Dear sir
We have a croma 1.5 ton split ac installed as per the details below. Since march 2017, we are having serious complaints and the the service team is unable provide a long term solution. Every time they come and resolve, another issues or same issue arises is 3-4 days time.
We bought croma as a brand because of the tata badge and are so disappointed.
I request you to kindly provide a long term solution. We have not used the ac this season at all! As a customer, we feel cheated.
In addition, the customer service center always refuses to accept the extended warranty division complaint number. As a customer, i have nothing to do with the internal working of croma retail and the extended warranty department. I always get a complaint number from the extended warranty division and the customer service department wants a complaint number of the retail!!!
This has happened 4 times in the last 4 months!!!

234677 (Dated 6/6/2017) - on this ticket, twice engineers have come, given solution but in 2-3 days time again the machine breaks down.
Also, another issue is that though the engineers come and resolve, but the ticket remains open. So when i called again today to log a complaint, the call center did not take mu\y complaint stating that the ticket no 234677 is still open whereas twice visits have been done and this is the third time that engineers will come. As a result the service centre people want a new complaint number starting with dl... Which i never get and we end up arguing all the time!!
I look forward to hear from a senior and responsible person from croma as this is not anymore a job with the customer care division/ extended warranty division.
Can someone senior please email me? I will truly appreciate an email
