I purchased a LG Washing Machine from Croma Pacific Mall Ghaziabad and they suggested to buy 2 years extended warranty which i did. They had given enough assurance that time about trouble free operation. l logged the complaint 2-3 days back with no response. I got the mobile number of Manager Ghaziabad. Since then i an trying to reach him either he does not pick up the phone or gives false commitment. The services / response is pathetic. Tarun Kaushik

When it comes to WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE, Tata croma beats all its competitors by a big margin.

I bought a Samsung LED TV along with 2 years of extended warranty from Tata Croma. The TV is not functioning and I am chasing Tata Croma Extended Warranty Team for the last 13 days to get my complaint registered.

Till date, no one has visited to rectify the problem.

This kind of pathetic service was not at all expected from this organization.

Inspite of continuous follow ups with Tata Croma's representatives at toll free number (since no one bothers to take the call at extended warranty number and nobody calls back even after the msg WARRANTY is sent to 5616181), i got the number of service guys at Delhi today. Have requested them to look into this matter at the earliest (considering the ageing of this matter), i have still received the same response, "the service engineer will get in touch in the next 48-72 hrs).

So going by the time line, my complaint will be looked into 15 days approx, from notifying it for the first time.

I have had enough of this nonsense now.

If a service engineer does not visit by 11th Sep'14, I will explore legal options now.

I have enough proof (4 detailed calls with tata croma call centre guys, 2 detailed discussions with floor managers, a mail with all the conversation details was sent to service team by Tata croma, store manager, oberoi mall - till now the most helpful person in this process) to prove deficiency of service in this matter in the consumer court.

If the response to this blog is taken seriously by Tata Croma (which I doubt), then ask some one senior to get in touch.

    I had purchased my ac from croma on 22/6/2014 but they had delivered the defected piece. They didnt even check the piece in front of me. Now they are saying to repair. Y I shud repair the product when my product is new. Please give response as soon as possible.

      It’s more than 7 days; I haven't received my invoice no for my order id 148511. I already paid for this order. This order was for a power bank. If the product is not available, please return my money. it's my first shopping with croma. Not satisfied till now. I also dropped a mail to [protected]@cromaretail.com helpline but no response from them.

        To whomsoever it may concern I brought a Samsung Galaxy S3 on 8th February 2013 from the croma store in Rajouri Garden along with an extended warranty for 1 year. The phone malfunctioned on 16th June 2014 and I took it to a certified Samsung dealer who diagnosed it to be a software/ mother board malfunction. Since I had an extended warranty he advised me to take it to the Croma store where the warranty was purchased. The executive at the CSD was unhelpful and stubborn. He told me to get the screen repaired first and only then would he send it for any software repairs. I told him that the screen had cracked an year back and the phone had functioned perfectly well since that time. No where in the extended warranty leaflet is it mentioned that a phone with a cracked screen cannot be taken up for software repairs by Samsung. In fact, the dealer I had visited earlier was willing to correct the defect (at a cost) without even being bothered about the screen. This raises the following questions: 1. Is the extended warranty an eyewash meant to fleece unsuspecting customers? 2. The croma booklet on extended warranty never mentioned a physical defect coming in the way of servicing a software glitch 3. Are stubborn customer executives meant to put off customers so that they cannot escalate their complaints? 4.             I have registered a complaint Id: 131715 dated[protected] against the purchase bill no. SLF02A[protected] under the extended warranty. I have many time to call croma Service Center both number "[protected] & [protected]" but every time customer executive staff are not goods answer. He is telling next 48 hours engineer will come to home; but till date my problem are same. In case my problem will not resolve otherwise I will go to consumer court & file the complaint.               Mobile is not working properly, Automatically getting switch over to silent mode, Ringer volume is very low, I have to wait at least 5 seconds to select the icons.
              I checked the RAM and always maintaining the above 200MB free. I tried the factory set up even though I am getting disappointment.

              I don't want to waste my time by contacting croma but I tried no development from CROMA.

                  Submitted my phone under extended warranty to Croma - Indirapuram on 22nd May. Everytime I visit Croma centre, I am given different excuses. Promises were given for a callback with status update or to make me talk to the repair centre. But didnt happen. Assitant Department Manager - gave me his Business card. But he never picks up the call. After 25 days.. I am not sure when I will get my phone back. Dont ever go for Croma Extrended warranty.

                      Hi,

                      I have ordered a LG washing machine model number T70CPD22P from croma retail through online. My order number is - 148299. But did not receive any order confirmation email or sms after that. I did not even received the invoice of that purchase but my money got debited from my CC account for that. I called the help line number and they told that there is no information found against my order number. They provided me an email address to send the details. I sent 3 times but did not get any response back from them. Which is now worrying me.
                      This is really an unprofessional and worst service from a merchant like Croma. However what I want to know is, what is the current status of my order? When I will receive the order confirmation email along with invoice? When my washing machine will be delivered to my address?

                      Please assist me with this to know at least the status of my order.

                      Can confirm, still have no resolution. Have not receive any sort of confirmation from any representative of Croma. Don't understand what is the complexity behind this. It's just simple, your portal and structure of business is so unprofessional for the customer like me who use regularly flipkart, myntra, amazon like vendor. Issue happens but resolved in a day for them. But the vendor like Croma it's just irritating and frustrating. Attaching the proof of money debited from my CC. Please do let me know when really I will get a resolution i.e either get the delivery of my washing machine or refund my money asap.

                        I purchased Tablet - Croma CRXT1125Q - in May 2014 of Rs. 10449/- from Tata Croma Pimpri . The socket of the unit handed to me was loose. I was reassured repeatedly by the salesman that it will work. The charging stopped working within two days. On contacting the Pimpri Croma store, I was told to pay Rs 350 for the repair. Assuming that this will be permanent solution I paid the amount and collected it the next day. The repair itself looked unprofessional. Within 24 hours the tablet stopped working yet again! Now I am told that I need to pay Rs 8, 500 to repair the USB port by Mr Abhishek in the service section. On explaining that this is a too expensive a solution for something so new, I was told to take it or forget it! I have not accepted the tablet back and it is with Croma store, Pimpri, Pune. I find the whole experience appalling! The valid warranty and the age of the tablet is not being respected. I get to hear flimsy excuses like ‘your child must be playing with it’! The reason I chose to buy a Croma tablet over say a Lenovo was the hope that I can just step back in and get my issues, if any, resolved in the store itself. I am not inclined to accept something as faulty as the item that I bought. Please replace the faulty unit. Hope you will respect the money and time that I have spent on your product.                           I have registered a complaint with croma retail on 28-May-2014 (Complaint No: 130104) regarding non-functioning of Siemens Washing Machine (which is under 2 years extended warranty program) via invoice no: SLF02A[protected] dated 19-Dec-2011. The same has been checked by the Siemens technical support team on 30-May-2014 at my residential address and after that the reply given to me by Croma Retail executive is that repairing expenses are very high so financial approval request has been sent for approval from top management. For last 12 days I am following up with the Croma Retail Store, Dev Arc Mall and customer care of Croma Retail about the status but every time they are saying that the approval is in process.                             I have bought an AC from croma. I am facing an intensive issue with my AC and more with your team available at toll free number. I had registered a first complaint for the AC on friday May 30 and 7 AM. The issue reported was that there is a significant delay in the AC getting powered on after the supply is given. The timeline as suggested by the customer support team was 48 hours and no one visited my place on May 30th and May 31st as per the commitment. When called back on sunday, the team suggests that I should not consider the day of friday though I have logged the complaint at 7 AM in the morning. Finally I got a call from your support engineer on monday and we scheduled a service on thursday. After the servicing on thursday, the AC worked for a couple of hours and not getting the power since then. When called to your team again, they suggested another 48 hours and after telling them that this is a repeated call, the assurance of 12 hours was given. Even though the timeline has expired, there is no appropriate response from your team. Now the call is answered and then put on hold until we disconnect it. Seeing this kind of approach, I wish and believe that I should have not gone with croma. I believe that an instant corrective action will be taken after this email. There are such big issues with the customer care team that they will not connect you to any of their senior nor the issues will be resolved in time.                               Dear sir, I bought the Croma Tab CRXT1125 on Aug 13 and due to some problem lower portion of screen is damaged and is not working. I went croma centre for replacement but they told me that display doesnt come in warranty then they gave the address of deprosys (T.Nagar) service centre for repair and charged me 2500 inr which i'm ready to pay, But till now they are saying they havent got the part for replacing the broken display.When i enquired in Croma Help line they are not able to give the detail for the delivery period for the parts and they are also not caring about the problem.                               I am Nagabhushana from Bangalore, I am also faced same problem about display damage for the model Croma CRXT1131 7.85" Tablet (Black), without drooping or wrong handling, the service team is saying that it is not covered with warranty, it has to repaired chargeable basis, I can assure that damage is because of some hardware issue, please resolve this issue,

                                I bought a window ac on may31, 2014. the ac was delivered on the middle of night next day. i requested at croma to expedite the installation process as i i was in urgent need. I was assured that the ac will be installed by June 2, 2014. Since june 2, i had been regularly calling the cust care at [protected], there is no response i have yet received about installation of my croma window ac.
                                I first time bought a croma product but the experience is totally non professional and horrible.
                                i am now regretting buying a croma product.

I have booked ticket with Croma on 25th May 2014 for Pureit which i had purchased approx. 2 months back and Sharp AC which i had purchased 1 year back with 2 years extended warranty from Croma Lower Parel. I have registered multiple tickets (you can check your past records as well) for my AC but till from purchase date issue is not resolved. Is Croma selling duplicate products??? I want AC issue to be resolved once and for all or else you can take back my AC and give me my money back or provide me new unit. Whichever you suggest. None of the members are able to resolve my issue getting multiple calls from Croma, Pureit and Sharp but after taking all the information no one is turning back to resolve my issue. Fail to understand is Croma really providing same after sales support to customers??? It is now more than 2 weeks but still issue is open. Till date I was telling my friends and relatives to purchase products from Croma but going ahead I will never ever suggest about Croma. Please let me know is Croma will able to resolve issue or else I will register complaint against Croma as I have received duplicate product from Croma.                                   Hi,

                                  Yet again we are facing the perennial problem with our 1.5 ton Croma A/C. Not a day goes by without us regretting that we bought this product. First of all, the product does not work for more than a few weeks in the summer season without a problem. And second of all, the service to get the A/C fixed is appalling.

                                  After all our following up and chasing the technicians the last year, they finally took the outdoor unit to their workshop saying that there was a hole in the unit and the gas was leaking out. So they took the unit, repaired it and fixed it back. We had only used the A/C for a short while after that, when the season changed. Again this March when we started using the A/C we realized that it was not cooling, same as before. We made a complaint and the technicians came to repair it. But again they mentioned the same thing that all the other technicians had said earlier, that the installation is not done right and that it should be on a stand instead of on the floor of the terrace. But anyway, they just charged the gas and cleaned the indoor unit and it was cooling for a while. After a few days again the A/C stopped cooling all-together. And I raised a complaint on 29th of May. After a few days, i got a call from a technician saying that he was on the way to my house. I was at work at the time and told him to come after 5 pm so i could be there when he reaches. He didn't turn up neither did he call back.

                                  Finding no response after that, i again called the Croma Call Center on 12th of June, and they told me that the earlier request was closed as I was not reachable!!! So I again made another request. But sorry to say, that till today we have still not received a call. I called again to the Call Center today and they have assured me that the matter will be attended to in 24 hours.

                                  We are so fed up with this situation that we feel like throwing the A/C into the trash and blogging on every possible blog on the internet to warn people against having a horrific experience like this and to avoid buying Croma products.

                                  I am not sure that this email will have any effect to alleviate our problem, but I am venting our frustration by writing to you on this.

                                  We hope that someone will take notice and sort this out.

                                  Since 16th March, we have been making multiple calls to your service center for a technician to visit our home and service our Croma 1.5 tonne AC (We had purchased this from the Croma Store, invoice attached).

                                  The technician promised to come last week but didn’t turn up, and when we called back we realized that the complaint had been cancelled. So we registered another complaint on 18th March and was told that the technician would come home on Saturday. However, since Saturday was Ugadi and it was a holiday nobody called or visited. But we should have been told that it was a holiday.

                                  Then we called again and your service center said that the technician would positively come home on 23rd March (Monday), I had taken leave from work and waited the whole day but again no one came home, neither did anyone call us. I had called the service center again today more than three times this morning. And each time I was told that I will get a call back from the technician. I am still waiting……..

                                  I am not sure what is more pathetic the product that we bought or the service to get the product repaired. It is not even two years since we had purchased this product and this is the third time that the product is not working properly. It may not have been installed correctly by your technician, as he did not put the sleeving on the tubes when it was installed, and probably that’s why the gas may be leaking out from the AC, hence it is not cooling. But for this to happen three times in barely two years? I feel we made a mistake in buying this product.

                                  And now, the problem with the servicing. What does it take for us to get a technician to fix the AC!!!

                                  Our warranty is expiring on 5th April, and I fell that your service center is deliberately delaying closing this, as it would be a paid service after 5th April.

                                  I have called Customer Support this morning and have made a verbal complaint on this. However, in my frustration I felt the need to send this email as well. In 24 hours if I don’t get a proper response from your team, I will be forced to publish this in all possible blogs on the internet so we could warn other people against purchasing Croma products and facing all this inconvenience.

                                    Dear Sir, I purchased Croma Mobile, Model CRCB 2243 on 8.12.2013 from Croma Infinity Retail, Crown Interiorz, Faridabad. I saw various models of Samsung, Micromax, Nokia before buying this model with a sole thinking that it has come out from a trusted brand of the country. I had problem of hazy pictures taken from Croma Mobile and frequent switch -off mode. I went to the Infinity Retail Shop in Crown Interiorz on 25.4.14.and raised my complaint. I was told to go to Sevice Centre with the name Luccky Communication, Krishna Place, Ajronda in Faridabad. I went on 8.5.14.and to my surprise I could never believe that Croma will have such a small service centre (3x3 Room) which was serving so many other mobile company.Very Sad- No exclusive Service Centre for Croma equipments/gadjets Anyhow, I submitted my mobile and I was told that lots of Scratches were on the camera lense that is why pictures were hazy and frequent Switch Off mode was because of damage/ broken terminal. I was told that Lense can be replaced but not the battery. The battery has to be bought afresh.I still remember that my mobile has never fallen and it was under mobile cover supplied along-with the Mobile. The lense is not well protected by poor design feature( as with Nokia and Samsung brand), even mobile cover is also not protecting Camera lense. The battery terminals are also not having sufficient strength and were chipped off after using for 4 months.. So this is very frustrating and I realised my mistake of buying Croma Mobile.. Such a big name with such a poor design, and no exclusive Service Centre. At present my Camera is working alright but again the lense is not protected. I have to take care of placing my mobile with Lense location upside to avoid any scratch on the lense.but frequent switchin off is still continuing. What can be done ? will you replace my battery and a good mobile cover to protect camera lense or change the design feature of lense in your future mobile and also battery terminals having good strength..                                     For CRCB 2243 i got battery problem with in 5 months, Never buy Croma products. No proper service center in chennai.
                                    Croma is the one the best company in mobile ... I'm using 2243 model ... No problem in this mobile (croma trust in their product and quality thats y no service center ) .. So your honour this is fake compliant :)

                                      croma tablet touch not working properly

                                      we have purchased Croma tablet one and half year back but now its touch is being malfunctioning. its touch is automatic working so we cant use this tablet. so please let me know the service center for repair the same

                                        i have bought my croma mobile on 2 may and suddenly it got its display off just after 20 days.thn i took it to the croma center as they have only said that if there is any problem i would take it to them so i take it, , they are saying that its a simple screen issue after this they just make a service order recepit and said that they wiil call me next day so i waited but now it has been 5 days i didn't receive any phone call and when i went there they said that it will took time around 10 -15 days...so i need help to fight against these bad companies
