Hi All,
I have bought a TV- Sony 65 inch (Display Piece) from Baner-Pune Branch CROMA, dated- 9th JULY 2022, which costed me around 89, 000/-(Including extended warranty).
While purchase my Old TV (50inch LED Panasonic) was exchanged for 2000/-
While installation, I got to know that there are multiple scratches and back went was full of dust.
I texted my sales guy (Mr. Vaibhav) with pictures as proof on 19th July & he committed me to provide me with technician. But no hard feelings/complaints for Vaibhav
Then i registered my complaint via CROMA Website (Complaint Number- C[protected], for which i haven't received any call,
Finally i called service number but again got response that, Branch people aren't picking their call.
Finally Today surprisingly received call from a lady (M. 96373556**) stating that she is from Legal Team,
Instead of giving me solution, she said she has called me to file legal notice against me for not paying 2000/- rs in exchange of TV.
She blamed me for not knowing the escalation matrix.
Finally she disrespectfully said she will be sending me legal notice for 2000/-
Being such loyal to brand like croma,
Paying 2000/- would not be an issue for me when i already paid almost 89000/-
I expected solution instead of such threat.
Highly disappointed.
