The customer service was very worst.1st time to the store. Will never come again. Will also let this known to my friends and relatives.Bought a vacuum yesterday. The rep never told the model i chose is a small house. We asked for the model, even after asking for the features - she kept answering in one or two words.Believing Croma as a brand - bought the product.Came home it works for 15 mins then it goes off. Waited for an hour. Still didn't work.Went back to the store this morning. Spoke to all the people possible. They said the motor will stop working if it is heated & this product is for small house. Main is a 3 bk house. Every 15 mins if goes off & if i need to wait for 1 hrs for it to work. No point.The person who sold this never explained this is for small house. After billing we opened the box there to check whether its working. Now the customer service people said they do much about this.I wants to but another brand giving this one. Informed even i will pay more. As this of no use. Very very pathetic service. Every body in the place ran away. Without answering our complaint.At last a manager came Harmeet Kaur, Emp Id:7684 . She was very very poor. She didn't even listen to my query. She kept saying we will not do replacement for open box. Lack of customer service, poor product knowledge & poor attending skills made me to buy a product where i need to buy a product, which is not useful to me any more. The people around where making fun of me. As i bought a product just for Rs. 2100. And i came a to raise a complaint. I think a customer who bought even for 500 rupees is a customer still. It was a insulting customer service. Will surely go for consumer claims FOR HURTING MY FEELINGS.I KNOW THIS IS JUST ANOTHER COMPLAINT FOR U. BUT FOR ME COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY, TIME AND MORE THAN THAT ITS A HUMAN INSULT.

    I have ordered for WD My Book Live 1TB Network Hard Drive, instead I have received WD TV Live. The packing says it was 1TB Network Hard Drive. But Inside its a different product from what I ordered. Order no: 109938 Reverse pickup was arranged by the website and I returned the product. This was on 16th Dec, 2013. with tracking code of [protected] On 18th Cromaretail customer care confirmed they have received the product in warehouse and refund process has started, It will take at max. 15 days for refund to reflect in my Credit Card. After 20 days I called again in January, customer executive apologised and said he will send an email to refund department and initiate the refund and it will take further 15 days for refund to reflect in my credit card. Still not getting the refund, I called in Feb now and the customer care says they have not received the product in warehouse. What kind of joke is this? Customer care said give us 24hrs and we will get back to you with the details. And since then I have been calling every week, and customer care says they will get back to me after 24hrs and their record does not confirm if they have received the product in warehouse. Saying they will confirm with bluedart. Everytime this is said and no action is taken. No action has been taken by Cromaretail on this till now. It was a biggest mistake buying a product online.

      Respected sir/Madam, I Had purchased One Blackberry Z 10 Mobile Phone On your Pulse Mall Yerwada Pune 411006. on dated[protected] at about 2.20 pm through Invoice Number SLF02A[protected]. on same day this mobile had techical problem. Then next day on dated[protected] i had lodged complaint Blackberry service centre Pune On work order Number PUN/BB/13/13704. The Redingtion service centre issued[protected] DOA Certificate PUN/DOA/13/0196. on same day i had visited your above mentioned store for DOA. Your employee not satisfied me . Yourstore had not taken any action for replacement for Z 10 blackberry mobile phone. and they told the blackbeery mobile Z 10 is production is closed by company. then we are not able to replace the mobile phone.I had suggested to the your employee please keep the mobile in your custody and store will send mobile to Distrubutor. and after 1 or 2 week i give me information but your employee by intentionally denied to replace me mobille phone and they issued me refund amount. DOA certificate clearly mentioned that Customer should collect the replacemnet within 7 days from retailer. If you store not replace me then I will field complaint against you store in consumer court pune. your faithfully Adv. nitin Nisargan

        I had purchased CROMA Washing machine via invoise no. SLF02A[protected], on 12/Nov/2012. I had also purchased Extended warranty for the item. With in 4 months, I had raised a complaint no. BO-S3/160313/Washing Machine/961145 as the machine was making very loud sound in the spin cycle. I was told that the part was not available and the problem is still not resolved for almost one YEAR!! Again I raised complaint BAN311013FS00005 in Oct, 2013 as the key pad was not working. This was replaced after multiple follow up. Again I had riased complaint BAN221213FS00004 21st Feb, 2014 as the machine was not filling up water and was draining the water and the machine is unusable. After waiting for 10 days, and being informed that the part is not available, I went to the Indiranagar, Bangalore store and I was assured by the store manager that\ they will provide a standby machine. Even that has not been done. I am getting calls and told they will give the standby machine and that has not yet been done. I don't want this product. I want a replacement or exchange for another brand waching machine that has better life and service. I did not expect this kind of product or service from a Tata brand.

          I purchase a Croma 2G Tab CRXT1134 on 15.09.13 Invoice No SLF02A[protected] after 2 month their is a problem in touch & sound I have give it to Croma service center on 30.12.13 & After so many reminder & chase I get the repair tab after one month on 31.01.14 & again the same problem after repairing its not more than a month & screen is not working again & also the battery after full charge...

          Hi Team, I had purchased a Sony Tipo mobile phone on 30th Nov-2013. The screen guard given was also of not good quality. So i have purchased a good quality screen guard from universal for 200 RS.After few days the touch screen didn't work properly and the phone was given for service. They removed the screen along with screen guard and have inserted low quality. Service is very bad at croma with such poor quality phones and no response from the sales person. Thanks Pawan

            I bought a Philips trimmer 2nd march, 14, when I saw the price was 1295, but within the 5 minutes they put a sticker over MRP of 1595 on the same product. My question is why they are taking more than the MRP. Actually what they did, they sold the old stock product with new MRP.I have the trimmer box as a proof, I want to stop this thing.

              Hi purchased TOSHIBA LED TV 29" (Order no: SLE001EC0011232) from your website on 21 feb 2014, I have been calling the customer care regarding the delivery since 24th feb(5 days I called continuously) They have been informing me every time your product will be dispatched by tomorrow. Now they are saying the product is out of stock. If the product was OUT OF STOCK why the website was showing available..? Why I got confirmation mail along with the invoice...? yyyyyyyyyy... On the day I purchased the same there were many other offers from other website, now all thee offers have ended, and you guys are saying the product is out of stock...                 I had purchased 2 samsung split ACs, 1 LG split AC, 2 AO smith geysers and one pure it RO water purifier from Croma store in DLF Mega Mall on 24th Feb 2014 which were delivered on 25th(except the water purifier).I was told that all products would be installed within 48hrs but inspite of multiple complaints and follow ups with the customer care nothing has been installed even till 28th Feb apart from the Samsung ACs.Every time on the call the customer care rep would say the installation will be done ASAP but to no avail.On 28th when I called the customer care I was told that all the time that I had called in the previous day no complaint was taken down by their representative and today they are taking a complaint and will take a day more to install the products.
                I had purchased these products together since I am moving to a new house in Gurgaon and wanted these to be installed before the paint work in my home finishes by 28th. But now because of these items not being installed (esp the LG AC) all the work at my house is pending.
                I am planning to return all the uninstalled products to Croma if they are not installed by 28th Feb now.
                Worst service provided by a TATA enterprise. It would have been better if I would have purchased these products from their individual retailers rather than going for Croma.

                  Hi, i bought a Lenovo A706 from Croma (Saket) on 11/02/2014, which is not working at all, hungs up now n then... so as a Procedure called, up the Customer acre and was told to go to the Service center (which i have gone i dont know how many times), went there and spoke to the unsupportable staff and was treated as if i have not purchased, i have stolen the phone, , , I'm badly harassed by this act of theirs... every time that i go they say that cant be replaced at all. And there's nothing that i can do about it, What does it mean??? DO I HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS ??? SPENT 10000.00 INR and that too for a phone which didn't even worked properly for 3 hours...                     I bought a whirlpool refrigerator from Croma on 21st Oct 2012 for around 45k.
                    A scratch card and a iron as a gift was committed to me along with it. Got the scratch card immediately and was told that the iron will be delivered along with the refrigerator.
                    Refrigerator was delivered without the iron finally, was told that the iron will be delivered from store!!
                    Again went to the store!! was told that iron is not available and will be delivered at my place within a week.

                    Been shopping with Croma and have visited them at least 5-6 times for purchases after this incident and have raised this issue time and again, but with fake promises and people take the number but do not call after that.

                    Today registered a complaint with serial number SR[protected] and stragely was told that why had I not raised the issue earlier - Fools!! do u expect me to run after Rs. 800-900 iron, chasing your store and you for this act of dishonesty from your end.

                    plug urself with the iron.

                      I had placed an order for Usha Pedstral Fan on 10th Feb. They said the product will be delivered on 4 to 7 working days. I had followed up on Sunday i.e 16th Feb to know the status of the dispatch. After I called the customer care they said they will arrange for a call back on Monday i.e 17th Feb and inform about the status. To my surprise I recieved two emails from Croma Support. First one was an email mentioning my order was cancelled. The second email saying my order was confirmed with new InVoice number. I was furious to know what is going on, I waited till Monday. On Monday, a representative called and explained the product was not available on Mumbai warehouse so we have to place an order in another warehouse at Delhi and hence the delay in delivery.

                      Why can't they proactively do the warehouse switch on the day 1 when they know the unavailability of product in the Mumbai warehouse. What is the whole point of customer service when customer has to follow up every day with CROMA customer support and yet not recieve any updates nor the product.

                      CROMA / TATA service is terrible. CROMA started to lie to people about timely delivery of product now a days.

                        I ordered Samsung M/W Solo 20L MW73AD-B from www.cromaretail.com and my invoice no. is SLE001EC0009343. While placing the order online, they promise that the product would be delivered within seven days. However, on the seventh day I get a call from the Croma team that the product is unavailable and so it has not been delivered as yet. Further, I was informed that they are trying to fetch the microwave oven from any of the stores / warehouses in Mumbai and neighbouring areas. However, the same is unavailable. It is a blatant lie that the product is unavailable as the same is on display at their Juhu store and their staff their has mentioned to me that the product is very much in stock. Further, the microwave oven is still available for sale on their website. If their product is unavailable, I fail to understand how it is on display at their Juhu store and available for sale on their website. The most shocking thing is that their Juhu store is located at two minutes distance from my house. I would request the Croma team not to misguide innocent customers like me and make the delivery of my microwave oven at the earliest. By not delivering the product within 7 seven days they are breaching the trust of customers and could be liable for legal action.

                          I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident I experienced at your store. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I received extremely poor customer service during my last shopping at CROMA STORE PREET VIHAR, (NEW DELHI). While shopping, I asked an associate for assistance so MR SURAJ help me for my purchase of SAMSUNG LED, at first he offer me a SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB WITH 3G CALLING FREE and he said its market price is near about RS17000 TO 18000 and then i talk MR. MUKESH OHRI FOR DISCOUNT ON SAMSUNG LED, he said we can give u RS10000 discount on LED. so, i buy that product and i get my discount and the delivery is fast. BUT I DIDN'T GET THE SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB WITH 3G CALLING AS PER THE PROMISE BY YOUR ASSOCIATE, INSTEAD OF THIS PRODUCT THEY SEND ME LOWER MODEL OF GALAXY TAB. so, its totally annoying for me, next day i call in ur store and i talk to store manager MR ABHAY ( STORE MANAGER) he said i don't know what MR SURAJ commit to you, but we can only give u this product and he is damn lame he also told me what if i said that we didnot commit u anything then what u do. then i argue with him and i said i have a recording of MR SURAJ AND MANOJ AND THEY BOTH ADMIT that its totally our mistake we give u the wrong information of the product and price, then your store manager said give me 2 days i let you know about this but he didn't cal me so i call him again he said give me 2 hrs but again he fail to cal me. LATER i visit the store and the MANAGER MR ABHAY said u can complaint a file against CROMA STORE i[censored] want but i can't do anything for you. THEN he said can u show me recording of my employee i want to hear, so i agree and he listen that conversation and now he told me that in our TRAINING PROGRAM we learn about rates of product so thats why he told YOU the WRONG AMOUNT, BUT how its possible i look out the product its MANUFACTURING DATE IS SEP2013 AND MRP 12810, SO HE IS TRYING TO FOOL ME, PLEASE TELL ME HOW ITS POSSIBLE THAT MR SURAJ DONT KNOW ABOUT THE RATES OF SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB FOR PAST 6 MONTHS. THEN YOUR STORE MANAGER MR ABHAY calm down and told us u can mail complaint and i will do my best for you by monday. THIS PRODUCT IS TOTALLY USELESS FOR ME, KINDLY EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT ASAP. RS4000 THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT IS NOT HIGHER FOR ME I PURCHASE LED OF RS 1.38 LACS FROM YOUR STORE INVOICE NO.                           Croma Store — Video Game

                          This is for Indira nagar Croma store.
                          I called for a query and no body knows what is a X box and they keep transfering the call to different department.
                          Croma Sucks
                          They dont what is customer service and dont know what to say when customer ask for a query.
                          The person said that he is from IT dept and infomred me that he will connect the call. In backend he was talking to one of his friend saying : "ah boli maganu transfer gothilae"
                          Dont buy anything from Croma especially TATA SUCKS

                            I never thought Croma owned by Tata would give such a pathetic customer service. I have purchased A videocon 6 KG Wasing machine in 4th Dec 2010 with 2+2 additional 2 years extra warranty. My washing machine is defective & inspite of chasing various Croma representatives(Toll free/Store at Bangalore etc) i am not able to get any damn response from you, Toll free says Invoice number is required & the same is not to be found in teh invocie provided at the time of purchase.The contact numebr given by us durign purchase was [protected] & the unit was purchased from Equinox, Koramangla, Bangalore . Its extremely disheartening that inspite of paying money for extended warranty the customer is being made to run pillar to post without any signs of even a response from Croma customer Service.Please let me know whats to be done to get my washine machine repaired? I have the choice of approaching consumer forum & please do not take customers for Granted.

                              I am shocked to see the approach/behaviour of Tata Company. We had bought Glen Cook Top with extended warranty in March 2012. In Dec 2013, we observed certain issue and have been chasing them since then. I would recommend not to buy any product or extended warranty from Croma. We visit Croma regularly only because of High Trust it carries with its name, now which has been butchered by them. Naam Bade, Darshan Khote...

                                I brought a Samsung plasma TV invoice number: SLF02A[protected] in Hyderabad banjarahills. 3 months back it had an issue and since it is on extended warranty, i registered a complaint. they closed it with out resolving it. Second i opened it again in December 2013. They outsourced it to a company called rontronics. They picked up the TV and mentioned that a panel has to be replaced and will be done in 1 week. it has been more than 3 months the only reply i get is it will be delivered in 1 week time. FYI it is still not delivered. SOme of the highlights: The customer service guys call you every 3 days to say that we are sorry for inconvenience. The workshop guys say the part is very rare, so it is taking time(not sure if they sell my working parts). Please let me know how to file a complaint against these guys who left me with so much pain after taking lot of scoldings from my family for buying from Croma.

                                  After the lucrative free gift I bought the Mac book pro but did not received after 30 days.I have purchased the product on 28.12.2013 for the new year to enjoy with my family. But there is no feed back from the croma retail out let .They said the product can be deliver after reaching to them. After visiting the croma store 4-5 times I have decided to have the complain. After the complain the had taken 5 days and the below mail comes for solving the matter.But its already near to 40 days and they are harassing the people like this.I request all my reader to avoid croma retail for any such deals for purchase any product. Please find the mail from the manager too... Dear Mr. Pranab, This is in reference to the offer extended on purchase of Macbook in Marathahalli during Christmas. First of all sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, waiting for the Denon Speaker for so many days. My kind apology on behalf of me and my team. Subsequent to the discussion we had, I had a chat internally with team and I am communicated that the same is expected to reach us by 10th of February. I shall personally follow up and ensure to deliver the same immediately on receipt of same. Once again sorry for the inconvenience caused Mr. Pranab.                                     I purchased a Panasonic LED TV(42ET60D) from Croma showroom, Panjagutta Hyderabad on 18th of Jan-2014. they have sent me the product on 19th-Jan but with the wrong Wall mount bracket.i have raised many complaints to send me the correct one but its been 2 weeks and my TV is still in the box sitting on the floor.                                       Bill No.: SLE001EC0008569 Comments: 1) Bought a Samsung LED TV from Croma online. The Manufacturer is running a freebie campaign in form of Skype camera. The freebie was not delivered. 2) Tried raising the same complaint on customer care number. Spoke to Gurminder and the Floor manager. They both refused to raise a complaint for the same. 3) After much negotiation a complaint was raised, but not for the actual issue. A frivolous complaint against employees was raised, which was not my intention. 4) On insisting that I get a complaint number, I was told that a complaint cannot be registered! Without citing any reason for not raising the compliant. 5) I would just like to add that I bought this product from Croma depending heavily on the brand name and illusion of security that comes with that. But I am sadly disappointed by the service provided and I do not think I will shop at Croma again
