RO Servicing

From last 3 weeks I am calling croma call center more than 5 time for RO Servicing. Every time I am getting assurances that within 48 hours it will get resolved but nothing done till date. Croma service is really pathetic. I dont know how to teach these hackers a good lesson. This is condition of Tata group's
owned company. There is no way to escalate the complaint. No time line for xomplaint resolution. Complaints numbers are mentioned...

It's been more than 2 weeks to purchase this product and it's been more than 1 week when i wrote my 1st email to you. Still, there is no update/resolution regarding this. Seriously you guys are fraudsters. Want you to get back 2 me over a call at the earliest.

Also, i don't want any calls from customer support executives i want the call is to be done by someone...

We were told the chosen model was not available in the store, hence they will get it from another store and home deliver it within 7 to 10 days(maximum). Product shipped is a refurbished one

Hi I have recently purchased a 55inch Sony X80j TV and I find that there is a green backlight appearing. While I am waiting for the TV technician from Sony to come and check I found to my surprise that this TV is actually a refurbished one. The reason why I say this is because i have opened the Netflix account for first time to configure and I find someone else's mail account also being shown up. This definitely means it was shipped...

Delayed Delivery, No tracking available

I have placed an order for iphone 12 pro 256 Silver and a back cover, which was supposed to be delivered today i.e. 16 Oct but i have not received my phone. Customer support has no idea about my package and there is no tracking available on website as well for the delay.

I have just received the back cover but not the iPhone. Horrible customer experience with such a high value product.

This could be my last product...

I had visited Croma today 14th Oct 2021 between 5 pm to 6 pm (Infiniti Mall, Malad West, Mumbai) to purchase a new Mobile phone. The croma representative introduced me to Samsung S20 5g (8GB Ram). He offered me a deal of INR 31, 399/- (Including Ongoing offer and exchange of my old device). When I agreed the deal and proceeded for billing formalities. After waiting 10 days ...they refund my money bt destroy my puja plans n all.

Before 10days i went to my nearest Croma shop n ordered a mirrorless camera...paid the advance money.bt now due to some technical problems on their side they refund my money back...they asked me to wait for some days n assured me bt now they jst refund my money bt I needed that camera for a reason...it makes me very very angry.i will never ever go there....

Service request in warranty

Hi team,

I have brought a Eureka forbes vaccum cleaner from Croma. After three months I got a issue and called up Eureka forbes some one came and said motor is damaged and replaced the motor and gave me back. Now exactly after 6 months the same issue happened and wince brand warranty is over raised a request for extended warranty onsite warranty and they are mentioning that motor os not covered under warranty. Guys everyone...

Received the Product but no one has come to install the same.

Address:Infiniti Retail Ltd, Biwandi, Maharashtra

I have received the Croma Microwave on 21st September 2021. Since then I have made at least 7 calls to arrange a technician to install the product.
There has been no confirmation on the same from the support team of croma.
The product is lying at the resident; I cannot use the same till it is opened by the technician from the company.
Very disappointed with the Croma after sales service.
