Hi my self ravi . I have purchased an lg micro wave from croma bangalore location in 2019 . And now i have re located to hubli to my home town . When i have taken the product dey told if i take 2 years extenal warentee ill get free service but recently i have contact croma and given an service request in hubli location . Dey are telling i have to pay now and dey are not responding .

    What happens if the product (5days of purchase) is misbehavingly damaged or misbehaved with my windows and MS by the croma staff in the store during installation...?

        Recently i purchased a laptop from Croma store kukatpally, they told me if you convert 6 months NO COST EMI you wont get the instant ICICI credit card discount. I said ok I need NO COST EMI but they converted that amount in to normal EMI with 13% Intrest rate. They bluffed me and finally I lost card discount and additional charges for EMI conversion.

          I paid around ₹122k for a laptop on Croma’s website. The payment was deducted and the URL clearly shows my card was charged. I got an email from Croma saying “payment [was] in transit” and that they were awaiting confirmation from their “partner.” I asked them what it means and if they were going to still give me the product or issue a refund. Their standard response over a dozen calls and messages has been “concerned team will get back to you.” It has been more than two days. They have apparently also “escalated” this. So we have escalated silence from them. One of their reps on the IVR told me that had mistakenly changed my name to “Keshav Singh” during my dealings over them. He apologised and then said he would correct the error. Another rep mentioned a number as belonging to me which in fact belongs to a Croma rep. It is a total disaster. In dealing with them, I have realised that they are in the habit of sitting over customers’ money and are not even loath to cancelling the order days after the fact. I am going to investigate further with a view to enabling a class action under the new CPA. This is absolutely the worst experience I have had in over 20 years of online shopping.

          Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Similar thing happened with me. My 40k was deducted but no confirmation. Should i move to consumer court for their this behavior.
          Please contact their Grievance Officer Ramona Fernandes and Nodal Officer Shiv Barai. If that doesn’t work, contact their CEO Mr. Avijit Mitra. You should have little trouble finding his email id. If you are unsuccessful after all of this send them a legal notice.

          Simultaneously please register your grievance through the National Consumer Helpline and the Department of Consumer Affairs will ask the company about it. You can do that through the Umang app.

          If all else fails then approach the District Commission with your complaint.

              Exchange of phone

              I had booked an iphone 13 with Croma and for my old phone (One Plus 5) they told me i will receive 5000 + 3500 as the phone exchange amount was 5000 and above.

              I had confirmed this amount with them on two occasions and they told me they will pay 8500.

              The day i went to buy my phone they told me their vendor was not ready to pay additional 3500 and Croma themselved took the phone for 5000 and didnt pay me 3500.br...

                    We went and placed order of Samsung washing machine on croma Koramangala store on 31st Dec. We were told it will be dilevered within 3-4 days. We have been calling customer care number everyday since 6 days now. Everyday they say it will be dilevered today and it hasn't been dilevered yet.

                      I have purchased 3 e-giftcards of Croma and which was issued on 19/Jan/21 and 20/Jan/21 and now when I am going to redeem that and checking balance, the croma giftcard site cromo.woohoo.in shows that my cards have been expired whereas the cards validity was 1 year from the date of issuance which meant that cards are valid thru 19/Jan/22 and 20/Jan/22.

                      Need immediate support and resolution as I have to use the cards within one week or before 14/jan/2021

                        Hi, I had ordered an iPhone 12 128 gb from croma. I had to gift it to a family member on 9th of Jan, I thought it will be delivered max by 8th as croma promissed, but till today it is not delivered.
                        I have never expected this from croma as I trust TATA products. But this is the first time when their service is not at all good. I will take it to legal forum if required and share the same experience on social media as well.
                        I want to take an action against them and demand a competition for this.

                          Dear Croma,

                          I wish to complain about cashback which u have not received till now the product that I purchased on 20th september 2021. My registered mobile number is [protected] with account name Purushotam jha.

                          Croma is such a big brand and I have been a loyal customer for so long and this is very disheartening and horrible experience which I am getting.

                          I am complaining because first I have raised a service request on 16th December and without resolving my issue service request is closed on 5th January service request number is SR[protected] . To resolve this problem I would like you to receive my cashback offer of 1500 and some goodwill compensation for the issue.
                          This case was handles by varun kumar (as I was told by advisor) and agent have closed the case without resolving the issue.

                          Initially I was told that I will get my cashback within 90 days but still I didn't get it. Then i was told that I will get it after my 3 credit card emi but still I didn't get cashback.

                          When I first learned of this problem, I contacted varun kumar (Dwarka Croma Vegas mall) at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem because cashback is initiated however if Croma initiated any transection on my credit card then please share transection number Croma customer support also not sharing any transaction number. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.(with goodwill gesture apart from my 1500 cashback)

                          I look forward to cashback from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not get cashback from you within 24 hours I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.                             I ordered a laptop in August 2021 and it got delivered on 13th of August order id:[protected] with a No cost EMI offer which includes cashback of the interest charged on the total amount which I haven't received yet. I have raised a concern before for the same and was told that it would get credited after 90 days of delivery (SR ID: SR[protected]). It has been almost 5 months now and I haven't received the cashback yet. I have raised complains before also (SR[protected], SR[protected]) but no resolution provided.

                            It would be highly appreciated if this issue could be resolved.

                              I recently ordered a Boat Marvel Edition Airdopes from Croma Online Store. The product was delivered two days later but when I opened the package it was not Airdopes but a Croma wireless mouse. I contacted customer support and raised a service request and they keep telling me they'll provide an update. I'm requesting a return and refund and they're not letting me submit a return request also. Not sure what I should do for this. The request I submitted first was closed with the resolved status but nothing has been done so far.

                                We purchased an Aquaguard Purifier from Croma in October, 2021 and withing 2 months of its installation, the purifier is not working anymore.

                                We immediately raised an official complaint on Croma Helpline number. They sent an "technician" in 48hours who had no idea what he was doing and told us that he doesnt know how to fix it. There was no update from croma after this visit, we again called the customer hotline and they seem to be absolutely not ware of anything that was recorded in the past for this issue. We again had to explain and they again send one more technician who again had no idea how to fix and left.

                                Croma customer support team has no idea what they need to do and simply keep apologixing for the inconvience as that is the only sentence they seem to have been trained to say, After the call we get no updates, no call back and no support.

                                This is pathetic customer support and unfortunately we purchased their extended warranty without knowing this kind of patheitic service from their end.

                                We want an immediate support and replacement of the Water Purifier from Croma's side.

                                  Please don’t trust on Croma. They are liars. Really I am trying to replace my fridge from last one month. But they are only talking we are replacing with out action. My fridge was found damage during installation and same was reported by LG technician. Croma is saying that they will replace with in 7 days but almost one month crossed. No worry I will suit the case against them to the customer court. Please any body have problem join me. This our hard money and Croma wants to grab it. If there is policy to return in One week they why they are taking so much time I know actually they want to make fool to the customers. Actually I thought the croma will be good store but don’t suggest any body for croma ( my number is [protected])

                                    I have bought croma washing machine on October 2021, due to issue have raised many time complaint to croma customers care, many times no executive visit home and massage came problem resolved after many physical reminder at Croma vanue they send executive three time but they can't resolved issue till date and we can't use machine for purpose we buy, so my request to croma either they resolved issue or replace product or give my money back so I can buy other company product,

                                      I have placed an order on Crome on 28th Dec 2021 and paid full amount by using eGift voucher. After placing the order, I have received an email saying that "Payment is in transit", and surprisingly the order details are no available in my online Croma account, also the amount got deducted from eGift vouchers. I have sent an email to Customer care executive and they have registered an SR. Since then there is no update from them, so I have mailed couple of time and all the time I use to get template based responses saying Sorry for the inconvenience. When I called customer care executives, they also do not know the status, and they are also helpless. One of the Customer care executive was so rude while talking to me. Not sure whom to contact and how to get this resolved.
                                      Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
