I purchased a panasonic tv feom ctoma outlet Jamnagar on June 28 th
On. Time i specifically told the sales person i ned TV after 1 week. The salesperson got me convinced that we will deliver the tv when you say
Also we will give discount if you purchase it now
So after much convincing i purchased amd told them tp deliver after 1 week or late as possible as i am moving house
But within 2 days the delivery person delivered the TV to my home and the TV was without any cardboard box it was simply wrapped in bubble sheet with cello tape
I didn't accept it but they said talk to store
When we called the store urgently
They said no problem we will extend the warranty and untill then we will not send technician so don't open the tv until we send technician

We agreed hasitantly

We placed the TV in a safe empty room

After 2 weeks when we were ready we told the store to send the technician
The technician came and after first look he stated that store did wrong and it should be in cardboard box not in wrapped bubble sheet and tape

The technician opened and found damaged TV

He gave his verbal statement and recorded it that hes the technician and he opened the TV and the yv was damaged by store during transportations

Now after multiple calls to croma store every day amd talking for. Hours on there customer care line

They finally made the contact with the store where we purchased it

And the store owner rudely denied that its not our fault you came to us late

We stated all tha matter that your sales person told us he will deliver the TV late. The store owner or the person on call didn't agree with anything i said when i stated that i have all. Proof i will go legal he said DO WHAT YOU WANT TO I DON'T CARE AND HUNG UP ON ME

As a reputed brand it's croma's responsibility

I even stated that i need replaced the damaged TV and not refund

They stated that it can only be repaired as per. Company policy

Now its croma's store fault that they didn't keep there service upto mark and delivering damaged and defective goods to customers

I will go legal and take necessary actions

My hard earned 40k i will not let it go to vain.

    I had purchased LED 40" TV by online.At the time of placed order they was giving me cash back offer & No cost EMI but after delivering the product no any cashback received also no cost EMI offer applicable on product i am paying cost on EMI.
    The customer care support agent not entertaining the issue every day they are giving wrong information.
    So i am totally unsatisfied about CROMA services.

        On the product specification page of Product ID 249476 of my recent Order ID:[protected] its stated under Additional Features -> included software "MS Office Home and Student 2021"

        The attached mail from grievance.[protected]@croma.com confirming 2 thing that there was an error on part of croma website and the laptop has "MS Office 2019" specification.

        Now the main question arises that I am decieved by the erroneous listing on part of croma as well aggrieved financially as well as mentally due to the strenuous follow up with the customer support to get an update since the last 11 days because of the erroneous listing on part of croma. Till date on record I have not received any resolution except for confirming the facts of the allegation.

        Practical Resolution that I expect a responsible company like croma to provide.

        Kindly issue me a "MS office 2021 key/installation" as the purchase decision has been made based on specification listed on the website as confirmed by you.
        Or else
        Kindly institute a refund of a similar financial amount that would necessitate purchase of "MS Office 2021" or compensate for the loss.

          I have bought from croma kamrej Mi 5x 55 inch android tv on 9th August 2022. Tv delivery was 2 days late and even after installation is not done by authorities after 6 days. Staff at croma kamrej was rude and miss behave. Manager at croma kamrej told me it is my fault that I buy Mi TV and they are not suggesting to buy company like Mi.

            Fraud by tata Croma

            I had purchased Tata Croma smart 32" led tv within 3days I requested for replacement. Request was accept and tv was taken by Croma. From then there is no update from Croma. I have complain to Croma Customer care continuously but no response from them.they only say wait for 24 hours your complain has been raised on priority basis.. but my unfortunate no response from them. I don't what to know. I lost my money I think so... Croma is big fraud...

                  I would like to raise a complaint regarding my newly installed Hisense 65" tv, it was installed on 29th July, 2022. Order#SOA[protected]. The tv was ordered from the Croma in Virar, Maharashtra.

                  I played a movie on Hotstar today, ie, 2nd Aug, 2022 and all of a sudden we saw like a black square patch and all colorful lines on the screen, it resembled a damaged display screen of a computer or laptop. On 5th august, 2022 the tv lights flickered like lights go On and Off and it was so quick that we didn't get a chance to capture it. As of yesterday 15th August, 2022 at the end of a program on Hotstar a straight colorful line appeared at the end of the screen for a few seconds and went away. I rewinded the end of the program and played it again and that line did not appear again, so it was not an issue with the video but the tv is having an issue with the display which is not constant, it happens all of a sudden for a few seconds and then works fine.

                  I had already informed Croma that the Bluedart delivery person had delivered the tv upside down and also the first Hisense service individuals who came to Install the tv had removed the tv from the box and just put it back in the box without installing it.

                  I had told them that the tv being delivered upside down will cause a problem as the screen needs to be handled in the right way. The installation people said that it will not cause an issue. I told them that several articles mention that the tv must always be upright. I do not trust the information given by the installation workers as they do not belong to the Hisense Or Croma company, these are just freelance people who install tv and work with the closest service provider you'll have a tie up with.

                  I am requesting you'll to replace this tv as it was manhandled at the time of delivery and also during installation by the individuals who came to my house. One of them was, Rakesh from Hisense service center in Nalasopara, Maharashtra.

                  The installation people had no judgement of how to mount the tv correctly in the center of the wall and at the right viewable height. Rakesh misbehaved . They had mounted and removed the tv several times and laid it flat on the screen multiple times too trying to figure out the measurements, etc.

                  It is frustrating that the carelessness of your delivery partner (Bluedart) and Hisense service center people has to borne by your customers. It's was barely 5 days that the tv was installed and we had this incident. And several other small incidents post that.
                  I have also filed a complaint with Bluedart about their carelessness and Hisense about this faulty product.

                  This is certainly a defect and I would appreciate a replacement of the same ASAP. I have received a run around and no resolution. It's not even been a month we purchased this tv and it's giving us problem. So kindly have the replacement given ASAP.

                  Croma I have not received any response from your team, you all are intentionally delaying the resolution of my complaint. My issue is just being dragged. I hve received a faulty product and you'll are just delaying replacing my product. It's not even been a month I hve my tv and I am receiving a run around. The product I have now is faulty and needs to be replaced. Croma you need to take accountability and give me a new product ASAP.

                  I have reached out to your team and was promised a call back from a supervisor before 1:30pm today but I still have not received a call. I have explained the issue to you'll over an over again. I have been very clear in all my email and telephonic conversations that the screen has malfunctioned for a few seconds and then worked fine. Your technician has visited my residence and have barely been there for 10-15 minutes. The tv display did not malfunction in their presence, however that does not negate the fact that the issue I reported did not happen.
                  A brand new tv should not malfunction, even for a few seconds just within 4-5 days of installation. I am not a fool to just ask for a new tv when I just purchased one and if it's working fine, can you tell me what am I going to gain out of this?

                  Taking ownership and accountability is what you'll are lacking. How is it humanly possible to record something that just happens for a few seconds and all of a sudden? Do you expect your customer to sit with the camera and video ON the whole day and just wait for the display to glitch?

                  I am not asking for a refund Or a different product, I am asking for a good quality, non faulty product that I have paid for. This tv is faulty and it needs to be replaced. From the time of delivery I have faced issues with this product. Your delivery partner Bluedart first delivered the tv Upside down and now this!!

                  If Croma is incapable of taking accountability and provide the service like they promised at the time of purchase then I will escalate this further. You'll have mentally harassed me by giving me a run around and deliberately making me repeat myself over and over gain. This harassment and poor customer service needs to stop.

                  I deserve a well functioning non faulty product. The brand needs to have this poor quality product replaced.

                      I've purchased a LG 55UQ80 TV on 9th August, 2022 from Croma (Shyamal Store, Ahmedabad, Gujarat).
                      Delivered on 10th August, 2022 - and TV installed on Saturday 13th August, 2022 after 4 days of delivery (it's too late).

                      and WOWWWW - it's a defected piece of LG which i received.
                      we've complaint, and Luckily i received 2nd defected piece of LG on 14th August, 2022 as a replacement of 1st defected LG piece

                      Customer Care person act like they giving us LG piece FREE. and volume/tone of that person is very annoying.
                      He must have to understand the concern of the customer because customer is facing the issues because of them.

                          Hlo sir/maam,
                          On 12 August 2022, I visted Croma store and its distance from my home to store approx 70 km. For buying a laptop HP Victus 16 e when I visited store firstly I saw the prices was changed from the Croma online website and store approx 4 thousand rupees. They told me I will give you a extra benifits they show me a onikuma 5 in 1 set. But when I will decide to purchase that at that time they told me I will not provide this offer. And the offer products aren't available even though they were there only.
                          I didn't like the behaviour of the employee. If the product isn't available then why they show me these offer products and even I have seen that the offer products were available there. I too have the video of the employee denying that the offer products aren't available even though they were there.
                          If they don't want to give the offer products then why they told me to give these offer products. I can also spent my precious time on another store also from where I can get the product but I choose your store for buying. I am really disappointed by this. And further I'll not refer your store to anyone for buying anything.

                            The staff was very rude. They didn't attend at first place . Then we went off to the manager to complaint against the disappointing behaviour of the staff but inturn behaved even more rudely and told us to leave the store. This was a highly upsetting and disappointing incident. It is very shameful on the part of the staff and the manager as well

                              Kindly look into the matter as we purchased a Samsung 275 Ltrs fridge in my wife’s name Deepti Singh from croma store from Janak puri New Delhi on 10th Aug22 and they promised to deliver the fridge on next day I.e. on 11th Aug22 but till date it is not delivered and when checking they are putting us on long hold and not reverting properly.

                              Also the agents while selling are very sweet but after payment they are very rude and start shouting as if we are giving as the stuff for free.

                                Bitter experience with Apple laptop executive at Cromo, Tadepalli. He does not take care of customers. Rude behavior.

                                Even others also not receive the customers politely. I have had three bitter experiences with Croma staff.

                                I stopped moving to go to Croma due to irresponsible and rude behaviours of the staff of Croma, Tadepalli (near old tollgate centre)

                                  Croma 1.5T 3-star Air conditioner

                                  We ordered a 1.5T 3star air conditioner (Croma brand) from Croma Ambattur branch in Chennai on 9 August. I received the air conditioner and was installed on 11th of August. But it stopped working after 2 mins due to a major manufacturing problem, so the technician applied for a replacement and we have been reaching out to the store for this problem, but it has been delayed a lot and now they want us to wait for 2 more days.
