Croma executive : I purchased croma phone in May 25, 2014 from Croma retail store, Hotel radisson blue, Dwarka, New Delhi (Product name : Croma M/Phn 3G/Wht CRCB2249) . Since then every day Iam struggling with the phone (atleast 10 times hangs up and every time I need to take out the battery and then insert to on again). If somebody calls me for some urgency, my phone remains switched off always. I am really fed up with this phone and went to Croma store. The man who stands in mobile section told me to format the phoene. Even after I formatted, the same thing happened. Then I again went to Croma and they took me to the service desk. The man sitting at the desk said it had hardware problem and the charger problem and required to send to service centre, will return in 5 days. Now see the poor service of Croma centre. It is almost 15 days when I gave my phone to service. Whenever I called them, they said it is under service and will take 5 more days. If they are not able to do the service even after 15 days, better to throw it in dust bin and replace me with another new phone OR return my money back with interest and compensation for my mental agony immediately. Enough is enough. I never expect such a poor service from Croma (A TATA enterprise).

    Hi I had ordered a lg dishwasher from bangalore rajajinagar store on 28th August and sales person said that it will be delivered in 2days max but that day as not still come for them it's been 14days still they give same reasons and keep seeking time for delivery. I spoke with the store manager chidanand about it and he gives some reason on LG area manager is not responding so it's delaying but it's not a my problem I paid full cash 42k for the product and they committed to deliver it in 2 days and now they are blaming on third person for the delay and the most irritating is even now they don't know when the stock is coming. This is the worst service from the croma when they can't deliver the product then why do they lie or give false promises to customer before making the payment. I want a answer from croma bcos that store manager is really a waste person for that position as he is not capable of managing the inventory.     I got a call and again they took 4 days time ie by Saturday they will deliver and I said this is the final call either deliver the machine or cheque to my address by Saturday and the area manager agreed for that. So let me see what comes out.
    Finally got delivered on 18th day one day before than promised.

      Purchased apple I phone 4 vide bill no. 000000RC[protected] on 03.09.14 at delhi domestic airport at 07.17 pm . I wanted to returned the same n wanted my old phone Sony Xperia back. Please note the phone is sealed n unpacked . I made call to customer care on 04.09.14, as per customer care I need to visit the same stores or near by stores. They don't have store number or senior telephone number of delhi stores to whom the same can be communicated. I visited Oberoi mall Croma stores in mumbai at 11 am on 05.09.14 . Mr. Nofil of croma mumbai had contacted mr. John in delhi n informed about my request. I did send mr. John all the details at 12.03 pm on 05.09.2014 vide SMS. Still no confirmation or solutions has come so far. I am surprised to have such service level from Tata brand.

        Pathetic post sales service offered by croma (A TATA enterprise) I purchased Samsun S4 from croma 1st of May ’13, which started giving me minor problems within 6 months from the purchase date. Finally submitted the phone for repairing at Croma’s outlet in Kharghar Navi Mumbai on the 10 of July ’14 as the extended warranty had started by then. I was very disappointed with the way the representative spoke to me. Very conveniently they expected me to go and handover the phone to the nearest service center and follow up with them forgetting the fact that it is their responsibility and not mine. Finally they agreed to take the phone and get it fixed without me doing the running around. When the phone was submitted by me for the 1st time there were hardly any scratches on the phone and the battery was just fine. When I got the phone after a month that too after several painful follow ups I was further saddened to notice that the phone had got several scratches on the body, the scratch guard was removed and the battery was completely blotted. I was given an understanding that I would need to buy a new battery and the phone will work absolutely fine as the software has been updated and the motherboard has been changed too. I bought a new battery and started my phone and realized that it was working. However to add to my misery my phone completely died within 6-8 hrs. Again submitted my phone and it has been 3 weeks already and still haven’t received my phone yet. I have been again told that I will tentatively get it by the 10th of Sep ’14 and by then it would have been 3 months. It is disappointing to learn that the most trusted name (TATA enterprise) has lost my trust as they are not able to understand my situation by either fixing my phone or by giving me a replacement.           This Tablet charger pin is always having problem. THe service centre in chennai is pathetic and they have a standard answer : " Come and collect your tablet in 15 Days". To avoid this i have paid 450 Rs and got it serviced outside. However i found problem repeated and again i paid another 450 to replace. But this problem is repeated again. Dont know what to do.. Had there been a good authorised service centre- it would have been resolved immediately. But thats not the case here.. I cannot leave tablet in service centre for 15 days for 30 min work and i cannot keep on paying outside service centre every week. So pathetic condition..dont know what to do...

            I purchased AC vide invoice no SLF02A[protected] from croma show room at Indrapuram Ghaziabad which offers warranty for 2 years.In addition to this 2 years warranty I was encouraged to get additional warranty for another 2 years. I got that also and so my warranty is for 4 years from the date of purchase[protected]. It is not even 1 year that the Ac is not working. We lodged a complaint with croma customer toll free number which is generaly out of order or message is conveyed it is temporarily out of service, vide complaint no DEL230814F00066 ON 23RD Aug at 2.57PM. The response is mechanic came after 2 days and says gas is to be refilled and hence it has to be taken to CROMA work shop. He discussed with his colleague and we were conveyed that it will take 3 days for the same . We were told the transport will come and shall take the AC for repair tomorrow.That day is yet to come even after 4 days and we are suffering in the bad summer. Is this TATA Product. or say "Ta" "Ta " after u by the product. Why are u spoiling the brand image of TATA which is one of the very few companies in India known in the world. It looks as if it is not CROMA but CRIME by just replacing O with I we have not done any crime buying yr product rather we only build yr reputation when we buy yr product with closing eyes because we respect yr Brand. But I am sorry to say that yr break down maintenance is very very poorly managed and the person incharge should be sacked . do u think I shall wait till winters when the rush will be over, i shall get it repaired. I am very very upset and seen the feed back of other people also which is equaly bad. I shall like to meet the head of your customer support .               I purchased washing machine 3 years back from East of Kailash, New Delhi branch and still on warranty period. Machine is not working since sunday 24.08.2014 and made a complaint on 25.08.2014 vide Complaint No. 141311, Till today no action has been taken care of. I was told by your executive that complaint will will be attended with 24 hrs. But nothing happened. It's my humble request you to send a technician as soon as possible so that clothes could be washed. Company like Tata's motto should be help the coustomer not to harass them.                 Dear Team, I had software issue with phone as my phone was not getting on. I submitted my phone CRCB2243 at 11/08/2014 still I have not received the phone. The deprosys technologies say that the phone is sent to croma head office. I have no idea about service center works as no correct information provided. Other branded phones give quick response to customer complaints but here I need to wait for long time despite correct information not provided. Perfect TAT time also not given by the company about the phone service. My phone IMEI No:[protected]. as on date no reply and they are not picking the calls either.                 There is zero after service. They do not have any accessories. My phone is returned to me without any action.
                Pathetic.

                  I bought a croma Ac(invoice no SLF02A[protected] from Croma retail from Chennai T nagar outlet. A foul smell was emanating from my AC . I lodged a service request in Croma customer service and a guy named Sathish came and he could not close the call. He wrote the status of this request as under observation and said he will come the next day to find the what the fault is. Then he went and closed the request saying it is closed . Now after repeated calls to customer care still nobody has reverted for 2 days .

                  After hoards of calls made by me to manager chennai named lakshmanan . He took 3 days to remove the AC and 3 days to act upon it and 2 days to fit it again and the problem was not solved .
                  The technicians who came asked me to report complaint again and left my house .Why should I complaint again when I had registered .
                  And I have no patience to wait for another 12 days to get my AC repaired .
                  So please stop being fake.
                  I am going to solve this problem hiring a private AC mechanic though my AC is in warranty.
                  And I will never purchase anything from Croma .

                      I purchased a HTC phone from Croma worth Rs.24, 000 from a store in Chennai T. Nagar as a gift to my mother in law who stays in Bangalore. All features were demonstrated by a less than efficient sales person but that is not what the problem is. A few days after the purchase was made, the nano SIM slot stop functioning all of a sudden. When my mother in law took this to Croma in Bangalore on New BEL Road, suddenly it was her fault that their phone stopped working. Apparently as soon as it arrived from Chennai on a road roller, it fell out of the pocket and the roller went over it. That is what the person she took it to in Bangalore figuratively told her. If she wanted to salvage even a bit of the money invested in this expensive asset, that number we would get back would be only a paltry 2000 bucks. 10000 if we needed to get the SIM slot working again. Paying the price of an apartment for a phone which died within a couple days is not something I would want to like many other people. She then took it to an unofficial HTC store recommended by CROMA which promised to replace the SIM slot for a similar price. Partners in crime probably. We then on our own accord took it to an official HTC store who got the SIM replaced for us within a few minutes for a jaw dropping Rs.0 (15 days more than the days CROMA or their partners in corruption promised for the SIM slot fix and Rs 10000 more) . After this ordeal, I have concluded the following about Croma: 1) Warranty for their products is a really bad joke on a piece of cardboard. Doesn't mean anything of value to the customer. 2) They don't give a about customers once the money is ripped away from them. 3) Most of the people who work in their stores are sexist. Only men get their way there. Meek or even strong women - don't matter. They need to be prepared to be treated like lesser human beings and be shot down by smug sales people who reek of body odor and bull . 4) Extortion is the only game they play - For eg. "This phone is useless now, Let us buy it from you for Rs.2000." I sure as am not buying anything else from Croma. But what can I do. They seem to be a monopoly in India for electronic goods. Reliance is another giant. But who knows what kind of spiders crawl out from that web??? Sick of Indian mentality, A worried consumer

There are water leakage in my fridge from last 15days (In my warranty period), i am complainting 5 to 6 times to croma & whirpool, but no body response me. Please suggest what to do ?

                          Invoice#-SLF02A[protected] Product - Croma W/AC 1.5T-CRAC1078 3Star I have had complained about the AC that I had bought from Croma Retail centre, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, for more than 7 times in the last 6 months, including myself personally visiting the retail centre help desk twice in the last 15 days, but have not got any resolution to my complaint about very low cooling and water retention on its floor. Also, water keeps dripping inside the AC and that spreads across due to the fan inside. All these are still happening despite of several complaints. Please help me as I am getting frustrated now to the extent that I have started thinking of putting up a complaint in consumer redressal forum. Hoping for a quick & positive response.                             We went to Croma, Preet Vihar on Sunday evening(17th Aug), We bought a DELL Inspiron 15 laptop.. When we came home, we realized a lot of issues, one of them was that the touch pad was not working well. Very next day, I called their centralized customer service desk. The response was " we do not have the number of the Preet Vihar Store, neither we can tell you if the laptop could be replaced.. You will have to visit the shop itself"... . Next day, we again went to the shop, and he(the same salesman) was not even ready to entertain us.. After shouting at them, all of the sales people came up with a lot of excuses that they cannot exchange the Laptop.. They made us wait for more than 45 minutes, on the excuse that they are checking with their senior and after 45 minutes, they gave the Customer Care Number for Dell, "the laptop is of Dell and as per the customer policy, we cannot take this back., You will have to get it checked with DELL".. It was such a costly thing(36K), and we feel cheated after buying that.. The Croma people were not ready to help, however just one day back they promised us that if there would be any issue with the Laptop, they will certainly see to it.

                              I bought this Morphy Richards OTG 24L 24RSS from oddlots_eletronics (CROMA) from ebay and on delivery we found that the few items, warranty card and manual was missing.When the demo person came he updated that the product has manufacturing defects and I contacted CROMA who said that they will replace the item in 7 days or replace the item (this was told on 14th August).Since then I have contacted them multiple times and have been set false call back expectations. Yesterday, I spoke with a lady from the ECOM team Ms.Krishna who said that the pickup would be arranged today and for that a detailed email would be sent yesterday (but as usual that didn't happen).I am at the verge of engaging the consumer forum team as it's been over a month since I purchased this product and I have not got a single call from CROMA to help me get this replaced or get a refund.                                 Dear Ajit, This mail is in reference to the faulty product and false commitment made to me.I made a purchase of LG 32LB530A - (invoice no -SLF02A[protected]model led TV from your store on 15th August.The sales Executive ( Mr. Govind & Mr Manav) who sold me this product informed me that this product has theheadphone connectivity also. And on the basis of the information shared with me by them, I made the purchase. But the product that was delivered didn't had any headphone port in it. Thereby making the product a faulty one. There was also multiple false commitment made to me by your sales Executive govind and Manav who were dealing at the time of purchase. When my relative visited the store and inquired about the product on 14th, the sales executive govind said " delivery of the product will be made at Jasola address".POst his statement, my relative informed me about it and i reached to the store on 15th to Buy it.I visited ur store on 15th and made the purchase. But at the time of billing, same was proved as a false statement because ue system was not showing jasola in its range. So i was informed by the biller that the same cant be delivered to jasola. when asked that the sales executive said it would be done then only i visited ur store and made the purchase, ur floor manger there said " he jas recently joined so he is not aware of it" Now u tell me, am i supposed to take this ?. if he has recently joined, better give him training then ask him to deal with customers. I m not buying this statement. is this how u deal with a customer.. i could have gone to lg store directly and could have purchased it from there.because he said it would be delivered, then only i came to your store.Anyhow.i agreed to take the delivery at my kaushambi address but i said i want installation at jasola only. he said ok . Manav, immediately said " i m going to punch the same and it will be done tomorrow. I said i don't want it on Saturday, better install it on sunday i.e 17th . He said it will be done any how. dont worry. and thereby, I had to take the delivery at Kaushambi, which is also a non professional behaviour at ur end. The installation address that croma shared with LG people was also incorrect. i had to call and make a request to lg team to correct the address and install the product at the desired address of jasola. for that also, i have to call from alternate number and make a nw request a fresh to get the same done.Being a customer, I m not going to tolerate such unprofessional behavior. when the instructions was clearly given, why was the addres shared with LG was wrong one. also, the installation took place on monday, i.e a day after the day it was committed by you. why should i suffer. Also, not to forget, the customer care is also not less then a piece of , coz they always say they will arrange a call back but they never do so. you can go and check the call history of last 5 days. you will get to know, how many time i made a call. In short, the transaction with croma was my biggest mistake. the product is faulty and the service even before the purchase took palce poroved to be flase. I want my led to be replaced or the amount paid should be returned to me coz I m not going to use a faulty product. Hope to get a response at the earliest, Regards Pratik Arora [protected]

                                i can sense the concern you have for the customer, that is why you all are replying so late. also to add, the concern has been raised by me multiple times but the solution is not provided yet.

                                i have relevant proof to prove that the sales executive misguided me by giving me false information and selling the wrong product.

                                i m not going to let it go so easily

                                  Croma Had Failed to Deliver product on time and The customer care support does not have a proper database backup so it is useless to contact customer care of Croma. I had a hard 2 days with talking to idotic Croma retailer for the product. Height of Idotic attitude. I had recieved invoice in my mail and got sms on my mobile for the Invoice. But still the Customer Support was unable to trace it in their database. Croma R-city Mumbai. I have made my mind this is the last time i'm purchasing any electronic item from Croma. I ignored when it had happen for the first time.

                                    I had purchased Croma refrigerator 225 Ltr 21/04/2014 and within one Month it started giving problem as it was not giving cooling. Croma technician visited my home twice but as he could not resolve it even after replacing few parts I requested them to give me replacement model. Ever since i am following with Croma Customer Care and Service department and after 3 months I receive feed back from Croma service team that they cannot give me replacement but can only repair. Its very disappointing to know that even after two repairs if only one month old purchase refrigerator they still want to repair further I am really regretting my Decision to buy Croma Refrigerator.

                                    Please note that this complaint is pending with Croma service dept. Since last 2 months and no action has been taken its only yesterday after 2 months long wait I received reply from your customer support which is also not acceptable. So please have some sense o[censored]rgency while treating this particular complaint.
                                    I have also purchased Croma Air conditioner in Delhi and had faced similar situation. Croma is pathetic when it comes to after sales service and lacks the professionalism in customer service against other Industry players. Finally I had to go to Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (www.delhistatecommission.nic.in) to fight for my rights. But its nice to see that people can post their complaint online now and even concerened compnay representatives are responding to their complaints.

                                      Unfortunately I had purchased Croma Mobile Phone CRCB2243 from your Juhu Store on[protected] and before one year I had faced many problems in that piece and lastly I had given for repair of Sound Disabled and on/off button not working on[protected] and for that Nobody is neither replying properly for my Mobile phone given for repair nor giving any feedback. And I came to know that they had sent my mobile phone to Pune for repairing. I want to ask if they have Mumbai base and many stores in Mumbai itself and they have repair centre at Pune ? Either they are giving wrong information or they had just kept my Mobile for experimenting so that they can prolong days to complete one year of warrany.

                                        Hello, I have bought Croma Mobile phone on 30th Nov-2013 from Bangalore and it is still under warranty. After used for 3-4 months, it started causing many issues. So we sent it to service center and they sent it again @ Pune location to repair it. it took almost 15-20 days to get it done but while receicing, it has been noticed that volume button located outside not working, seems not connected from inside. Again it started giving battery issue, Network lost issue and majorly not charging (off state). While I submitted again at stores, they took it for repairing and now demanding amount to get it repaired. if it is under warranty and no physical damage, how can they demand money by arguing that mobile damaged (Board inside). I want to file a complaint against Croma, as they are not addressing my issue nor giving any senior fellow to take ownership or escalate.

                                        I have received the response as below.
                                        As per you enquiry we would like to inform you that for physical damage the service will be arranged on chargable basis.

                                        First of all, I have not accepted such type of response as below. Secondly, you have surely not gone through my email carefully and hence not understood the scenario and cause.
                                        Another thing I would like to highlight here is that there is no physical damage. After first repair, phone was not on working condition, it has many issues exist. So in such case, what response will you provide?
                                        My phone is still under warranty and I have not used much, because most of the time it was in dead state OR with multiple issues. If you want to know the history, you should arrange 1:1 OR feel free to revert or call on my cell rather than sending just 1 line response. I am not going to accept or convey on this.
