      Croma has a cancellation policy of 7 days that they take to process the refund. The transaction was cancelled on 12th Sep 2022, so ideally it should have been processed by now but still it has not been processed. The voucher amount that I used was Rs 3000, which I have no idea by when it would be provided.

      Every time I call the customer care asking the details they tell me that they are looking into the matter and they will call me within 24 hours. It has been over 10 days but till date I have not received a single call back from them.

      I need the refund of Rs 3000 (Croma Gift Voucher) at the earliest, as i am not able to use the voucher code any longer.

        Recently purchased 2 pieces of Croma Split INV AC 2T often forms frozen ice on the indoor cooling fins and causes water leakage. 2 pieces purchased and 1 of the 2 only has the issue while other works fine. Looks like a manufacturing defect but the service center tells dust in the store is the problem. if there are 7 more ACs including the another one from Croma does not have ice formation issue. The service center not agreeing for the product defect and closing the ticket CHN170922FS00557 without resolving the problem

          Pathetic shopping experience ever had wherein fake commitments were made by duty manager and sales representative from apple. I was manipulated to make pre booking to complete targets and later i was asked multiple times to cancel the booking.

          Purchased phone because i was left with no choice as i was not using any phone.

          Apple representative confirmed phone for me to be available on Sep 16 as pre booking was done in advance.

          On sep 16, i visited store and was there for about good 6 hours and left store by 7:00pm with a confirmation of phone available for purchase till sep 17 as i wanted to buy phone using icici card and taking benefit of sat-sun offer at croma.

          On 17 Sep, i called apple representative to seek confirmation before my visit to store for purchase wherein i was assured again that phone is available to purchase and i can come.

          As soon as i reached croma store, i was informed that phone was sold yesterday at around 09:00pm to another customer who earlier refused to make purchase.

          Phone i booked was apple iphone 14 pro deep purple color in 128gb variant costing 129900/-

          I was informed by duty manager to cancel the booking again n again as they sold pre reserved phone for me to another customer on first come first serve basis.

          My disappointment-

          I was never informed about first come first serve service.

          Fake assurance and commitment by apple representative- Dalbir and Duty Manager Vinod. Assuring a consumer of product availability and keeping consumer to mentally harassed pressurizing to cancel the booking (obviously targeted were met)

          I made purchase of iphone by paying extra Rs. 10000/- as i was left with no option to get the phone i prebooked.

          I am demanding refund or compensation of what i paid extra else i will be seeking aid from consumer court.

            Hi,

            I Purchased LG RO Water Purifier from Croma on 10th September. Installation happened after multiple follow ups on 16th September 2022. Also, Water taste is worst like tap water, instead that I can drink tap water. Again, I raised a complaint that water taste is worst. Service guy visited and did some testing's and mentioned that water taste will not be good as per LG RO. I am asking for a product return or replacement with Croma, I am not getting prompt response from Croma team. Either refund my money or replace with another better brand.

              I had purchased two O General AC in August 2020 both with extended warranty for which i had laid additional 11000. Thinking that i will get good service without any concerns.
              But the poor service provided is a matter of concern. From last 7 days i am daily following up with their customer care as forst they registered wrong complaint. On calling again they corrected it then they did not updated the number requested and other issues like that.
              Invoice is on another number

              Whereas i had given them another contactable number that is [protected].

              After speaking to Thakur pratham and a very dissatisfactory response i asked him to transfer the call to his superior and after holding the call for 8 minutes he came back and said that superior is currently not available. Ridiculous.

                I had purchased a Croma fridge, toaster, hand mixer, LG microwave, Phillips Air fryer from Aundh store and they provided the soft bill . I had informed that I need a bill with Banks GST but the only mistake I made is didn’t check and when I went for the hard copy to the store, they are saying it is not possible now .
                Request to please instruct the store to give me the bill with the GST of my Bank as I will not receive reimbursement and it will be a huge burden on me .

                  Refund of gift voucher

                  I have made a purchase online for a product Samsung T7 Solid state drive 500gb in CROMA online store, i used a gift voucher worth value of Rs.5344 and a UPI payment of Rs.651 and another Tata Neu reward of Rs.104 . Total payment amounting to Rs.6099.. The transaction was unsuccessful but the payment got debited. The company policy says refund will be issued within 7 to 10 maximum working days.                   Hi,

                  I purchased 1 IFB 30BRS2 microwave oven online (Order id[protected] from croma on 10-Sept-2022 and got delivery on 11-Sept-2022. One set of "Borosil microwave kit" comes with that microwave, but they didn't deliver it. I raised the service request for that and called the customer care but nothing happened. No1 respond properly. Even I asked for return also but the are not doing that also. What should I do?

                  Even before buying I spoke with their online store executive as well as 2 store executives and they confirmed me that the kit will comes with the microwave.

                    Croma Store - Third Party for Extended Warranty

                    Dell Laptop Inspiron 3511 Purchase on 31-10-21 and they given two years extended warranty from 3rd party. Why they are not providing Laptop Companies extended Warranty which are available on low cost.
                    While finalizing all the deal, I have to pay Rs.62, 110/- but they swiped from my Credit Card sum of Rs.63, 397/-. Excess they have taken from me Rs.1287/-. After leaving the Croma Store, I had check at my home the final bill and payments....

                      I have purchased a mobile phone from Croma Kalamassery branch, Kerala on 22/9/2022 at a price of 25999. I used my credit card for the transaction and a double transaction happened ( due to mistake of the staff ). Hence a total of 51998 was deducted from my credit card.

                      I complained about the same to the concerned personnel in the same branch. They told I will get a refund within 7 days. It's been 24 days and I haven't got a refund. There had been no adequate or timely response from the staff involved. I am attaching the transaction details with this complaint

                        !! BUYERS BEWARE!!! Do not buy anything from Croma, unless you are 100% sure you are going to keep the product even If the item has defects (both cosmetic/functional). If you raise a request to return or replace, they would send a technician. And if and only if the technician approves, your return/replacement would get processed. I shop at amazon/flipkart a lot and I expected Croma would be like them if not better. Boy was I wrong! Croma will reject your returns/replacement request if your item has cosmetic defects or has functional defects the visiting technician does not approve. Now I am stuck with an item that clearly has a functional defect. I wanted to leave a review on their website to warn others. But it did not allow me throwing a ridiculous error message " you can only review products purchased from your account" even though I had purchased the item from my account.

                          I recently bought a microwave oven + onsitego extended warranty. I found one of the buttons +10 seconds was hard to press. I initiated a request to replace the product. But the request was changed to "repair" and they assigned a technician to resolve the issue. According to their T&C only if the technician approves they would replace the product. Even though one of the buttons was hard to press, he tried to convince me otherwise. I am disappointed and I initiated a return request. I explained clearly how one of the buttons was hard to operated. Within a minute the request was closed citing "Change of Mind" is not allowed as per their T&C. Does it look like I had a change of mind when I even bought the extended warranty? I am really disappointed with Croma!

                            The complaint against the Company Croma regarding the Washing machine which I've purchased from the Croma Showroom in AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad in the year 2020 and warranty period exists upto June, 2023.

                            The washing machine is not working properly and it's getting repaired for every 6 months frequently (1st May, 2020, 31st May, 2020, 30th December, 2021 and in June, 2022). This issue for the washing machine is related to the sensor or to the mother board. The hardware is very bad. I asked for REPLACEMENT many times, but they are just getting it repaired temporarily. The customer service team of Croma aren't helpful at all.

                            From last few days, I am again having the same issue with the washing machine
                            The mother board again stopped working and then the service technician came on Sunday and told the same reason and even assured that it will be fixed within couple of days time. Today we got a message telling that the service request has been closed.

                            We are mentally disturbed because of this sort of behaviour or scam by the company and we are getting very much stressed to wash clothes all by myself without the washing machine

                            I request you to please take a serious action and please help us in getting REPLACEMENT of washing machine, as I feel there is defect in the existing wachine (as it is getting repaired frequently).

                              I was purchising a dry iron (Bajaj Majesty 1000 Watt Dry Iron) on 8th Sep'22 from Croma website (www.croma.com). I got a messge that my order could not be completed (ordre ID:[protected] however the payment go deducted from my credit card as well as Croma gift card. When I reached out to them, they mentioned that they will share an update by 12th Sep'22. Since yesterday, I have been trying to reach them but there is no response. While they are not processing the order or giving update, they have consumed the Croma Card balance so I am not able to use it. I have asked them for either options - To cancel the order and release my card balance, or process my order. It is very frustrating to see companies taking consumers for a ride, when we have such strong forums. My Service Request ID for Croma is C[protected].

                                Bought an Ipad on 20 June with two offer available on website. Cashback of 3000 and no cost EMI on HDFC credit card. its been 4 months (over 120 days) i havent receive cashback and the EMI is charged at 15% interest .

                                so the Ipad which as per offer i should get at 24500 INR is costing me 29000 INR.

                                Opened service request with Croma "SR[protected]" . where they clearly mentioned i have selected no cost emi but transaction happen on standard emi which should be issue between croma and HDFC as customer selected no cost option along with cashback while purchasing.

                                The email is in regards to your complaint "SR[protected]"raised for EMI Conversion issue. We wanted to inform you that you have selected NO COST EMI but transaction is completed under standard EMI, Hence your not eligible for NO COST EMI benefit.

                                bank is saying Croma has to advice them for no cost option which your team didnt do it hence i am asking atleast provide me cashback

                                what about the cashback ? so you are not giving me interest free EMI and also no cashback ?

                                my question is simple :

                                1 - where is my cashback of 3000 as per the offer
                                2 - i have selected no cost emi option while making the payment on portal, if the system has not taken it correctly it is your duty to help the customer and convert this into no cost emi.

                                read the line again upto 4000 cashback is applicable on hdfc credit card emi transaction . i did that only no cost 6 month option selected while making the purchase it clearly showed me on payment page following details:

                                [protected]cashback) = 24500 / 6 (emi of 4083 * 6)

                                but instead i being charged 29025 and also no cashback released. so both benefit has been taken away from me
