Croma is selling local assembled and defective products on their brand Croma and fooling customer, within six month itself tab was sent to repairs for more than thrice and service center holds months to repair. Last request they had assured of other brand if not satisfied with croma. This time also touch screen was not functioning again they had repaired. I lost complete faith on this local tab last time itself but they committed and assured to take back issue credit note for other brand purchase. This time again they are playing with same story for next time hence i requested in writer for assurance but their Managers says writing is not possible we have to follow their verbal communication. It is an hard pain and mental disturbance with this assembled pieces. I strongly request for replace with other brands, as am willing to pay extra amount and they should put to end for such products selling. Looking forward for the positive support.     Sir, I purchased a Croma 2.1 music system with FM programme from Croma outlet. After 6 months the FM programme stops working. I took the system to your Croma outlet at Pacific Mall, Ghaziabad and their they sent it to your service centre and after two days they returned it with the remarks that FM programme cannot be repair as one of its part which was to be replaced is not available in the service center and moreover Company have stopped the manufacturing. Therefore, it is now lying idle in the house occupying unnecessarily space. I would request you that is there no way to replace it with another FM music system and I am ready to pay extra if necessary. Thank you S.B. Roy [protected]@gmail.com

      I am facing the refrigerator problem from February4 till date croma is failure to provide the qualitative service within time. Croma person are giving only pain to me rather than solving the problem. 1. I had purchase the TV, TATA sky & refrigerator on 7th February 2012 with extended warranty period. Initially Croma didn't provide me the invoic and after several follow up they provide the invoice on 13thFebruary 2012. Further to that i did not received the delivery in time 2. On 17th May 2013 required to change the TATA sky set box because of failures / problem. In February 2014 I loged the complain regarding refrigerator problem but till 13th May 2014 they did not turned up and they arrived they replaced the defective parts with duplicate parts and not the original. When I brought the issue to customer then they threatening me not to write the mails otherwise they will not provide the service during warranty period and also used the abusive language. Further they told me that Croma personnel are not responsible to provide service in warranty period. Please clear me who’s responsibility is this because I paying the charges to croma. This was not told to me during the time of purchase. Today i am feeling cheated and deceived. They are offering me compensation amounting Rs. 200/- for negligence to provide their service from February 2014 to 13th May 2014 (please note that product is in observation). Croma is failure to provide timely & qualitative service to me & my family therefore we suffer lot. The narrative about cromas dissatisfactory service In February 2014 I am facing the cooling problem therefore I had immediately call to customer care regarding the service days. This period I am follow up for the service but croma is failure. I had requested to transfer the call to senior but croma is failure to transfer my call to senior as well as providing the service. After continues follow-up in 2-3 finally junior had transferred the call to Pramila and she promises me to provide the service. As per her promise service timing was 2 pm but till at 8 pm person has not came then again I had call and follow up to service persons as well as croma finally he came at 8 pm. This service person (Mr. Patil) is not concentrating the work at the time of work he continually on phone. He changes the part Relay & OLP. After he went refrigerator having same problem then aging I had call to this person as well as Samsum on next day morning. When I had call to service person then he again start to shout and say that he will not because of holiday. Again I had call croma customer care and request them to transfer the call to Pramila but person has not transfer to praminal. I am continuously followed up to customer care as well service person for service. Finally service person (Mr. Patil) sends another person for service. These people again change the Relay & OLP part because of failures of the part. He is told me compressor is heating then I said to informed to croma then he told me he will informed to Mr. Patil. This is creating the question about croma service. Again I am facing the same problem and calling to croma. Croma is starting to same thing like rather than providing the service they are start to giving pain to me. After several discussions with Junior and senior Chitra, croma had again sent to Mr. Patil with one more people. Both are check and saying that compressor is creating heat & told me they will keep on observation same thing I had informed to Chitra. I had informed to these service person from 1st May 2014 to till 5th May 2014 I am not in Mumbai. Therefore on 30th April 2014 Mr. Patil assistance has come and checks the product and again notified that the compressor having the main problem and other also. He promised me that the same will informed to Croma. On 2nd May 2014 evening I am surprised because of croma closed the complaint by informing that their service person has told them that the refrigerator functions is OK. This is totally shocking to me. Therefore I had again called to Mr. Patil assistance and ask him what you informed to croma then he told me he notified to Mr. Patil that the compressor having the main problem and other also. Then how Croma / Mr. Patil closed the compliant. I had called to Mr. Patil again for inquiry how he closed the complaint whereas you had not visited and you assistance told me he notified you that the compressor having the main problem and other also. That time he used bad words to me. Immediately I had the call and informed to croma customer care they promised me Chitra will call me before 12 noon tomorrow but till date she has not called. On 4th May 2014 I had again called to customer care and requesting them to transferred the call to Chitra. They informed she is not available then again I requested to transfer to senior person then he told me no one senior person available. This is very shocking to me. Then I had ask question to croma person when TATA change their policy. Then he ready to transferred the call to senior person Senior person promised me he will provide service within 48 hr. why croma is not providing service. if he is in place me what they are doing? On 5th May 2014 I had remind to croma regarding service within 48hr then Chitra transferred my call to croma service center person. I told him please check all part those croma has change because I have doubt about these part. Croma send Samsung person for checking on 5th May 2014. He also told me there is compressor problem. For your ready reference again attaching his report regarding compressor change. After reminding to croma about service within 48 hr on 6th May 2014 Croma send the Samsung person. He had changed the compressor. Please not that the compressor box does not show Manufacture date, batch number (other details) etc. only show the transport year 2010. As per Samsung & croma information Compressor having 5 year warranty then this new compressor warranty is uoto 5th May 2019. Kindly provide warranty card for the same. Also this person check the Relay & OLP those croma has change. Then he found that croma put duplicate part not Samsung part. Therefore he also changes the same. After completion of his work I ask I sign the report in observation and same thing is informed to him. After completion of his work I had updated to croma customer care senior & service center person. From 7th May 2014 I am updating observation to croma customer care on phone as well as mail. After changing the Compressor still I am facing the refrigerator problem. I had complaint about this to croms mail, phone. When complain to Mr. Ajit Joshi secretary on 12th June 2014 then Croma change the dumper on 13th June 2014. Again I am suffering the temperature problem therefore continues follow up to croma regarding this I had received the service on 19th June 2014. Again I had face the water leakage problem therefore I had registered the complaint to customer care at 10.29 am and request them to give me complaint number then your Employees are denying providing the same. Therefore I had send SMS to Mr. Kulkarni (Croma 3rd level person) the he replied to tell Mr. Vinesh and now Vinesh are telling me call on toll free no and follow the call logging process. When I had registerd the complain online then I had received reply “Your complaint has been forwarded to Croma customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days.” On 21st July 2014 I had call to Mr. Ajit Joshi secretary and follow up about my complaint. She promised me she will provide the service. After continuous follow-up on 22nd July 2014 samsung Jr technician visit the place but he was unable to find out the fault. In report I had clearly mention regarding the water leakage at the bottom center and water leakage is 5-7 ml at evening (7 hr) and in morning almost 15-20 ml. and request him to come at 7.30 to 8 am for again inspection. On 23rd July 2014 I had remind the technician regarding the water leakage. He told me he will examine at 3 pm. He doesn’t came at 3 pm then again remind him. Then told me he will come after 5.30pm. but he doesn’t came at 5.30. therefore I had again remind him. Then he told me Samsung will send the senior technician tomorrow. On 24th July 2013 Samsung technician come with his assistance. They found the water leakage. They had taken photographs of leakage. Model, bill copy and trold me they discuss with his office then they will communicate to croma as well as me. But till I had not received any response from croma and Samsung. Still compliant has not resolved. Therefore I had again all to Mr. Ajit Joshi Secretary on number 022 – 67613602. She gives me Smita number 022 – 67613798 / [protected] for follow up. But I had not received any response from these numbers. Therefore I had again called to Mr. Ajit Joshi secretary. When she asked to Smita about my complaint then she informed that complain was closed. Please show me documentary event for the same. I am very shocking still I am not getting any service how the complaint is closed. Till date problem is not resolve. Kindly replace the refrigerator with same specification or higher specification along with 2years warranty period. Also pay me all compensation for giving mental harassment and other charges like speed post charges, food loss etc. Please refer letter dated 22nd May 2014 those sent to Mr. Ajit Joshi CEO & MD, Infiniti Retail Limited, Croma A Tata Enterprise and copy to Mr. Cyrus P. Mistry, Chairman TATA Group on 22nd May 2014

        This is continuation to my complain dated 21 July 20143 From February 2014 Samsung refrigerator having following problems 1. Croma replaced the defective Relay & OLP parts with duplicate parts and not the original in February 2014, March 14 still I facing problem after continuous follow up 2. On 6th May 2014 Compressor change and also gas leakage problem handle. Still I facing problem after continuous follow up 3. On 13th June 2014 has dumper change. 4. Now I am facing water leakage at bottom center I am facing new problem in every month from February 2014 (more 6 moths). Croma will be provide me all service in warranty as well after warranty period if croma not replace the refrigerator any paying all compensation like phone call, time, food loss. Because I already notified to croma that refrigerator having number of problems. My passions are over. Kindly replace the refrigerator with same specification or higher specification along with 2years warranty period. Also pay me all compensation for giving mental harassment and other charges like speed post charges, food loss etc.

        I had registered complain for
        water leakage at the center of bottom on 19th July 2014 by mail to Customer
        care, online complaint on phone. Also on 19th July I had send the mail to Mr.
        Ajit Joshi office regarding complaint and reminded to his secretary about the
        complaint on 21st July 2014 to his secretary on phone


        Still compliant has not resolved.
        Therefore I had again all to Mr. Ajit Joshi Secretary on number 022 – 67613602.
        She gives me Smita number 022 – 67613798 / [protected] for follow up. But I had
        not received any response from these numbers.


        Therefore I had again called to
        Mr. Ajit Joshi secretary. When she asked to Smita about my complaint then she informed that complain was closed. Please
        show me documentary event for the same. I am very shocking still I am

        On 24th July 2014 Samsung sr. technician had taken the photographs about water leakage from center of refrigerator bottom and he want to discuss with his office. Till date problem is not resolve.


        Therefore today I had called Croma customer care at 11 am that Mr. Govind promised me he or his senior will call me at 1 pm with solution. But I have not received any call from Croma therefore I had again called customer care that time Mr. Govind informed me that the to Mr. Milind told there is no problem and complaint is closed. Then I had notified them I had never sign any report showing that there is no problem. Why Samsung sr. technician taken bottom central water leakage photographs on 24thJuly 2014 at 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm. Also they taken Samsung model photographs, bill photographs and they want to discuss to there office and informed me there is no solution for this leakage.


        Then why Mr. Milind updates the wrong information to Croma. At several time I already notified to croma that Mr.
        Milind does not have any ethics. In February 2014 Mr. Milind replaced the defective parts with duplicate parts and
        not the original. Also without providing the service Mr. Milind closed the complaint. All these detail available in my mail. Also Mr. kulkarni knows these things

        Therefore kindly replace the refrigerator with same specification or higher specification along with 2 years warranty period. Also pay me all compensation for giving mental harassment and other charges like speed post charges, food loss etc.
        On 30th July 2014,
        11.19 am I had received the call from Smita[protected]. She ask me any
        technician visit my place then I notified / told her that Samsung sr.
        technician had visited on 24th July 2014 with his assistance.
        He had taken the photographs about leakage, refrigerator model, bill copy and
        told me he wants to discuss with his seniors regarding this problem and this is
        not repairable. I am also share his number with Smita. I had also raised
        the question to her if Mr. Milind informed to Croma there is no problem then
        show me the Samsung report those mention that there is no water leakage problem
        and signed by me. Why he is unable to provide me and croma. Please note that I
        also share the Samsung Sr. technician number with Smita for her cross
        verification.


        At several time I already notified to croma that Mr. Milind does not
        have any ethics. In February 2014 Mr. Milind replaced the defective parts with
        duplicate parts and not the original. Also without providing the service Mr.
        Milind closed the complaint. All these detail available in my mail and same was
        notified to croma also.


        From February 2014, I am suffering mental harassment, food losses, time
        loss, my all daily activities affected due to dissatisfactory service from
        croma.


        Now my passions are over.
        This is request to Croma please don’t give more pain. Therefore kindly replace
        the refrigerator with same specification or higher specification along with 2
        years warranty period. Also pay me all compensation for giving mental
        harassment and other charges like speed post charges, food loss etc

          I have bought a water purifier on 20th July from the Croma outlet- Saibaba nagar borivali.I was told by the sales representative that he is a Hindustan lever employee & will get the purifier delivered & installed on Monday i.e. 21st July itself however the same was not installed till today i.e.23rd July. I have called up the call center thrice & post escalations the installation guy came however he was not able fix the water connection post which I had to get the plumber & pay for it. Now the installation guy is not able to connect the switch & says that there is some issue in the connection.I called the electrician for the same however the electrician told me that the switch is faulty. I am really frustrated with such pathetic after sales service. Would like to send the purifier back to you. I have a eureka forbes purifier from Vijay sales & it is working fine even after 8yrs. Now I think that I made a wrong decision of buying a new purifier from you guys. This experience has really spoiled my impression about Croma. Kindly look in to this. |

            Hi all I brought a Sony Led of 70k from Croma Bangalore in Nov 2013. Bill- SLF02A[protected]. I am facing sound issue from starting have raised many complain (BON290414FS00003 and new one BON060714FS00002 ) but no solutions. They are using TATA name and cheating with Customer. I have send many mail Called to Croma and there Senior management but no result. Even there Croma Store Pacific Mall, Sahibabad Sore manager Davindra Sharma/ Manav abuse and challenge me we will see who can help you in Croma.Today in the last i have been filed a complain in Consumer forum. I request every one Please keep away from Croma. They will Cheat with you . No Service after Sale. I request every one do not busy any thing from Croma. They will take your heard earn money and cheat with you. I did mistake i am paying for that.

            There is no result from Croma. Still same no Solution provided just raised a new complain(BON240714FS00020) with Sony and forgot it, You will close it without solution.Croma can cheat with customer. No server after sale. Please don't use this line (Our customers’ satisfaction is most important to us and it is our constant endeavor to ensure the same.) This not fit for Croma worst customer service.

            There is no support from Croma. Result is 0. No one come yet from Sony.

            Last one Week i am geeting call from Croma/Sony that Engineer will Visit today but no one come yet. How much time you need one day/week/Month/Years :) . You have been cheated with me to use TATA name and i lost faith from Croma.

                Respected Sir/Madam My product is not working last 1 month i have complaint many to customer service (Sunal) they are saying product is showing 2 year manufacturing warranty but manufacture company saying it warranty was only 1 year even I have bought 2 years extended warranty from croma. I am only getting update saying we have forwarted your request to store to check warranty detail after no further update. i am stuck between croma and philips many time i have called customer serive call centre but they are not registring my complain and they are putting my call long hold then its gets disconnect. Below is product details. Invoice number: SLF02A[protected] Product brand :PHILIPS Product name Philips Induction CookerHD4908 Date of purchase: 14.02.2013 Sir / Madam I was not expected this kind of service from on of the respected brand like you.                   I am frustrated customer of croma. I have 25 product of croma, acs washing machines, tvs, microwave, refrigerators etc. All other products are performing well. But problem starts when i have purchased 2 AC of 1 Ton 2 Star rating 1st is purchased on 22.03.2014 and 2nd one is on 14.06.2014. Since 1st day of purchasing i am complaining regarding performance of the product, and your engineer (Amit Goel) told that there is some problem in the unit. I have again complained and requested for replacement. But after a lapse of 20 days no body replaced my unit.                     In February 2014 I lodged the complaint regarding refrigerator problem but till they did not turned up and they arrived they replaced the defective parts with duplicate parts and not the original. 1. Still I am facing following problems after various follow-up upto TOP Management person. 2014 2. After replaced the defective parts with duplicate parts by croma in February2014. On 4th May 2014, Samsung technision replaced the Compressor also change the rely on part as well as work on gas leakage problem. 3. Still refrigerator having problem therefore again register complaint and recived the answer from 3rd level person they told me that Croma personnel are not responsible to provide service in warranty period. Please clear me who’s responsibility is this because I paid extended warranty period charges to croma. This was not told to me during the time of purchase. 4. When complain to Mr. Ajit Joshi secretary on 12thJune 2014 then Croma change the dumper on 13th June 2014. 5.Again I had face the water leakage problem therefore I had registered the complaint to customer care at 10.29 am and request them to give me complaint number then Croma Employees are denying providing the same. Therefore I had send SMS to croma 3rd level person the he replied to tell Mr. Vinesh and now Vinesh are telling me call on toll free no and follow the call logging process. 6. When I had registerd the complain online then I had received reply “Your complaint has been forwarded to Croma customer service. You should receive a reply from the companyrepresentatives within several days.” I am facing the problem from February 2014. Till date (more than 6 months) Croma is failure to provide the qualitative service.

Croma will be provide me all service in warranty as well after warranty period if croma not replace the refrigerator any paying all compensation like phone call, time, food loss.                     water leakage at the center of bottom on 19th July 2014 by mail to Customer
                    care, online complaint on phone. Also on 19th July I had send the mail to Mr.
                    Ajit Joshi office regarding complaint and reminded to his secretary about the
                    complaint on 21st July 2014 to his secretary on phone


                    Still compliant has not resolved.
                    Therefore I had again all to Mr. Ajit Joshi Secretary on number 022 – 67613602.
                    She gives me Smita number 022 – 67613798 / [protected] for follow up. But I had
                    not received any response from these numbers.


                    Therefore I had again called to
                    Mr. Ajit Joshi secretary. When she asked to Smita about my complaint then she informed that complain was closed. Please
                    show me documentary event for the same. I am very shocking still I am
                    not getting any service how the complaint is closed.


                    On 24th July 2014 Samsung
                    technician had taken the photographs about leakage and he want to discusses his
                    office. Till date I am not getting any service from Croma.


                    Kindly replace the refrigerator with same specification or
                    higher specification along with 2years warranty period. Also pay me all
                    compensation for giving mental harassment and other charges like speed post
                    charges, food loss etc.

The issue is replacement of the broken LCD screen of CROMA CRCB-2094 (IMEI:[protected]) in service centre: RV SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD, (O MOBILE, 26 SUBHASH PALLY, ISI BUSSTOP, PS. BARANAGAR, KOLKATA WB, PIN 700108) Bill no: RVSRN1403MB00053 Date: 8th March 2014 I'd submitted the phone to this croma authorized service centre on 8th March 2014, and till day the device is with The service centre. The issue was explained by the Service Centre : "DELAY from CROMA SERVICE to send PARTS for CROMA phones". I also understand the cause; but it's traumatic if CROMA Service is such a late riser, and not helping a service centre by providing an equipment part as soon the request logged. Hence you except, a good customer review, repeated customer visit and boost up sales for your own product. Being a TATA initiative it's a shame to brand Croma.

                      I'd submitted the phone to this Croma authorized service centre on 8th March 2014, and till day the device is with The service centre.
                      The issue was explained by the Service Centre : "DELAY from CROMA SERVICE to send PARTS for CROMA phones".

                      You can call and confirm from them.

                      I do not know how what is going on. You may replace the phone altogether or anything else.please make this issue fixed asap.

                        Croma Employee are only given pain and metal harassment to customer rather than resolving matter. When I had registered the complaint to customer care at 10.29 am and request them to give me complaint number then your Employees are denying providing the same.                         1. I had purchase the TV, TATA sky &amp; refrigerator on 7th February 2012 with
                        extended warranty period. Initially Croma didn't provide me the proper
                        invoice and after several follow up they provide the invoice on 13th
                        February 2012 for refrigerator &amp; TV and Tata sky set box. Further to
                        that I did not received the delivery in time.
                        2. On 17th May 2013 the TATA sky set box was changed because of some technical
                        problems.
                        3. In February 2014 I lodged the complaint regarding refrigerator problem but they did not
                        turned up on scheduled date and when they arrived they replaced the
                        defective parts with duplicate parts and not with the original one.


                        a. When I brought the issue to customer care
                        then they threatening me not to write the mails otherwise they will not provide
                        the service during warranty period and also used the abusive language. Further
                        they told me that Croma personnel are not responsible to provide service in
                        warranty period. Please clear me whose responsibility is this because I paid
                        extended warranty period charges to Croma. This was not told to me during the
                        time of purchase. Today I am feeling cheated and deceived.
                        4. Several time Croma’s personnel closed the complaint unilaterally without providing the
                        service. When I enquired about the same and asked for the report then
                        Croma’s officials (HO) threatened me and again used the abuse language.
                        5. Following problems I had to face since February 2014

                        Whenever I had registered the complaint it was attended with deliberate delay time i.e. 5 to 9 weeks time
                        i Croma replaced the defective Relay &amp; OLP parts with duplicate parts and not with
                        the original one (2 times) and the issue was handled by unauthorized person
                        well known to Croma (not Samsung technician).


                        ii. Afterseveral follow up on 6th May 2014 the compressor got changed and gas
                        leakage problem was attended by the Samsung authorized person. (but the problem
                        still persist).


                        iii Again after several follow on 13th June 2014, the Samsung's personnel
                        attended the same and in order to resolve the same changed the
                        dumper. (but the problem still persist)


                        iv. When the issue was not resolved I again contacted the customer care and on further
                        follow up Samsung's personnel attended the problem on 19th
                        June 2014 and informed that there is temperature issue which he tried to
                        resolve the same but the problems still persists.


                        v. I am still facing the
                        problem like a water leakage problem at the external bottom center and since 19th
                        July 2014 I am continuously following up
                        with Croma’s customer care which rather than providing me service, arguing that
                        there is no problem and closed the report. When I asked to forward me the
                        report which is acknowledged by me, then again they used the abusive language
                        and treated me badly due to which I am mentally very disturbed.


                        kindly replace the refrigerator with same specification or higher specification along
                        with 2 years warranty period. Also pay me all compensation for giving mental
                        harassment and other charges like speed post charges, food loss, time loss,
                        affects on my other works etc.

                          I spent 650rs for 2+ yrs ext-warranty from CROMA for my HP AIO printer. I should not have done it, more over I lost more money chasing to get the printer fixed under CEW. Complained on Jun 19, 2014, # 133099. Regenersis from Egmore picked my printer and said, I would get a call in 48 hours. After that all went wrong. No call for 7 days, I called, they said it would take 2 more days. No call for 7+ days, I called again. They said I could come and pick the printer the next day. I went there to hear an irresponsible answer, that they had mixed up the name and the fixed printer was some one else's, and asked me to wait for a week more.40kms is a waste trip.. I called CROMA EXTENDED warranty to complain this, but it took whole day to catch them. They have a standard reply, their computers are down, need to call them again. Every time we have to repeat the whole history. After another 3 days said it was fixed, they asked me to come and pick. I double checked to confirm it was actually my printer, and went their the 2nd time. After going there, they said they don't have the driver installed so only one function can be tested.. It started getting irritating by their service, and I collected my printer and I left. Within two days, for whatever problem I dropped, it started happening. IT made lot of noise and Scanner function totally failed. REGENERSIS won't accept to pick the printer with out reregistration. I had to try calling CROMA EXTENDED WARRANTY and SMS, for three days to catch them. 3rd day the representative asked me to go again to drop in the centre After going to the center 3r time, regenersis tells me the complaint is not open. Made a call to CEW again to make them open(as usual their computers were down for the first two tries) and they said I could drop in the centre. I left dropping the printer asking them to double check the functions before calling me and left. Assuming my next call will be in 10 days and I will go their their 4th time and the printer works fine, I would have put 160kms in travel alone. 16*60 = 960rs for the fuel alone=960+650 = 1600+ rs which I spent I could have got it fixed in a place that is probably 2-3 kms from my place by spending it from my pocket.. Lesson learnt, CROMA EXTENDED WARRANTY is waste of money, effort. It actually stresses you out. Don't go for it. I may not complain CROMA in whole, but their EXTENDED WARRANTY service, is pathetic.

                              Hi Sir, I lodged a complaint against Croma retail Aditya mall from where I purchased McCoy cooler. I am fed up with the customer care. Technician came and cooler worked for 1 day and again its not working. I called customer care many times but no result. Today again I talked to Venkatesh from customer care and again he apologizes like other customer care executive. More than 25 days have been passed but no action is taken from Croma. I have sufficient mails and phone calls to customer care as a proof that I am following with those non working idle people since past 20 days. I also went to croma store and called Servesh the store boy many times, manager Nupun and Vijay. They are giving 1 year warranty and giving no services. After more than 25 days technician named Nitin Sharma came to my home but he is unable to repair the cooler. I want to return the cooler as it is not repairable as per the technician Nitin sharma. 3 days before I got a call from Vijay (Croma senior manager) that Nitin(technician) told him that it is repairable. Please ask him not to tell me lie as I talked to technician also. These croma guys are disturbing me like hell mentally as well as financially. Please take action against croma so that they could not cheat customers. I have included their customer care email id too. Now yesterday I got a call from croma to buy a new brand cooler.                               I purchased a refrigerator (Whirlpool) from Croma vide invoce number SLF02A[protected]. The said refrigerator was having some issues and not working for which I made complaints to Croma, since it was under extended warranty.

                              In the month of January 2016, I filed complaint for repairing of said refrigerator under extended warranty against which the said refrigerator was taken to workshop and returned back (after repairing) in the month of March. (It was a very bad experience and was a question mark on the service policies as well as reputation of the company). I was informed that Compressor was not working, hence, replaced.

                              I found the same issue again in my refrigerator. It was not working at all. I removed the water tray to get it empty because it was almost full of water (It is a general practice). Suddenly I observed, compressor fitted in the refrigerator (Whirlpool) was of Godrej Company and old one . It was replaced in the service center.

                              I felt like cheated. I am still feeling the same. There is full chances other internal parts of the said refrigerator must have been changed.

                              WHY COMPRESSOR OF OTHER COMPANY (GODREJ) WAS REPLACED AND FITTED IN MY WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR EVEN IF WHIRLPOOL COMPANY PROVIDES 5 YEARS OF WARRANTY FOR THE COMPRESSOR.

                              This issue is still pending and I am getting no help from anybody. I wrote mails at Croma Customer Care and contacted customer care over phone many times.

                              My complaint number is SR[protected]. Each time I contact Croma about the issue, I always get only one answer that my complaint would be forwarded to service team. About 3 days before, I got assurance from customer support executive that my complaint would be resolved within 24 hours. Yesterday I got a missed call from Croma (Only a single ring). When I contacted customer care today, I was informed that their team contacted me yesterday but I could not pick up the phone.

                              Please aware people not to buy any product or service from CROMA. They will definitely be cheated.

                                I have purchased a Croma LED TV from Croma store ( Forum Mall, Sarjapur Road) on[protected]. Invoice no SLF02A[protected]. The promised delivery date was on[protected]. The product never got delivered till today and not even any intimation about the delay. I have contacted the customer care couple of times and got the information from them that they don’t have the stock! They don’t have any idea about when they will receive the stock or when they can deliver the product. Each time the customer care officer ends the call saying they will inform the store manager to contact me and inform about the delay and delivery date. But nobody calls. Forget about the delay of delivery, at least I expect an intimation about the delay from you guys. I have paid the amount, there were no delay on that, and I value my money. Guys, please keep yourself away from this store, even if they offer you the product free of cost. They don’t bother about the customer.Once you paid the amount, you are screwed up and they don’t mind you from then onwards. If anybody knows the procedure to take this incident to the consumer court, please let me know the same. Thanks, Subin

                                ha ha... Please don't make me laugh!

                                Do you think that the 'customer' will be satisfied on following situations?
                                - After making the payment he is not getting his product delivered?
                                - Not even getting any information from the seller about the status of purchase?
                                - Not even getting a proper response, when he tries to their customer care office?
                                - If you walk in to the store, no one even bother to hear what you are trying to tell?

                                Better shut down the business than cheating people, guys.

                                Recommendation : NEVER EVER CHOOSE CROMA FOR YOUR PURCHASE.

                                For all those who read this forum:
                                After more than a week, I got a text message from them today, saying that my product would be delivered before 3 pm. And as you can imagine, that never happen. I didn't hear anything more there after. I tried to call up the store (not cust care this time) and they were not aware of the stock status at all.
                                Strange part is now they are asking me whether I need a wall mount unit or table stand. At the time of purchase they offered me both the stands. Now, I fear, even if they manage to deliver the product some times in FUTURE, what all Parts I am going to get!

                                  Hi! I registered a complaint under extended warranty with Croma for service of my AC on 4th July 2014. But even after 4 days, there is no response from Croma. The customer support center no. given by Croma doesn't work, no one takes the call on those no.'s. One of the worst customer service experience faced by a company that level.

                                    I had purchased a Croma 3G Tab 17.8cm CRXT1125Q, and its LCD is broken, I'm ready to pay for the part as it is my fault, but its been four months they are not providing the part. How can they sell a product without making parts available? And whenever I call their Customer Support they say that the concerned department will get in touch within 24 hours, which never happens. Please help me to find a solution...

                                    Hi,
                                    I had registered a complaint for my Panasonic fridge on 23rd May 14 but I have not received any update / feedback on my complaint no one bothered to even address my complaint.

                                    In month of June I tried connecting to extended warranty help desk but many times was unable to get connected, once I got connected & the executive noted my mobile number / other details and assured me to call back but I not received any call back from customer care.
                                    I am very much surprised that each and every time I call person informs me that our system is down so please give us your details we will call back, why systems are down for so long time ?

                                    Actually what I noticed is system are not down they just lie to us, because after many tries when I got connected & person told me so, I insisted on talking to senior person that time he transferred the call & system were working.
                                    Height of all, I came to know that my complaint is closed without even speaking or taking any action on it, I was surprised that how this can happen?
                                    Still I controlled myself and asked person to reopen the issue as it is not resolved yet, so I had again given request on 25th June 2014 explaining all problems.
                                    But my complaint is not yet addressed by any one. When registered complaint it is informed to me that it will be addressed in 48 working HRS, but my complaint was totally ignored?

                                    As I had not received any response till 30th June 14, I called back to cust care, person online tried to convince me that the complaint will be attended soon and asked me to call service center person.
                                    But my question is why should I call and follow up with service center if I purchased product from croma & already registered my complaint with extended warranty help desk?
                                    I want early resolution of my issue, else please return me extra charge taken for warranty.

                                    Also please let me know what action is taken on service center when SLA is breached & for falsely closing my complaint without my information.

                                    If I am not getting proper response & service I am planning to approach consumer court for bad service, ignorance.
