I purchase washing machine from croma 26/06/2022 but totally wrost service from croma and samsung company totally non use washing machine condiiton please help me call me [protected]...

Order Id[protected]. I purchased an phone 13 from croma online portal with Rs 6000 cashback offer through Kotak credit card.
It has been more than 125 days since I made this transaction by still the cash back is pending .

I mailed their customer care id several times and have made at least 6 calls to their customer care number but I keep getting dragged around without any proper response.

I did not...

I ordered iphone and selected no cost emi with instant cashback but in statement of hdfc it was easy emi with chargeable interest....

Refused to allow a woman to use washtoom on a rainy night. This js heartless of a brand like Croma. Very disappointed....

I ordered a mixer grinder from croma website. Money deducted immediately, but their portal was not able to detect that. They said its under progress in a pop up,
Worst part is, the order even didn't show up on the portal, no idea where it went. Raised a complaint but haven't heard back from them.
I either want my product or refund immediately.

I had purchased one laptop from the esteemed company croma on no cost emi and it was agreed that the interest would be refunded after 90 days of purchase. We bought a Samsung Refrigerator from Croma. The modem had only one big veg basket and had the slot for the small basket. But the small basket wasn’t available at Croma.
