Hi,

I bought Samsung S8 on 18-May from Croma, Jubilee Hills Branch, Hyderabad. I noticed that the mobile was heating and went to Croma on 19-May. They asked me to update the software and check for a couple of days to see if it still heats up. If it still heats up they said that they will send it to service center and get it checked up.

Even after updating the software, the phone was still heating. I went to Croma and submitted my phone on 21-May. They registered the complaint and sent my phone to Samsung.

Since Sunday, I have been calling Croma everyday. And everyday they are saying that they will get back to us in an hour. Forget about fixing the problem, they are not even confirming if there is an issue or not. It only takes 20 minutes to replicate the heating issue and it's been a week without any change in update.

I went to Croma today and talked with the store manager. I told him that after spending 60000 I dont want a repaired phone. I want a brand new phone or a refund. He still does not have an update nor a confirmation on the issue. He also informed me that I need to submit my phone within 24 hours to be eligible for a replacement. But I went to Croma with an issue within 24 hours.

Please help me reach a resolution to this issue. I WILL NOT ACCEPT REPAIRED PHONE - not after spending that much of money.

    I Azharuddin Ansari have purchases the New Refrigerator of Samssung of Rs 24750/-, from Croma, Unit 1, 2, and 101, Colleger Road, befor 2 moths back.

    I am following with the croma team and getting only assurances the name of the person Heramb, Manager, Contact - [protected]

    The problem I am facing is EXCESS COOLING in the Refrigerator, and the freezer is not in use due such excess cooling the vegetables and fruits become through able.

    The person came for the Refrigerator and shared the attached Customer Service Record Card,
    where the date of Purchase is mentioned as 30th December 2014
    Please let me know, if I have purchased the Freezer on 17/12/2016 then how come the date of 2014 comes.

      Dear All,

      As earlier below mail concern, I had brought a Kent maxx Water Purifier form Croma oulet, Wakad (via invoice no: SLF02A[protected] dated 18.05.2017). I am continuously follow-ups with Croma Helpline for installation of Kent water purifier on my address from last 5 days but not getting proper response. Yesterday Kent technician person visited us for installation after 5 days and when we open the packing o[censored]nit, It was in bad condition, the machine which is almost 4 yrs., old as Mfg. date of machine is : Aug’13 as mention KR[protected] on Warranty Card. Even Croma has not given update about this. Also found dent & scratches on body, broken Tap, missing accessories for installation in packing (3-Way Connector, S S Ball valve, Screws & plastic inserts, Center Drill Sticker).

      I am really irrating the services provided by Croma for Kent Unit.

      Requested to you please arrange to refund my amount or replace the unit with other.

        Complaint : symphony cooler is not working. It is not startup.

        With reference to above i had purchase a symphony cooler on dt 25.3.16 with one year extended ongo warranty. I have given complaint in the month april directly to symphony after due followups they given me a simple answer "we called you so many times, you have not pick up the phone and the case has been closed from our end, we can not give you extended warrenty, for this you may contact to croma"

        On 5th may 2017 complaint has been registered with croma customer care register number i. E. [protected]. After so many followups till today 19.05.17 reply received "your complaint is in process our executive will come to visit in your place withing next working day"

        Can my issue will resolve?? Or i have to go to consumer court?
        I want this item replace.

          Hi sir/mam,

          My registered no is [protected].

          I had brought cooler from last 2 year back.. It's warranty date to be expired on 24 of may 2017.

          Yesterday, i have visited at croma store at sector 26 chandigarh and registered a complaint that pump and swing of cooler is not working.

          And i also confirm that it has few date left to expire warranty.

          Still today, technicians of croma said to me that cooler warranty period expire year. And you have to pay 250 rupee per visit.

          After that i investigate on manual of cooler. It is clearly mentioned that 24 months from the date of purchase the warranty will expire automatically.

          I want to confirm from your end what is the solution, otherwise i will take next step to consumer court.

            This is about my croma refrigerator (croma brand) bought in May 2016. It has broken down six times since then (i.e. less than a year’s time span) They provide ridiculous service. The engineer doesn’t come for good 3-5 days. Every single time I have faced this issue. By that time, everything in the fridge goes bad..completely wasted. I have been asking for a replacement since the second time it broke down. But there is no response given from Croma. I will never recommend croma products. I am pasting a few emails below:

              I am Ashok Shinde. My cell no is[protected]. I am a regular customer of Croma. I purchased many products such as, LCD TV, LED TV, Washing M/c, Cooking Oven, etc.
              Recently I purchased a Sumsung Tablet few months back. This is under Warranty / Guarantee period.

              During charging the Tab at the charging Pin the frame melted little and it stopped charging the Tab.

              I reported to Croma and submitted the tab for repairing few days ago. Today I got a call from Croma and was told that I have to pay Rs. 10000/- . for repairing..

              When the Tab is under guarantee why should I pay. It is a manufacturing defect of the instrument. In the past also there were many incidences of Samsung Cell for it battery burst and person died.

              I got a call from your croma and told me to talk to Samsang Service centre, . When I purchased Tab from Croma and Guarantee / Warantee was probmised by Croma why should I talk to Samsung Service Centre..

              I request you to kindly get my instrument replaced, or return me my payment.

              If no action taken from your end then I will be compelled to go to the consumer Forum and so on..

              I had purchased a AC from Croma Pacific Mall Ghaziabad. the sales person offered free installation within 2 days.

              the technician visited after 5 days and got surprised when he started asking Rs900/- for installation.

              Croma is not different other companies who leave no chance to cheat.

                Got a new Split AC and got a bad piece from day of installation, and no responsibility taken by either Croma Retail or LG Home Appliances (India)

                AC was installed in 2016 and al the gas had leaked out, just two days after installation, making the AC non-functional.

                Croma Store manager and LG Service kept passing the issue to each other, saying -
                1. Not my problem, its an LG/Croma problem.
                2. Only ‘repair’ possible not replacement. It seems no gas in a new AC just means ‘repair’, rather than a bad piece that should be replaced.

                I let it get ‘repaired’ in 2016 - It was my mistake, but both Croma and LG refused to release or take a return.

                The AC never cooled properly all summer, but since I operate it only a 10-12 hours in a week and on 22-25 degrees I somehow lived with it.

                2017 summer, I start the AC, and its cooling is weak again. Probably needs fresh gas filled again.

                LG Customer service says well sir, its out of warranty now so I need to pay for everything — for getting it checked, for replacing gas if required.

                It feels like I've rented the AC, if i have to pay for gas refilling every year on an AC.

                My complaint regarding refrigerator is pending from 2 months.

                I req. New refrigerator.

                I am chasing the corma team to Repaire my refrigerator door handle and lock since they changed the door.

                It is now too long to wait... as they d'nt have the handle and lock... provide new refrigerator.

                  I had bought refrigerator in 2012. After a year complaint arised of this product. I called up customer care to launch the complaint but they did not respond me properly. Being working couple we could not be at home. Technician told that he can't come after 7 pm. I again called up customer care even had mail that how can we take leave for repairing the friz he has to come after 7pm. But they refused. After all this we called private technician to repair friz. During 4 years. Refrigerator has been repaired 5 to 6 times. Croma's product as well as after sale service is very very bad when it is related with tata. Some action should be taken against bad service.

                    I purchased a handset of intex aqua somewhere in august with a mannual warranty of one year. The sales man asked me to get my warranty exceed upto 2 years by paying rupees 250 extra. I got my warranty exceeded. At that point of time they said maam we do not provide warranty for physical damage but said that if mannual defunctionig occurs we are here for you. Now my phone got damaged mannualy i went to the store and presented my complaint and submitted my phone there. Now they created a new issue that maM your phone has a minor screen crack company is saying first we'll going to change the screen and then we will going to make a correction in your default. My issue is that they do not uttered a word like maam if such a situation happens frst your physical damage will b charged and then the process of mannual damage will occur. I asked them that i dont want my physicl damage to b corrected because i am almost ok with my screen, why would i pay a single penny, just get my phone on.. I did'nt purchased the phone from intex i purchased it from croma. Its my humble request not to shatter my expectations from croma the staff has disappointed me a lot. If such could have been the case i would not have taken the warranty for two years.

                      i purchased product refregirator in crome online store, that product having scratches in inner surface, i think it some one used and return to store they send directly to me, i attached images regarding this and send to customer suport they said it is not defective product, ok i accept it working, not defective but it is second hand product why i pay 8400/ for 2 nd hand product they raise complaint but still no action

                        I have purchase Microsoft Lumia 540 Dual SIM Orange [IMEI: [protected]] from the Croma Store-Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on 30th July'2016.

                        Meantime I have faced problem in my Mobile & I visited the Microsoft Service Center-Delhi for repair.

                        I surprised to know that my Mobile is not in warranty & after that I ruched to croma customer care for consult.

                        I have deposited at Croma Service center on 03rd April'17 & after repeated follow up as well I am not able to get the mobile repaired neither they are confirming the date.

                        Looking at the above situation, I need the mobile at the earliest (within 7 days) or free issue a mobile,

                        I need a immediate response on the same FROM CROMA.

                          I bought an hitachi ac waza 3200i318eaea.. From croma store of saket e block on 1st may... I assured that it's as new and but when delivered and installer opened the pack of outdoor unit it was full of dust... Between the fins and damaged at multiple places also... The tube provided with the machine was also badly kinked and not useable at all... Installer refused... It was used somewhere after being installed... It was probably returned back after use and it was resold to me with wrong commitments.. The indoor unit was also dressed afterwards... Even one of the bolt was missing... The connecting cable was not with the unit...
                          I was being cheated... I presently feel like... I immediately rushed to croma store the got ready to provide me a fresh... But this is so upsetting... I officially lodge my dissatisfaction and disappointement with the services... This is an inverter ac... But i quite doubtful now... As this model was returned by someone earlier... Even i have got the extended warranty done. Now another ac i will be deliverd will be by 3rd of may, so its late by 2 days now.. I bought this just bcoz it was present in the store at that time.. This is very surprising and upstting...

                            This is sampath, i brought pro-fit wireless bluetooth earphones from croma store at jubilee hills on[protected].
                            But i want to exchange that product, the product is in sealable condition, so i went to store on[protected]. But the sales boys named abdul mazir, anand b and operations adm naveen kumar m id 4761 telling that the product cannot be exchanged.

                            Croma mentioned exchange policy clearly in bill stating that exchange can be done in 4 days of sealable product, but am unable to exchange the product at that store.

                            The sales boys and adm telling stories that they cannot exchange product once it is opened.

                            If so then why croma mentioned exchange can be done in 4 days at the back of bill.

                            Please look in to this matter for immediate solution.

                            Am attaching bill please find.

                              My order's invoice number is slf02a[protected] for 2 items: —
                              1. Whirlpool fridge and 2. Bajaj mixer.

                              I have attached soft copy of invoice with this email which i received from irl. [protected]@infinitiretail.com

                              I was promised that i will receive delivery by today morning[protected] am.

                              Today morning i got a call from [protected] claiming that he is in banshankari for delivery. I replied that my order is for following address: —

                              Bangalore - 560054"

                              Then he replied that it will be delivered tomorrow only.

                              My question is how come wrong address is given for delivery when i gave correct address (See attached invoice for proof)
                              And second important demand is that i want my ordered items to be delivered to me by today[protected] as promised by new bel road croma) only otherwise please cancel the order and refund my money back to me.

                                Unfortunately, I am going to inform you that I purchased a hand set of Oppo F1-S from Croma South Extension Part-II, new Delhi-110049 on 27/3/2017 but within one month (during warranty period) the software of the set has started malfunctioning and therefore, I approached the outlet Croma regarding this matter and requested them for the replacement of the set as it has stopped working properly within a month, but they (Croma) informed me that they will repair my hand set (which I have already deposited to them on 24/4/2017)and hand over to me, but my point is that how shall i believe that which set has started to function improperly within a month will work properly later on. As you know, I purchased this set very delightedly that I have become The owner of a great set from a reputed brand but my belive and satisfaction has gone in vain. So, it is my humble request to you to consider and take necessary action for the replacement of the set as son as possible So, that I can maintain my confidence and believe on your estimated brand (CROMA) .

                                The important aspect of this deal from Croma is that they handed over a open sealed set to me at the time of purchase.

                                As it has cost me a considerable amount of money and has cover the insurance of the set for replacing the set within one month, but the Croma outlet is not agreeing to replace it.

                                I think, I might have benefited monetarily the same from other outlet. So, Croma should try to understand that the hand set did not worked properly even for a month..

                                I hope, you will be kind enough to understand my mental dilemma and take a suitable action on this matter as soon as possible .

                                  Dear All,
                                  I have purchased Sony Android TV W95D 43 inches from Croma Ghatkopar store at R City Mall with down payment of Rs. 4000/- on 8th Apr'2017. I got the delivery on next day and installation and demo done on Monday, 10th Apr'17. After working for hardly 7-8 days suddenly the TV stopped working on Monday 17th Apr'17.
                                  After complaint being made to Sony TV service engineer visited on 19th Apr and confirmed that it is the faulty piece and whole mother-board need to be changed which I objected for.
                                  I clearly told the store managers either to cancel the booking or give me the replacement for entire piece as I used it for hardly 8 days.
                                  Sony has agreed on replacement however today it's 27th Apr'17 and no exchange done. Moreover I am requesting for cancellation but no one listens to me.
                                  I want to cancel the deal and want my money back as I am no more interested dealing with Croma.
                                  Hence please look into it and cancel my deal with refund of money right away as me and my whole family is suffering from last 12 days without television at home.

                                    Have requested for my tv part replacement. Today is 26th day since request i have no clue why it is taking so long and when it will get fixed.

                                    Every time i call customer care, i have been told that i'll get a call back from their service team.. Which never happened. I literally have no idea whats going on. Pathetic services from croma... Will loose its credibility due to croma...

                                    Chromo is a best place to buy a second hand products for actual MRP price. They had delivered a Refrigerator. we found it damaged inside and no packing inside. Its more over look like show case piece was delivered. We had asked for replacement and no proper response. they are just playing from last 3 weeks.

                                      Complaint registered with croma on 03rd april.
                                      Product under buying warranty till[protected].

                                      Detected as no gas - then cooling fin damage - till now reached the stage wherein cooling fin is removed and taken for replacement.
                                      No response from customer care - no tracking system.
                                      Keep on complaining on e-mail.
                                      Once in a week receives call from customer care to check whether complaint closed. Then i tell them the status of complaint.
                                      Again after two days engineer visits and does something.

                                      No remedy till now.

                                      Almost a month - family in severe heat conditions.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        The undersigned is one of the loyal customers of Croma and has been quiet satisfied with the products purchased from the croma stores. The products which the undersigned has bought have been at the best possible rates and have been of good quality.

                                        However the recent experience at Croma has been disappointing. The undersigned has purchased an Apple I Pad Mini 3 tab(Display Piece). The bill dated 01.04.2017 is attached herewith for your kind reference.

                                        The undersigned purchased the I Pad Mini 3 tad from pacific mall in Ghaziabad. It was understood that the ipad sold was the diaplay piece and was offered at Rs. 12000/- without any guarantee. The undersigned agreed to purchase the piece. However the product which was given to me did not have the original cable which could be used for charging and data transfer. The undersigned asked for the original cable during the purchase but it was explained by the sales executive Mr. Shashank that the cable which he is providing is better than the original product as the same is double the length of the original.

                                        Upon using the product at my home it was learnt that the cable which was provided was useless as it could not transfer the files and the charging speed was also very less. It was learnt from experiences of my friends that the Apple products give the best results only with the original accessories. The issue was explained to Mr. Shashank and it was explained by him that the store never offers the original cable with the display piece which are sold to the customers. It was further promised by him that he shall arrange the cable from his friend or from some local market which would be able to transfer the data.

                                        It shall be prudent to mention here that the undersigned always wanted the original apple product along with its original accessories. The sales executive never informed during the event of the sale that the store would not offer the original apple accessories along with the i pads which are sold from the display section. Any such information if provided during the event of the sale would have stopped undersigned from the purchase of the product. It has been more than 3 weeks that the undersigned has explained the sales executive about the problem. Till date my concern has not been resolved.

                                        The sales executive has promised to provide the duplicate cable. However the undersigned does not want to settle any thing less than the original product.

                                        Hope the above issue is clear to the officer who shall be dealing with the above issue.

                                        I hope that the undersigned shall be offered the original Apple I Pad Mini 3 cable for getting the best results and getting the feel which the apple products offer thereby retaining the customer loyalty towards the Brand Croma.
