Laptop is heating severely just after 2 minutes of starting, purchased on 23/08/2022, please return it as the keypad is also heating severely not able to work on this laptop for even 15 minutes. Purchased from Saket Store Croma. They have totally pathetic customer service.

    I have order a Washing Machine from croma on 14-August-2022 as Samsung 9KG Washing Machine along with extended 2 years of Warranty.

    Washing Machine was delivered on 16-August-2022 and representative for Installation comes on 18-August-2022. We open the Box in front of representative and we came to know that there is a damaged product was delivered with dent on back side. So, We place a replacement for the product. The Representative from Croma Said it'll took 15 days to fullfill our requirement. We said Okay. After a week we called for status update from representative from croma and they said that Now product is not available in India. That's why we again went to showroom and manager arranged same product for us. The Product was delivered on 23-August-2022 and again product was damaged from back side with dent. That's why we cancelled the Order and ask for refund. Yes. They are processing now.

    Now considering the SALE till August month till 15th or 16th. Croma has sold the product in discount . But, that product was up to the mark or damaged product. Now, customer went to showroom and asked for replacement of product. But, there is no any discount available after discount period. So, customer has to raise his/her budget to purchase the product. Such strategy has been carried out by Croma?

        I have raised a complaint for my croma 50 inch fire TV(under warranty) and its almost 15 days service guy came and changed mother board but still problem is same and I am calling area service manager(Srinivas-[protected]) from last 5 days he is not even picking the call and customer care people are picking and they're telli g wothin 1 hour I will get a call but no one called me
        Worst ever service provider I have seen I will not at all refer any of my contacts /friends to buy croma products

                I have purchased Vivo Y21 G Smart Phone from Kharghar Croma Store, Hiranandani - in the month of July 2022 after To week o[censored]sage its Finger sensor has stop working, i went to the store about this issue to be resolved, they simply said that nothing can be done we cannot do anything.
                i told them to replace it they said no Products once sold will not be taken back and repair.

                this is what they are selling, they are selling Garbage and charging high Amount

                  I have purchased a Croma Refrigerator ( 310lt) last year 9th September, 2021. It started mal functioning means only deep freezer was working not the whole Refrigerator. It was under warranty period. Lodged complaint on 14th Aug, 22. Inspected on 16th Aug. Service Engineer said one part is needed to fix the problem. Since then we are waiting. On being inquired, we learnt that part is not available in Bangalore, ordered from Mumbai. Because of day to day hassles without freeze, we requested for replacement since it is still under warranty. Instead, Croma people kept us waiting till today. Don’t know when it will be fixed. Very annoying and irritating as well. Please do something or arrange to replace the same asap.

                    I am going to purchase the window ac in croma biswa bangla gate outlet croma store.

                    I am purchase llyod window ac for an amount of rs 20720/- dated - 05/08/2022 order no - soa[protected]

                    at the time of delivery the window ac few items are missing includes water tray, window front net and window one side lock are not working or say lock are not working.So there was three issues at the time of delivery and also installation man also raised the issue for missing time .

                    Till the time complain raised to biplab who sold to us window ac and one gargi madam also .

                    Till the time complain still pending and they are not resolved the issue.

                    Why croma sold product which have issues and items are not adequate.

                    I will raise my complain to consumer forum also soon if not get any feedback in recent days.

                      I ordered a Racold geyser on 7th august 2022, from TATA CROMA GREATER NOIDA store
                      The order id was - SOA[protected].
                      As it was not delivered after so many days, I cancelled the order by calling the customer care number, on 12 august 2022 and asked for the refund

                      TILL NOW 22 AUGUST I HAVE NOT GOT A REFUND FROM TATA CROMA
                      I HAVE SEND THEIR EMPLOYEE MONU KHAN MY BANK ACCOUNT RECEIPT AS PROOF THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY AMOUNT

                        I had purchased a single door refrigerator from croma in July. The door to the freezer box just fell off today. I'd like to get it repaired. I am sure we are still in the warranty period. Kindly get thus repaired asap!!!

                          Hi, i had bought a Haier 7kg front load washing machine from chroma Bangalore jp nagar outlet on January 2022 and it has a warranty period of 5yrs but now, it has not even been a year and even the EMI also has not been completed but my washing machine had stopped working. On my first complain, the croma assigned a technician but he did not resolve the problem so on the same day i raised another complain but even after 3days i didn't receive resolution then on i have been calling and raising complain for continuous 2weeks but immediately after the call i get a message saying the complaint has been resolved. This is my worst experience. The croma is not giving proper service. The washing machine has completed stoped working and I want a replacement and as soon as possible it's been 2weeks since my complain and no response. This is the worst experience.                             During the purchase of product I was told that the product will last 18hrs wireless after charging it. I bought the product on 14th August 2022 but when I used it at my home after fully charging, it only lasted for 3 hrs wirelessly. When I complained about this in croma then I got a call from manager Mr. Vijay, he told me that you took the demo product due to which croma cannot replace it but during the purchase I was not told about it that it was a demo product and it's battery backup will only last for 3 hrs. This is a scam which croma (Infinity) rohini has done with me. I request please look into the issue.

                              I, Jason Nath bought an Ac on behalf of Bertha Baretto

                              Invoice no SOA[protected] with 2 items worth Rs 39717.88

                              The attendant told us with HDFC Credit Card take EMI at 0 % interest and no fees.

                              I have been charged processing fees 240 and also received notification of of interest being applicable.

                              Please rectify the matter.

                                Hi Team,

                                I would like to complain here regarding a sale of HP 14s laptop at Croma center in JP Nagar, Bangalore. I visited the center to buy a new piece laptop but I was manipulated to buy a display piece stating a 15% discount and warranty start from the date of buying but later while billing the staff has changed the discount for the display piece to just 10% and additionally has fooled me by including mobile antivirus of 599 rupees which I didn't ask for. I feel like I have bought a used laptop and there is an error in network firewall and the laptop is throwing an error every time.

                                I would like you to take this seriously and give me a resolution as early as possible.

                                Additionally, the staff promised me the warranty will start from the date of purchase(20Aug2022), however, in my hp support the warranty is starting from 28Feb2022 and is ending at 27Feb2023. They even charged me few thousand rupees for extended warranty which I now feel is even scam. I would like to take this issue VERY VERY SERIOUSLY and get me a conclusion as early as possible.

                                  I have purchased laptop for rs.42880. They have added few addon items of worth rs 1398 for which i complained and they instead of returning the amount they have regenerated the invoice after 5 days adding that rs. 1398 to the laptop amount. And make the total rs.42880. Moveover they have voilted so many privacy rules. Whichis not at all correct. I have both the invoice . I request you to please resolve the issue or ui have to face towared the consumer court.

                                    Worst service from croma. I ordered tv from croma kalyan nagar bangalore. They assured of installing same day but they dint do it and they are least bothered to respond the customer. Very bad experience. Atleast while buying the product they should say exactly the condition. We can decide accordingly.

                                      Croma not ready to return there product I have ordered one hp Chromebook laptop by mistake and now I want to return it since I placed the order by mistake and moreover windows not supporting. The customer service people are how can you change your mind this that but if I am not satisfied with the product then I am free and it is legit to return, since the amount is high that is why they are not placing the return pickup .
                                      And while ordering the product nowhere written that the product is non refundable kind of thing

                                        I bought 4 items from Croma on 11th Aug, items were delivered on 12th Aug. I developed fever during the weekend and was detected covid positive on 15th. Croma kept on raising installation requests to individual OEMs without checking for installation date with me despite reaching out to them on multiple forums. As a result, even when I had severe respiratory issues during covid, I had to individually speak with multiple people to postpone the installation. This harassment continues till today.
