On 19th of April, '14 I brought a Symphony HiCool Smart i and after working fine for a bout a week, oits water pump stopped working. Called the Croma customer care the very same day, and got a complaint number regarding it. And from then onwards its same routine - calling them and getting fake promise of them that the mechanic would arrive soon at doorstep to fix the faulty device. And thats it. Its still the same so far.

Today, the mechanic arrived and fixed the cooler.
So, I guess it ends over here. But wont hide the fact that I had a really bitter experience regarding the prompt of service.

    Croma Portable AC within one month got issue not working. I logged a complain 5th May 2014 today is 13th May no one bothered to call me to get the status of issue. coming to home and resolving he issue is diffrent task.


    World worst service industry is croma service center.

      Hi, I have taken the extended warranty of my Hitachi A/c while purchasing from Croma. Its been more than 15 days of complain still no action has been taken. I got call from the croma extended warranty department and told me that we will take care and resolve your issue. But no steps has been taken and I have called several times but they are just assuring me that we will help you on this and resolve the issue. They are making fool in the name of extended warranty, if they can provide the service then they should ask to customer to go for extended warranty.         Dear Concern, I am Harsh Dave from Vadodara. I had bought Croma Split AC 1.5 ton on 25th April 2012. I had also paid an amount for extended warranty, which I have been informed by the customer care executive of Croma that it will continue till 25th April 2015. The invoice no is SLF02A[protected]. I had loged a complaint regarding my AC on 29th April 2014. My complaint number is SR[protected]. The customer service executive assured me of a prompt service within 3 days. But I regret to say that even after many followups, I have not received any service till date. Whenever I talk at the customer service centre, they ask for some more time and do not give any fixed day of the required service. Dear Concern, I have already paid for extended warranty period in advance. Then why this delay should be born by me ? Moreover I have paid for service and not for assurance of service without a fixed time period. The necessity of AC is more in summer days and that is the reason that people buy AC. Moreover i have bought CROMA brand since it is a TATA brand. But I am sorry to say that this TATA brand is not concerned about after sales service. Hence I kindly request you to get refund of my amount of extended warranty paid by me during the purchase of your product. Kindly understand my problem and please cooperate with me.           Hello, I would like to bring your focus on the pathetic service that I have received of late from the Croma store located at the Saket branch regrading a Window 1.5 tonn AC with invoice no. SLF02A[protected] I made multiple calls at the Croma helpline for the installation of the air conditioner and it seems that no one had a clue as to when the installation would take place, the only answer I seem to receive was that "they have highlighted this to the concerned department" and please wait for 24 hours, I had requested to speak to the supervisor and was asked to wait for a call back which I never received. My service request was "completed" which I was informed that it was different from being closed, and later re-opened( which I have no idea how, as the customer rep informed that it was completed and was never closed). At the end of the day, I got to know that it was being installed by someone from Croma( as reps were blaming Hitachi), and the person who showed up after 3 days of delivery did not seem to wait for some time as I needed to confirm the extra charges which I was not made aware of earlier, the guy threatened and had no ID as a proof as well. When I spoke to the person(Zakir, who I guess is from the installation department), too, did not seem interested on the concern because I wanted to know what and how was I being charged as I was not informed of these "extra" charges earlier. He bluntly told me to get it done from some other person as it seemed that I was wasting his time. I would give 5 stars for this kind of service after which I was asked to get it done from someone else after waiting for more than 3 days. This was a good lesson learnt, and I will share this with other people.

            I purchased a printer for my office about 1 year ago with +1 Croma Extended warranty. Today I came across a defect and called the Croma Helpline. I representative says to me that there is a clause that warranty is only applicable if the product is for domestic use. We will not repair. While purchasing the product, I payed extra for the warranty and was not informed that is only applicable to domestic use. They charged me extra and are not entertaining my issue. The Croma Warranty is a fraud. I just hope that giants like Croma are not the future of our country. They have cheated here.

              I have purchased an AC of croma (detail below and in attachment), its not cooling anymore. It is still in guarantee period, But No customer care number and helpline available to fix the problem, but at the time of sale they have given 2 yrs extended warranty(total 3 yrs warranty) without even thinking of their customer service. Croma is fooling the people by false guarantee and no customer service in case of problem(as customer service number not reachable and they falsely claim that customer service number reachable 24x7 ). The purchase proof attached which also shows about extended the guarantee. I ask croma to help me or stop fooling the people and get out from the market.                 I have made a purchase from your sector-29 gurgaon shop yesterday invoice number-SLF02A[protected], and was promised product delivery latest by today 11.30 am as the same is mentioned in my invoice.
                I have been contacting your customer service representatives from the morning but no one has a clue as to why the product is not delivered or when it would be delivered, I have been given various timelines for call back but in vain coz no one even bothered to contact me back from your side.
                The last resort is to document the issue as no one on your call centers are trained to address issues like this(kindly listen to the epic conversations i had with your call centre reps)
                Just for the sake I am listing my number and am wishing that someone responsible might come across this incident and revert/action to me back.
                No one from your end is bothered to reply and address my concern(trail mail), Don't know even after paying for the product the customer has to struggle to get his product delivered Its highly unprofessional behavior that despite of various complaints through IVR and emails still no one has replied or proposed a suitable answer for this issue.

                  I bought a croma window ac on 28th April 2014... had high hopes from tata products and their service...they delivered it on 29th April... they told it would be installed within 48 hours but till 2nd may ...no one has come to install it... this is just disgusting...so people pls don't do the mistake of buying things from croma...

                    actually i went croma retail store in punjagutta to buy an prtable Hardisk and earphones, i want an 2 port usb hardisk, So i have opened thr box and checked it out but it is of 1 port usb, So i kept ithe hard disk at the place whwere i have taken from and kept cover at other place. so iam going out and then security peeople came and checked me by thinking that i have stolen, but they found nothing because i have kept the objects where i kept them,
                    then they started using some vulgar languauge and i asked themto call police, in that that an argument wasgoinng eith the supervisor then the guard had manhandeled and breaken my laptop and charger,
                    I asked them to give my my laptop and they said that i used to pay the cost of the harddisk
                    Mainly i had opened the harddisk because i am going to buy it but it is not my kind, And i had opened infront of the staff only, they didn't intimate me to not to open the box,
                    they have cheked the cc camera footages and there is no evidence that i have kept any thing in my pocket

                      Mobile Model CROMA CRCB2443
                      is sold by Croma, but its

                      1- Automatically restarts.
                      2- Very LOW voice on speaker mode.
                      3- I bought CROMA MOBILE CRCB 2443 on dated 31.12.2013 and visited to the STORE Sector 13, Dwarka. Store Manager only provided solution is that the mobile need to repair.

                      It means Mobile is tottaly Garbage. and the Croma store is a worse store selling electronics items.

                        Hi team,

                        Im disgusted and frustated with croma.Croma is the worst electronic store i have ever come across. Customer service is zero and croma products are useless and worthless which are just show models in the store.

                        It should not be purchased by anyone. Infact all the croma stores should shut down


                        I bought a croma led 39 inches from croma pimpri, pune on 30/03/31.I got a croma phone with it for free

                        First thing i got the delivery after 2 days. Delayed delivery

                        2nd thing: i didnt get the wall installtion box with it
                        And had to phsically go to the store to get it

                        3rd thing: the phone is acting funny within 1 week!!!. Keeps crashing every time i play some video or try to play some game

                        4th thing: the led is not working now. Within 2 weeks!!!

                        It keeps going blank and keeps emitting a weird noise.

                        When the tech came to my place, he told that led has to be repaired

                        Come on..2 weeks old led and it has to be repaired!!!

                        If i do not get a replacement for same i will sue the company. A new led which is hardly 3 weeks old cannot act funny

                        Its either a faulty piece or an old stock


                        The only silver lining in this mess was the manager sandeep, who seemed a bit helpful

                            I Arun Dwivedi is a frustrated customer of Croma, I have 25 products of croma in my house. Products are working good, but problem starts with warranty and extended warranty period. my AC was faulty i have lodged complaint to customer care, they told me to lodge complaint to extended warranty no. i have lodged the complaint. after 2 days mechanic came and told problem is not sought out here unit will go to workshop, and another man will come to take the unit after 2 days another man came and taken the unit. after 5 days (on repeated request) the unit came to my house with another problem. the gas issue was rectified but motor fan is doing very noise. i have refused to take the unit but they told me that another mechanic will come to rectify the problem ( I would like to remind you that when the unit was taken by the mechanic to workshop unit was taken without noise). i thing my unit was changed with some one. after so many reminders to supervisors and seniors the another mechanic came and taken my unit's motor. It was the story of croma service. my small grand daughter is suffering since last 15 days. still there is no report when my unit is working fine. Every year problem persist and the same type of service given by croma service centre. I request all of face book user please take care purchasing products from croma.

                            I bought the McCoy cooler 10 days back and it has started giving me problems. I lodged a complaint two days back but no response. Nobody even called me. Your customer care does nothing even after repeatedly calling them. They just say that they are forwarding request and nothing happens. Why are you guys making the public fool by customer care.
                            Before that when I purchased cooler, they did not deliver it on given date. Even when they told me to deliver it after one day, they delivered it in two days. My guest had to bear a lot.

                              I am using a 6.8 KGs Whirlpool Washing Machine which I bought from your Tata Croma Store two years back, I paid extra for the extended warranty, which I bought to get good service. But I have never been so disappointed from any company but you guys have given a really hard time. I have been complaining from past 1 month starting from 15 march, till this date I have called ‘n’ number of times at your customer care centre and all you guys are doing is procrastinating. I m sick and tired of your poor service and I can’t wait any more so I am filing a complaint against your company.                                 I had purchased a Philips Digital Photo Frame product initially from Croma's online website (Order no. SLE001EC0011950), but on receiving it, the product was missing key components such as adapter, Frame stand..etc

                                I contacted the customer service and they asked me to ship the product back to them in return for a replacement. (For which a new invoice was raised-Ref. No.: RLE001EC0000168)

                                After waiting for over a month for the replacement, I was then informed that the product was out of stock and my money would be refunded.It has been over 2 months and I have yet to receive any refund for this product and they have CANCELLED the order WITHOUT my consent!!!

                                It is my humble advice to fellow buyers to refrain from using Croma as they seem to be fraudulent in their dealings.

                                  I have purchase Midea S/AC Kosmic from Cromo Greater Noida store on 4th April 2014. It got deleived on very next day and I have been following up from last seven days and I am fed up with the Cromo customer care false commitments.

                                  I sincerely request for the refund and the penalty charges for the mental harassment.

                                  Today finally when I told them to refund the entire amount and penalty for the harassment, they told they dont have authority to take the complaint. You need to visit to the store. Why I should visit the store when there is no mistake from my side. I asked for escalation matrix they said there is only one level..there is no escalation matrix.

                                  The kind of pain I gon through and my biggest mistake I bought product from Croma. Request you to please take action and I would sincerely request for the penalty charges of Rs 10, 000. so that they should know if customer is paying money from their pocket what kind of service they should provide when it is clearly mentioned the installation will be done within 48 hours.

                                  Why should I buy such product where the service is too bad and i also bought 2 years of extended warrenty.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  Today is 17th April and till now my AC is not operational. The AC Croma excutive has come on 13th April but due to some technical issue the Outdoor unit wire had some issue which I have get it fixed same day by the help of my Socity engineer. After that it was commited to me by engineer that he will visit same day he will fix the cooling issue. Today again 4th day has paased I have approximately called them Engineer Asim @ +91 [protected] around 12 times and the local store head @ [protected] but I am still sitting at the same place even after doing payment of all the instalations.

                                  I have paid two years of extended warranty and I am facing so much issue even in installation I am not sure what kind of service these engineers will provide.

                                  My sincere request I dont need this AC at all of such brand where after paying money I am getting harassed like this. I request only for the refund and penalty charges for such pain to the customer.

                                  And Let me know the process I want to raise a case against Cromo that as per aggreement the AC should get installed within 48 Hours and
                                  it has not installed. My so many work has been affected because of their false promises as I left my work and was staying at home to make sure it gets installed.I DONT NEED THIS AC AT ALL.

                                  Need mental Harassment charges of Rs 10, 000/- from Cromo for all the losses I had beacuse of which I stayed at home due to false promises from the engineer that he will come to fix the AC.

                                  The cromo team has done the installation but there is no cooling in AC. I told the engineer at very first place he told me to observe for two-three days. Next day I think another engineer came from Carrier and checked the outdoor unit and said the cooling is fine please observe it. Today again I raised a new complaint BON230414FS00025. Request to address this otherwise please change this AC&gt;

                                    Croma Service Request Number: SR[protected] I have taken croma extended warranty for my Samsung refrigerator. My refrigerator stopped working 2 days back, and I raised complaint with Croma. Croma in turn sent a Samsung technician to my home to look into the problem. Since the issue was with compressor (which was under Samsung 5 year warranty), technician said compressor will be replaced free of cost by Samsung. But there will be additional expenses (summing upto Rs2000) which needs to be paid by me. I called Croma again regarding this issue, and they said Rs2000 worth of expenses is not covered under the extended warranty. What is the point of taking extended warranty if we have to pay additional charges? When i bought the Croma extended warranty, i was assured the same warranty which Samsung offers will be applicable to the extended warranty. If the refrigerator had failed under the Samsung warranty period, then Samsung would not have charged any additional charges. Then why is Croma asking me to pay Rs2, 000 to the Samsung technician. Shouldn't the extended warranty of Croma cover this?

                                    Nohting happens, These guys just post the foolish comments to everyone. I suggest not to buy anything from croma. and if you have already bought something and not satisfied please go to consumer court.

                                      This is with reference to my multiple complaints with Croma service center - BAN280314FS00011 and BAN040414FS00023. I had logged my first complaint on 28th Mar requesting for servicing of my Air Conditioner that was not functioning properly. There was no response from Croma for a week. I called the customer support number again on the 4th of April enquiring on the status of my call who mentioned they will have the issue looked and have this addressed ( I spoke to a gentleman called Manish). Unfortunately, I got a "cancellation" message from Croma stating my ticket has been closed because they have been trying to call me and SMS me but I have not been reachable (surprising that I just called a few minutes ago that I have not heard back from Croma!) When I screamed at the customer service agent he logged the new ticket against my name for the same issue. I had waited long enough and I called the customer service center on Saturday the 5th April that I needed the technician to visit me the same day. The customer service agent (Ms. Pramila) mentioned that the technicain will come hat day else I can call her and ask for assistance. The technician did visit me on Saturday but mentioned that there is some gas to be refilled it and he is not carrying it. I requested him to come back and have that fixed the same which he said he will try. I did not hear back from him that day. I called him again on Sunday but he said he does not have it and he will come on Monday and we agreed to have this done at 6.30 PM. Now I have been waiting for the entire evening and the guy has not even called me nor come here. When I am trying to reach Pramila at the customer center she is refusing to speak to me. My Pundalish (I hope I got that right) is telling me the regular frustrating stuff that he will have this looked into. Divya who is the service in charge, does not have a clue of what is happening and she mentions that they were not able to address this because the technician was ill, do you have only one technician at Croma? The technician Salim picked my call after some 15 attempts only tot ell me he is ill and he cannot help and I should speak to his office. I am frustrated with Croma and this has been an awful experience. This is the last product that I will ever buy from Croma and will never recommend anyone to go for it. Croma is a shame on Tata enterprise!

                                      I still see any improvement in customer satisfaction. I have exact similar story . I bought bajaj food processor on 30th March and I am still waiting for the demo.I already called 10 times to customer service number and all same answers . Nothing happens even if you talk to any of the seniors in customer service.
