Hi sir/madam,

My order's invoice number is slf02a[protected] for 2 items: —
1. Whirlpool fridge and 2. Bajaj mixer.

I have attached soft copy of invoice with this email which i received from irl. [protected]@infinitiretail.com

I was promised that i will receive delivery by today morning[protected] am.

Today morning i got a call from [protected] claiming that he is in banshankari for delivery. I replied that my order is for following address: —

"alok anand
#16, lakshmi krupa 2nd main, 3rd block, rmv 2nd stage, mathikere,
Bangalore - 560054"

Then he replied that it will be delivered tomorrow only.

My question is how come wrong address is given for delivery when i gave correct address (See attached invoice for proof)
And second important demand is that i want my ordered items to be delivered to me by today[protected] as promised by new bel road croma) only otherwise please cancel the order and refund my money back to me.

    Unfortunately, I am going to inform you that I purchased a hand set of Oppo F1-S from Croma South Extension Part-II, new Delhi-110049 on 27/3/2017 but within one month (during warranty period) the software of the set has started malfunctioning and therefore, I approached the outlet Croma regarding this matter and requested them for the replacement of the set as it has stopped working properly within a month, but they (Croma) informed me that they will repair my hand set (which I have already deposited to them on 24/4/2017)and hand over to me, but my point is that how shall i believe that which set has started to function improperly within a month will work properly later on. As you know, I purchased this set very delightedly that I have become The owner of a great set from a reputed brand but my belive and satisfaction has gone in vain. So, it is my humble request to you to consider and take necessary action for the replacement of the set as son as possible So, that I can maintain my confidence and believe on your estimated brand (CROMA) .

    The important aspect of this deal from Croma is that they handed over a open sealed set to me at the time of purchase.

    As it has cost me a considerable amount of money and has cover the insurance of the set for replacing the set within one month, but the Croma outlet is not agreeing to replace it.

    I think, I might have benefited monetarily the same from other outlet. So, Croma should try to understand that the hand set did not worked properly even for a month..

    I hope, you will be kind enough to understand my mental dilemma and take a suitable action on this matter as soon as possible .

      Dear All,
      I have purchased Sony Android TV W95D 43 inches from Croma Ghatkopar store at R City Mall with down payment of Rs. 4000/- on 8th Apr'2017. I got the delivery on next day and installation and demo done on Monday, 10th Apr'17. After working for hardly 7-8 days suddenly the TV stopped working on Monday 17th Apr'17.
      After complaint being made to Sony TV service engineer visited on 19th Apr and confirmed that it is the faulty piece and whole mother-board need to be changed which I objected for.
      I clearly told the store managers either to cancel the booking or give me the replacement for entire piece as I used it for hardly 8 days.
      Sony has agreed on replacement however today it's 27th Apr'17 and no exchange done. Moreover I am requesting for cancellation but no one listens to me.
      I want to cancel the deal and want my money back as I am no more interested dealing with Croma.
      Hence please look into it and cancel my deal with refund of money right away as me and my whole family is suffering from last 12 days without television at home.

        Have requested for my tv part replacement. Today is 26th day since request i have no clue why it is taking so long and when it will get fixed.

        Every time i call customer care, i have been told that i'll get a call back from their service team.. Which never happened. I literally have no idea whats going on. Pathetic services from croma... Will loose its credibility due to croma...

        Chromo is a best place to buy a second hand products for actual MRP price. They had delivered a Refrigerator. we found it damaged inside and no packing inside. Its more over look like show case piece was delivered. We had asked for replacement and no proper response. they are just playing from last 3 weeks.

          Complaint registered with croma on 03rd april.
          Product under buying warranty till[protected].

          Detected as no gas - then cooling fin damage - till now reached the stage wherein cooling fin is removed and taken for replacement.
          No response from customer care - no tracking system.
          Keep on complaining on e-mail.
          Once in a week receives call from customer care to check whether complaint closed. Then i tell them the status of complaint.
          Again after two days engineer visits and does something.

          No remedy till now.

          Almost a month - family in severe heat conditions.

            Dear Sir,

            The undersigned is one of the loyal customers of Croma and has been quiet satisfied with the products purchased from the croma stores. The products which the undersigned has bought have been at the best possible rates and have been of good quality.

            However the recent experience at Croma has been disappointing. The undersigned has purchased an Apple I Pad Mini 3 tab(Display Piece). The bill dated 01.04.2017 is attached herewith for your kind reference.

            The undersigned purchased the I Pad Mini 3 tad from pacific mall in Ghaziabad. It was understood that the ipad sold was the diaplay piece and was offered at Rs. 12000/- without any guarantee. The undersigned agreed to purchase the piece. However the product which was given to me did not have the original cable which could be used for charging and data transfer. The undersigned asked for the original cable during the purchase but it was explained by the sales executive Mr. Shashank that the cable which he is providing is better than the original product as the same is double the length of the original.

            Upon using the product at my home it was learnt that the cable which was provided was useless as it could not transfer the files and the charging speed was also very less. It was learnt from experiences of my friends that the Apple products give the best results only with the original accessories. The issue was explained to Mr. Shashank and it was explained by him that the store never offers the original cable with the display piece which are sold to the customers. It was further promised by him that he shall arrange the cable from his friend or from some local market which would be able to transfer the data.

            It shall be prudent to mention here that the undersigned always wanted the original apple product along with its original accessories. The sales executive never informed during the event of the sale that the store would not offer the original apple accessories along with the i pads which are sold from the display section. Any such information if provided during the event of the sale would have stopped undersigned from the purchase of the product. It has been more than 3 weeks that the undersigned has explained the sales executive about the problem. Till date my concern has not been resolved.

            The sales executive has promised to provide the duplicate cable. However the undersigned does not want to settle any thing less than the original product.

            Hope the above issue is clear to the officer who shall be dealing with the above issue.

            I hope that the undersigned shall be offered the original Apple I Pad Mini 3 cable for getting the best results and getting the feel which the apple products offer thereby retaining the customer loyalty towards the Brand Croma.

              We purchase a new split ac which has document no.[protected]. delivered from infinity retail ltd gurgaon.
              but the new unit doesn't have gas in its compressor. its horrible whenever the customer buy a new ac and person/ incharge i called to discussed the matter in his mobile no. [protected] but he didn't explained properly .
              after many called he didnt pick my call. from last 4 days we are waiting for his reply regarding missing of remote from new ac unit and also missing of gas from compressor.

              If company can help in this regards please consider this matter seriously as these small firms spoiling the name of TATA. It is one reason customer lossing the faith from one and renowned company.

                10th March 2017

                Visited the Croma store at Phoenix Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai for an intent to purchase a Split Air Conditioner.
                Concerned Sales person - Salman and explained various units on display and the discounted deals available.
                Finalized the Whirlpool Split Air conditioner and made an advance payment of Rs.10, 000. (Kindly refer attached invoice)
                During the deal it was committed that balance payment was to be made on or before 24th March 2017 and delivery date was committed by Croma team as 2nd April with installation date as 8th April 2017. These dates were chosen basis my availability as a customer for taking the delivery and being available for installation. Croma team gave 100% assurance of the delivery and installation dates.

                24th March 2017

                Visited the Croma store to make the balance payment due on the product and also as committed by me ( Kindly refer attached Invoice)
                Was again reassured by the onsite sales team - Salman that everything was in order and the deliver plus installation was scheduled as committed by Croma
                I had to put in a request in my office to postpone planned business tour so that I would be available for the delivery and installation

                31st March 2017

                Visited the store for a confirmation on the delivery which was again reconfirmed by the Croma team

                2nd April 2017
                12:00 noon I receive a call from Salman - Sales Team Croma, Phoenix telling me that the delivery can not be made as committed due to certain logistical issues. As a customer, I definitely lost my cool and had a heated argument but was again informed and reassured that both delivery and installation will now happen on 8th April 2017 without fail and before 12:00 noon

                8th April 2017
                11:30 am and no sign of AC delivery. I have however received 3 calls one each on 6th, 7th and 8th April from Whirlpool service centre enquiring about installation. I had to inform them that prouct delivery is pending.
                Several calls made to Croma Phoenix as well as Mr. Salman about delivery status but unfortunately no updates.
                1:30 pm Whirlpool engineer reaches my residence for "installation" and is surprised to find out that there is no delivery yet.
                3:00 pm - As a customer I have definitely lost all my patience and cant hold back any more. Had very heated arguments on the call with Mr. Salman and another gentleman who said he was the store incharge - Mr. Abhishek. All of them reassuring me that delivery would definitely be done.
                4:00 pm delivery is finally done. But no one is able to explain on the delay .
                Follow up again with Croma centre for installation.
                6:00 pm Whirlpool reaches the site for installation and begins preparation as well as unpacking of the product. During ispection, he states that the "Swing Motor" on the Indoor Unit is missing meaning this is a faulty delivery or Dead on Arrival. Hence installation can not be done.
                8:00 pm I am again on the phone with Croma store trying to understand what needs to be done now. I am told that a replacement will be done "soon"

                18th April 2017
                Daily routine since last 7 days - Call up Croma Call centre on [protected] - Listen to IVR, provide the service number SRS[protected]. As usual I am told that the concern complaint is in process and the store shall call back soon to update me. The store numbers go to the IVR and ask to wait with wait time of more than 15-20 mins.[protected], 05

                Is there anyone who can actually tell me as a customer where am I at fault? What is the crime that I have done for which this mental harassment is being meted out to me or I have to resort to approaching a Consumer Court?

                Most importantly, the Air Conditioner is being bought to make the Mumbai Summer bearable. Will it be delivered and installed in this Summer or the Summer of 2018, 2019 ?

                  I had borught a Aquaguard Geneus Water Purifier form Croma oulet Seasons Mall, Pune (via invoice no: SLF02A[protected] dated 30.12.2015) with an OnGo extended warranty. Now I am facing leakage issue with my water purifier. On 31 March 2017 I have raised a first ticket with Croma service center, still after 17 days, no OnGo technition come at my place.

                  Today again I have raised a ticket (SR[protected]). This is very frustrating after 17 days not a single persone from OnGo has come to my place. I have brought the product from croma because of its reputation and better after sell support than online giant like amazon, flipkart etc but I was wrong I think its better to buy a product online with huge discount.

                  Hi I already complain of my cooler which is not working properly. 2 of April 2017. I registered my complaint to croma care and I have received complain no. BON 020417FS00271.
                  After 12 days there is no technician coming and even not any call from croma.
                  It's disgusting.

                    Hi,

                    I bought an Super General Split A/C from CROMA store, Logix Mall Noida with invoice number SLF02A[protected] on 13th Feb 2017.

                    The person from Super General came and installed the A/C .

                    On 25st of March when we start the A/C it was not working, we called up CROMA for the issue and they gave us a request number HUP310317FS00006, even after that no body came . After having serious chat with their store manager they send a person and then we came to know that GAS had leaked.

                    We asked for the replacement they said it will be fine and the gas was filled, although it was never up to the satisfaction .

                    On 14th April the water started coming for the indoor unit (), this is really life threatening .

                    I called Mr Shahazd, he said that he is being transferred and he gave me a new number of Mr Raman, which is always either switched- off or not reachable .

                    I want he repalcement of the Unit, this is really very sad affair of state CROMA store, they are not at all bothered to give the customer service . There store managers behavior is also very rude.
                    I would request you all to please don’t buy aything from CHROMA

                      I have complained about the product five days back and till date it is not resolved.
                      I think you are very negligent on complsints. People feel to come to your outlet if this kind of service is given.
                      I hope you improve your customer service.
                      If it is repeated again I will publish your poor service and appeal to the public not to purchase any item from your store. It is better to solve my problem immediately.

                      Your mechanic checked the machine and says water pumping is not sufficient. It is not understood how it was working all these days. It is a silly reason. My complaint is not resolved. Either repair it properly or change the machine. If your product is not suitable for my residence take the machine back and refund my money. I can not increase the height of my tank for your machine.

                        I am unsatisfied customer of croma
                        Recently purchased an Air conditioner from croma kandivali store the executive told my 1.5 ton AC has swing but such feature is only flap vertical swing is there .He also asked us to purchase extended relocation warranty but he didnt mentioned that it relocation fees will be there if we relocate in this year as we are buying extended warranty . Now coming further
                        First of all I received an Air hitachi conditioner that was not sealed properly the executive at croma nor the hitachi picked up the mobile when called . I returned the Air conditioner next day another from anothee delivery man i received a call that he has brought my AC but he did not had the unit in his truck and he had challan copy only . I immediatlly contacted croma and hitachi again no one attented properly he proudly told that he doesnot have the air conditioner as he never checks what is his truck and the trucks are loaded overnight even after this and again telling to send a new unit I finally received Air conditioner from Bhandup but they again sent me the Air conditioner which was given to me in first place no new unit was provided . My request for installation was already put down by hitachi as I have not received the Air comditioner from croma on time .Further next day When installation people came I was told that bracket was not provided to me and again I had to rush to croma as no one picked up the phone.
                        I had to sign just a hand written copy of which I have no proof that i received The Air conditioner so your company also dont have any proof that i have received AC so you should give me another one but I didnt made an issue and I am writting this .

                        Further after reaching there again The executive had made a mistake as he has inserted self collection code in pc for bracket unit and not told us about the same
                        I gave them 3 option
                        1 to give me travelling allowance to them again or
                        2 to install my AC free or
                        3 to give me apology letter
                        They were unwilling for all three finally after a lot of argument gave me 100 rupees which i have told as my travelling allowance but when again I called them regarding relocation policy the answer was that we are greedy and taken 100 rupees for same
                        Please take 100 rupees and pay me now the whole amount of installation which i was told to be 1500 but actual cost to me was 5000 rs and issue me a apology letter signed by store manager

                          In connection to the above said reference (Invoice: SLF02A[protected], purchased on:[protected], still i have not received the cash back of rs.2500 (I. E. 5% cash back offer by HP on shopping through hdfc credit card, max. Rs.2500 as i was informed by the sales executive at showroom) on my laptop purchase of rs. 46710.0 at croma showroom in Bandlore at JP nagar .

                            I purchased IFB washing machine from Adajan store Surat . After installation there was some noice from machine . I called IFB customer care again and he said there is some problem in gear box . Product need to replaced . I just purchase it one week back and it has 2 year warranty also . But I received faulty product . How I can replace it and how much time it will take as already a week gone and there is problem in home with out washing machine .

                              Its about a SYMPHONY R/COOLER TOUCH 110 problem, the cooler is not performing well, not cooling, creating a horrible noise, forming fungus, i contacted croma customer care they have submitted a ticket, but it was closed by symphony with out any resolution, i contacted on the same to croma customer care, they said we are working with concern team and give us 24 hours, its almost 36 hours, no update and no buddy contacted on this, looks like they just sell the products, if any issue is there, they simply ignoring the product issues and customer, i couldn't find grievance authority on croma, i can't bear any more that cooler which is a horrible thing.

                                I purchased LG AC from Croma, Panjagutta, Hyderabad on 3rd April, 2017 and delivered on 5th April, 2017.

                                Show room manager told that regarding installation will complete on 6th Apr, or 7th Apr, 2017

                                But still not installed my AC what is problem i didnt understand.

                                Now I am requesting that Please take away AC and give money when ever you give as per your conveinient

                                  Have requested for my TV part replacement. Today is 17th day since request I have no clue why it is taking so long and when it will get fixed.

                                  Every time I call customer care, I have been told that I'll get a call back from their service team..which never happened. I literally have no idea whats going on. Pathetic services from Croma...TATA will loose its credibility due to Croma.

                                  I have taken extended warranty for my Voltas AC from Croma.
                                  However on raising a complaint to croma, there has been no action even after 10 days are gone. My complaint id is EW229455.
                                  Not sure what is the escalation matrix as the customer care are not responsive at all. What is the point of paying extra money if the cannot serve.

                                    I purchased a Samsung AC through CROMA on Saturday evening and was assured that the AC would be delivered on Sunday and installed by Monday. Despite writing a mail to both Samsung and Croma, I'm yet to receive a call from Samsung. later calling at their service center I get to know that no call has been received by Samsung from Croma regarding the purchase and they cannot get in touch with the dealer. What kind of service is this? Also, i was assured by croma that there would be no installation charges whereas Samsung is telling that I need to pay 499 + 15% service charges. is this some kind of fraudulent activity?

                                      I purchased (Invoice no. SLF02A[protected]a 2 ton Panasonic Inverter Air Conditioner from Croma Store, CBD Belapur on 28th March, 2017. The same was delivered to my place in Belapur on[protected].
                                      At the time of booking, the Croma staff was requested to arrange for installation on Sat / Sun i.e 1st or 2nd April.

                                      However, after several follow-ups, an incompetent AC installation person was deputed for the job at 4.30 pm on Sunday 02/04/17.

                                      The technician arrived without any proper tools and tackles and could achieve only partial installation. He told that additional wires and copper tube is required to complete the installation.

                                      The next day i.e. on Monday he arrived later than promised and used lower size wires of 1.5 sq.mm instead of the recommended 2.5 sq.mm. Also the additional Copper tube diameter was found to be smaller than that supplied along with the unit.

                                      This came to my notice only after my return from my office at around 8 pm. The installation on Monday was done in presence of my wife who is a non-technical person.

                                      This kind of installation is completely unacceptable. Not only does it pose a fire hazard, but will also hamper the proper functioning of the air-conditioner and also increase power bills.

                                      I would like to have Croma depute an authorized Company technician with full knowledge and competence to rectify the installation. Also correct size of wires and copper tubes shall be used. Wiring shall be done as prescribed in the installation manual of the AC.

                                      This shall be done immediately without any delay.

                                      Otherwise, it can be understood that Croma is not competent to sell and service this kind of air conditioners and therefore the same shall be taken back and the entire amount to be refunded along with the additional amount spent by me towards providing the additional installation material.

                                      I and my family have been deeply inconvenienced by this incident. Buying an AC during these hot days has simply done no good to us.

                                      I expect a clear and positive reply from your end.

                                      I purchased a Croma Split AC 1.5 ton 4 years back, since than this machine is behaving very strange and I am complaining regularly.

                                      The issue is, there is a leakage in the ac from which all the gas get leaked.
                                      I need to get it filled 2-3 times in a season.

                                      No one rectified the issue yet.

                                        We booked Samsung washing machine model no WA70K4020HP/TL at CROMA in Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East, Mumbai
                                        On 25/03/2017, but till now delivery is not done. Kindly look in to matter what is the wrong thing is happening, let us know. And when the delivery of the washing machine is going to deliver to us. Please confirm with the Samsung company and arrang to deliver the said item as early.
