I went to purchase a mobile phone from Croma Electronic City via exchanging my old phone, I requested them to provide a phone with better configuration on RAM and camera than my old phone. Unfortunately, based on their recommendation I purchased a phone which had very bad quality camera compared to my older one. My sons Tution teacher started complaining about it for a week and since I thought we have exchange/return policy for 7 days went to return it and the store didn’t take return/exchange of phone instead mentioned that my 6 day phone is valued at 9000 rupees now and I purchased it for 16499. I explained the situation to them and told them I am going to purchase a new phone in the store if they accept the return and they simply ignored it.

    I had purchased this product on 14 May 2022 and having 1 year warranty. But now this product left side speaker have low sound which can't be listening.

        I had called them on 26 bt they told me by 24 hours r technician will come bt he didn't come. Today again I raised the complaint the same thing they said in 24 hours technician will call u. Is this the service u give.

          On 15th of August I went to croma store in vadodara to buy a washing machine.
          There I tried to purchase a voltas Beko washing machine, but everytime I tried to do the transaction the machine declined my card.
          After which I did a transaction of re.1 from that pos machine and it worked proving that my card is working as expected unlike what was being mentioned by from staff.
          After that I called pinelabs customer care and made them speak to the from staff, he explained that it's a problem with the croma store POS machine configuration.
          I then went r home q booked a voltas Beko washing machine on croma online store.
          On 16th August the machine arrived but had a dent, I asked the delivery agent to take it back but he refused to do so making me keep the machine with me.
          I immediately lodged a complaint at croma customer care on the same day.
          After that despite calling and explaining them about the incident everyday they were not able to help, I then went to the same from store in hope of help, but got turned down when the store manager said since it's an online purchase, we can't help you.
          On 21st August courier person was finally arranged and the machine was shipped back to croma warehouse.
          On 22nd August the machine reached the warehouse for whose confirmation I received an email and and confirmation about the same from croma and the delivery partner so I tried connecting with customer care to understand when will I get a replacement to which they said that they have not received it yet.
          Everyday I had to call and explain them about the issue with no hope of getting a proper answer.
          The only thing they say is alw us sometime.
          On 25th they finally called and said that they have received the machine which was actually delivered bro them on 21st.
          After that I have not received any information about a date when my machine will be delivered.
          I am everyday requesting them to escalate the matter, once I work in mumbai and have taken a leave since 16th August so that when the machine arrived I can get it set before leaving to work.
          My company is not allowing me to extend my leave now which has already been extended by two week's.
          On top of everything my mom is a bed patient and has been strictly prescribed m to do any heavy work.
          After I leave she would be forced to wash clothes affecting her health.
          This is the worst experience I am having with buy a product online from croma with no definite answer from them.
          I see no hope now when I'll receive a replacement from their end.

                Hi,

                I am Shashank. I bought a product from croma online and then cancelled it because I was getting a better deal somewhere else. Even after cancellation the delivery was attempted and i was not at home so someone else from my family picked it. I complained and they said sir once the delivery status is updated from our backend team then we will raise pickup request. After so many calls it took them 10 days to update that the product was delivered. Then when I called them they said sir, you have to raise another request and we will resolve your query in 24 to 48 working hours and then we will process the refund. But they have not done it. Last time they put me on hold for 15 minutes and didn't return to me. It's been more than 20 days and i have not opened the packaging of product. They have not scheduled the pickup and refund request. Please help me return this cancelled order and help me get refund. Thanks a lot

                  I accidentally ordered 3 Samsung oddesey G5 monitors but I wanted only 1 because their website is really trash on the laptop and it doesn't even show properly when I try to refuse delivery with the person that person says we have to cancel on the website and when I try to call the customer care service guy he says they can take it and refund it because of policy so i want it resolved because the product is in original condition and i dont want to lose money simply

                    I have purchased new laptop dell Inspiron 3511 nearly 12-13 days ago but that laptop starts over heating after 2-3 days of purchase and slowly slowly there was problem in hardware, software, battery backup, connection with external devices, data transfer, so i want to replace that piece

                      Hi Team, My name is shiva bharti Mob- [protected]/[protected]. I had bought a Croma window AC 1.5Ton from Croma Store Faridabad Crown -A012 on[protected] Model Number CRLAWA0183T9402 Amount of Rs. 27999. it's so around 3 months old and has a warranty period of 1 yrs but now Air Conditioner had stopped working. On my first complain, Croma has not taken any action, so on the same day I raised another complain, after 1 day technician came for visit and he updated, , , , , , Gas Leaking issue hai sir, Itna Jaldi Gas Nahi niklta sir, product defect hai, , , I had used Godrej window 1.5ton AC for last 9yrs but I have not seen this kind of issue that, within 3 months AC got failure. As per my local electrician guys he said This is a Dummy one which I bought and Croma guys did a fraud with me. This is my very worst experience in croma, even I have bought so many things from Croma like Laptop, washing machine, 32'' LED TV, Philips Speaker but not faced any issue in these products. Kindly replace the Item on urgent basis. The Window AC has completed stopped working and I want a replacement on urgent base. Order no: SOA[protected]. Bill attached

                      Team this is not the concern about repair and all. The concern about product which I received from your store is a dummy one. Damage product they sold to a simple customer. They read the face and does this ghatiya harkaten. Have you ever seen or feel in a new products ever faced any problem or failures. If happens means product is damage.

Dekhta hun aaplog meri problem kab tak solved karoge.But ab mai croma pe kabhi belive nhi karunga

                          I purchase this washing machine from amazon on 27.04.22 and after sometime the spin drum of machine is create a lot of sound and switch off automatically for this i complaint to croma and they sent mechanic for repairing it and they told it happened due to disbalance and they provide me stand for balance and they fix it and machine not create sound but after 2 or 3 days it happened again and i complaint again engineer visit again and they suggest me that you have to adjust it between cloth washing because it happened and they try to make video that machine working properly so they sent it to company that there is no problem in machine but i refused to him that if you want to sent video then first sent those video which is capture when you visit and found machine is not working properly and on contacting costumer care they take my request for replacement vide request no. BAC210822FS02287 on 21.08.22 and today it cancelled automatically and on contacting customer care they just transfered call to local service center and they told we got video that machine is working properly and when i told them to ask the technician who visit and technician told i threat him and not coprate to repair machine he completely lie because the machine is new and after 6 visit of mechanic the machine is not working properly so i request them to replace it but they told it not possible and we will send technician to repair machine so i request you to please take action and resolve my issue as soon as possible

                            I am a customer of Croma, we recently purchased a Croma 65" television and a 400W soundbar at your Phoenix Mall outlet in Chennai, on 14 August 2022. Order No. SOA[protected].
                            The TV was delivered three days later and a technician came to fix it a day later.
                            The soundbar has not been delivered until now. We tried calling the salesperson (Mr. D. Prabhakaran) who assisted us when we bought it and he kept saying it will be delivered. It has been ten days and Mr. Prabhakaran does not even take our calls now.
                            Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                I have purchased Croma neck band from flipkart on 13 may 2022 and now it is not working . I called flipkart customer care department they gave me Croma’s customer care no. When i called to croma customer care a madam received the call from repair department but didn’t responded well and disconnected the call two times. Very bad service. Please replace my neck band as the product have 1 year warranty.

                                  I am Very much disappointed by the hopeless service on the part of such a reputed company like hitachi.
                                  I bought an Hitachi air conditioner from croma. after installation i observed noise at outdoor unit. complaint raised to check the issue two times. both the times complaint closed after a week without giving any resolution. very worst in service, they did't responds !!!

                                    I have purchased philips trimmer from Croma dehradun. However after using it for first i did not find the product comfortable and went store for exchange.

                                    They not only refused to exchange the product but also behaved unprofessionally and disrespectfully.
                                    Store manager Vishal Singh was attending us and giving us lame reason for not exchanging the trimmer.
                                    Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      My name is Shailesh Shrigod. I have purchased Whirlpool Stainwash Ultra 7.5 kg 5 Star Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine by 14th august 2022 with bajaj finance services.

                                      The Croma staff registered this machine with a different mobile number which is not mine.
                                      So I requested a lot from the store manager, Mr. Navin but he rejected my request and told me the number would not change at any cost. So I wasn't able to get any update about my purchase and the delivery address was also wrongly inserted due to Mr. Brignesh Shah the bajaj finance executive.

                                      On 18th Sept. I got delivery of my product but the installation engineer came on the 21st Sept due to the bajaj finance officer Mr. Brignesh Shah. He didn't update my new delivery address in the Croma portal.

                                      The installation engineer came and he found that the product was defective and damaged. So he raised a replacement query on the Croma portal on 21st Sept.

                                      I am constantly following up with Mr. Brignesh Shah and Mr. Navin(Store Manager) since 21 Sept. Still, they didn't update my new address therefore I am unable to get a replacement for my purchase.

                                      The service of the store is very poor and needs to improve a lot. The manager Mr. Navin is very rude to the customer. He is just passing the work and ignoring being involved in any matter like this.

                                      I am exhausted with all this so I have decided to quit. I don't want any products from Croma.

                                      I requested you to please help me out of this situation and cancel my product with my money back.

                                      I have paid rs. 8000/- as a down payment at the store with extended product service. I want my money back and I don't want this product now.

                                      Kind request you to please do the needful and help me to cancel my purchase.
