I will purchased croma led on 10/07/2017, but up to till date nobody coming for installation, already one week completed & i daily called to customer care but they also not give any responses.
I am suffering lot of problems about croma product and i informed on facebook, twitter, news paper to all indian people
Plz plz plz don't purchase any croma product his service is very dull, bogus & poor

    I had purchased sony led t. V. On 8.07.2017 from their phoenix market city, kurla, mumbai. I was promised delivery within 2 days. After repeated follow up the product was delivered after a week on 14.07.2017. Croma sent a wrong sms abt installation of a dombivli service who said that they dont service south mumbai region. After repeated phone calls n mails, the only reply i got was they have raised d issue and their team will call me in 10 minutes. But it was all false. The call centre could not even provide me the contact of proper service centre.

    I purchased from croma bcos of tata goodwill but m shocked of their level of customer service. Still waiting for the installation.

    BUT WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR ITS DELIVERY.

    WE ALREADY REGISTERED COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS BUT NOT GETTING PROPER RESPONSE.

    Also today after almost 10 days Croma customer care saying this product is out of stock due to GST issue.

      Hi,

      I have registered request on 2nd july 2017 to croma centre viman nagar, pune for installation of aquaguard w purifier crystal plus which i took on 1st july 2017, and was delivered then next day, but past 1 week they haven't even responded to my request by calls/sms, i took purifier for my twins infant baby's but due to their late installation process, one of my baby is ill due to the hard water of pune city. Every time i call the customer care they are saying same things, ' your request is taken on priority, installation team will follow you up' and after that no action is taken. Please take this issue on priority!

        I have purchased a new split AC in month of may 2017 from croma. Within two months remote control of AC is not working. I have raised issue/complain on 3 july 2017 on [protected]. Team supposed to send technician till 5th july 2017 as per their policy however i am still waiting for technician (8th july). I have called them multiple times and everyday they said that technician is on the way.

          On 22nd June 2017, Croma published an advt in Bangalore Times supplement of Times of India, that on purchase of gaming laptop, the purchaser will get a Croma Gift card worth Rs 10000. I purchased a Gaming Laptop HP Omen on 22nd at Chroma Stores in VR mall Benagluru, the designated store specified in the advt, the billing invoice no. SLF02A[protected] dt. 22.06.2017.I have made all the payment at the time of purchase, the store promised me to deliver the laptop next day and at the same time it would give coupons also. The next day the store delivered the Laptop but they did not deliver the coupons. The store manager promised to deliver next day as it has not arrived. From 23rd of June till 7th July I have been calling the store daily asking for the coupons. The store kept telling me next day it will come, kept making false promises to deliver next day. I raised a complaint through the call centre no.[protected], but the issue was not resolved and every time the guys from store kept telling it would come on email, but I have not received the same. Even after 15 days the store has not given the gift vouchers through email nor in physical form.
          I feel cheated as the Croma, a TATA enterprise after publishing advt in newspaper is making trap for people to buy and not delivering what they promised . It is a clear case of making false promise and cheating.

            The AC was purchased in march its not even 5 months and it has already been repaired 8 times ... 4 technicians from croma said tht its a defective piece and needs to be replaced... today i went to croma coz they wud not reply to the calls ... and i was told that replacement is not possible.. i took a video and posted it on social media thinking that croma would have some shame and resolve it ... but they have still not helped me.. please look into this

              I have recently purchased mcoy tornado cooler, and this purchase of mine which was forced on me by chroma representative is a night mare. I have been facing problem from day one with the water pump for which i raised complaint and this been a defective product they told and assured me they will send representative who will fix it. Even after fixing the coller two times in a row and selling me defective product i have failed to understand why this is not been replaced and why can't i get my money back. This is my last email to check if this can be rectified i would be directly filling case of my money is not refunded to consumer court. For cheating my money and time. I am going to make sure you suffer the same pain that i have gone through.

                We had ordered whirlpool refigerator ff 292l if 305 elt is 3s
                On 01.07.2017 on the promise that the delivery would happen by 2nd july 2017 between 12.00 in morning and 5.00 in evening, as i needed this urgently on 2nd july 2017.

                Despite repeated reminders, seems delivery is not getting effected today.

                In case, delivery does not happen by today, kindly cancel the order and process for refund of money along with interest.

                Please issue a complaint number to this effect also.

                I purchased one Hard Disk from Crome Site . Paid the complete amount through net banking, Amount deducted from account but Bill is not Produce .

                I called to customer care number and informed the same . They told me to wait for next 24 Hr. to produce bill.

                  This is with reference to my earlier complaints on Croma split AC dated 17/01/2017. As told by them that they have to change few things within the AC as because of that the gas leakage is taking place every six months and for that we need to spend 8000 to 9000 which we objected as we have already ended up paying 5000 to 6000 for different issues in the AC within 2 years of purchasing. After lodging the complaint they said they will do it freely but they visited and just refilled the gas without changing any other things which will cost 8000 to 9000. We have also updated dissatisfied comments in their service column of their agencies Jeevas inspite of which they closed the call. Since the day we purchased the AC every 6 months it will stop cooling and till the warranty period they did refilling of the gas immediately after the warranty expiry they started demanding for 5000 or 8000 giving different product problems. Our only mistake was we ended up believing that marketing person at Croma Velachery showroom located at grand mall who fooled us by convincing us for buying Croma ac instead of blue star. We need justice. I am almost due for my delivery and I really can't run behind them for rectifying the issues which is equivalent to begging to them looking at their rude and irresponsible behaviour. I just need replacement of the product for undergoing mental agony every six months because of such a worst product by tata and horrible service by croma. Looking for favourable solutions at least this than fooling us by just filling the gas.

                    I had purchased samsung led tv on 13 june from online store. I was promised it will be delivered 19th of june. But till today it was not in stock.

                    I have a simple question that if you don't have material then how you take money. Is this type of fraud on the name of gst sale???

                    If they want to clear stock then they can sale at any value of discount to save their capital amount but if time changes they clearly says that now product unavailable. You can purchase any croma brand tv.

                    Please suggest what to do in this case. We purchased this for birthday occasion.

                    Now suddenly even though i told them not to cancel...Croma executive has mailed me at 8 pm that they have cancelled order...This is as per my feeling complete case of fraud because if you dont have product then how you can take an online order and suddenly after 15 to 30 days you are telling that you did not have product.

                    Also i purchased for a Big Event at my home for some special occasion. Should this be allowed to cancel an order if we consumers cancel it then they levy us penalty...if we cant give them cash then they levy EMI interest charges at 14 to 16 percent. Now they kept my thousands of moneys for a month then what to do???

                      My complain number is del240617fs00254. No service provided after 5 days of complain. Customer care is making fool o[censored]s that everyday they are saying service centre will contact by end of day but no body is calling us.
                      Customer care itself says that they don't have escalation matrix and they don't have any mail id or contact where i can cimplain.
                      It seems like this is one the biggest fraud company.

                        Worst ever customer service support

                        I have bought a water dispenser from them of croma make. The water tap keeps getting spoilt every few days and the customer service support team takes 2 months to fix it. You have to hold the customer care number for 30-40 mins and after that they keep promising you everytime that the service team will visit but nobody ever visits.                         Yesterday i bought samsung fridge model no rs552nrua7e from croma store sec 13 dwarka hotel radison blue. There is no user manual no egg tray no ice twister. Moreover the date of manufacturering is march 2015

                          I had purchased samsung led tv on 25 june from gurugram store. I was promised it will be delivered next day. However the product did not reach me even till 28 june. On calling the call centre i got to know the product is not in stock. This was supposed to be a gift for a special occasion and i had purchased this only after confirmation that it will be delivered next day. The bill clearly states that product will be delivered next day.
                          Call centre people (Shankar) could neither transfer my call to his supervisor nor did he give me the number of store or arrange call back from store. This clear case of fraud. Selling a product which is not in stock. Providing bill with wrong commitment. As per trai rules superior should be made available to customers. Full circle of fraud. You people have caused me extreme mental torture and embarrasement. I will be definitely forwarding the case to consumer court.

                            Hi i am b. N thakur, i purchased split 1.5 in 2014, and using with not satisfactory performance. It is in extended warranty, some part is not repairable, i made complaint in april 8 2017, till date i am waiting to resolved the complaint. Every time, customer care generates complaint no and insurance to repairs. Now executive is telling to replace the faulty one with, 20 percent dep. Point is why should i pay the 20 percent. If my device is covered in warranty.

                                I am following with croma support and croma store from past 3 days but i am not getting anything except false commitment. I called croma support 5 times, everytime they assured me that the engineer will call and come for installation but as of now no one come nor called me.

                                  Croma gift card expired & procedure to renew same.

                                  I extended the validity of my croma gift card [protected] by paying rs. 500. However it has once again expired and when i visited croma store they are unable to tell be any solution now. The online customer care has no answer for this nor any email where i can send this complain.

                                  I have over 12000 in this card and am very disappointed with type of responce form the stores as well as the customer care of this tata compnay.br...

                                  I had purchased samsung led tv 40j5570 from croma online retailer worth 32, 950 on 13th june 2017. I had put the request for faster delivery but today on 16th june, i got the call that product is not in stock. I have been issued order confirmation and retail invoice of the product and now croma is telling that product is out of stock! My family is waiting for the product and now they are saying it will take indefinite delay. Is it legal that company is selling the product that is not there in their stock (Balance sheet)? I have attached invoice copy as the attachment.

                                  I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with a dell laptop, I bought in your store 2 weeks ago.

                                  As soon as I turned on the laptop, I realized that It was not working properly. I complained about it at your store and the salesman told me that some driver was not installed. After the installation also, condition of the laptop remained the same. Again after having a word with your salesman, i went to your store on 16/06. They checked few things and told me that there were some issues with the laptop. They told me that they will take the laptop to the service centre and will come up with the solution very next day. I was very Frustrated by then as I had already visited your store numerous times. To make matters worse, the very next day they told me that due to some issues, they will get back to me on Monday. Today because of irresponsible attitude of your staffs, I am in problem.

                                  I definitely need this situation to be solved ASAP. I made the decision to buy the laptop at your store, because of previous good recommendations some friends of mine gave me about your store. However, after this experience, I feel deceived.
                                  If I don’t get a quick response to my request, I want a full refund of the payment I have already made else I'll go to consumer court and will file a case against you guys.
