Don't ever buy croma tv. Very very poor quality tv and gave trouble from day one.
I have raised a refund request as it is not working. But the back end closing all 4 refund request without any updates. As per policy they should refund the amount if any problem within 7 days. I called 20 plus time in a week. They care customer like rode side begger and zero support. Say wait for 24 to 48 and your issue had been escalated. But reality nothing will happen. Now I am going to break this tv and show this to media guys if refund not happen in next one week.

In reality they even resolved any compliant. They simply close it after you raise.
Next set of action be level compliant against this harrassment guys.

Complaint marked as Resolved My issue is finally resolved. Store customer support person assisted my initiate cash voucher and bought another brand tv in croma itself. Thanks to that store person bharat in Phenoix mall velachery.
