Very bad experience with Croma customer care and service center. This was not expected from bigger brand like Croma. Customer care not responding regarding faulty electronic

On 19th of April, '14 I brought a Symphony HiCool Smart i and after working fine for a bout a week, oits water pump stopped working. Called the Croma customer care the very same day, and got a complaint number regarding it. And from then onwards its same routine - calling them and getting fake promise of them that the mechanic would arrive soon at doorstep to fix the faulty device. And thats it. Its still the same so far....

Croma Portable AC after one month not working

worst service

I bought a croma window ac on 28th April 2014... had high hopes from tata products and their service...they delivered it on 29th April... they told it would be installed within 48 hours but till 2nd may ...no one has come to install it... this is just disgusting...so people pls don't do the mistake of buying things from croma......

mishandling and lots of issues

Croma LED not working within 2 weeks
