I recently was looking for work from home on google from where I got the contact no. +63 [protected] Her name is Thalia she said to pay me 150rs and that is the amount of merchant then it seems the merchant will return me the money as 220rs as my commission I asked them is it a scam or something she said that this is based in abroad and it is Croma the legit company that is giving this opportunity so please reply fast because they are using your and taking money from people who are looking for opportunity

    Full Discription:
    I Purchased a top loaded Samsung Washing machine from Croma Indore (Vijay nagar) model - WA70BG4545BD on Nov 10, 2022. with (3+12)yr warranty option.

    When I received the product on Nov 11, 2022, it is displaying as (3+10) yrs of warranty also the same is displayed in warranty card.
    And in the Samsung and Croma website same model showing 3+12 years warranty.
    As a consumer I don't have any proof that this machine is 3+12 years of warranty.

    I informed the delivery man and he said to connect to showroom, I connected to showroom the salesperson Ravi, he directed me to Abhishek Srivastav, he confirmed to get to me a email proof by Nov 14th, 2022.

    On Nov 14, 2022, Abhishek changed statement that he will share me the email proof in 2 working days.
    On Nov 16, 2022, I was connected to Yogesh, and he told (anticipating that machine might be already used that we cannot do anything).

    After a long discussion with Abhishek, Yogesh, Service team we came to conclusion that Yogesh from Croma will drop a email and i will start using the product and if in 2 working days Abhishek didn't get email they will replace product with correct one. PFA email communications.

    I waited for 2 working days but Abhishek forwarded the call and dropped email asking for some more time. I responded to replace with other one to Croma. They started the procedure but i got information on Monday Nov 21, 2022 that they received same product from warehouse and will not deliver to us and wait for email.

    Till now I didn't received confirmation email stating the product that i hold have 3+12 yrs nor the machine has been replaced.

    Now both Abhishek and Yogesh are not reverting my calls or message.

    Request, could you please help me with this either getting a email confirmation from Samsung product team or replace with the product i purchased.

    No Action is taken, I received a message that your machine has been replaced but it wasn't, Tata Croma has done IPC 420 act to consumer.

    Its been almost a 1 month and same issue till now
    Issue not fixed yet, Don't consider it as done. I am still awaiting fix its been complete 1 month and no solution has been provided.

      I purchased top loaded washing machine of Samsung model number: WA70BG4545BD (3years + 12 years) warranty on Nov 10th 2022
      When I received that was [3yrs +10yrs] warranty and i don't have any written proof of 12yrs warranty while its is listed 12yrs on motor on Samsung website and croma website.

      Since then I had a call with Indore Croma manager, Samsung MP manager and they send email with confirmation that if they don't provide
      email from samsung product team for it, they will replace it.

      Now its been 19 days, and no solution came.
      Request help, I have a email that was send to me from registered croma team cc to samsung sales team.

        The main fuse wire is breaking. I have change the thickness off the fuse wire but its breaking again and again.

          Hello All,

          Don't ever buy croma tv. Very very poor quality tv and gave trouble from day one.

          I have raised a refund request as it is not working. But the back end closing all 4 refund request without any updates. As per policy they should refund the amount if any problem within 7 days. I called 20 plus time in a week. They care customer like rode side begger and zero support. Say wait for 24 to 48 and your issue had been escalated. But reality nothing will happen. Now I am going to break this tv and show this to media guys if refund not happen in next one week.

          See compliant numbers.

          In reality they even resolved any compliant. They simply close it after you raise.

          Next set of action be level compliant against this harrassment guys.

          My issue is finally resolved. Store customer support person assisted my initiate cash voucher and bought another brand tv in croma itself. Thanks to that store person bharat in Phenoix mall velachery.

            Hey don't know if this is genuine but there this croma website https://croma-share.com/#/member where it says you can get 10 to 20 % commission on products . It says first you need to purchase the product and including the product charges you'll get your commission and if its a scam its using Croma as its company

              On 19th Nov, purchased the Croma TV & Croma Gyeser. On 20th TV was installed. awaiting for croma gyeser installation ( during purchase it was confirmed to us the free installation if we stay within ahmedabad city limits and within 24 to 48 hrs. now 100 hrs have passed but there is no one who is ready to listen to us.

              delay service is also poor service.croma thinks that they will delay then customer will get installed by themselves and they will save this money. but mind it i will return this both products in with in 24 hr hrs not installed.

                  We buy products from a good brand for better services and quick resolution but not for harrassment. But my senior citizen parents are tortured by croma team . It was an online purchase from Croma on Nov 6, 2022. The product was delivered and installed on Nov 8. But the product vegetable tray was broken. We requested for the replacement of the tray or product but nothing is done till now. My parents are on insulin and they can't survive without refrigerator. After 30 phone calls and numerous e-mails no proper response is received by the Croma team.

                    We have purchased one samsung mobile from croma last month but mobile battery issue and hang issue.

                    then we had submitted this cell phone to Kharghar croma after 14 days.

                    Croma team sent this mobile samsung gallery for checking.

                    After 2 days we had again going to Kharghar store for my mobile.

                    That time croma person tell me, your mobile we have sent to samsung gallery for checking but as per sumsung person there is some software issue and they update the software. So there is no battery issue to keep your phone I am not replace this phone.

                    But my question to your Staff how sumsung person used my phone without PIN????

                    Yesterday again I visited to croma Kharghar store for my mobile phone but again croma person give same reason.

                    So i dicied we are not give this phone from your store and we will pay all EMI

                    Yesterday I purchased again new phone to your Kharghar store.

                    This is TATA company and your team not understand who is TATA and what is TATA...

                      This is regarding my online purchase of Voltas refrigerator for my senior citizen parents on Nov 6, 2022. The product delivered was damaged (vegetable tray was broken). We were told that you will receive a new product in couple of days but we are still waiting for the same. We requested the team that both my parents are diabetic and they are on insulin. So, please replace it urgently...till that time they can keep the insulin and other medicines in the refrigerator.
                      After couple of days we were told that you need to surrender the refrigerator first and after 5 working days you will get a new product. Again I had to explain everything so many times... Then they agreed. Not only that I told them to replace the damaged part instead of replacing it.
                      I called up 30 times atleast and written numerous emails but I am unable to get any proper reply.

                          I have Croma Washing Machine Top Load 7kg CRAW1401 under extended warranty. It is not working from past 2 weeks. Called customer care 7 to 8 times. After 2 weeks they are saying 2 previous complaints are cancelled.
                          They are saying that today new request will be created with details.
                          Service is pathetic. They don't have any reason for cancellation.

                                  Customer Harassment after not providing service

                                  Purchased online from Croma website a Croma TV (24 inch) on November 8. It was delivered on November 9th morning. At the time of online purchase, I had requested for installation and demo.

                                  After delivery, I requested for installation and demo multiple times, but I was told I need to wait for 24 to 48 hours for installation.

                                  About 3 days later, I got a call from Croma saying I need to pay for the installation...

                                  iam purchased a TV(Rs.26490) on web app of TATA NEU CROMA on 30.09.2022 it was delivered on 04.10.2022 they says including installation charges, but still installation not done, more than 10 times i called custmer care they are says every time give me 24Hrs, but no response. last ten days back i requested take back the item and rerun my money still that one also not done. please do needful action.

                                    LG 7 kg 5 Star Inverter Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine (FHV1207ZWP, In-built Heater, Platinum Silver) was ordered on 25th OCt 2022. Product was delivered on 28th Oct 2022.

                                    The LG installation guy visited on 29th Oct 2022 and found a dent in the body, also the front panel was coming out from the fitment. We placed the return request immediately on the CROMA portal.

                                    Two weeks have been passed but still the product has not been picked up yet, could imagine when the replacement will be done.

                                    High disappointment with the Team CROMA, have bought the appliance for my old age uncle and aunt to support in household but CROMA team does not take this seriously and taking this request very casually.

                                      Product has been delivered 5 days late than committed date. After the 48 hours of product delivery, still no one is ready to come and install the product. Even after raising complaints, still no action has been taken. Such a worst service by Croma company. They don't deserve to be in Online market if they cant meet the committed dates. Such a pathetic customer service.
