Mismatch in serial number

I've recently purchased a TV from Croma online and just within 3 months it turns out the worse.

I've raise for MI support amd after comming here they say that the serial number is not exactly matching with invoice. (TV has a different serial number and the invoice they provided have a different serial due to which the MI support says they can't repair the TV.

It's been 2 weeks we are continuously following...

False claims about refund

My registered number is [protected] and they had sent me a defective stove. I sent it back and asked for a replacement and they said out of stock, so refund will be given on 5 days.

They only refunded Rs.169 and 16k worth of vouchers habe not been refunded or revalidated. When I raised the complaint they keep closing it without refunding.

This is fraud. C[protected] and SR[protected] are some of the complaints....

Poor and pathetic service management

I purchased a 4 plate gas burner stove and a washing machine from croma bharuch, some people did warn me and told me not to buy from there the products are cheap and service is very poor. I however went and purchased.

But after few months both products started giving problems. From last 2 months im emailing the grievance team and calling croma bharuch but untill now no resolution the manager thinks he is Ratan tata him self....

Samsung laptop

Not ready to refund my payment

Fake updates from Bluedart delivery boy

Hi Team,

I had ordered phone from Croma website, it was shipped via Bluedart.

Bluedart delivery boy marked it as 'Customer not ready with Exchange'. He is lying about this, he never called me or reached out to my home.

What kind of service is this??????
I have paid via credit card, i will have to pay the bill and this delivery boy from his making such claims......

Site not opening

Navratri sale was supposed to start at 4:45pm today. Was waiting to buy iPhone 13 but the site didn’t open. It’s been 6.5 hour’s trying to purchase but the site isn’t opening....

Not able to place any orders from my account

I am not able to place any orders on croma.com from past one week. After adding the product into the cart and clicking on checkout I get the pop of written as "Something's Wrong.
We have detected something out of the ordinary. Sorry, we are unable to service the order"

When I contacted the same with customer support then they said to clear cookies and data and then retry but still I am facing the same issue....

Non Refund of Gift Voucher - 3k

Croma has a cancellation policy of 7 days that they take to process the refund. The transaction was cancelled on 12th Sep 2022, so ideally it should have been processed by now but still it has not been processed. Inv Split AC 2- Water leakage due to frozen ice in cooling fins

Recently purchased 2 pieces of Croma Split INV AC 2T often forms frozen ice on the indoor cooling fins and causes water leakage. 2 pieces purchased and 1 of the 2 only has the issue while other works fine. Looks like a manufacturing defect but the service center tells dust in the store is the problem. if there are 7 more ACs including the another one from Croma does not have ice formation issue.
