I have purchased a Croma Refrigerator ( 310lt) last year 9th September, 2021. It started mal functioning means only deep freezer was working not the whole Refrigerator. It was under warranty period. Lodged complaint on 14th Aug, 22. Inspected on 16th Aug. Service Engineer said one part is needed to fix the problem. Since then we are waiting. On being inquired, we learnt that part is not available in Bangalore, ordered from Mumbai. Because of day to day hassles without freeze, we requested for replacement since it is still under warranty. Instead, Croma people kept us waiting till today. Don’t know when it will be fixed. Very annoying and irritating as well. Please do something or arrange to replace the same asap.
