I ordered for mini Saregama on 17 th May 2022 which was subsequently cancelled . Payment of Rs. 999/- 0n 17 th May 2022 and again another payment of Rs.999/ was debited from my account . No mini saregama product has been delivered to me.
It is noted that these payments have been credited to Reena Vishal Dobariya as per details given below:
(1) 17 th May 1922: To UPI ID paytm[protected]@paytm ; Transaction ID :[protected]
(2) 19th May 2022 : To UPI ID paytm[protected]@ paytm: Transaction ID

I am very sorry to say that Croma shows that refund made 32 days ago.It is false as I have checked my account and no refund has been made.I reiterate that Rs.999/-first detected on 17/05/2022 and again Rs.999/- on 19/05/2022 and amount credited in the account of Reena Vishal Dobariya.Pl.tell me whether he is your dealer.An give me details of refund which croma claims have been made 32 days ago.
How to escalate the complaint ? What should write in place of protected in the email address. Why don't you give correct e mail address.?
I have never come accross such company.I feel cheated by croma dealer displayed in your web for the product Mini saregama.

    LG TV - Installation Service Not Received

    Hi, I have bought LG TV from Croma store, Rohini Sector 10, Delhi.
    Purchase date :03rd Sept'22
    Delivered Date: 04th Sept'22
    However, installation services has not been completed yet.
    Customer care executive asked me to wait for 48 hour's.
    Request to take back the TV and provide refund for my purchase

        We bought a Croma 1 Ton Inverter 3 Star Copper CRAC7701 (R-32) Split AC (White) 1.IMEI/Serial Num [protected] from Tata cliq online shopping. It was delivered in Mar-2022. From the first day of installation the AC was not cooling properly so we called customer service and the service technician had just cleaned the filter and told the AC is fine. But after some days the AC was just giving normal air, no cooling and nothing, even at night also it was just giving normal air. We were even using Turbo but same normal air. After we raise a complaint through customer care we have to follow up multiple times and technicians had come after 9-10 days. Second time the technicians had to fill the gas as he told there is gas licking problem in the AC, which is just 1-2 months old. They filled the gas and AC was working fine and after few weeks same problem occurred and we complaint again. Last time we raised complaint on 02-AUG-2022 and after so many mails and calls the technician came on around 27-AUG-2022. As per the technician there is an internal problem, because of that gas is leaking and for that AC has to be opened parts need to be changed. After that also I sent couple of mails and asked them to replace the faulty AC but they are not responding to my mails. I have attached all mail conversations.
        Requesting you to please look into this issue and help me to get my money back and we need compensation due the worst service and products as we went through both mental and physical stress.

          This is regarding the Order Id:[protected]Invoice: SLE004EC6946192).
          The bill is reflecting the details for GST which was provided during the ordering process, but Croma team did not pay and update the same on GST portals so I am also unable to claim the same against my GST number.
          I've sent hundreds of e-mails, called a number of times but the team replies without even reading the details, they come back with absolute irrelevant non-sense replies like - we cannot add GST after the purchase is done etc. which is not what I am asking at all. I've tried everything and lost hope with the worst support team I've dealt with in my life.

              Hello,

              I have exact same issue.

              August 12th is my order which failed(for no reason). Refund to credit card took 7 days and remaining amount which is a gift voucher is taking forever.

              I am so tired of calling customer care. No one has any clue why. No one calls back or communicates

              What is the process?

              Look at amazon or flipkart or even small vendors reversal is not a big deal.

              I so regret for selecting a croma. Surprised it's a TATA enterprise. Where is the customer support or trust.

                Hi,

                I made a purchase for 7999rs in Croma online using my ICICI credit card. I later cancelled the order and the merchant confirmed that the refund has been initiated. It has been more than 40 days and I don't see the refund amount credited in my account. I reached out to the bank and they are saying the Merchant has not credited the refund money. Below are the details of the transaction,

                  I got the cold press juicer purchased from croma on 26 August 2022 . The juicer is not working properly there is too much sound and then I have strain every juice again . Not only this the vegetable like carrot and beetroot cannot be juiced out . I complained to Usha company people they came and saw and said that we might have to change the part . I don't want part to be changed i want the juicer to be replaced or to give me the refund so that i can buy a better company than this

                    I booked REDMI 10A (4GB+64GB) CHARCOAL BLACK online the same was delivered on 22.08.2022 which is my birth day. When i come across the phone and use for one day the phone is laging and stuck . and unable to disconnect a call and it was very slow .

                    I informed about this to croma they ask us to return the product

                    On 26.08.2022 i raised to return the product and refund the same. They have accepted and arrange for return. after regular follow ups they picked up the damage mobile along on 30.08.2022

                    Today is 05.09.2022 ( 6.54Pm ) still there is no updates

                    Just now i got a call from CROMA stating that have the product is pickedup . I SHOCKED THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO HANDLE THE CHAIN OF TRANSPORT AND AFTER FIVE DAYS THEY ARE ASKING ME WHEN THE PRODUCT HAS PICKED UP FROM ME

                        Hi Sir / Madam,

                        I bought a Croma pedestal fan in Amazon E Commerce site in June 2021 year, this product is coming with 2 years manufacturer warranty. Its not working from last 2 months and I have been contacting Croma customer care for this product repair since 1 and half months, but there is not resolution given from Croma side. I need a valid solution and reason for the delay from Croma. Whenever I am calling they ask me to wait for 24 Hrs to 48 Hrs and cancel the service request without any information. I had created 5 Service requests in last one month but no help from their end.

                            I have noticed that my refrigerator LIEBHERR REF FF 346L not cooling anymore on 1st Sep 2022. I have raised a complaint to Croma and they said it will take 48 hours to resolve.
                            Still on 5th Sep, I didn't received any call from technician and when I reached Croma customer care, they have registered a complaint afresh again as my product is under extended warranty. When I reached the onsitego, extended warranty handling company, they said they couldn't find any complaint details with my product and they can't even trace the product details with the invoice id.
                            Ideally they should have my product details as on 23rd Aug 2022, the product's official warranty got expired and croma should have shared the product details to them well ahead of that date, but it didn't happened.

                            It reflects croma's inability to handle the situation and lack of promptness and attentiveness at every stage.

                              No Installation/demo till date.

                              I had purchased, Samsung LED TV 32 inch from Croma Online. It was delivered as promised, but then installation has not happened till now. Have been following up with customer care several times - every time for any queries they just know only answer "We are sorry we have escalated please wait for 24 to 48 hours" I do not see this issue getting resolved.

                              This has been very unpleasant experience with CROMA. I might never go back to CROMA with this experience. They are not liable once they deliver the product. They seem to be very unprofessional and never expected from these people.

                                Recently i visited a outlet whete i found a dj box and everything was finalized and coming to tje billing section...
                                1. the ladies at the billing section are arrogent...showing irrespect to the customer ...behaving as if the vustomer is the slave for them.
                                2...the employees are not trained and tgey dont know the depth of the product..customer needs that information only rather than the basic information...basic information is available at box i hope
                                3. Your employees are useless talktive...they dont use their smartness to sell the good they use there smartness to confuse the customer.
                                4.. I have a great respect on you TATA SIR as you have done a lot to our country.i cant do anything xcept joining a group of hands by buying any product from croma

                                    I bought new chroma washing machine on 21st of August, After many follow-ups technician turned up for installation on 23rd, (service number C[protected] when i started using washing machine i found out that its drum is not moving at all, i raised a complaint at their call center on 29th August and i m still struggling to get it repaired, the worst part is that their call center ppl disconnect d call without resolving your concern, today i spoke to Riddhi form call center she was so rude and disconnected my call without giving me any solution... i have spent my hard-earned money to go through such nightmare... & i am not able to use washing machine, the worst part no one is taking responsibility too.

                                      Purchased this ac on 8th August 2022. i had applied offer of 10% cashback on icici credit card emi. both before and after purchase i had called to confirm about the offer. also after the product was delivered i was told that the 10% cashback will be credited within 90 days to my original payment method. but then I received an email saying that cashback offer is not applicable on no cost emi. nothing such was mentioned in the terms and conditions of the offer. when I selected the offer also only 2 payment method were available emi and no cost emi. all other payment methods like debit card credit card net banking UPI disappeared. if it was not applicable on no cost emi then why did that payment method not disappear. attaching the offer applied screenshot and in that also it's written 10% cashback on icici credit card emi no cost or standard is not mentioned. they should have mentioned this before. also i have been calling customer care of croma and they are raising service request and saying i will get call from finance department but nobody is calling me. height of irresponsibility from croma. highly disappointed with such bad service from croma. i want my 10% cashback of 2749 asap in my credit card.

                                      Nothing was mentioned when i bought the product. This should have been mentioned earlier why did the customer care agent agreed that the offer has been applied. Take back the ac as i dont want it further
