We had purchased pure it water purifier from croma mulund on[protected] at 6:53 p. M. Against invoice no. Sla [protected] thereafter we have just been following up to receive the product.

Purchasing the above product from croma-mulund branch has been a horrible experience for us, even after a lapse of 24 days the water purifier has not been delivered. We called up person from hindustan lever to check who was responsible and the person informed that it was the responsibility of croma to have the water purifier installed

My aunt who is 81 years old with the help of another senior citizen visited croma mulund branch on 31st august, 2017 but were informed the concerned person was not available to take the complaint but your complaint will be attended to within 48 hours.

My question is are we to follow up for the product delivery which we have purchased on making payment.

On phoning croma today 02-sept-2017 i was informed by customer care that the system shows as the water purifier has already been delivered long back.

Is there a scam happening over here at croma mulund office, we have not received the water purifier and they are saying it has already been delivered. I wanted to talk to the manager but the person at customer care informed me manager is not available, i fail to understand how come on a weekend at 11.10 am manager is not available to attend to at customer complaints at such a big outlet or is it senior citizen aged 81 years is taken for granted.

I have informed my family members never ever go to purchase any goods from croma mulund branch.

Hope my complaint is attended to immediately or take this matter to consumer forum.

    Dear team,

    I have purchased nikon d5300 (Bill no: 00000rc[protected] and nikkor 70-300 mm f/4 lens (Bill no: 00000rc[protected] from delhi international airport terminal 3 on 8th aug 2017 yesterday. The camera had a consumer offer mentioning that it comes with "vanguard ziin 39 worth inr 3990 included with the camera" but this was not given to me...

    I'm extremely disappointed with croma customer service as i have repeatedly logged in the issue (Sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected]) and this has been repeatedly canceled without even attempting to resolve the issue or contact me on my uk mobile number/email address as requested. The latest update given by escalation manager was to pass my indian address and they will ship it last week. When i saw no updates post 26th aug, i called back today and the customer service agent mentioned that the ticket is closed mentioning the customer can collect when he is in india. Why should i get affected for croma's fault? I'm taking this to consumer forum as the cost of calling croma call centre has also exceeded inr 3500 already and i'm in loss of a product which i was supposed to be provided by croma. I don't want any customer to get cheated like me from croma delhi international airport and hence beware of croma stores and their customer care tactics when it comes to handling this type of issues.

        The product details - samsung led 109 cm 43m5570 purchased on 27-8-17 for rs 54825. Wrong product was delivered the box in which the led tv came it was written samsung led 108 cm when i saw this i complaint to the delivery person he said it might be a mistake with the box but the product will be same inside the box. How can there such a big mistake i don't know how can you deliver a product with wrong packaging. The delivery person said that if you return this you will get the same product next time with the same box. I complaint about this to croma they said your complaint have been registered and we will shortly call you but not a single call came regarding this. I have been calling regularly from 2-3 days regarding this issue but there was no step taken. I received a message regarding my complaint with a numbers like this sr[protected]
        Saying that dear customer your request shall be resolved at earliest. Another message sr[protected] saying that your request shall be resolved at earliest. And whenever i called they said that you will receive a call shortly regarding the issue but there was not a single call made please take this thing seriously as you cannot deliver a product with a different packaging or box.

          This mail is in deep regret to have taken services from croma

          We bought a microwave oven in good will of a tata brand but are so repenting on the decision taken 6 months back.
          The microwave has gone defective thrice and your engineers have changed parts twice but now the third time we would not like another repair but a refund of our money not even an exchange given the complaint is pending from 12-08-17.
          The 1st complaint was made on 12-08-17 and is still pending till date and looks going no where after around 10 calls to customer care. Supervisor of cc are always very busy on calls and if call back is arranged never received. Customer care exe when not able to give a solution put your calls on hold and then finally disconnect them. Till date there is no revert from anyone and the complaint has been revoked by itself and date changed to 21-08-17. This is a low grade of customer service and we will not like to be a part of such brand anymore. Plz settle this matter either by refund or replacement.

            We had ordered lg 32 inch led tv from croma sion branch on 12/7/2017. Alongwith tv we got philips sound bar, but it was defective as informed by the philips installation officials and they told that it needs to be replaced. The same was complained to croma customercare on 20/7/2017.
            Till date we have neither received replaced product nor any positive response from your officials inspite of continuous followups with them on daily basis. This type of services was not expected from croma. Croma is having good reputation in the market, but this type of service is like a black spot on the reputation of croma.
            We request you to kindly look into the matter and redress my complaint at the earliest. Awaiting for your positive response.

              Dear sir,
              I want to inform you that my croma washing-machine has working stop on last july month & i logged complain at your customer care, it's number is sr[protected] on date 30-july-2017, sur010817fs00225 on date 1-august-2017 & finally 12-august-2017 complain number sr[protected]. But no any complain is resolved by your customer care person, & closed complain without solve.

              This is reminder that your service center service is poor quality & not genuinely solved by your person. Next time we are not purchase any item of croma company. This item are under warranty period 2+2 years.

                Laptop heats up while charging. And sits little flimzly on doc. And battery deplets 1%in 1min without usage. Have got it from belapur store this Tuesday and need replacement.

                  I purchased croma refrigerator last year in may. From last 3 month the door is not closing properly... I have made several complaints but no one came to repair it. They have also presenting false evidence that there eletricial has paid evidence n the fridge is physically damaged. The customer care executive are the world's worst. They dont even talk nicely. Pathetic service... If i dont receive any service in next 3 day m gonna upload a video as well as pics... They have worst after sale service

Wo agent kahi baar call karne ke baad aaya aur aane ke baad usne tv ko on nahi kiya usne mujhe sabhi function verbly he samjha diye. Lekin main tv ko on kiye bina hi ghar chala gaya. Jab main gaon se laut kar wapas aaya to maine apne tv ko on karna chaha lekin tv on nahi hua jab main agent ko phir call karke bulaya to agent ne mujhse kaha ki aapke tv ki screen main thoda sa crack ho gaya hai jis ke karan yeah tv ab nahi chalega sir jab maine tv ko use hi nahi kiya toh tv ki screen kaise toot gayi isliye mai yeh chahta hoon ki aap apne agent ke khilaf koi action le aur mere tv ki problem ko solve karne ki koshish kare.                       We have a croma 1.5 ton split ac installed as per the details below. Since march 2017, we are having serious complaints and the the service team is unable provide a long term solution. Every time they come and resolve, another issues or same issue arises is 3-4 days time.

                      We bought croma as a brand because of the tata badge and are so disappointed.

                      I request you to kindly provide a long term solution. We have not used the ac this season at all! As a customer, we feel cheated.

                      In addition, the customer service center always refuses to accept the extended warranty division complaint number. As a customer, i have nothing to do with the internal working of croma retail and the extended warranty department. I always get a complaint number from the extended warranty division and the customer service department wants a complaint number of the retail!!!

                      This has happened 4 times in the last 4 months!!!

                      Also, another issue is that though the engineers come and resolve, but the ticket remains open. So when i called again today to log a complaint, the call center did not take mu\y complaint stating that the ticket no 234677 is still open whereas twice visits have been done and this is the third time that engineers will come. As a result the service centre people want a new complaint number starting with dl... Which i never get and we end up arguing all the time!!

                      I look forward to hear from a senior and responsible person from croma as this is not anymore a job with the customer care division/ extended warranty division.

                      Can someone senior please email me? I will truly appreciate an email

                        I have registered a complaint for my a. C. Vide extended warranty complaint no. 333790 and croma service request no. Sr[protected] on 29/07/2017.

                        Till now once a technician has visited and said that compressor needs to be replaced. Now today on 05/08/2017 i contacted extended warranty team and they informed us that spare parts are not available hence they are not able to change the same.
                        This is shame on part of company like tata that spare parts are not available with them.

                          We have booked a godrej refrigerator on 30th june and we were told that the fridge will be delivered in next 10 days….. We waited for about 15 days and when we finally started doing follow up for our fridge we got the delivery on 30th july (1 month delay). They delivered a damaged/rejected piece to us…. Now when we are trying to replace it they are not responding.

                          Please help us to get a solution to our problem…

                            I ordered for latest model samsung j7 prime handset with features 16gb rom /3gb ram/5.5"screen / front finger print sensor and croma people have wrongly supplied samsung j7 - 700f with 16gb rom /1.5gb ram/5.5"screen which is very old version and also may be lying at the store for over 3 years. I requested for replacement with correct model or arrange reverse pick-up and refund of money.

                            Product was delivered on 24th july '2017 and since than i have called customer support executives of croma helpline [protected] every single day at least once from past 5 days. And this call to this customer care is std ""chargeable"' coz the toll free number of tata crome is dead / dont exist!!. And the tata crome staff don't reply to 'repeated reminder' mails too.

                              I have purchased one motorla cardless telephone model no c6011 on 24th july 2017 from croma show room jayanager 9 th block vide bill no, sla[protected]. When i opened the box i found the battery cell is missing which the company supposed to supply along with the set.
                              When i approached the store to collect the cell they informed me that there is no stock of the battery. I fail to understand how the contents from the packing is missing. Kindly arrange for the supply of the battery cell.

                              Did not recieve Ordered TV even after 14 days.Waiting time was said to be 10 days max.

                                My murphy richards iron which was in waranty stopped working i went to tata croma stores malad infinity mumbai on 23th july 2017 but the customer care person asked me to launch complaint at murphy richards saying that they cant launch complaint.. Hence on 24th i launched complaint at murphy richards complaint no 12315063 same day i launched complaint with tata croma customer care case no bow250717fs00300 the technician came on 25th repaired the iron n in repair he broke the iron part n went in the repair he actually ruined te iron cause now the iron is water inserting cap is broken n it gets over heated due to which i burned by shirt.. The heating plate also turned black n is ruined pics attached... Now inspite of calling the croma guys twice daily its around 4 days still no response from them on this.. Around 7 to 8 times i called only case gets registered but no action taken yet.. Please assist me to get the iron replaced.. My contact no is [protected]

                                  Are NoatBandi, GST the most dangerous and devastating missiles across the world?
                                  It's been around 1.5 months till now but the issue has not been rectified yet. Should I approach Mr. Tata now? I swear neither I will purchase even a single cheapest button from Chroma nor will recommend anyone else even to visit Chroma. Worse than the worst service. The product is also of Voltas, a big subsidiary of TATA itself. They should sell TATA NAMAK only otherwise they are making us fool by hiking the prices of electronics products offline illogically. Kindly go through the products via online of the same company, you will find differences in the prices of almost all products. TATA is leading Indian citizen astray by showing its patriotic feelings before us that TATA will not sell its cars to neighbours etc. I respect Sir Ratan Tata but I am also helpless and it also becomes mandatory to me to comment on the highest Authority so that one time action may be taken (But not as taken against Cyrus P Mistri) against those who don't know about a single word related to 'KARMA' of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita: by Lord Shri Krishna (Dwapara Yuga). Don't know and sorry if the concerned employees would have gone through the latest concept of 'KARMA' sponsored by their AsaRam (Kalyuga). So please get a real and live counselling arranged for them to let them know about real KARMA. Now don't let them think, "Would that we were The Osho".

                                  I bought a water dispenser on 11/06/2017, i.e. 42 days back but the new brand water dispenser was not working. We tried it for some days but the water was becoming hotter inside the dispenser. This one was not even tested in Chroma store. After having words with some customer executives over the phone, the complaint was filed and one of technicians was sent to us. Compressor was not working. He brought it with him but he or someone else has not come again yet. The castles are being built in the air in the pretext of GST, NoatBandi, NasBandi (Well still to launch but no idea about repercussions after its launch. So silent is half consent forever here in India) excluding Akalmandi etc. A huge perplexed situation is kept like an adorned bouquet before me, what to do? After roaming around 3 times @ Chroma, having conversations over the phone thrice, now this is being advised that I should have been serene throughout the proceedings because the task would be accomplished as per convenient time of them. Is it really a home truth that our Country is facing dire consequences after NoatBandi and GST? What I always come to know that people try to take money in advance and show inability to do work in time because they have been facing so nasty dire consequences after the launch of two ballistic missiles NoatBandi and GST (As per wrong people theory infact)
                                  By the way our country also did some unstoppable successful testing of the most saboteur bombs all over the galaxies. I really got scared when heard this news. I think Mr. Rajnath Singh would have definitely been called as “Bomb Man” after the launch of these devastating bombs: (1) कड़ी निंदा, (2) ठोस कदम against Pakistan. We can elect him as the President o[censored]N because Mr. Advani (The only BJPian who followed Osho for 19 months) is still in queue (like Late Shri Dharti Pakad) in India but now-a-days staying at HC, Allahabad.
                                  Can someone troubleshoot my above mentioned query? Are NoatBandi, GST the most dangerous missiles across the world? Let me correct it about NoatBandi. Dear all! I have a plot of 246 square meter in Haldwani and want to sell it out but a lot of disruptions are being created from buyer’s or property dealer’s point of views as they think that they will have to make maximum payment through cash.

                                  Yeah coming to the point of selling my plot. People are not entertaining me as they think how they will arrange against above said plot. Amazingly a masterstroke was played from our Government first time in the History of India. I am not damn sure but even Mr. Anna Hazare would have also got flustered for an instant while hearing that historical and nerve-racking speech of Mr. Modi. Gone are the days when a property dealer even of tribal area used to buy cars of huge size dickies but now waiting for new Jio 4G free handset so that one can BHIM some amount to his account. Yesterday when I was talking to one of property dealers @ Haldwani, he used a single word at least 7-8 times, NoatBandi, NoatBandi Saheb, and Sarkar NoatBandi etc. He asked, Sir, “Cash is samay hona bahut mushkil hai. He was simply thinking as per vogue. But if I made all payments through check or via online transactions then how could we have got it done in such an illegitimate manner. He was surprised even thankful to me that the whole procedure would be done through cheques. So now the concept of Noatbandi is somehow clear to me but probably 2nd missile would have been launched from TATA from their end. Was that Cyrus? But if TATA employees make me understand about the whole theory of GST with all appropriate reasons behind such a delay of 42 days (When temperature and humidity have been at their extreme level) to replace above mentioned product, I will keep on appreciating them forever. I am really keen to know about the reasons behind such a delay.
                                  I wanted to share a lot, really a lot but due to time constraints all issues couldn’t have been written and explained in one shot. Above is simply a mix-up of a few issues but I will keep updating you my friends and being a countryman we shouldn’t take anything for granted, just proceed to solution.

                                    I have received a gift voucher from my friend of rs 1000/- on march 23, 2017. The voucher code is cvmau72h54. However, the date printed on the voucher was[protected].
                                    I interpreted the same as september 07, 2017 because of which i delayed to purchase the product.
                                    However, now when i am buying any product using this voucher, it is showing as invalid code. Then i realized the date of voucher was 09th july, 2017.
                                    Due to this date format, i lost this benefit.
                                    Kindly help by validating the coupon as i understand it was purchased in cash and money has been received, but due to voucher validity i am unable to purchase the product.

                                      I complained to customer care of coma retail no.[protected] on13/07/2017 regarding repair of 1 ton ac telephonically. The service was attended by serv mobi technologies on 15/07/2017 evening. On the same day night the ac started giving same problem. I informed the customer care of croma again in the 15/07/2017 night. I got a call from some technician verifying my complaint on 16/07/2017 an. But till date no body has reattended and contacted me regarding my complaint. I request you to depute some one to attend the complaint. I have already paid rs. 375 /- towards service fee to servmobi on 15/07/2017.
