I would like to bring your focus on the pathetic service that I have received of late from the Croma store located at the Saket branch regrading a Window 1.5 tonn AC with invoice no. SLF02A[protected]
I made multiple calls at the Croma helpline for the installation of the air conditioner and it seems that no one had a clue as to when the installation would take place, the only answer I seem to receive was that "they have highlighted this to the concerned department" and please wait for 24 hours, I had requested to speak to the supervisor and was asked to wait for a call back which I never received.
My service request was "completed" which I was informed that it was different from being closed, and later re-opened( which I have no idea how, as the customer rep informed that it was completed and was never closed).
At the end of the day, I got to know that it was being installed by someone from Croma( as reps were blaming Hitachi), and the person who showed up after 3 days of delivery did not seem to wait for some time as I needed to confirm the extra charges which I was not made aware of earlier, the guy threatened and had no ID as a proof as well.
When I spoke to the person(Zakir, who I guess is from the installation department), too, did not seem interested on the concern because I wanted to know what and how was I being charged as I was not informed of these "extra" charges earlier.
He bluntly told me to get it done from some other person as it seemed that I was wasting his time.
I would give 5 stars for this kind of service after which I was asked to get it done from someone else after waiting for more than 3 days.
This was a good lesson learnt, and I will share this with other people.
