Store: Croma Showroom, Aditya Mall, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad (UP).
This complain is regarding a Table Fan (Model No.: CRF0018 / Sr. No.: CRF[protected] / 30cm – 11.8”)
Estimated given for fan motor repairing/replacement is Rs.1100/-, which is highly surprising & unacceptable by any standards. As this cost is equal to the price of new FAN.
Please intervene for corrective action.
Current Status: Fan is still laying with Croma outlet, Indirapuram, GHZ.
