Hi Team,

I would like to complain here regarding a sale of HP 14s laptop at Croma center in JP Nagar, Bangalore. I visited the center to buy a new piece laptop but I was manipulated to buy a display piece stating a 15% discount and warranty start from the date of buying but later while billing the staff has changed the discount for the display piece to just 10% and additionally has fooled me by including mobile antivirus of 599 rupees which I didn't ask for. I feel like I have bought a used laptop and there is an error in network firewall and the laptop is throwing an error every time.

I would like you to take this seriously and give me a resolution as early as possible.

Additionally, the staff promised me the warranty will start from the date of purchase(20Aug2022), however, in my hp support the warranty is starting from 28Feb2022 and is ending at 27Feb2023. They even charged me few thousand rupees for extended warranty which I now feel is even scam. I would like to take this issue VERY VERY SERIOUSLY and get me a conclusion as early as possible.

    I have purchased laptop for rs.42880. They have added few addon items of worth rs 1398 for which i complained and they instead of returning the amount they have regenerated the invoice after 5 days adding that rs. 1398 to the laptop amount. And make the total rs.42880. Moveover they have voilted so many privacy rules. Whichis not at all correct. I have both the invoice . I request you to please resolve the issue or ui have to face towared the consumer court.

      Worst service from croma. I ordered tv from croma kalyan nagar bangalore. They assured of installing same day but they dint do it and they are least bothered to respond the customer. Very bad experience. Atleast while buying the product they should say exactly the condition. We can decide accordingly.

        Hi team
        Croma not ready to return there product I have ordered one hp Chromebook laptop by mistake and now I want to return it since I placed the order by mistake and moreover windows not supporting. The customer service people are how can you change your mind this that but if I am not satisfied with the product then I am free and it is legit to return, since the amount is high that is why they are not placing the return pickup .
        And while ordering the product nowhere written that the product is non refundable kind of thing

          I bought 4 items from Croma on 11th Aug, items were delivered on 12th Aug. I developed fever during the weekend and was detected covid positive on 15th. Croma kept on raising installation requests to individual OEMs without checking for installation date with me despite reaching out to them on multiple forums. As a result, even when I had severe respiratory issues during covid, I had to individually speak with multiple people to postpone the installation. This harassment continues till today.

              Purchased a MWO from Croma Outlet, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore. The LED light on the MWO does not work from Day 1. Being a Samsung product, called their customer care desk and was informed that the LED light must have gone bad and needs a replacement. A product that did not work from Day 1 now needs to be replaced with another part. Obviously, one does not cough up 10, 000+ rupees to get a part replaced Day 1. Looking back, the product shipped itself seems to be defective and we are requesting a replacement. The customer care number of Croma as mentioned on the bill (the TFN) does not work. An email to Croma customer care and to their grievance officer too seems to be in vain and there has been no response whatsoever. Trying all possible ways to help resolve this issue.
              We are looking for a like-to-like product replacement here. Thank you.
              The tax invoice and respective emails sent to the customer care department at Croma are as attached.

                I dont see why I have to provide a mobile number to purchase anything from the Croma stores. The Manager at the store says that it is not possible to bill for items without providing a mobile number. I think that it is discriminatory, and should be flaged by the concerned authorities.

                      I order a Croma freeze from Croma offline stored, the product code is SOA[protected]. The delivery date has crossed for more than a week . I am getting no response from Croma customer care and they are not even taking my complaint and not giving me a respond. The delivery person is also not picking the call .

                      I have given full payment and with this condition is don't know if CROMA will deliver the product or not .Worst company is CROMA and pathetic delivery services and disgusting customer care.

                          My son had bought MI Band 6 on 9th of June. When the battery is 100% charged it lasts for a day or two. Now I charged it 100 % and put it in my drawer. on second day I checked it would not respond and the batterey was 0%.
                          I have been using MI band 2 for last few years and depending upon the usage it lasts 2-3 weeks. I am surprised by this and seek action in this matter.

                              I purchased a panasonic tv feom ctoma outlet Jamnagar on June 28 th
                              On. Time i specifically told the sales person i ned TV after 1 week. The salesperson got me convinced that we will deliver the tv when you say
                              Also we will give discount if you purchase it now
                              So after much convincing i purchased amd told them tp deliver after 1 week or late as possible as i am moving house
                              But within 2 days the delivery person delivered the TV to my home and the TV was without any cardboard box it was simply wrapped in bubble sheet with cello tape
                              I didn't accept it but they said talk to store
                              When we called the store urgently
                              They said no problem we will extend the warranty and untill then we will not send technician so don't open the tv until we send technician

                              We agreed hasitantly

                              We placed the TV in a safe empty room

                              After 2 weeks when we were ready we told the store to send the technician
                              The technician came and after first look he stated that store did wrong and it should be in cardboard box not in wrapped bubble sheet and tape

                              The technician opened and found damaged TV

                              He gave his verbal statement and recorded it that hes the technician and he opened the TV and the yv was damaged by store during transportations

                              Now after multiple calls to croma store every day amd talking for. Hours on there customer care line

                              They finally made the contact with the store where we purchased it

                              And the store owner rudely denied that its not our fault you came to us late

                              We stated all tha matter that your sales person told us he will deliver the TV late. The store owner or the person on call didn't agree with anything i said when i stated that i have all. Proof i will go legal he said DO WHAT YOU WANT TO I DON'T CARE AND HUNG UP ON ME

                              As a reputed brand it's croma's responsibility

                              I even stated that i need replaced the damaged TV and not refund

                              They stated that it can only be repaired as per. Company policy

                              Now its croma's store fault that they didn't keep there service upto mark and delivering damaged and defective goods to customers

                              I will go legal and take necessary actions

                              My hard earned 40k i will not let it go to vain.

                                I had purchased LED 40" TV by online.At the time of placed order they was giving me cash back offer & No cost EMI but after delivering the product no any cashback received also no cost EMI offer applicable on product i am paying cost on EMI.
                                The customer care support agent not entertaining the issue every day they are giving wrong information.

                                    On the product specification page of Product ID 249476 of my recent Order ID:[protected] its stated under Additional Features -> included software "MS Office Home and Student 2021"

                                    The attached mail from grievance.[protected]@croma.com confirming 2 thing that there was an error on part of croma website and the laptop has "MS Office 2019" specification.

                                    Now the main question arises that I am decieved by the erroneous listing on part of croma as well aggrieved financially as well as mentally due to the strenuous follow up with the customer support to get an update since the last 11 days because of the erroneous listing on part of croma. Till date on record I have not received any resolution except for confirming the facts of the allegation.

                                    Practical Resolution that I expect a responsible company like croma to provide.

                                    Kindly issue me a "MS office 2021 key/installation" as the purchase decision has been made based on specification listed on the website as confirmed by you.
                                    Or else
                                    Kindly institute a refund of a similar financial amount that would necessitate purchase of "MS Office 2021" or compensate for the loss.

                                      I have bought from croma kamrej Mi 5x 55 inch android tv on 9th August 2022. Tv delivery was 2 days late and even after installation is not done by authorities after 6 days. Staff at croma kamrej was rude and miss behave. Manager at croma kamrej told me it is my fault that I buy Mi TV and they are not suggesting to buy company like Mi.
