I wish to complain about cashback which u have not received till now the product that I purchased on 20th september 2021. My registered mobile number is [protected] with account name Purushotam jha.
Croma is such a big brand and I have been a loyal customer for so long and this is very disheartening and horrible experience which I am getting.
I am complaining because first I have raised a service request on 16th December and without resolving my issue service request is closed on 5th January service request number is SR[protected] . To resolve this problem I would like you to receive my cashback offer of 1500 and some goodwill compensation for the issue.
This case was handles by varun kumar (as I was told by advisor) and agent have closed the case without resolving the issue.
Initially I was told that I will get my cashback within 90 days but still I didn't get it. Then i was told that I will get it after my 3 credit card emi but still I didn't get cashback.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted varun kumar (Dwarka Croma Vegas mall) at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem because cashback is initiated however if Croma initiated any transection on my credit card then please share transection number Croma customer support also not sharing any transaction number. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.(with goodwill gesture apart from my 1500 cashback)
I look forward to cashback from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not get cashback from you within 24 hours I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.
