Dear Sir / Madam, We are going to purchase products of Sony Bravia 24" HD T.V. from the reputed your store " CROMA" at Malad west branch. The person handling to us Named Mr.Ashish (Sony Branch Staff). The person told to me & my father after explaining specification & other details about the products, we said we will come tomorrow to buy the product. He said you have wested my time & i have to reach virar. How that person said like this. Every consumer have right to see the product & if he feels to buy they buy. You never force him to buy. We had also complaint to the departmental head (manager). We are request you to kindly take necessary action on that person for using such languages. We had reached to store for buying, not to doing "TIME PASS" there. Regards, Hitesh

    I booked Lenovo Y50-70 (with several accessories) on 18-Sep-2014 after verbal commitment from Croma, J P Nagar, Bangalore executive (Delivery date 28-Sep-2014). After few days, I received a call from Croma that it is delayed by few days. I called store Croma executive (they said that he is Lenovo executive) and also talked to Store Manager. The store manager confirmed me that he will deliver laptop on/before 2-Oct-14 but I have not received any response from them yet. I called Croma Customer care and found that product is still not received. Unfortunately, in this whole process I found that Croma employees response is very poor/unsatisfactory. My problem is that I am losing my time and Croma is not confirming me whether they can deliver my booked products or not.

      I have purchased my laptop from Croma (Mumbai Ghatkopar) on 15 th July 2014 Model :G405 S/N : CB 30018902 and one month it worked well, but then suddenly appeared white and black spots on the top left corner of the Laptop. In addition to that, also some vertical and horizontal interferences appeared to the screen . We have convey this issue to Croma but they told us to give it to Lenova service centre . Then one person from Lenovo visited our house. After checking he has mentioned in lenova service centre that issue has been closed. We have purchased the laptop inRs. 24000 (with 3 years warranty period). After doing lots of followup from lenovo and croma we really got frustrated now we are not getting proper response from both of them...Kindly suggest what to do... Complaint No : [protected]

        My Invoice No.SLF02A[protected], Dt. 09/02/2013, purchased from CROMA, Hyderabad a Split A.C., Brand Voltas, Model: Platina, Product Code: 170647 and Extended Warranty Code: 172866. In the month of March 2014, A.C. was not working with contacting so many higher authorities of Voltas, Croma and Infinit1 Retail Ltd. got repaired the A.C. do not think to get the work done by call center no way. Again I am held up with smart staff of TATA Call center, having A.C. is not cooling and the remote is also not working with just wasting time with no response and dying in this summer, because this time in Hyderabad summer weather extended in rainy season also, there is no rain. It is proved that TATAT's can not handle extended warranty, this is just machine for making money, I humbly request the higher authorities to cancel my extended warranty contract and refund my money, and relieve me from, making so many calls, wasting so many precious man hours, etc.

            Dear Sir, I want to bring it to your kind attention that I have purchased a Samsung 40H5100 against invoice no SLF02A[protected] dtd. 23 Sep-2014 (Rs. 52900) Please note that same product is available at Rs. 33978 on other website and same has been updated next day to your staff (RDC, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad) and they have asked us that they will check and get back for the same, but no one has get back so far. Croma is a trusted brand in society and we believe to have a genuine price. Now there is a big difference of Rs. 18, 922 on the same product and we feel cheated for the above purchase from Croma.               I have purchased a Samsung NP-RV-411-S01IN 39cms from Juhu Croma Store, at the time of purchase i had done warranty extension for the same, i was told that if the product was not able to be repaired i would be given replacement or money back for the same. Now since last 4 months i have been visiting continuously to F1 solutions official repair partners for Croma Warranty Extension. And they are not able to repair my laptop. It has effected my work. I had not expected this kind of service from TATA Brand which is universally know brand. I want to file an official complaint against the company for False commitments and cheating. If this is the kind of service provided by the company then i would never purchase any product from the company and in fact would not even reccomend it to any one in future.

                I have purchased a Sony Vaio SVF F15325SN/W TS 38cm from Croma Electronic Mega Store Oberai Mall, Goregaon, Mumbai on 09/08/2014. I was told by the store employees that I will be getting a 5% Cash back if I use Axis bank debit card. So I did the same and I used the Axis bank Debit card to purchase the product.                       I have done the biggest offense of purchasing a Philips food processor from the Juhu Chroma store where their over enthusiastic store staff asked me to purchase the Philips processor instead of the Morphy Richards to advance her incentive. Within a month the blender stopped working and I called their call centre. I was asked by that person to visit the nearest store as there have been several complaints about your said model and there is a screw issue in the jug. I had to wait 45 minutes to be attended to and post that the guy only tightened the blade and said it was fixed. I went home and as soon as I started the blender stopped moving all over again. I again sent the processor with the card to their Bandra store here the store staff said the jar is defected, I need to call the call center who will send a person that will fix/replace. I have been on call with their allegedly customer help desk of TATA CROMA. Now I am told to take the mixer to the Philips service centre. Their call centre manager claiming to be Ashok Chandra did nothing about it and categorically said they will do nothing. I’m terribly disappointed and regret ever visiting their store. I should have purchased from Flipkart who would atleast take back a defected product.

                        Croma executive : I purchased croma phone in May 25, 2014 from Croma retail store, Hotel radisson blue, Dwarka, New Delhi (Product name : Croma M/Phn 3G/Wht CRCB2249) . Since then every day Iam struggling with the phone (atleast 10 times hangs up and every time I need to take out the battery and then insert to on again). If somebody calls me for some urgency, my phone remains switched off always. I am really fed up with this phone and went to Croma store. The man who stands in mobile section told me to format the phoene. Even after I formatted, the same thing happened. Then I again went to Croma and they took me to the service desk. The man sitting at the desk said it had hardware problem and the charger problem and required to send to service centre, will return in 5 days. Now see the poor service of Croma centre. It is almost 15 days when I gave my phone to service. Whenever I called them, they said it is under service and will take 5 more days. If they are not able to do the service even after 15 days, better to throw it in dust bin and replace me with another new phone OR return my money back with interest and compensation for my mental agony immediately. Enough is enough. I never expect such a poor service from Croma (A TATA enterprise).

                          Hi I had ordered a lg dishwasher from bangalore rajajinagar store on 28th August and sales person said that it will be delivered in 2days max but that day as not still come for them it's been 14days still they give same reasons and keep seeking time for delivery. I spoke with the store manager chidanand about it and he gives some reason on LG area manager is not responding so it's delaying but it's not a my problem I paid full cash 42k for the product and they committed to deliver it in 2 days and now they are blaming on third person for the delay and the most irritating is even now they don't know when the stock is coming. This is the worst service from the croma when they can't deliver the product then why do they lie or give false promises to customer before making the payment. I want a answer from croma bcos that store manager is really a waste person for that position as he is not capable of managing the inventory.                           I got a call and again they took 4 days time ie by Saturday they will deliver and I said this is the final call either deliver the machine or cheque to my address by Saturday and the area manager agreed for that. So let me see what comes out.
                          Finally got delivered on 18th day one day before than promised.

                            Purchased apple I phone 4 vide bill no. 000000RC[protected] on 03.09.14 at delhi domestic airport at 07.17 pm . I wanted to returned the same n wanted my old phone Sony Xperia back. Please note the phone is sealed n unpacked . I made call to customer care on 04.09.14, as per customer care I need to visit the same stores or near by stores. They don't have store number or senior telephone number of delhi stores to whom the same can be communicated. I visited Oberoi mall Croma stores in mumbai at 11 am on 05.09.14 . Mr. Nofil of croma mumbai had contacted mr. John in delhi n informed about my request. I did send mr. John all the details at 12.03 pm on 05.09.2014 vide SMS. Still no confirmation or solutions has come so far. I am surprised to have such service level from Tata brand.

                              Pathetic post sales service offered by croma (A TATA enterprise) I purchased Samsun S4 from croma 1st of May ’13, which started giving me minor problems within 6 months from the purchase date. Finally submitted the phone for repairing at Croma’s outlet in Kharghar Navi Mumbai on the 10 of July ’14 as the extended warranty had started by then. I was very disappointed with the way the representative spoke to me. Very conveniently they expected me to go and handover the phone to the nearest service center and follow up with them forgetting the fact that it is their responsibility and not mine. Finally they agreed to take the phone and get it fixed without me doing the running around. When the phone was submitted by me for the 1st time there were hardly any scratches on the phone and the battery was just fine. When I got the phone after a month that too after several painful follow ups I was further saddened to notice that the phone had got several scratches on the body, the scratch guard was removed and the battery was completely blotted. I was given an understanding that I would need to buy a new battery and the phone will work absolutely fine as the software has been updated and the motherboard has been changed too. I bought a new battery and started my phone and realized that it was working. However to add to my misery my phone completely died within 6-8 hrs. Again submitted my phone and it has been 3 weeks already and still haven’t received my phone yet. I have been again told that I will tentatively get it by the 10th of Sep ’14 and by then it would have been 3 months. It is disappointing to learn that the most trusted name (TATA enterprise) has lost my trust as they are not able to understand my situation by either fixing my phone or by giving me a replacement.                                 This Tablet charger pin is always having problem. THe service centre in chennai is pathetic and they have a standard answer : " Come and collect your tablet in 15 Days". To avoid this i have paid 450 Rs and got it serviced outside. However i found problem repeated and again i paid another 450 to replace. But this problem is repeated again. Dont know what to do.. Had there been a good authorised service centre- it would have been resolved immediately. But thats not the case here.. I cannot leave tablet in service centre for 15 days for 30 min work and i cannot keep on paying outside service centre every week. So pathetic condition..dont know what to do...

                                  I purchased AC vide invoice no SLF02A[protected] from croma show room at Indrapuram Ghaziabad which offers warranty for 2 years.In addition to this 2 years warranty I was encouraged to get additional warranty for another 2 years. I got that also and so my warranty is for 4 years from the date of purchase[protected]. It is not even 1 year that the Ac is not working. We lodged a complaint with croma customer toll free number which is generaly out of order or message is conveyed it is temporarily out of service, vide complaint no DEL230814F00066 ON 23RD Aug at 2.57PM. The response is mechanic came after 2 days and says gas is to be refilled and hence it has to be taken to CROMA work shop. He discussed with his colleague and we were conveyed that it will take 3 days for the same . We were told the transport will come and shall take the AC for repair tomorrow.That day is yet to come even after 4 days and we are suffering in the bad summer. Is this TATA Product. or say "Ta" "Ta " after u by the product. Why are u spoiling the brand image of TATA which is one of the very few companies in India known in the world. It looks as if it is not CROMA but CRIME by just replacing O with I we have not done any crime buying yr product rather we only build yr reputation when we buy yr product with closing eyes because we respect yr Brand. But I am sorry to say that yr break down maintenance is very very poorly managed and the person incharge should be sacked . do u think I shall wait till winters when the rush will be over, i shall get it repaired. I am very very upset and seen the feed back of other people also which is equaly bad. I shall like to meet the head of your customer support . Kindly give me his tel no and e mail i[censored] r very transparent and a big brand with no values CROMA OR "KARO MA! MA! MA! MA! OH MA! OH MA!"                                     I purchased washing machine 3 years back from East of Kailash, New Delhi branch and still on warranty period. Machine is not working since sunday 24.08.2014 and made a complaint on 25.08.2014 vide Complaint No. 141311, Till today no action has been taken care of. I was told by your executive that complaint will will be attended with 24 hrs. But nothing happened. It's my humble request you to send a technician as soon as possible so that clothes could be washed. Company like Tata's motto should be help the coustomer not to harass them.                                       Dear Team, I had software issue with phone as my phone was not getting on. I submitted my phone CRCB2243 at 11/08/2014 still I have not received the phone. The deprosys technologies say that the phone is sent to croma head office. I have no idea about service center works as no correct information provided. Other branded phones give quick response to customer complaints but here I need to wait for long time despite correct information not provided. Perfect TAT time also not given by the company about the phone service. My phone IMEI No:[protected]. as on date no reply and they are not picking the calls either.                                       I have a similar. Situation. NEVER BUY A MOBILE FROM AND OF CROMA.
                                      There is zero after service. They do not have any accessories. My phone is returned to me without any action.
                                      Pathetic.

                                      I want to take more serious action against them. Any suggestions?

                                        I bought a croma Ac(invoice no SLF02A[protected] from Croma retail from Chennai T nagar outlet. A foul smell was emanating from my AC . I lodged a service request in Croma customer service and a guy named Sathish came and he could not close the call. He wrote the status of this request as under observation and said he will come the next day to find the what the fault is. Then he went and closed the request saying it is closed . Now after repeated calls to customer care still nobody has reverted for 2 days .

                                        Simply escalating will do nothing . There has to some action from your end.
                                        After hoards of calls made by me to manager chennai named lakshmanan . He took 3 days to remove the AC and 3 days to act upon it and 2 days to fit it again and the problem was not solved .
                                        The technicians who came asked me to report complaint again and left my house .Why should I complaint again when I had registered .
                                        And I have no patience to wait for another 12 days to get my AC repaired .
                                        So please stop being fake.
                                        I am going to solve this problem hiring a private AC mechanic though my AC is in warranty.
                                        And I will never purchase anything from Croma .
