I am disappointed with cromo

The fridge package also very very poor.

    I have purchased a new Panasonic led television TH-32D450D invoice no. SLF02A[protected] from TATA CROMA on 16/10/2016 on the basis of sales man assurance that it has a better picture clarity and performance than the compliment model which actually i was desiring. On seeing the performance after installation and playing videos i found the product is of inferior quality.

    I requested TATA croma to replace the product and give me the product for which i earlier enquired, they denied, as there company policy doesn't allow them.

    I want my product to be replaced by the product i desire, please issue me credit note.

      I purchased one Croma Power Bank in September 2016, from Croma Store, Erramanzil, Hyderabad, while I was there during my tour programme. After returning to my home at Assam, I tried to use the product but I was disappointed to note that the product was not working. I went on charging the product day and night long and found that, it was never fully charged. Even than, I connected my mobile to it for the purpose of charging and nothing was done. It is painful to note the non performance of a brand new product from a renowned company like yours. Are the quality control measures actually works in the company? However I need immediate replacement of the product.

        I purchased samsung led tv model 122cm 48h6800 3d at cost rs.100, 000 from croma on 21st march 2015. On 08 sept 16 suddenly screen got disappeared and on 09th inst i had lodged complaint to samsung service center. Since then every alternate day i had reminded to service center but nobody turned from samsung service center till 30th sept, and evendate samsung service person found that the motherboard is to be replaced for which approx cost is rs.8314/ i have paid rs 3500 as advance to service provider then on 5th oct another technician came with motherboard and replaced with existing one but problem still persist then he came to conclusion that panel need to be replaced and appr cost is rs 53000 /-
        This cannot be considered as a good industrial practice from a reputable manufacturer, not even from a road side manufacturer. Samsung personnel could not give any satisfactory reason on phone for such premature failure. Only saying that the life of electronic products cannot be ensured. This is a ridiculous argument in today's world where the electronic products have come of age and now very reliable as can be seen in their wide spread applications.
        I expect samsung to take the issue with real earnest and do their best to rectify at the earliest at their cost else i may be unwilling proceed legal action

          I purchased nexus 5x from croma aundh, pune in april 2016. Now my phone is dead. No display, heating, hanging. I visited the croma store explained all scenario and submitted my phone for repair on 18th september 2016. They told me it will take 7 days to resolve the issue. Initially i was no idea at which service center they send my mobile for repair. After 7 days i called them they don't have any updates about my phone. Frequently giving nonsense answers and not picking phone calls. After strong follow up i got number of lg store in pune (Apk technologies, swargate pune). They did not have exact status of phone. After few days they told me phone is not repairable. They offer me replacement. Nexus 5x production is stopped. They offer me another model. I agree to go for replacement. But since last 2 weeks they are not picking phone call. If they picked telling approval process is going on, etc.

          I suggest not to buy electronics product from croma, at least costly products those required good customer service. Customer service is very poor and they don't have curtsy to call back, track entire repair process, followup etc. Almost 1 month is over no response from croma. Still getting funy and time being answers from croma.

            Hi,

            We have purchased a croma brand refrigirator from croma electronics (Tata group) in 2014. We have also purchased extended warranty of croma, which is due to expiry in 2017.

            The relay of the refrigirator got spoiled due to power fluctuation on which when the complaint was raised, the service engineer has installed an lg relay to a croma refrigirator and because of the this, the compressor is spoiled.

            When a complaint for the same has been raised, the company now saying that they don't have spare and has ordered for one. It has been more than a 45 days now and the company is not responding on this issue, despite we have extended warranty.

            Request you to please help us.

              I have purchased Itek iphone 8pin lightening cable from koramangala croma store room on 12th october 2016 (Day before yesterday). But its not working at all. How can the croma store room provide this kind of cheap product to the customer? It looks like a product purchased from the road side shop quality :( I never expect this kind of product from croma. Please replace my product ASAP. I will come to croma store room directly this weekend to replace my product.

                From the time of i brought am facing problem in every three months . I have spend a lot on this, request to kindly take it up .

                My refrigerator is not working properly i.e all the food which i stored in them is spoiled on the very next day . After purchasing the refrigerator i continuously facing the same problem again and again. The refrigerator is of SAMSUNG and it is in WARRANTY PERIOD.

                  I am a retired Army officer and i have purchased this washing machine on 02 /Jan/ 2014 billed in my wife ERA SAHAI's name (mobile No.[protected].
                  TRANSACTION NO. SLF02A[protected] CROMA W/M FL KG CRAW0094 DIG SR NO. CRAW[protected] of your company.
                  The machine started giving problem almost immediately after purchase as may be seen from repair records held with you.
                  During warranty period it was repaired a number of times.
                  Once the warranty period is over now we are told that the company can not repair the machine and we are eligible for refund of 40 percent of cost price.
                  The sole purpose of choosing this brand was that it was TATA product and an Indian Brand. Now I feel cheated and hurt.
                  May I request you to compensate me adequately for the harassment which I have faced after buying your product?

                      I have purchased one samsung refrigerator model "samsung ref ff 394l rt39k5518s8/tl 3s" through your croma center at hadapasar, pune (Invoice no. Slf02a[protected] dated 27th march 2016, item code no. 195057). I have lodged the complaint about ince freezing 3 times till now. First time your person visited and tried to sove but problems still persists. When i lodged the complaint second time, there was no response, only there was a call but no body visited at house for resolution of the issue. Again i have lodged the complaint third time and after repeated follow up your samsung representative visited at our house and took the photographs and he also mentioned that there is a problem in this series of company's model and today this is my 8th visit for attending the for same issue and same model. Considering above, it has been felt that company is not able to resolve the issue hence request you to intervene and replace the model if this model is faulty. We are facing lot of problems due to this continuous problems, this is like mental torches.

                      Hope this shall help you to handle your problem. I have also Samsung Fridge with similar issue, What I do to handle is that I put this on a switch where electricity does not remain available for 24 hour across a day and this resolve the issue. I understand Indian condition is like that only where you can't expect 24 hour electricity to your fridge (Samsung make) and if you give it give you problem of icing everywhere in fridge...

                        I have a cooling problem of my split ac. Its been a month that i m calling the customer care everyday twice atleast only to hear that they r putting my request on high priority and i will get the service withing 24 hrs, how many twenty for has passed and im still calling them. Just wasting my phonebills. I amconsidering getting my work donefromoutside but i have paid forthe extended warranty, is it only to go thru this? Its frustrating. I will never buy croma products anymore. Extremely poor response fromcroma service providers!                           This is regarding one purchase done on CROMA site for Store Pickup,

                          I ordered one product HP Tablet Stream8 Blk on date 08/09/2016 .Invoice no : SLA041EC0000434.
                          Post confirmation with CROMA Customer care i visited store just to know that the stock is not available at Store and its a system error for which the store send my an apology mail and the store manager called and told to collect cash from the Store.

                          I dont under stand a brand like croma affiliated to TATA can do such errors when in the era of Online shopping where Amazon
                          Flipkart are doing such great service through online service why CROMA is left behind i would like to take this to management of CROMA as i have faced a lot of difficulty to reach store just to know the product is not in Stock

                          Will create a Public awareness through social networking site about the careless behaviour to CROMA and never buy any product online

                            I have purchased a Croma window AC 1.5 Ton, from last three months I am facing so much cooling problem in this AC . I have logged complaint in Croma service center and it was such a poor response from there end that I am tired now of calling them again and again. Every time I call them they have only one line to say, we have logged it on high priority and engineer will visit in 24 hrs. and I am still waiting for that. Before this incident they took almost entire month to repair it after so much follow-ups with them and it worked only for 10 days and again same problem is there . I have again registered the complaint and now waiting for get it repaired. After spending my hard earned money to buy an AC I was hoping to have a cool time but it is frustrating after all these incidents. After looking at these reoccurring incidents I feel this ac has some major issue and I am hoping for the replacement same. last Complaint No is - SR[protected] and DEL110916FS00028

                            Today Croma engineer came to repair the AC and as per him the cooling coil was faulty, he repaired it and AC is working now . I asked him that this cooling coil is new and has been replaced by your personal a few days back on my last complaint, how it has gone faulty, he didn't have any reply . As of now AC is working, let's see for how many days .

                              I have purchased Micromax LED tv 1year back & now TV is not working I raised request to croma call centre on 9th.Aug 16 after that Micromax team has visited see the issue they have 500rs as visiting charge& after that they asked us bring TV to Banashankari outlet I denied to take reason is in Bangalore their are Many Micromax Showrooms are available I searched in Google nearest Micromax service centre to whitefield is Marathalli showroomy should I spend money to take my TV to Banashankari showroom again called to croma call center morethen 5days they have replied they forward mail to concerned team & will get back in 24hours but nothing as happened finally I got a call from croma call on 11th sep saying that micromax team as closed the compliant & we can't able to help you please visit to store&.check with them we are closing compliant & I was still talking but they disconnected call if this is the careless response providing from Croma then y should I purchase from your brand I would directly purchased from Micromax itself only because of service I came to croma but I never expected this kind of service from you brand

                                Dear All,
                                I brought mobile from a Croma store of Gurgaon(dt mega mall) on 12.07.2015 and along with I purchased Gizmo insurance cover.
                                On 26.06.2016 I met with an Accident and my phone was damaged. Then I went to the store, they told me, the gizmo will repair your phone. I Started the procedure and submit all documents they want.After a long time (like 1.5 months) gizmo people told we will not repair your phone because of poor handling. I just want to tell you this is bad service from gizmo and Croma because if I met with an accident have to save my mobile either my life.Because your point you life is nothing. On a serious note about that please help me out.

                                  I purchased one sony digicam( Sony Cybershot Digicam ( Model DSC-W830)from croma retail through online Home delivery. On opening the product I found that the LCD screen and the Every photograph comes with Vertical visible line. I put forward the matter to customer care attaching the sample photographs also.

                                  But their customer care dept is pushing the stone to here and their, Everytime they are giving new and new explanations, One customer care representative advised me to visit Sony service center.

                                  What I advise, NEVER EVER buy any product from Cromaretail, Their service is horrible. They don't have any quality control over their product. It is really shame that this retail chain is owned by Tata enterprise.

                                  I purchased a tv and ac from croma. Delivery was next day however for tv I need to follow up multiple times for installation. It’s a Samsung tv and Hitachi AC was installed next day of delivery however the installation team took more than 3 hours for 1 ton ac installation and also didn’t do a good job. They scattered all the place and we ended up cleaning. They were constantly not wearing mask also.
                                  Pathetic service. Never expected this at this pandemic situation.

                                    Hi all

                                    On august 04th i purchased a dell laptop from croma store ghatkopar west (rcity mall) they asked to wait until installation and other process gets complete, it took them nearly three and half hour to do the same. i had told them how much ever time required kindly do it today itself so that we are not required to visit the store again. however same was not done properly and again on august 5th 2016 we had to go to resolve the issue and it took them nearly 4 hours to understand the issue which is still not resolved. i was accompanied by my wife who is expecting and in this condition she had to wait 4 hours for 2 days. the issue is still not resolved and on top it there was no one to help us except for the dell sales guy mr. pradip. the technical shop doesn't have technical guy to help and poor sales person for the last resort and on top of it shop doesn't have basic infrastructure such as secured wifi for update and installation. i was asked to switch on my hot spot connection for updates installation.

                                      I had purchased an LED tv mentioned above worth Rs.74990/- under exchange of my old working Videocon 32" Integra LCD on 23rd August 2016 for 64000/- and Installation was done on 25th August 2016.
                                      I'd like to bring your attention to the issues I've been facing since first complaint made to LG on 31st Aug ( Unresolved till date Complaint Made Via Email) after which I had lodged a complaint on their number [protected] on 2/09/16 to which i got an sms of mentioning Technician's details who was supposed to come on 3rd.On 3rd he tells me he will not come someone else will call me and come, I waited patiently the whole day and nobody called or came, I called [protected] again 3 times at intervals of 2 hours since noon and escalated complaint thrice.Frustrated, I then went to Croma Juhu at 8pm and let Mr.Ali know about it and was told that a technician will come at 9pm. Nobody came, and a person called me at 9.30pm that he will come tomorrow at 2pm. Today i waited for the technician to come today till 2pm but when i called, he said he wont come and provided me number of two other technicians that'd attend my complaint, both of them who didn't receive my calls that time.I totally lost my patience by then and went straight to showroom at 2.30 pm and met the Manager and Mr.Keval and let them know the whole ordeal and harrowing experience i just went through.I had recorded a video of my issues and showed the same to them of which i have posted a Youtube link below who also acknowledged of My TV unit having issues mentioned below.

                                      Following are the issues I am facing after using the TV.
                                      1) The LED TV's Power Turns On by itself occasionally without giving any 'Power' command on Remote or TV just when the main switch is turned ON.
                                      2) My So called India's First TV with WebOS 3.0 LG 49LH600T as displayed on LG's Website is Extremely Unresponsive, Unbearably Sluggish And So Underperforming That it takes anywhere between whopping 10-20 seconds to open basic options like 'Settings' Menu while a media is being played in background via AV/YouTube app which is totally unacceptable for a Latest Smart TV of 2016 Model.The interface and hardware is so slow that the commands i give to it through my Smart Remote are being registered with delay of 2-4 seconds.Technician came at my home at 3pm and performed procedures but that didn't resolve my issue and he too acknowledged my issues and advised me to write personal remark on it, I am attaching a photo of Technician's Job Sheet as well.

                                      I am extremely unhappy with my purchase and as I cross checked the Display Unit in the showroom later along with Mr.Ali, he too acknowledged both the issues on that TV too. The issues were prevailing in this Particular Model - LG 49LH600T there too and hence i'd like to have a refund, as replacement seems totally illogical with same issues occurring in both units .Also i had an harrowing experience getting technician to visit my home and the inconvenience caused for this whole ordeal by numerous visits to Croma without any fault of mine.LG Should mention on Website that their New 2016 TV is slow so no one would purchase them, simple as that.
                                      I purchased this Costly Latest 2016 edition Smart TV for entertainment and not to overburden me with the headache and i request you to provide me full refund and return of my old TV as it falls under 15 Days refund policy of Croma and i have visited Croma, Juhu showroom 6 times for this in last two days or I will use Strict Legal means by filing consumer complaint, printing in newspaper and using social media and a court case very soon to bring this whole issue into public, where Croma is at fault too for not letting me know about these issues of LG 49LH600T LED Tv beforehand as i was not informed of them and the faulty Interface was not fully demoed to me due to no WiFi in your Store and still sold to me which is equivalent to misleading, knowingly selling a faulty and underperforming product with such issues without providing full demo and cheating a customer .
