I have purchased a cordless phone from Croma Vashi on Jan 15th 2017(Txn Id:[protected], which was not expected model and was returned on the same day of purchase. It is more than 25 days now but the credit transaction is not reversed back. And on inquiry from the croma store manager, they respond saying "we are not running away with your money".

    I purchase a croma washing machine, and also buy extended warranty service for four years. now my washing machine not working properly.
    i called so many time in Customer care and open service request (SR[protected] ) but there is no response, i called again n again for repairing my washing machine. now they told me there is no service in my area.
    even when i was purchase the product they did not tell me the limitation of service.

    So please do the needful..

      I have bought a LG TV from Croma Kaushambi GZB store. They told it will be delivered next day between 12-5 pm . But the product is not delivered after 2 days. Mostly people call customer care when they issue but croma guys are not able to deliver the product within a distance of 1 KM.

      I hope you will consider before buying and if they are so slow in delivery then you can think what service they will be providing to croma products.

          I bought a Moto X Force 64GB Black Serial no. [protected] on 31/05/2016. I had gone to the CROMA store with an intention to buy Apple Iphone 6S and a cheaper android phone when one of thier executives insisted me on having a look at the new Moto X Force phone. While explaining the features of this phone I enquired whether it is a single sim or dual sim phone. He clearly said that it is a dual sim phone. To confirm, he opened the sim tray and showed it to me where it was clearly shown that it is a hybrid slot which can either occupy a second sim or a SD card. Further he even asked me to check the specifications on GSMarena.com where it is again clearly mentioned that its a dual sim phone. On seeing both of this, I was fully convinced about this feature. He even placed our existing second sim in the second sim slot. Since the second sim was already deactivated(as we had recently moved to delhi from Kolkata) we could not detect the second sim.
          Recently when we got a new sim for our use, we placed the same in the second sim slot and to our surprize, it did not detect the same. So we went to your CROMA store in Saket (opp PVR Anupam) to get the phone checked. Thier executive, without even looking at the model suggested me to go to a Motorola service centre to get the sim slot changed. So we went to the service centre on Saturday, 7th January 2017 to the authorized service centre at Okhla. We spent the entire day there and when our number came, we were informed by Mr. Shubham there that Moto X Force is a Single sim phone. This came as a huge shock to us as all this time we were aware that it is a dual sim phone. Even many places on the internet say the same.
          I went back to the CROMA store the same day and met Mr Deepu Verma, Asst Dept Manager and Mr. Deepak Sehgal, Dept Manager and informed them about this issue. They were very prompt in telling me that this has always been a single sim phone. When the sales executive was called to confirm the same, he was adamant on the fact that there is no slot for putting the second sim so how can it be a dual sim. On opening the sim tray, even they were suprized to see that there actually is a second sim slot in Moto X Force...!!!( Shocking as they claim to sell many more phones and didnt really know about the second sim slot). However they asked me to give them some time till Monday, 9th January to see what they can do.

          On going back to the store on Monday, Mr Deepu clearly said that they cannot help me in any way.
          I hope on reading my mail you can figure out how I have been cheated with wrong information and it is really disheartening to know that CROMA, whom I trusted so much would do this kind of a thing. TATA is a big brand and I really did not expect this from them.
          I feel cheated and am extremely disappointed and want justice.
          I really hope that you would do something to help me out and ensure this does not happen to anyone else again.

              I went to buy blue star AC from chroma showroom Velachery Chennai. But the marketing guy convinced us to buy Croma AC by telling the product and service convenience as we are getting from Croma. We bought it on May 2014. Since then we are having frequent problems with the AC. We have already spent around 5000 till date for different reasons gas leakage and other product related issues. Last month when we logged a call the engineer who visited has confirmed that we need to pay around 8000 to 9000 for the AC repair as again there is some gas leakage problem. I asked them after paying this amount whether you can confirm that for at least 1 year there won't be any issues which they said they cannot confirm. The attitude of the customer care and marketing executives and the services are horrible. No one is ready to give any proper response and inspite of informing them that I am pregnant and I can't run behind the same as I am working too. The biggest mistake was to trust the marketing guy who don't give any importance to customer satisfaction. My Service request number logged on 4th December is CHN041216FS00001. I don't know whether there is any TAT for closing the issues or it can go for life time. Please help us in resolving the issues immediately or else we will be forced to go to next best level.

              At the time of selling products all concerned at store promised delivery on next day and installation on next day of delivery.
              we had taken the words and waiting for person for installation, but no one had come today .

              called up 3 time to customer care but no action and proper reply is given to us. they just want to pass on the buck.

                I have a croma washing machine.
                I open a complain 10 days back. I continue try to follow up with customer care. But not a single call receive from technician. Today your executive told me there is no support in bihar.
                Croma sales guys never told me earlier so support is not available. Even i took extended warranty Pls chk n do the need full.

I was given 24 to 36 of time for the Tech visit but till now no response from your team instead of 4 Tele remainders. It is very disappointing from your side . Store Location- DEL-ODEONCP-A055 from croma store cannught place new delhi of Rs. 17, 990/- on date-05.10.2016 and they got insurance of Rs. 1, 999/- but the mobile set missed on date 13.12.2016 and also register police complained in GRP Police Raebareli Railway Station on date 14.12.2016.
                      I Called Croma customer care no. [protected] so many times but they have no proper response for my complaint.

                        I bought a brand new HP laptop (HP Pav x360 13-U131TU Slv, 33cm) just yesterday (16.12.2016) and noticed a crack at the base today (17.12.2016). I am sure it has not been developed at my end as i noticed the crack in one of the pictures i had clicked yesterday ASA i had returned home with the laptop. I only realised this today and need to know what relief will croma provide to me pertaining to the same.

                          After much comparison with the other TV's on display, I decided to purchase the Chroma Brand 99 cm LED TV from the Aundh store in Pune on the 5th of December, 2016 . I purchased the same on finance along with an extended warranty which I paid for on the day. The store sales representative promised delivery in 2 days and I accepted the same. Since I know how fickle delivery can be, I checked up on the 6th of December to confirm the status of the product and the Chroma store representative again confirmed delivery by the 8th of December. On the 8th of December, I received no message, no call or email from Chroma confirming by delivery was in progress. At approximately 8 pm I decided to visit the store again and was in for a surprise.

                          1) The store representative who sold me the product was nowhere to be found. He, apparently, was on leave.

                          2) The product I ordered was no longer " in stock" and "out of production" therefore I had to choose something else in the same price range or pay for the difference. Ironically, there was no other product with similar specs in the price range.

                          3) As a gesture of goodwill, the store manager Mr. Amol offered me Rs 1500 off on the replacement product after approximately 1.5 hours of waiting.

                          This level of service is absolutely ridiculous. How can Chroma not even bother to inform me if the product I've ordered is out of stock? Is this the way the brand drives sales? I've had to pay for the difference for a more expensive product because I intended it to be a gift and could not risk a delay. The entire process took 1 and a half hours ! The discount of Rs 1500 is insulting (6%) and the store manager could only say that this was all he could do. I even had to cancel the extended warranty because it took the differential out of my budget.

                          If you would like to retain me as a customer, I would like a refund of the excess amount I've had to pay.

I have given the crossed cheque at the time of transaction in the month of june. I have received SMS the cheque bounce from you in the month of july. I have spoken with your branch located at Fatima nagar, pune and they told me to pay the EMI by cash for july and give the crossed cheque for the month of August. I have given the crossed cheque to them and again I am getting the SMS that my money is going to be deducted from my Old Bank A/c( HDFC Bank). My registered Mobile # is [protected].                               I purchased an Oppo F1 Plus phone (IMEI [protected]) Invoice No. (SLF02A[protected] yesterday (28th Nov) from Croma store (Sector 29, Gurgaon) at 5PM.
                              I went back home and installed the phone overnight with all apps and screen guard. While putting in SIM cards I found that the 2nd card slot is not working.

                              I took the phone back to Croma today (29th Nov) morning at 1130 AM. They checked it and found faulty but refused to exchange the phone till they get it checked from Oppo service centre.
                              That too there are no TAT for the same.

                              My Questions:

                              I have paid the money but why do I not have the phone?
                              There are no T&C mentioned in the Croma invoice for such case
                              Why the phone was not checked before handing over to me?
                              I am ready to buy some other phone but will not accept a repaired phone which is just 1 night old and while I have paid the money why should I be without the phone?
                              One buys a phone when there is a need, it’s never for a back up. And I don’t have the phone after paying for it and interestingly there is no information on the TAT.

                              Team Oppo: How can you send a phone without proper QC? Is this your standard?

                              But the gift card was applied on 27th november and was not applicable. It was given on 28th august and was acitvated on 29th august. Seeing in anyways, it hasn't been 3 months.

                                  Hi,
                                  I had ordered Philips HL1660 700W food processor on 6th Nov'16 and ref order # SLE005EC0010659. I called up croma customer care within next 12 hours and cancelled the order, the reason being, we wanted to order different one.
                                  The ref # for order cancellation from croma generated on 7th Nov is SR[protected], and I was told I would call back from Croma regarding cancellation. I did call up again on 8th Nov to check on order cancellation and again I was told I would get would call back from Croma regarding cancellation. The product was delivered through blue dart courier on 9th Nov and still unopened and left as is. I did call up again on couple of times and latest being on 14th Nov, till now i.e. 15th Nov'16 no call back from croma yet on order cancellation.
                                  It's not a rocket science for sure, may be the departments within croma do not have co-ordination as they paint picture to customers.
                                  I have definitely wasted lot of my precious time and money here but not sure when my concern would be solved?
                                  I am waiting eagerly to hear back at the earliest.

                                  Hi,
                                  I received call back from Croma folks on 16th Nov and the guy said, I would be getting call back from local croma store( New BEL road, Bangalore) within next two to 3 days and once the product is returned to them the payment I had made would be reversed. It's been exactly 8 days since the gentlemen assured and I am yet to get call back from local croma store.
                                  Pl try to understand, I don’t want to go through so much of pain in following up with you folks, you guys may have time and energy, but I don’t. Pl get this solved immediately.

                                    Got a Samsung double door fridge from Croma on 3th October. After switching on the fridge found that there is bulging on both sides of the fridge.

                                    Complained to Croma and after 3-4 days Samsung support personnel came and verified it. He took pictures and asked us to get it replaced.We contacted Croma about the same. They told us to wait for samsung support to get back to us(no call from samsung service center ever).

                                    After a month of regularly calling Samsung and Croma we got the following:-
                                    -Croma claiming that Samsung personnel don't respond to their calls (as if Croma is a poor roadside beggar).
                                    -Samsung telling us that Coma called them and told its a power issue (so that they can blame us and don't provide us replacement).
                                    -on asking for Samsung service center number from support, was given a wrong number deliberately (told the representative that this is wrong number but she insisted that it is correct.).
                                    -No fixed manager/personnel in Croma store (Every time I went to store, met a new person who gave the same [censored] answer).

                                      I had placed an order for an air purifier on 5 November.
                                      I gave a call on 7 November re update and was told that the mobile number was incorrect. I got the same corrected.

                                      On Thursday I got an sms and an email re the delivery confirmation.
                                      I gave a call and was told that i would need to wait till 11 November to get an update. I asked to be contacted 2 hours before delivery.

                                      I gave a call once again on Friday and was told that my number was still incorrect on the system. Well, if my number was incorrect then how did i get a delivery confirmation sms.

                                      I was told that i would get a call in 24 hours re the delivery details and clarification. ( as fed ex says that Ramu has received the product on my behalf)

                                      I gave a call on Saturday, frustrated and insisted on speaking to the manager. All this while each person has been saying that my number was incorrect and some one had tried calling me on Friday on the incorrect number. He said that i would get an update in 2 hours

                                      Well, if the number was incorrect (which it was not. Just proved above), then could not an email be sent to me?

                                      I did not get an update in 2 hours, I gave a call back in 2.5 hours and was told that they were still trying to reach FedEx.

                                      I still have not received any update and have not received my new air purifier.

                                      I am disappointed in the service of croma and croma's customer care.
                                      this is a product for which I have paid on your website.

                                      I have been put through mental and emotional trauma because of this.

                                      I had bought from you keeping the TATA brand and trust in mind. This behavior does not reflect what the brand stands for.
