnay representatives are responding to their complaints.

            Unfortunately I had purchased Croma Mobile Phone CRCB2243 from your Juhu Store on[protected] and before one year I had faced many problems in that piece and lastly I had given for repair of Sound Disabled and on/off button not working on[protected] and for that Nobody is neither replying properly for my Mobile phone given for repair nor giving any feedback. And I came to know that they had sent my mobile phone to Pune for repairing. I want to ask if they have Mumbai base and many stores in Mumbai itself and they have repair centre at Pune ? Either they are giving wrong information or they had just kept my Mobile for experimenting so that they can prolong days to complete one year of warrany.

              Hello, I have bought Croma Mobile phone on 30th Nov-2013 from Bangalore and it is still under warranty. After used for 3-4 months, it started causing many issues. So we sent it to service center and they sent it again @ Pune location to repair it. it took almost 15-20 days to get it done but while receicing, it has been noticed that volume button located outside not working, seems not connected from inside. Again it started giving battery issue, Network lost issue and majorly not charging (off state). While I submitted again at stores, they took it for repairing and now demanding amount to get it repaired. if it is under warranty and no physical damage, how can they demand money by arguing that mobile damaged (Board inside). I want to file a complaint against Croma, as they are not addressing my issue nor giving any senior fellow to take ownership or escalate.

              I have received the response as below.
              As per you enquiry we would like to inform you that for physical damage the service will be arranged on chargable basis.

              First of all, I have not accepted such type of response as below. Secondly, you have surely not gone through my email carefully and hence not understood the scenario and cause.
              Another thing I would like to highlight here is that there is no physical damage. After first repair, phone was not on working condition, it has many issues exist. So in such case, what response will you provide?
              My phone is still under warranty and I have not used much, because most of the time it was in dead state OR with multiple issues. If you want to know the history, you should arrange 1:1 OR feel free to revert or call on my cell rather than sending just 1 line response. I am not going to accept or convey on this.

                First i was highly irritated coz of your service now in the morning Mr.Vimal from Croma called told me it will your case will be resolved today plz speak to Mr.Vijay number [protected] WHEN I CALLED HE SAID I WILL NOT DELIVER ur TV first u get angry i will think whether i will give TV or not i have the phone recording for it and then he disconnected the line coz of your poor service and wrong commitments a customer wh has spend his money is not allowed to get hyper why coz ur employee don't like it and then u threaten the customer now be rest assured this will be lodged in police complaint against croma nd ur employee vijay pathetic people and service

                  My name is robin. I purchased a Sony experiaM2 mobile on 21st july from croma store in Gurgaon and i started feeling the problems from the day i purchased but i was thinking that its new 4 me so i m not getting it properly and the problems was not permanently exist that time, some times its working fine and sometimes not but now after 20 days the problems become permanent in mobile and when i took it to the nearest croma store they suggested me to get it rectify from sony service centre. Means its gud to make fool of customer and add a proud and trust kind of words with TATA company. Just start selling your diffective items and send the customer to the another company service centre. Now i dont want this mobile and want to purchase a croma product and then i will see where u send me. its ridiculous. i never expected this from your chain bcoz i was also a TATA emplyee earlier.

                  my mobile no. [protected] and you can contact me any time during morning hours or you revert me on the e-mail ID. your croma team offered me to deliver my handset to my home but i did not get it till now its being 1 month and as per your web site you are entitled to replace the product if the problem occurs with in 21 working days then why you taken my mobile for rectification. why should the customer suffer with its data lose by you guys. you always made the phone data clear and gave it to the customer. so, now i am trying to raise this complain to the consumer forum as my one of friend did and the court fined the company as well as the store and distributor. you send me your email ID please so that i can show you the court orders of that case.

                    I had purchased the following product and was promised free accidental damange cover / insurance worth Rs.4000, HP bag worth Rs.1700, free gifts worth Rs.1000 Item Code : 184112 Item Description : HP 15-R013TX Blk 38cm (184154) Tax Code : R3 Rate : Rs.39, 990.00 The only thing correctly given to me was free gifts worth Rs.1000, the laptop bag was wrongly provided to me which was of a lesser series of amount approx Rs.1100 when I confirmed it with HP, they said there was a better bag which was in the offer. The laptop when I removed it at home as I did not unpack it at the store, it already had a small scratch. CROMA IS A FRAUD COMPANY AND DOES NOT CHEATING AND WOULD LIKE ALL OF YOU TO BEAWARE AND NOT BUY FROM THERE. THEY SHOW SHOMETHING AND THEN SAY IT IS NOT AVAILABLE AND FORCEFULLY GIVE SOMETHING OF A LESSER VALUE AND THEN SELL THE OTHER PRODUCT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Regards, Manmeet Bhamra [protected]

                    Finally after a lot of Followups, they did resolve my complaint due to some kind person from Croma who agreed on their mistake and then gave me the product as promised

                      I purchased an I phone 5s from Croma store Jubilee Hills on 7th May, and starting using from June . To my surprise Battery life was only one hour for use of receiving and sending mails and receiving and making calls . Visits to Service Centre CONQUER were humiliating in terms of attitude of service staff, problem is still not resolved . Sent three mails to Apple and there is no response . Tried to reach Bangalore office by phone, the answer back machine voice is not clear, and as and when the line gets connected to operator there is no response. STEAVE JOBS WILL TURN IN HIS GRAVE TO KNOW THIS . Hope his team can hear his pain .

                        I bought a croma phone in October 2013, from croma store panjagutta hyderabad. while buying the mobile I Was told by the sales person that since croma has newly launched the product, if i experience any problem with the product within 1 year a replacement would be given immediately. Trusting the brand CROMA- a TATA enterprise and also seeing the sales person be so confident about the product I DECIDED TO BUY THE PRODUCT CRCB2129. Since march 2014 i started experiencing problems. initially it was the problem with camera and then with the flash. when I approached the service center I was told (raj kumar) replacement is not possible since this is the first time a problem occurred and if after service if problem persists again then CROMA would replace the mobile. While taking the mobile the customer service person said that I would get the mobile in 3-4 days and update would be given in the next 2 days THERE WAS NO UPDATE and after a wait of 20 days i got the phone back.. Again in June 2014 the problem started, this time it was the phone's earphone jack, when i approached the store again I was asked to identify the sales person who sold me the mobile and who gave the fake promise---feeling very embarrassed and insulted by the behaviour of the staff I gave the phone for repair again. This time I was told if the same problem repeats again then a replacement would be given for sure and this promise was made by the area head (rajesh kulkharni) and customer service executive( raj kumar). After a 20 day wait with repeated follow ups I got the mobile back hoping the problem would not repeat (since the customer service person said that the mother board itself was replaced with a new one) Again within 2 weeks same problem occurred - now when I asked for a replacement, they want me to first give the phone for service and it would be repaired and replacement is not assured How can i trust that if i give the product for service i would get a replacement. and how do u expect me to believe that the product would work properly. Every time the phone goes to the service center I am left with out a phone (smart phone) for many days. why is it that CROMA wants to play with the customers like this and give fake promises and everytime I go to the store feel very insulted though this is a genuine case, the response is rude. I have been writing mails continuously to RAJESH and the customer service asking for a replacement, BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO POSITIVE RESPONSE. Submitting the phone for repair means 15-20 days of not having the mobile in hand and in this generation where mobile phones have become an important part of our life..                         i recently experienced another problem that was with the camera again. but the team asked me to submit the mobile at the service center as this was the 4th time i was experiencing a problem and they also promised that if there was no physical or liquid damage a replacement would be provided. after submitting the phone at the service center on saturday (13.09.14)the croma service team was finally convinced that it was a problem with the mobile and hence I was given a replacement of the mobile within 24 working hours.. the croma team also gave me an option to go with any brand of my choice (croma or any other brand) thank you for resolving the issue.

                                    Purchased a Skull candy earphone from your store at MUM-PHONIX MARKET CITY KURLA on 12/04/2014 with transaction number SLF02A[protected].It had a warranty of 6 months.The same product went out of order for which I approached your croma store.Instead of arranging for repair/replacement of the same under warranty, they sent me to some shop in the same mall which is not existing atall.I also registered a complain in your store but the same is yet to be attended.                                       Dear madam/ sir I bought a new HTC 816 at Croma retail outlet ( below mentioned address) in bangalore on 27th July . Infinity retail ltd SRP Arcade building, 3rd stage, 100ft road Bangalore 85 Store Manager: Manjunatha ( can be reached only by tomorrow afternoon) Customer care executive : Charles. ! The very same day, I found to my surprise the front camera of the mobile was not working . As I had no time to go back, I went to Croma today ( 6th August) After a 1 long hour of wait (Croma team was trying to fix) around 9.30 pm they said either I can directly give it in HTC. Or Croma can help me in sending it to HTC . Was Croma trying to do me a favour? I have been put to lot of difficulty because of this issue, but the gentlemen in the customer service couldn't understand our concern and kept insisting that is just a small problem. Insensitive ! If the product is new and on the first days itself there is a defect, doesn't it mean that Croma has sold a defective product to me ? If that is the case why I need to accept such a defective product. Croma was very keen in getting feedback form filled and to sell the extended warranty for my mobile .(during sales) But when there is an issue, they talk SOP and policy . They don't even accept or understand the difficulty they put me through.( complete change in approach towards a customer ) . It's like while selling you commit everything on behalf of your product brands but if something goes wrong then Croma behaves like a third party. Trusting the retail brand and with my previous experience i went to Croma, that was my mistake, I really regret. The overall handling of this issue was pathetic and I seriously request an reply from a senior official for the difficulty that your have put me through. Even when I ask for store manager contact details the staff at the outlet were very reluctant . This shows the real attitude and approach of customer service ( this is seriously a problem with the management) and definitely not the staff. Looking for a quick response and a positive solution . I need the HTC. Phone to be replaced. Sent from my iPad
