I have order a Washing Machine from croma on 14-August-2022 as Samsung 9KG Washing Machine along with extended 2 years of Warranty.
Washing Machine was delivered on 16-August-2022 and representative for Installation comes on 18-August-2022. We open the Box in front of representative and we came to know that there is a damaged product was delivered with dent on back side. So, We place a replacement for the product. The Representative from Croma Said it'll took 15 days to fullfill our requirement. We said Okay. After a week we called for status update from representative from croma and they said that Now product is not available in India. That's why we again went to showroom and manager arranged same product for us. The Product was delivered on 23-August-2022 and again product was damaged from back side with dent. That's why we cancelled the Order and ask for refund. Yes. They are processing now.
Now considering the SALE till August month till 15th or 16th. Croma has sold the product in discount . But, that product was up to the mark or damaged product. Now, customer went to showroom and asked for replacement of product. But, there is no any discount available after discount period. So, customer has to raise his/her budget to purchase the product. Such strategy has been carried out by Croma?
