    I bought a one plus nord CE on 18th December 2021. I started the phone after coming to realise that the phone was already used by some other user. It has other user’s login for gmail, Instagram, telegram and everything along with some photos. I have shot a video of everything before submitting it to Croma. How did an organisation like Croma let this happen?

      MI 4a horizon edition TV not working and stuck in MI logo

      I had purchased the MI TV 4a horizon edition from Croma Whitefield location on 5th December and installation was done on 9th December as they said there was some issue with brand installation time. And time of purchase your sales person from croma told installation is free, but during installation brand person said 500 for installation. That also I paid after waiting for 4days after purchase.

      Hi Team,

      I had raised the compliant on 21st Oct 2021 and since then I am still waiting for a proper fix or solution from both Sony or Croma for my Sony TV. The Sony Technician had visited my place couple of times stated that there is issue with my Settop box, I even replaced my settop box, then after that again the technician visited and this time he changed the motherboard, but the issue again was unresolved, after a couple of visits he said there is issue with the software itself and then at last came to my place 1 week back and installed the software, but the issue arised again after 2 days.

      Is there anyone at Croma who really have the courtesy to look into this issue on priority and help the CUSTOMER like me. I had a huge trust and bonding with Croma and have been buying so many products, but this is the first time I am so damn frustrated with the kind of poor service Croma is providing to the CUSTOMER.

      I have even taken extended warranty for my TV from Croma, they said if any issues unresolved, no questions asked, they will replace the TV, ###, they neither replaced the TV, neither they repaired the TV.

      I am writing this with all the frustration I have on Croma, because almost every day when I wake up I keep calling the Indiranagar showroom number and ask them for status on my compliant, I get only one response, by evening you will receive a call from Sony Sir and they will resolve it. ###, again nobody calls.

      How long should I wait for this issue to get resolved and should I just throw the TV right in front of the Croma outlet, please do let me know.

      I just want the problem to get resolved, could someone respond to this message and help me getting my issue resolved, I dont think anyone should be waiting months together to get a issue resolved on their product.

        I ordered ipad 9th generation by prepaid payment on 9th December for urgent requirement .
        Croma claim they deliver the product on 14th December . On 14th December they don't know where the product is ..
        I need ipad urgently .
        I committed someone for the product ..
        This is unexpected behaviour of Croma .i am very disappointed by this .
        Never trust again on this.

          I purchased a macbook, paid online, but cancelled the order in less than 24 hours before the delivery.
          I have broken my head over several follow up calls with Croma customer representatives, but each time they ask for "SOME MORE TIME". It has been more than 17 days now.
          There has been no refund and no specific timeline to provide me with the refund

            We got the demo piece. We took extended warranty for 2years. It isn't been working since the start. We've given plenty of complaints but nobody responded. We need an exchange for it. Otherwise we will be taking action and will give complain to the Consumer Court.

                I bought Russell oil heater yesterday but the description is out of the box as the plug wire when not in use for storage didn’t fit .When raised a complaint to the concern person who had told me about it didn’t even have the slightest manners to even ring me back until I called her.
                She only gave her own description that it’s only a show case which is totally unacceptable.
                I have purchased from croma as I have been getting stuff from here and felt good till now which I find it very poor and unsatisfactory.
                I want a refund for this product which is a defect piece as I wasn’t informed earlier.Not Al happy with the person who attended me .

                  Bought a Jabra 75t from hosur croma, Baglur Road. They didn't even tested it and the product was not even functional. Took it for replacement but they wanted to observe a non working product. Wasted my time by calling me back to store for a replacement and offered other earbuds by doing additional payment since all the earbuds similar to what I had purchased is more expensive. I asked the customer service executive to confirm if they had the same model for replacement which he said they had but when I reached the store they offered me another model instead. One of the worst customer service experience with these guys. Now I don't even know if they are planning to replace the product or refund my money they haven't even said anything.

                      On 30th November 2021 at 11.30a.m i went to croma(RKprime, 150ft ring road) for buying mixer and juicer and finalise croma mixer of 2399Rs in which they said 250Rs will be cash back if old mixer is brought.

                      At 3.00 pm i went there with my old mixer for billing they made up wait for 20 min ( hardly 3 or 4 customer were present in store) after certain internal discussion with their staff finally they said "sorry sir product of croma is not available in exchange"

                        I have purchased ADSmith water geyser on 26/11/21. I have assured that the installation would be done within 48 hours. On 29th I called customer care and logged a complaint. Croma wakad number provided on website has no response. No one is there to ans the call. I am tried of calling them from last 4 days. please help

                        now I regret that I purchase their extended warranty. Croma is not able to provide initial service what would they provide for extended warranty service.

                            This is to bring to your kind attention that, self has bought kuving’s cold press juicer on 27th. On 28th we got message that product is out for delivery. We spoke to the delivery boy and he kept us on tenterhooks on 28th and product was not delivered . Today, since morning he is delaying the delivery ( it’s 1900 hrs). I don’t understand his personal priorities over customers. I was eager to hold my product but now highly disappointed.
                            Fun fact, delivery boy delivered products just 1.5 km from my house, and at the time of filing complaints he is 10 km from my house.

                              Yesterday on 28th Nov, I had been for dishwasher. Executive connected me to online expert to get doubts solved. Meantime, manager n few other staff n clicked my photos, Without my permission. Second time again one of staff started clicking my photos during which I raised my voice. I don't know how they will misuse my photos n due to privacy concern I am forced to file complain against them. This complaint is against nashik college road outlet against manager n other staff for this act.

                                I ordered an hp pen from croma on 18 nov. Order ID is[protected]. It showed delivered the next day but i did not receive the product. I contacted customer service daily since that day. Only response was to wait further and that i will get a call when it will be delivered. But no positive response so far. Its already been 10 days. If the product is not in stock then please just refund the amount!
