To whomsoever is concerned,
I purchased a Lenovo Laptop from Croma last year I'm January of 2021. Within the one year of purchasing the laptop, it stopped working three times.
I had requested for it to be replaced at the Croma store, however, they did not put the request forward and refused it.
Last December, the laptop stopped working again and I came to the croma store to get it fixed, they sent it to the Lenovo service centre and they replaced the entire motherboard. Not even 6-7 months have past, the laptop has stopped working again and much to everyone’s surprise it is out of warranty.
When Croma sent the laptop to the Lenovo service centre, they are asking for 54 thousand rupees to change the motherboard of the laptop. And might I add, the price asked to repair the laptop is more than half of the price I paid during the purchase of the laptop.
This experience has been a complete nightmare for my family and I. I have barely used the laptop and it is kept at a safe place at all times inside its laptop sleeve. There is no possibility of it overheating or being dropped, etc.
Croma has wasted my time and money by giving me a faulty piece and not providing the customer service expected after purchasing a product.
Please consider this as a formal complaint against Croma. If I do not hear from you within 1-3 business days, I will be forced to take this to the consumer's court and resolve it through a legal process.

Thanks for your support. but still there is some noise issue coming in one outdoor unit. the same has been already informed to vendor. still pending to be resolved. email already forward still waiting for the reply. i really appreciate if you can help to resolve the same on priority . already i have taken so many follow up to solve my issue.
