Updated by USB 1. I had purchase the TV, TATA sky & refrigerator on 7th February 2012 with
extended warranty period. Initially Croma didn't provide me the proper
invoice and after several follow up they provide the invoice on 13th
February 2012 for refrigerator & TV and Tata sky set box. Further to
that I did not received the delivery in time.
2. On 17th May 2013 the TATA sky set box was changed because of some technical
problems.
3. In February 2014 I lodged the complaint regarding refrigerator problem but they did not
turned up on scheduled date and when they arrived they replaced the
defective parts with duplicate parts and not with the original one.
a. When I brought the issue to customer care
then they threatening me not to write the mails otherwise they will not provide
the service during warranty period and also used the abusive language. Further
they told me that Croma personnel are not responsible to provide service in
warranty period. Please clear me whose responsibility is this because I paid
extended warranty period charges to Croma. This was not told to me during the
time of purchase. Today I am feeling cheated and deceived.
4. Several time Croma’s personnel closed the complaint unilaterally without providing the
service. When I enquired about the same and asked for the report then
Croma’s officials (HO) threatened me and again used the abuse language.
5. Following problems I had to face since February 2014
Whenever I had registered the complaint it was attended with deliberate delay time i.e. 5 to 9 weeks time
i Croma replaced the defective Relay & OLP parts with duplicate parts and not with
the original one (2 times) and the issue was handled by unauthorized person
well known to Croma (not Samsung technician).
ii. Afterseveral follow up on 6th May 2014 the compressor got changed and gas
leakage problem was attended by the Samsung authorized person. (but the problem
still persist).
iii Again after several follow on 13th June 2014, the Samsung's personnel
attended the same and in order to resolve the same changed the
dumper. (but the problem still persist)
iv. When the issue was not resolved I again contacted the customer care and on further
follow up Samsung's personnel attended the problem on 19th
June 2014 and informed that there is temperature issue which he tried to
resolve the same but the problems still persists.
v. I am still facing the
problem like a water leakage problem at the external bottom center and since 19th
July 2014 I am continuously following up
with Croma’s customer care which rather than providing me service, arguing that
there is no problem and closed the report. When I asked to forward me the
report which is acknowledged by me, then again they used the abusive language
and treated me badly due to which I am mentally very disturbed.
kindly replace the refrigerator with same specification or higher specification along
with 2 years warranty period. Also pay me all compensation for giving mental
harassment and other charges like speed post charges, food loss, time loss,
affects on my other works etc.
