Hi,
I bought a Samsung Galaxy book2pro 360, I7, 15 inch from Croma Rajouri Garden, Delhi. At the time of purchase, I was informed that Samsung Galaxy Buds pro will be made available to me at a discounted rate of 999 Rs. Due to promotional offers by Samsung and Croma, I purchased the said Laptop on 30 may 2022.

In-spite of repeated request made on phone calls and whatapp messages, to Mr Deepak Kumar and Pradeep Kumar of Croma, Rajouri Garden Delhi, the said sales persons have not provided the Samsung Galaxy Buds pro instead they are only giving excuses, like they have written a mail to Samsung, Samsung is not reverting etc etc ...

The discount price offered on Samsung Galaxy Buds pro is an incentive and promotional offer made by Samsung to make the overall deal lucrative. Not honouring the deal after purchase has been made, tantamount to cheating and harassment of the customer.

Kindly honour your deal by providing me with Samsung Galaxy Buds pro at discounted price as offered at the time of purchase.

      Respected Authorities,
      I venture to state that I purchased an Air Conditioner from your prestige company out of thinking that it will provide better after sales services in comparison to other electronic companies. But I am sorry to say that as a customer I am regretting my decision to buy the product from the Croma. Even after a ton of calls and requests for Product service, we are not getting proper response from the Grievance resolution Department. Our Air Conditioner is not working properly and there are many problems in this functioning and it has created become such a problem in our life as in this summer season we are not able to use it despite, paying for the product. There was no proper response and answer from any one your customer care, it this your company’s behaviour with their customer? Do you really expect that we will ever purchase any of your product from now onwards? Absolutely not and also as a customer personally, I will never ever recommend Croma’s any electronic product due to it’s extremely unsatisfactory and horrible Customer Service. After struggle a person from service center came and checked the device where he found, there was PCB problem. He promised to have it repaired in 2 days, it is the 5th day where I am still waiting for his response. The service which you provide is really pathetic.
      Croma is known for its products and services but in reality I really doubt about the quality of it because as a customer we are literally being harassed and our problems are taken lightly and no steps are taken to solve the problem which we are facing from a long time period.

        I had bought a 3 Hitachi 1.5 ton 3 star Window AC having model no.
        HITACHI INV/AC 1.5T RSQG318HFEOF 3S from croma, sec 22 chandigarh

        purchased on 11 july . The product was delivered on 24th july, installed on 28th july.after installation we came to know out of 3 AC, one ac indore unit not fitted as per position and second outdoor unit was not fitted ( misaligned) properly.
        I am requesting croma Customer Care to resolve the problem on 7th august but my request closed without giving any resolution. I call croma Customer Care 2 to 3 times daily they assure me "Dear Customer your problem will resolve within next 24 hr". Whenever I call them I get same reply.but no one take any initiate to solve the problem. i again request you to please take care of this. otherwise i have to raised further.

              I was holding Croma vouchers worth 10K, which got expired on 6th August 2022. I missed the purchase and hence requested Croma team for some extension. However received an email from Croma team stating apologies that they can’t do anything. 10k is not a small amount to take apologies and move on. I am sure there will be some way to activate these vouchers yet again. Looking forward for help

                            Above TV has problem with remote and I registered complaint on 26th July but intentionally tata service center cancelling complaint without resolving. Again I raised complaint on 30th July which was attended by service person and went away. He told that new remote will be issued to you within 3 days maximum. But till date no response. And all of sudden again service center has cancelled complaint. I literally upsate this is the way customer will be deal by TATA having so reputed brand and trust of customer for reliability. It just 6 months passed to purchase product which having 3 years waranntee and I took enteded waranttee of another 1 year. But, looks like TATA not bother to serve customer. I need my product now to get return and refund my full money as TATA failed to provide customer service within waranttee. Even I called customer care two times but no support and help received by them.

                              I placed an order on 5th August and it is supposed to be delivered on 13th Aug, but it is canceled by Croma(reasons unknown) though I could see the product is still available on the website and also the order status on your website is still showing that it is gonna delivered by 13th Aug.

                              I wanted to purchase from Croma due to pure Indian company, but they don't want to grow. they are just meant for the offline market.

                              Please stop ordering from their website.

                                  On 07 August 2022 I purchased a refrigerator from Croma store situated at Infiniti mall Malad. I have paid amount of Rs 31, 995.97 and I needed a GST bill of the same but the store provided invoice copy of Rs. 35551.08
                                  Despite of several requests they didn’t provide invoice copy amounting to Rs 31, 995.97.
