I am unsatisfied customer of croma
Recently purchased an Air conditioner from croma kandivali store the executive told my 1.5 ton AC has swing but such feature is only flap vertical swing is there .He also asked us to purchase extended relocation warranty but he didnt mentioned that it relocation fees will be there if we relocate in this year as we are buying extended warranty . Now coming further
First of all I received an Air hitachi conditioner that was not sealed properly the executive at croma nor the hitachi picked up the mobile when called . I returned the Air conditioner next day another from anothee delivery man i received a call that he has brought my AC but he did not had the unit in his truck and he had challan copy only . I immediatlly contacted croma and hitachi again no one attented properly he proudly told that he doesnot have the air conditioner as he never checks what is his truck and the trucks are loaded overnight even after this and again telling to send a new unit I finally received Air conditioner from Bhandup but they again sent me the Air conditioner which was given to me in first place no new unit was provided . My request for installation was already put down by hitachi as I have not received the Air comditioner from croma on time .Further next day When installation people came I was told that bracket was not provided to me and again I had to rush to croma as no one picked up the phone.
I had to sign just a hand written copy of which I have no proof that i received The Air conditioner so your company also dont have any proof that i have received AC so you should give me another one but I didnt made an issue and I am writting this .

Further after reaching there again The executive had made a mistake as he has inserted self collection code in pc for bracket unit and not told us about the same
I gave them 3 option
1 to give me travelling allowance to them again or
2 to install my AC free or
3 to give me apology letter
They were unwilling for all three finally after a lot of argument gave me 100 rupees which i have told as my travelling allowance but when again I called them regarding relocation policy the answer was that we are greedy and taken 100 rupees for same
Please take 100 rupees and pay me now the whole amount of installation which i was told to be 1500 but actual cost to me was 5000 rs and issue me a apology letter signed by store manager

    In connection to the above said reference (Invoice: SLF02A[protected], purchased on:[protected], still i have not received the cash back of rs.2500 (I. E. 5% cash back offer by HP on shopping through hdfc credit card, max. Rs.2500 as i was informed by the sales executive at showroom) on my laptop purchase of rs. 46710.0 at croma showroom in Bandlore at JP nagar .

    Kindly intimate me the necessary action taken by you for my request for further followup.

      I purchased IFB washing machine from Adajan store Surat . After installation there was some noice from machine . I called IFB customer care again and he said there is some problem in gear box . Product need to replaced . I just purchase it one week back and it has 2 year warranty also . But I received faulty product . How I can replace it and how much time it will take as already a week gone and there is problem in home with out washing machine .

        Its about a SYMPHONY R/COOLER TOUCH 110 problem, the cooler is not performing well, not cooling, creating a horrible noise, forming fungus, i contacted croma customer care they have submitted a ticket, but it was closed by symphony with out any resolution, i contacted on the same to croma customer care, they said we are working with concern team and give us 24 hours, its almost 36 hours, no update and no buddy contacted on this, looks like they just sell the products, if any issue is there, they simply ignoring the product issues and customer, i couldn't find grievance authority on croma, i can't bear any more that cooler which is a horrible thing.

          I purchased LG AC from Croma, Panjagutta, Hyderabad on 3rd April, 2017 and delivered on 5th April, 2017.

          Show room manager told that regarding installation will complete on 6th Apr, or 7th Apr, 2017

          But still not installed my AC what is problem i didnt understand.

          Now I am requesting that Please take away AC and give money when ever you give as per your conveinient

            Have requested for my TV part replacement. Today is 17th day since request I have no clue why it is taking so long and when it will get fixed.

            Every time I call customer care, I have been told that I'll get a call back from their service team..which never happened. I literally have no idea whats going on. Pathetic services from Croma...TATA will loose its credibility due to Croma.

            I have taken extended warranty for my Voltas AC from Croma.
            However on raising a complaint to croma, there has been no action even after 10 days are gone. My complaint id is EW229455.
            Not sure what is the escalation matrix as the customer care are not responsive at all. What is the point of paying extra money if the cannot serve.

              I purchased a Samsung AC through CROMA on Saturday evening and was assured that the AC would be delivered on Sunday and installed by Monday. Despite writing a mail to both Samsung and Croma, I'm yet to receive a call from Samsung. later calling at their service center I get to know that no call has been received by Samsung from Croma regarding the purchase and they cannot get in touch with the dealer. What kind of service is this? Also, i was assured by croma that there would be no installation charges whereas Samsung is telling that I need to pay 499 + 15% service charges. is this some kind of fraudulent activity?

                I purchased (Invoice no. SLF02A[protected]a 2 ton Panasonic Inverter Air Conditioner from Croma Store, CBD Belapur on 28th March, 2017. The same was delivered to my place in Belapur on[protected].
                At the time of booking, the Croma staff was requested to arrange for installation on Sat / Sun i.e 1st or 2nd April.

                However, after several follow-ups, an incompetent AC installation person was deputed for the job at 4.30 pm on Sunday 02/04/17.

                The technician arrived without any proper tools and tackles and could achieve only partial installation. He told that additional wires and copper tube is required to complete the installation.

                The next day i.e. on Monday he arrived later than promised and used lower size wires of 1.5 sq.mm instead of the recommended 2.5 sq.mm. Also the additional Copper tube diameter was found to be smaller than that supplied along with the unit.

                This came to my notice only after my return from my office at around 8 pm. The installation on Monday was done in presence of my wife who is a non-technical person.

                This kind of installation is completely unacceptable. Not only does it pose a fire hazard, but will also hamper the proper functioning of the air-conditioner and also increase power bills.

                I would like to have Croma depute an authorized Company technician with full knowledge and competence to rectify the installation. Also correct size of wires and copper tubes shall be used. Wiring shall be done as prescribed in the installation manual of the AC.

                This shall be done immediately without any delay.

                Otherwise, it can be understood that Croma is not competent to sell and service this kind of air conditioners and therefore the same shall be taken back and the entire amount to be refunded along with the additional amount spent by me towards providing the additional installation material.

                I and my family have been deeply inconvenienced by this incident. Buying an AC during these hot days has simply done no good to us.

                I expect a clear and positive reply from your end.

                I purchased a Croma Split AC 1.5 ton 4 years back, since than this machine is behaving very strange and I am complaining regularly.

                The issue is, there is a leakage in the ac from which all the gas get leaked.
                I need to get it filled 2-3 times in a season.

                No one rectified the issue yet.

                  We booked Samsung washing machine model no WA70K4020HP/TL at CROMA in Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East, Mumbai
                  On 25/03/2017, but till now delivery is not done. Kindly look in to matter what is the wrong thing is happening, let us know. And when the delivery of the washing machine is going to deliver to us. Please confirm with the Samsung company and arrang to deliver the said item as early.

                    I purchased this hitachi inverter ac from your sion, mumbai outlet on the above mentioned date.

                    Ac provided by hitachi is defective and is emitting bad smell. I have complained over 20 times to hitachi for fixing this and they are unable to fix it.

                    I need a full refund on my purchase immediately. Escalate this matter with hitachi at the highest level.

                    Initially the complaint was referred to ss aircon - that hitachi has outsourced its service operations to. The engineers from ss aircon could not resolve this issue and then this was escalated to hitachi engineers working at the vikroli.

                    These engineers tried to wash the ac from inside and the issue was not fixed, then the engineers removed the moisture from the outdoor unit. However this did not resolve the issue of bad smell. The bad smell persists and the hitachi customer care closes tickets without even addressing the complaints or calling me back.

                    I am not going to tolerate this fraudulent behavior and need immediate refund for this purchase!

                        The split ac was purchased on 28th of this month and is delievered on 29th as committed by the store. But till today i.e. 1st april 2017 no one has turned up to install the product. I tried to call customer care several times they only say wait for some more time but nothing is beign talken care. Very poor service from Croma which is never expected.

                          I have received the Damaged AC of the order no. SLE001EC0051537. The AC is complete damaged condition. It has been sent back to the Croma delivery team. No one from croma is responding to the refund of the order. I had ordered AC from Croma Store worth Rs. 33, 000/- They are not giving me AC neither they are refunding my money. The Store people are saying contact online customer care. There is no response from the customer care representative

                          I have bought a Sansung TV from Croma pimpri. They told it will be delivered 28/03/2017 (Gudipadva) between 12-5 pm . But still the product is not delivered. Mostly people call customer care when they issue but croma guys are not able to deliver the product within a distance of 3 KM.

                            A service request was raised on 25 Feb 17 for repairs to defective croma TV. the TV was bought from Croma Store, East of Kailash in 2014 and is still under extended warranty.
                            Post 2 days of complain lodging technician came and intimated remote is defective and to be changed will cost Rs 850. However he came back next day with old remotes and it did not work. After 2 days another technician came with new remote but it also did not work. Next days another technician came and diagnosed the problem as mother board defective.Next day he replaced the mother board and TV started but the pictures were coming upside down. He said that it will take few days to get the correct motherboard meanwhile to run the TV, He fixed the TV upside down and since last 10 days TV has been kept upside down. Repeated phone call to customer care and the technicians no response has been received. Today on inquiry from the technician, he stated that the parts are available in Croma store east of kailash and we have to go and collect it from there.
                            The TV is fitted in my parents house at Delhi, CR Park. They are very old and looks like all your technicians are trying to fool them.
                            Your company will be the only company in history who have told the customer to fit TV upside down and thereafter no action taken for more than 10 days. While providing service that too under warranty, which company tells the customer to go and collect the parts themselves.
                            This behavior of CROMA is highly unprofessional, unethical, and planned to take up the issue with Consumer Redressal Forum
                            I want urgent action on the above and the TV be made operational or be replaced immediately

                              This is regarding the product which we purchased from Croma Hadapsar Store on 11th March 2017.

                              Product Purchased: HP Pavilion Notebook 15-au112TX

                              Please find attached Bill copy for same.

                              Issue:

                              After purchase of this product from Chrome Store, we come to know that the laptop was "display Piece" at the shop and "system’s standard warranty for support has already in expired status".

                              Since the Product was used as "Display Piece" at the store, It seems that there is battery issue for this purchased laptop as well, we do not have guaranty if any issue arises for the product for any Hardware/ software problem as well.
                              Hence to avoid the inconvenience/continuous follow back from us till date and to avoid more problems/ issues in future regarding above mentioned purchased laptop, We request you to please replace the product as soon as possible.

                              We already know the HP is most assured brand in the market in terms of product and performance same Croma is also well known store for electronic purchase. But if customer getting product issues at soon as purchase of product then there will be bad impression on customers, and we will recommend others as well to not prefer this brand in future.

                              Hope to get the feedback and help on the issue as soon as possible.

                                Hi,

                                I purchased blue star ac at croma showroom in punjagutta, hyderabad. April second week of 2016. This product still in warranty mode.

                                I raised a case (Bos220217fs00004) on 22nd feb2017 for gas leakage issue in out door unit and i requested them to replace the product. But no one from croma team giving any updates and moreover when i called them they are telling issue got closed without resolution.

                                I again i raised a case (Bos120317fs00002) 12 mar 17 for the same issue. I am expecting from your team to take this issue as priority and close.

                                I never seen this type of response from any of the showrooms till now when i raised any concern.

                                  Purchased a pedestal Croma Fan 2-3 years ago with 2 year normal warranty and additionally paid for 2 year extended warrantee.
                                  Fan failed to work 2 weeks ago.
                                  Lodged compliant with thier call centre, 1 week back. They appeared to be well meaning and assured person will be deputed for attending.
                                  No one contacted till 3 days and so I again called call centre and they expressed regret and said will attend on priority.
                                  No one came. One person called on 5th day but his sound was very bad and could not understand. So called that number back 3 to4 times. call gets disconnected immediately.
                                  So called call centre again, they again assured will depute person on priority. Still waiting for action

                                    I had bought a LG M/W Conv MC2886BRUM Microwave Oven from R-City, Ghatkopar, Mumbai store on
                                    24/02/2017 vide bill SLF02A[protected]

                                    At the time of Sale it was promised by your salesman that a LG startup kit will be given to us and he had raised the invoice accordingly.

                                    After the Invoice was prepared and the payment made, the salesman searched the store and said that the Startup kit is not available at store, although the Store billing store showed that there were 2 unit of the same were available at the store.
                                    He told me that the Kit will be delivered to me along with Startup kit from DC (warehouse).

                                    The microwave was delivered to us on 25/02/2017 on sat, but the Startup kit was absent. The delivery person told us that the startup kit will be delivered by store and not by DC.

                                    So, On 26/02/2017, we went to Croma store to get our startup kit. The kit was not available at the store. We met the store-in-charge Mr Devendra (Cell No 77), who told us that he will make sure the kit be delivered to us the next day (27/02/2017) Monday under any circumstances.

                                    Till Date, 03/03/2017, the Startup Kit has not been delivered to us. The promise of prompt service has been conveniently forgotten by Croma Personnel.

                                    I had bought my Seimens Washing machine from Croma and had similar experience.

                                    I need to ask following question.

                                    1. Croma is a prestigious name in Retail selling and a TATA enterprise. It is acceptable to receive such lethargic service from your store
                                    2. Why would Croma Salesman promise to sell a microwave with startup kit, when it does not have the stock of same
                                    3. Why there was a goo[censored]p about who will deliver the startup the kit, when there are standard procedures for the same
                                    4. A Senior manager, promises to deliver, but fails the promise. How do you control such situation

                                    I have lost the faith in Croma as a brand.

                                    Hope others don’t suffer the same faith.

                                      I had purchased an Online gift voucher of Rs 5000/- on 30th Jan 2017 .
                                      Invoice Number SLE003EC0018967 . even after 15 days i had not received Voucher ID and PIN # .
                                      Later i asked for cancellation of this purchase and requested for 100% refund and they say that they have already initiated payment and below is the details .

                                      How do i track this payment ? its already 10 days still payment is not received . should i take this to higher level of escalation on CROMA . ! pl resolve at the earliest .

                                        I bought a Croma washing machine from Croma stores, Ahmedabad (via invoice no. SLF02A[protected] dated 06.12. 2014)with an extended warranty. After two years of purchase the machine started making strange voice. Lodged a complain with Croma on 20/02/2017. Received an sms on 21.02.2017 with service request no SR[protected]. An engineer visited on 23/02/2017. Spare parts to be changed which he said will be done on 25/02/2017. Next day 24/02/2017, received an sms that the order #AND220217FS00008 shall be delayed due to non availability of required spare part. COMPANY LIKE CROMA TAKING SO MUCH TIME TO SOLVE ONE PROBLEM RELATED TO WASHING MACHINE!!!
