    I have purchased a mobile phone from croma online Vivo v21 5g 8gb 256gb via my credit card. The product has been returned due to some issue in mobile. Now croma is not providing refund nor the product. Order I'd is[protected]. Very bad service from croma. Nobody knows where the mobile is or the money ???

      I purchased a ssd from Croma store and I paid online amount and I have to pick product then the Croma executive tell me to cancel it purchase new now I we forgot to mention gst in that bill and after generating bill I told executive to revise it with updated GST number but he refuse to do it. Please help me to revise it

        I have purchased apple iPad 9th generation 64 gb from croma within 7 days theres a single hairline crack on screen if it would have fallen down there would be a web on screen all edges would have damaged all edges is undamaged and screen is also in working condition I have purchased it for for 23000 they send me repair coatation of 24000 approx. Apple service center has replaced many such cases but croma executive is not ready for replacement and he blames us i want replacement of that product.

          I visited the store after one hour of placing the order for a play station5 digital edition. The executive collected my photo id and said he will bring the order. Then the manager came saying that there is no stock and that he sold the same item to another customer after my order. The order is neither cancelled and they are not even giving the product on visit to store.
          I said if the item is out of stock it should be automatically cancelled from croma but the manager insisted me to manually cancel the order, but I didn't, order is still placed and he is not giving it to me.

              I recently bought an iPhone 14 Pro 256 GB, Black, from croma retail online in my company name located in Rajasthan. I gave them my gst number for billing, in the space mentioned on the website before the payment page. Despite giving the GST number and company name, they have issued an invoice in my personal name. I had requested an appropriate bill from the company before buying the product worth One Lac Thirty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred rupees. My ca also told that this bill cannot be accepted. I emailed croma again and raised several complaints. They keep telling me that nothing can be done and close the complaint with resolution. Instead they blamed the government for making such complicated system. I immediately emailed them after seeing the invoice and i am still following with those who give deaf year and are totally irresponsible for their duties towards customers. Their purpose is to do billing by hook or by crook. They only get you into a circle of calling customer care, mails and no resolution.

              This is a very serious issue to be addressed. Such retailers should not be allowed to continue in market who take liberty to cheat their customers at the cost of their negligence. I have attached the bill for reference. It was really a very bad experience with croma and i would never hesitate to put my words to my nearest consumer court and social media if my problems are not addressed with the utmost interest.

              If rebilling cannot be done then i would demand a return and refund of the product as i am unnecessarily suffering loss on this product.

              Hope you understand the seriousness of the problem addressed hereby.

                I visited your store on the 3rd of Nov at vivira mall in navallur chennai, i chose an Iron box manufactured by Philips. The store assistant manager Mr Praveen refused to sell the said iron box because I did not provide a mobile number . Is it croma policy not to sell products if the customer does not provide mobile numbers ( due to person reasons) ? . If so why was it not mentioned at the point of entry. Is it a mandate by the government? Expecting a reply for the same

                      But still there is no update on the same, and now the customer care person is saying We take 8 to 10 days to resolve the request, if so, then why do you sell such pathetic plans to consumer just to get extra penny our of our pocket???

                      This is not expected from TATA GROUP atleast!!!

                      Hope atleast my email get addressed on time... if consumer is raising request, its requires immediate attention, else dont sell such plans ...

                            Bought AC in croma sells personal changed my mind to buy LG ac advised it has all update technology, however we used AC just month slowly issue are raising up sells person advised us to go for LG support they have advised us gass less they re fill it also after month AC blowing hot air again we have raised complaint they said need file gass leakage need file the air, also water started to leek from AC unit . Not happy with lg service hence advise dealer Croma to pitch they said will help, but we have raised the complaint multiple time they are stating only repair and with replacement ac was not working for 8 months it in our home.

                              As per Croma site and my order list, the AC delivered is of 2022 model. But the item delivered is 2021 model and the engineer also confirmed that. As per 2022 rating guidelines, all older model will be having one reduced star rating. That means you have sold 4 star AC in the price of 5 star AC. I requested to
                              Croma give me an proper explanation for such fraud practices first to customer care and then to grievance.[protected]@croma.com. I had simply asked for refund of the difference amount of 4star and 5star ac instead of resolving my issue, theychanged the product page to prove me wrong.they are simply denying my claim
                              This is not acceptable from a reputed brand like you.

                              Hello Sukanta, ​as a part of the "Energy Labelling Plan" of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency effective 1st July 2022, the star rating of this Air Conditioner will be one star lesser than its original rating assigned which was mentioned on the website. We are unable to replace or refund the product because it has already been installed, in accordance with brand policy. In this situation, we kindly request your understanding.

                              The same was not mentioned in the portal and the model was mentioned as 2022 model for which I have already added a screenshot. Don't fool the customers. Only after my complaint you have modified the product page and added those wordings. Also the 2022 model wording has been removed which is clearly visible in screenshot attached by me. Stop fooling the customers. I need the difference amount of 4 star and 5 starAC as per company price chart to get this issue mark as closed. Simple thing, you can't do fraud to the customers saying that the product is already delivered. Delivering correct product was your responsibility not mine.

                                WHIRLPOOL HM SEMI ACE 8KG TURBODRY MACHINE I WAS PURCHASE But No Service In 4Months am sorry to inform you that the Washing Machinewhich I bought from croma Kandivali Near Hindustan Naka; against Credit Card Pay dated 22nd June- 2022 with ten year guarantee stopped working well after 4 Months. Now the machinemakes an unbearable noise and the motor tears delicate fabrics.

                                All these are causing great inconvenience and I feel cheated. I, therefore, request you to remove the fault if it is minor or replace it for a new one as per the conditions of guarantee certificate. Your quick action will be highly appreciated.

                                    Hello, I ordered Lenovo IdeaPad 1 AMD Ryzen 3 (15.6 inch, 8GB, 512GB, Windows 11 Home, AMD Radeon, Full HD TN LCD Display, Cloud Grey, 82R10049IN) on 26th October, 22 online and it was showing available at Ansal Plaza Greater Noida which was hardly 30 minutes away from my residential address. While checking my order now I am able to see that my order is cancelled by Croma due to ''OUT OF RANGE''. Seriously??? Do you think that half an hour area is out of range and you cannot be delivered? If it is so then I think they should stop delivery services and stop fooling us. I was ordering this for my brother's exam and due to them, we have to bear a lot. The weirdest part is offer is also no longer available. None of your delivery agents contacted us nor did their store manager contact us to ask if we can pick up this item from their store. I would request you to kindly rearrange this product for me at the same rate i.e 33490 which was offered initially or else I would love to sue them for the pathetic services that you provide.

                                      Besides regular follow up not getting positive response Mail Below

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      A service request was registered Y’day No. C[protected] and now I am getting Msg. that the request is resolved but no installation is done.

                                      What’s your system I am unable to understand and after so many reminders to your no revert from you is received till date, pathetic service by Croma and your customer support...
