I had bought a LG M/W Conv MC2886BRUM Microwave Oven from R-City, Ghatkopar, Mumbai store on
24/02/2017 vide bill SLF02A[protected]
At the time of Sale it was promised by your salesman that a LG startup kit will be given to us and he had raised the invoice accordingly.
After the Invoice was prepared and the payment made, the salesman searched the store and said that the Startup kit is not available at store, although the Store billing store showed that there were 2 unit of the same were available at the store.
He told me that the Kit will be delivered to me along with Startup kit from DC (warehouse).
The microwave was delivered to us on 25/02/2017 on sat, but the Startup kit was absent. The delivery person told us that the startup kit will be delivered by store and not by DC.
So, On 26/02/2017, we went to Croma store to get our startup kit. The kit was not available at the store. We met the store-in-charge Mr Devendra (Cell No 77), who told us that he will make sure the kit be delivered to us the next day (27/02/2017) Monday under any circumstances.
Till Date, 03/03/2017, the Startup Kit has not been delivered to us. The promise of prompt service has been conveniently forgotten by Croma Personnel.
I had bought my Seimens Washing machine from Croma and had similar experience.
I need to ask following question.
1. Croma is a prestigious name in Retail selling and a TATA enterprise. It is acceptable to receive such lethargic service from your store
2. Why would Croma Salesman promise to sell a microwave with startup kit, when it does not have the stock of same
3. Why there was a goo[censored]p about who will deliver the startup the kit, when there are standard procedures for the same
4. A Senior manager, promises to deliver, but fails the promise. How do you control such situation
I have lost the faith in Croma as a brand.
Hope others don’t suffer the same faith.
