I purchased a Dell S2422HG monitor on 27th July 2022 (Order ID:[protected] from croma online store. The product was delivered to my house on 29th July 2022 by the bluedart guy . When I came home I saw that the product packaging from one side was fully open and the product had 2 AWB nos (1.Pune- Panvel & 2.BLR-AHD), so I called Croma customer care and told them about this. The executive said "No Problem. You will get the replacement. Our team will contact you." I also provided my alternate contact number that time. (SR ID : SR[protected])
I didn't receive any call from the executive on any of my numbers and on 30th July directly they decided to refund the amount which I came to know when I received sms. I called the customer care and asked for replacement or should i open that package as I don't want a refund, the service executive said " I have raised the request you will get the replacement after the current package is picked up."
I did six follow-ups after that I was told the same thing.
On Sunday, my product was picked up by a delivery partner. On monday I contacted customer care and I was told i will be given a replacement if the product is available or they will refund the amount. I again told them I want a replacement and I don't want a refund.
On Tuesday i.e. today i received a call from Akash/Akshay that the product is not available. We can't provide you with a replacement as the product is not available in any of the chroma warehouses, we will have to refund the amount and the refund will be reflected within 7 days.
Now, i enquired in seawoods croma store about the availability of product, the lady said product is available at 2 locations: 1 piece in Bhiwandi & 1 piece in Pune Warehouses, she also asked me to pay 1000 rs for advance booking of the product.
I contacted croma customer care saying that stock is available in these places so i need replacement only. He also checked the availability and confirmed that the product is available in Bhiwandi and Pune and has put in a request(SR ID :SR[protected]) for replacement. (If needed I can provide you both the call recordings)
This is my 5th product in these 2 months from croma online, I never expected this kind of excuse.
Kindly provide me the replacement of the same or if you arrange it in seawoods or belapur store i will pick it up from there.
Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Sushant87 Hi Sir/Mam, on 2nd August i received call from Mr Akash saying the product is unavailable and we will have to refund the amount. After this i enquired with seawoods chroma store about the product and product was available at bhivandi and pune dc also i was asked to pay Rs.1000 to book the product. I called customer care and asked him to check availability of product he also confirmed that the product is available on those 2 dc's.. i asked him to cancel refund and provide me replacement, he said he has raised service request.
Yesterday i've also got a mail from customer care executive saying that the product was not available that time so we put refund request and now product is available and you can place new order. But the portal still shows product not available at my pincode and the product price changed twice yesterday.
My request is simple. I've purchased the product under your legal and official website under an offer. Now they are refusing to give me the product with "false pretenses of product unavailability". I want to have the product I paid for, as it was delivered in bad condition at no fault of mine. I should not suffer for the mismanagement from the Croma team / Delivery Partner.
Or they can make the product available for me in seawoods or belapur store in same price that i paid earlier for this product.
