Hi Team,
I had raised the compliant on 21st Oct 2021 and since then I am still waiting for a proper fix or solution from both Sony or Croma for my Sony TV. The Sony Technician had visited my place couple of times stated that there is issue with my Settop box, I even replaced my settop box, then after that again the technician visited and this time he changed the motherboard, but the issue again was unresolved, after a couple of visits he said there is issue with the software itself and then at last came to my place 1 week back and installed the software, but the issue arised again after 2 days.
Is there anyone at Croma who really have the courtesy to look into this issue on priority and help the CUSTOMER like me. I had a huge trust and bonding with Croma and have been buying so many products, but this is the first time I am so damn frustrated with the kind of poor service Croma is providing to the CUSTOMER.
I have even taken extended warranty for my TV from Croma, they said if any issues unresolved, no questions asked, they will replace the TV, ###, they neither replaced the TV, neither they repaired the TV.
I am writing this with all the frustration I have on Croma, because almost every day when I wake up I keep calling the Indiranagar showroom number and ask them for status on my compliant, I get only one response, by evening you will receive a call from Sony Sir and they will resolve it. ###, again nobody calls.
How long should I wait for this issue to get resolved and should I just throw the TV right in front of the Croma outlet, please do let me know.
I just want the problem to get resolved, could someone respond to this message and help me getting my issue resolved, I dont think anyone should be waiting months together to get a issue resolved on their product.
