This mail is in reference to the faulty product and false commitment made to me.I made a purchase of LG 32LB530A - (invoice no -SLF02A[protected]model led TV from your store on 15th August.The sales Executive ( Mr. Govind & Mr Manav) who sold me this product informed me that this product has theheadphone connectivity also. And on the basis of the information shared with me by them, I made the purchase. But the product that was delivered didn't had any headphone port in it. Thereby making the product a faulty one. There was also multiple false commitment made to me by your sales Executive govind and Manav who were dealing at the time of purchase. When my relative visited the store and inquired about the product on 14th, the sales executive govind said " delivery of the product will be made at Jasola address".POst his statement, my relative informed me about it and i reached to the store on 15th to Buy it.I visited ur store on 15th and made the purchase. But at the time of billing, same was proved as a false statement because ue system was not showing jasola in its range. So i was informed by the biller that the same cant be delivered to jasola. when asked that the sales executive said it would be done then only i visited ur store and made the purchase, ur floor manger there said " he jas recently joined so he is not aware of it" Now u tell me, am i supposed to take this ?. if he has recently joined, better give him training then ask him to deal with customers. I m not buying this statement. is this how u deal with a customer.. i could have gone to lg store directly and could have purchased it from there.because he said it would be delivered, then only i came to your store.Anyhow.i agreed to take the delivery at my kaushambi address but i said i want installation at jasola only. he said ok . Manav, immediately said " i m going to punch the same and it will be done tomorrow. I said i don't want it on Saturday, better install it on sunday i.e 17th . He said it will be done any how. dont worry.
and thereby, I had to take the delivery at Kaushambi, which is also a non professional behaviour at ur end.
The installation address that croma shared with LG people was also incorrect. i had to call and make a request to lg team to correct the address and install the product at the desired address of jasola. for that also, i have to call from alternate number and make a nw request a fresh to get the same done.Being a customer, I m not going to tolerate such unprofessional behavior. when the instructions was clearly given, why was the addres shared with LG was wrong one. also, the installation took place on monday, i.e a day after the day it was committed by you. why should i suffer.
Also, not to forget, the customer care is also not less then a piece of , coz they always say they will arrange a call back but they never do so. you can go and check the call history of last 5 days. you will get to know, how many time i made a call.
In short, the transaction with croma was my biggest mistake. the product is faulty and the service even before the purchase took palce poroved to be flase. I want my led to be replaced or the amount paid should be returned to me coz I m not going to use a faulty product.
