I have raised a complaint on monday and was assured that it will be done by wednesday. everyday i am doing follow up but getting fake commitments from the floor supervisors that it will get resolved today, but nothing happened till date. i think i did the very big mistake by trusting croma brand.

I submit my product on 10th May, 2016 Croma 3G Tablet for repairing and they sell that product to their employee at cheap price.

When I asks for my product they replied me it's in progress. I am visiting branch at Croma iskcon ahmedabad for my product. They replied me that, they have no idea about my product.

When I call in customer care for my product they replied that, you have no rights to get your product...

It was unfortunate that we had purchased croma brand 42" led tv in 2010 october-november.

I ordered for 15l racold geyser on 12/jun/2016. I paid through croma gift card & net banking. I got mail with transaction id & amount got debited from my account on the same day (12/jun/2016) but till date purchase order had not created by croma. Contacted several times croma customer care, so far no proper response or call back from croma.

I am vikaspal, i bought a croma's split ac 3 years before... Now it has some problem in its compressor, which is in warranty, so we made a complaint about this in croma customer care on 13th june, day after the technician came to check and he said that compressor is not working & its in warranty, so we will change it but it will take some days, when we asked to customer care they said that right now we don't have so, we are arranging it,...

On 19.06.2016 i visited the croma centre at aditya mall, indirapuram, noida, ghaziabad and placed an order for samsung refrigerator payment of whcih was made through cheque no 266785. I was told that after clearance of cheque my refrigerator will be delivered at my home.
On 23.06 i enquired about the status of my delivery the concerned employee that they dont have fridge in stock and will inform on 24.06 we again asked about the fridge...

Hi, i have purchased morphy richard microwave from your croma outlet in meenakshi mall bannerghatta road branch on 18th of this month. Your company people told me that your person will come for installation and demo within 2 days, but till date i have lodged complaint for 3 times and personally visited you branch and requested for installation, non of your people have turned up for installation..
Now i have decided to return the microwave.....

I did registered a complaint for my AC on 20th June 2016 but it is not resolved yet.
According to customer care your complaint resolving time is 36 hours but it's more than 48 hours and still I have no response from croma.
Even your Executive is also failed to given me any response or resolution. In this competitive market how can a customer expect 36 hour services. There are so many company who give 24 hour service. Then why...

After a week technician came and checked and concluded and condenser has to be changed. To do this change they took another 10 days. To our sad part withing 3 to 4 hours o[censored]se no cooling were happening so we register the complain. (Sr[protected])....

I have bought corma led television in the year 2012, the product is under warranty. The led is not working since last monday, 6-jun-2016, since then till date i am continuously doing a follow up at customer care, they have a set response that your complain is registered, our technician will visit to you tomorrow, but eventually that tomorrow hasnt come till date. I had made a complaint on 25th may and then another on 28th may. Post this made various calls and no response from croma.

Then on 5th june wrote an emails on which received a response on 6th may that we will resolve this within 24 hrs (Attached). But again no call till date.

Every call and even in the email then acknowledge that we have your complaint registered and assure of call back in 24 hours....
