I had bought a voltas 1.5 ton ac from croma store delhi kamla nagar, and bought extended from croma for 2 years at 2500 rs. My ac went bad after the company warranty ended that is a period of a year. I complained to croma on 09th oct 2017. Its been 17 days almost more than 2 weeks. No one has come or called all i keep on getting is a new ref number. I have been non stop calling them but of no avail.

I have registered the above complaint regarding the non operation of the product. The product covers extended warranty. No one responded. I again repeated the complaint on 23/10/17 and 24/10/17 on companys customer care numbers. They given me verbal assurance but so far no feedback. Please guide me. I provided my new residence address also.

I think GAS lickag issue.

Many times I have register complaint but no resolution till date.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I am nitin walse, booked one voltas ac, samsung fridge and lg washing machine on sunday from your lower patel phoenix mall showroom with full payment. I have done this deal with mr. Sanjoo yadav and one lady may be she is executive mrs. Aarti who has promised me to deliver all three on time.

    We have got delivery of fridge and ac on monday evening except washing machine.
    Same i have installed and started using fridge and it is working good.
    Next day morning voltas ac installation person was arrived at my residence with proper information and started installing the ac but when this technician installed ac in my hall, he started installing ac unit in my window but while checking the unit he came to know there is no gas in the unit so he informed me accordingly so i called up​ mr. Sanjoo yadav and mrs. Aarti about this so they confirmed with technician so he kept out side unit in packing box again so he said once we will receive new unit we will come and install the same. So mrs. Aarti from croma ask me to keep the unit in a box as it is she will arrange new unit in two to three days so i said ok we can wait. It has happened on tuesday now we have wasted whole wednesday also but we have not received any confirmation from croma about new unit delivery. The whole day we are trying to call this lady but she is not picking up my call. I will share both no to you (Mr. Sanjoo yadav [protected] and mrs aarti[protected].
    So request you to please look into this and deliver the new unit of voltas ac urgently. And please make sure that this will happen with another customer. And plz ask croma representative to answer the customer call and help them to resolve their problems.

    We are buying this product from you on faith so don't do this to anyone.

    Sir/Madam, I bought an Apple iphone7 from Croma, west end mall, janak puri on 18/10/2017. As I had misplaced the receipt, I requested for a duplicate bill. The man (sales person) I talked to on phone said he would mail me the document. Till date i didn't receive.

      I had purchased croma microwave last november, but having issues with functioning for the last one month, where it is not switching on and if it does we the switch off is not working.

      We had raised a complaint on october 9th (Chn091017fs00263), but even after multiple follow ups, none had attended the fault. During each of our conversation with the customer care center we are only being promised that the this request has been prioritized and attended shortly. We had also personally visited the croma showroom to register a complaint on the same.

        After knocking on so many doors i have finally come to you guys to help me in this very difficult situation created in my life by croma. The most painful experience i have ever had in electronics buying. These people from croma when you go to their store to buy anything... They trick you into buying extended warranty on their products and a customer like me feels good when he hears that there are people who will take care of this product.

        So my ac stopped working and i called these guys one month ago that i want my ac to get fixed its not working anymore and i bought an extended warranty from you guys. I heard no reply from them for like almost 6 days and when i called the customer care they were very lazy and lethargic and response. After few days i called them again and they again took my address and my phone number from me. I am tired of calling them on repeatation and giving my addresses and numbers again and again. It happened 3 to 4 times they can't even save my address and my number in there data system i don't know why they take it from me everytime i call them.

        Later they made an excuse by saying that it is 2nd of october so we are on a holiday our repair guy will come soon so then again i waited for 4 days and then i filed complaint on their facebook page and i sent a mail. Even after that these gays never took any action. These guys are so shameless so shameless that they made me and my complain into a joke. They mocked me in front of my family when my family keep asking me when this ac is going to get fixed. They ruined my diwali and obviously they celebrated very happily after stealing my money for that warranty thing.

        These guys have left me no choice but only seek help from a small time electrician who will come and fix my ac in a single day. If these guys had little bit of shame in their character they would have helped me but sadly one thing i have decided i am never going to buy any croma product and never recommend it to anyone so please guys whoever is reading this complaint never buy any official croma product they are thieves and they take you for a ride as if you are nobody.

        They call you once in the morning around 9:30 and they give an excuse that you are not available. I can call them 50 times a day like a stupid # and they won't even call you twice

          I have purchased samsung lef 32" & samsung refrigerator 192l on dated 18/10/2017 containing invoice no-sla[protected] & sla[protected], was promised croma store that would get delivery by 19/10/2017, but only refrigerator has been delivered without operating guide & key, led has not been yet delivered.
          I am following about it continuously & have complaint about it to customercare 3-4 times but there is no solution. They always said that it would get delivered shortly, just a traditional single line pitch which is expected to customercare representative.

          Expecting revert with solutions about it.

              Sir, i purchased 30 lits croma microwave conventional oven in january 17 from your malad w store. About 15 days back it stopped working due to no heating. I made a complaint on your customer care number. A technician came to check the oven after 2/3 days of complain. After checking he said he will be back with the required spare part within 3/4 days. He came with the part after 4 days. However even after replacement of that part the problem still existed. So he said more 2 parts need to be replaced. He agreed to return in 4/5 days. But to my surprise its more than 15 days now no one has neither turned nor called back. Instead i got a message from croma that my complaint is resolved.in shock i made one more complaint at your customer care number. They told me that it will be resolved in 4/5 days. However it's almost a week now no one has turned up. Instead i got a message again from croma that my complaint is resolved. All this is really shocking and disturbing from a company like croma. I request you to take necessary action before i take a legal action in consumer court.

                I purchased voltas air condition (Voltas s/ac 1.5t 183mys 3s) on 27th september ’17 from ghaziabad aditya mall – a024 (Inv#sla[protected] for inr 30990. Installation of the ac was done on 30th sep by ashu and he told us that there’s no gas in the ac.

                Saddam hussain came to fill the gas after few days and filled the gas and the ac was working fine that day but after few days there was no cooling. I raised a request with croma on 11th oct (Service request# bon111017fs00020) and votas representative (Rajeev bharti) came to check the ac and told us that there’s no gas in the ac.
                Ticket# [protected] was then again assigned to saddam who came on 15th for refilling the gas and informed us that condenser needs to be replaced.

                Now since it’s a new brand ac which we didn’t even use for a day and there’s a warranty of 1 year we want croma to replace our ac and provide us a new once as they have sold us a faulty defected piece.

                  I have purchased iphone 8 plus 64 gb space grey from croma store and initially booked iphone 8 plus 64 gb gold and the stock was not available so they asked me to give the order for booking and hence worth i decided to cancel the booking since i was not satisfied with the colour of the iphones and they asked me to go for the space grey colour stating the iphone gold will look girlish and when i finally decided to cancel the product booking the store manager or person comes and asks me to why m cancelling the order and i informed that am not satisfied with the colours and then he asked me that he would show me space grey colour and then i have to buy it once they showed it but now am not colour satisfied with the space grey colour and wanted the gold colour they are not ready to exchange and speaker of the phone is distorted the sound clarity is not there while recording videos very disappointed with the product and the service it would have been better if i would have cancelled the booking rather than going for this # space grey colour iphone 8 plus

                    I had issue in my washing machine and called for service in aug. They came and fixed in sep. It then failed again with in couple of weeks and i am following up with them for the last 18days to get service on my machine. But to no avail. Every time u call customer care they promise to send technician that day. But it's the same thing they do everytime. Am not sure if this is only to me or others as well. I am frustrated to a level where i shd never in my life take a croma product.

I have been reminding through [protected] and wonder when the engineer visit my set right my tv n resolve the issue. I never expect such customer care/support from a company having the tag of tata and it is going to tarnish the image of tata group as a whole when such after sale service very poor

                      Regret to inform you that despite repeated request on phone and through mails no one is coming to repairs my AC . The following complains have been booked :

                      But no technicians has visited even after 25 lapse of 25 days . I have received call from the concerned service provider that they have requested Croma for PCB and other parts on 8th October without evaluating problems in my AC ? I wonder how sitting in office they could evaluated problems of my AC ? I never expect such customer care/support from a company having the tag of TATA and it is going to tarnish the image of TATA group as a whole when such after sale service highly poor and pathetic.
                      I have requested to let me know when complaints of my both AC will be resolved ?

                        I decided to buy tv from croma due to tata name, despite i was having a deal option of buying same television with 1350 rs lesser price. On 13th of oct i did booking for tv with confirmation from croma that tv will be delivered and installed on sat and thats why i went to book on friday, as my kids wanted to see bahubali 2 on sunday in new tv. Now they key sequence of events. On sat morning i went and made full payment and i was told tv will get installed by 5 pm. I asked sales person to give me contact number of croma wakad (From where i purchased), so that i can follow up in case tv doesn't come on time. I also purchased 2 year extended warranty. I was explained that 2 year will start after 1+1 year warranty covered in my purchase, if i don't use warranty services in 2nd year. But if i use it in 2nd year, extended warranty will start from 2nd year.. I asked, how do i get this rule in writing, they said they will get an email sent on this.. As soon as i reached home, i got a call from samsung call center that they have an extended warranty which i can buy. I told that i already bought. He said it doesn't show in his record.. Than he said, croma would have given its own extended warranty.. Than i checked the pemplate which croma person had given to me. I saw the warranty was not even from croma, but they also had outsourced from a 3rd party provide onsitego.. I was shcoked that i was sold something in which a buyer by default will assumed extended warranty is coming samsung.. While selling croma didn't talk about this.. So while they didn't lie, they didn't inform me.. So my purchase was not an informed decision (3) out of anxiety i called up the number given by sales person to check if delivering is on track.. Again to my surprised sales person had given me call center number and thats too old number, while i had explicitly asked to give wakad center contact number, as i didn't want to go thru call center on 1st day of buy. As usual, call center people didn't had record on any delivery of my tv.. When i lost tempered, they recorded my complaint.. After multiple calls, finally at 6:30 pm tv got delivred at my home.. When i asked delivery person to install and get it started, he said, someone will come in next 48 hrs i. E. On monday.. I was shocked again, as i was promised that it will be installed by 5 pm on sat. I asked delivery person to call sales person of croma wakad (As i was not having number), to my surprise even sales person started saying that he had never commited that installation will happen today.. After lost of argument he said, he himself with on expert from showroom will come and installed in next 30 min. I person comes, and to my surprise he had never done installation, he was trying first time on my tv.. However somehow he managed to get it started.. However he cund't give demo to me, as didn't knew all feature.. He said he will get demo arranged soon..in the whole process free speaker was missed in delivery. To be fair i was told by sales person that he had missed it in billing, so now it will come on monday. Since monday i am trying to reach showroom team to get speaker, but somehow call always goes to call center, even if i dial back the number from which i got call from show room. After complain to call center, i get a call from showroom yday that today (Wed) someone will for demo.. Just now i got message from samsung that my demo request is cancelled.. Not sure why and who cancelled it.. Anyway, after buying tv on sat, today i am sitting on wed night, i am yet to get demo, yet to get my free speaker and yet to get a show room contact number where i can give call to know the status.. And now i am tiered of calling to call center and keep giving them same information and complaints.. When i got mail for review and to get 5% discount coupon, i thought i will not give review, as review was for samsung product.. However i wanted to give review on croma services.. But finally i thought this is the only forum i can give details of extremely poor services from croma... With this kind of review i am anyway not expecting any discount coupon, however i hope someone from croma looks into service quality, else no wonder people will start buying from amazon, as only reason i bought from croam was comfort of dealing in physical form and with people.. But if in the end u have deal with call center, than people will start going to online and/or any other known dealer who gives better pricing.. As service differentiation is anyway in - ve zone.

                          I have given one complaint to repair microwave oven 6-7 days ago. I am not getting the service from croma. Every time i am calling customer service they are assuring to get it addressed in 24 hour. But that 24 hours never comes for croma. I was never expected such a pathetic service from croma. They don't even bother to provide an update on the complain. I request through this forum to take action against this pathetic customers service and get my complain addressed asap.

                            Dear sir,

                            We purchased samsung j7 prime with invoice number sla[protected] on 2.10.2017 from gurgaon-sector 29-a120, ground first & basement of sco no-3 store. They delivered the defective product in which back button was not working from the very first day. We went to store on with the complaint of mobile but the store manager mr. Manoj completely denied to attend the complaint & misbehaved with us. The defetive mobile should be replaced but they completely denied to replace & clearly said that there is no problem in mobile. Mr. Manoj misbehaved with us & clearly said that there is no problem in mobile. Mr. Manoj said please go from here & used abusive language with us. We asked him to show his i card but he completely denied to show. We asked him to give the mobile number of senior & he completely denied to give. We asked him to show the escalation matrix but he denied to show. Despite several times our request, he gave the number of mr mukul & ruchi gupta. Mr manoj also misguided them. Mr mukul & ruchi gupta also denied to replace the defective mobile. Mr mukul & ruchi gupta also misguided us on telephonic conversation on mobile & clearly said that she will not replace the defective mobile sold by croma. We sat there from 7:00 pm to 11: 30 pm & they did not give us any resolution. Mr manoj keep on misbehaving with me, with my wife & with my sister.
                            Mr. Manoj told us to go from the store otherwise he will forcefully put us out. He told that he not opened the shop for charity. We were at store till 11:30 pm but he then cleverly told us that mobile phone will be replaced by one week.

                            Mr. Manoj misbehaved with us & has broken our belief on croma. We spent 14900 rs on mobile & croma sold us the defective mobile. On our request to replace, they misbehaved with us, argued with us more than 4 hours, made us to sit more than 4 hours in your store & did not replace our mobile.

                            You are kindly requested to replace the mobile as defective mobile sold by you otherwise this matter will be escalated to higher management.

                              This is regarding my new croma led 48inch purchased before 8 months with 2 years extended warranty. After eight months, the led whole section (Led stand, sockets) is generating current. I had filed a complaint with the service center, and after verifying by the technician, he suggested to change the motherboard. Now it's very frustrating for me. This is my humble request to you, please replace the led not the major part of the led as it's only 8 months old.

                                We recently bought a new croma ac (Aug2017- nerul, navi mumbai store) and also purchased two years extended warranty for it. After about two-three days of working its stopped cooling. I had filed a complaint with the service center, and in the first instance they did not even register my complaint. After many calls and requests a technician (Vinod) was sent to check what is the issue. The technician was very rude and also unsure of what the problem was. He assured that it will be repaired in a few days time, but later we did not get any response from them.
                                Again after repeated callings, another technican was sent after 10 days (Pawan yadav) to fill the gas. (Leakage issue).
                                It worked for two days, and same problem came up. It has been 20days since then, but still customer support is not helping and they closed by complaint number without even solving the issue.
                                I am tired of calling the service center and hence if not resolved within the next 2 days i will be going to the consumer court.

                                I bought new samsung j2 mobile from croma store sector 22 chandigarh.but after 9 day o[censored]se it has problem in charging .it take 6 or more hours for fully charge .i go to store for return but they said we can't do any thing for you go to service centre .

                                  "please help an humble request"

                                  My name is pranav, who purchased huawei nexus 6p 64 gb silver phone from your outlet paying almost 43, 000 rupees which is still on emi.

                                  As i used this phone for a year and latter now such an expensive phone got into (Boot loop issue) which is google's internal software issue, majorly occurs on nexus 6p devices all over d world (Many videos available on youtube) it's a (Manufacturing defect or fake quality parts imputed to fool customer)

                                  I am an fully dissatisfied customer, as it's been nearly a month, i submitted my phone in croma store (Phonix market city, banglore) & got an update stating it's with huawei service center indranagar.

                                  Issues, i faced given below :-

                                  1) croma arranged a call form indranagar service centre and they said i need to pay 25, 000 rs for service charge out of no where, even though my phone was working & it's in mint condition.

                                  2) latter croma arranged call with huawei customer service center & we logged a complaint # 39200851 discussing issue for more than 3 hours.

                                  3) every alternate day me as a customer calling service center for update latter they bargain price for 18, 000rs by (Ajay) & latter huawei sr. Manager (Rakesh) bargaining for 16, 000 rs final to fix there software issue.

                                  4) when i said i don't want to pay as it's not my fault & it's there internal software issue, then till now no response from the brand " huawei " till date after multiple calls.

                                  I'm pissed off with this # brand a worst service ever - (Never ever buy this phone, as a they take money to fool customer a feedback)

                                  Action item i want on this :-

                                  1. Remains no trust on the phone, please return my (Money back)

                                  2. I'm worried if the phone got repaired also it might not sustain for 2 month due to poor quality.

                                  3. Not sure if the phone got replaced by chance, with new 1 will be geniun of fake.

                                  Hence croma, please assist me with this issue as i'm an regular customer of your store and have complete trust on you (Do not break my trust on u) and provide satisfying solution... As i'm still paying my emi for this # phone.

                                  Please, please, please, please provide an solution or get an update if it's not happening. (I will file a case in consumer forum court as fraud).

                                    I recently bought a new sony alpha 68k from "croma woodys jayanagar 9th block". Its just been a few days since i got the product from the store. I got the dslr for photoshoots and thankfully i have not taken the sony alpha 68 to any shoots as the camera all of a sudden hangs while trying to focus and doesnt work unless i restart the camera.

                                    Even while buying the camera i had a very unpleasant experience with sales persons in the store. They chaeating people by giving us fake products.

                                    Please take this into consideration and lawfull actions against the same.

                                      Please be requested that bought ipad at from croma igi t3 departure.1st july 6, 2017 2017 when reached my destination found it’s not getting charge and inform them same but unfortunately they advise me to bring ipad to croma shop i did same during my next visit ;and they direct me to go to apple service center when i went to service center they told me it's not under warranty i inform croma about that they said they will fix issue soonest as i was on short leave required me to back out of india drop ipad at t3 dep croma to fix it. Later when i follow up their response was negative. Kindly register my complaint and take necessary action.

                                        Croma at kormangala location, i purchased the iphone 8 on 30th sep 2017 invoice no sla[protected], but a closer inspection at home revealed some kind of dust on the rear camera, initially thought it could be due to reflection, but realized there is something wrong and visited the store the next day 11pm at opening hours but the csd members needed the sales person to confirm and waited an hour and got confirmation from the sales person too that it is a manufacturer defect. However the csd members told me to handover the device to them for service engineers' confirmation and told to come back on 4th oct 2017, but not confirming if they would give me a fresh piece, as they should be since it is manufacturer defect.
