Its about a SYMPHONY R/COOLER TOUCH 110 problem, the cooler is not performing well, not cooling, creating a horrible noise, forming fungus, i contacted croma customer care they have submitted a ticket, but it was closed by symphony with out any resolution, i contacted on the same to croma customer care, they said we are working with concern team and give us 24 hours, its almost 36 hours, no update and no buddy contacted on this, looks like they just sell the products, if any issue is there, they simply ignoring the product issues and customer, i couldn't find grievance authority on croma, i can't bear any more that cooler which is a horrible thing.

Croma Customer Care's response Hi, I trust your issue has been resolved. If not, then we request you to reach out to our customer care team on [protected] or write an email at [protected]@croma.com. They will assist you with the resolution of your concerns.
However on raising a complaint to croma, there has been no action even after 10 days are gone. My complaint id is EW229455.
Not sure what is the escalation matrix as the customer care are not responsive at all. What is the point of paying extra money if the cannot serve.
