Hi, I have filed a complain of low cooling for the AC of croma on saturday, 28/05/16. They have a SLA of solving the issue in three working days maximum. I have a bought an LG LED TV from one of your stores in Koramangala on 1st of May 2016 and an LG DVD player was included with the product. I was initailly promised that the product will be delivered in 2-3 working days.
