Samsung LED TV 43 -T - 5350 dated 07.11.2021 was purchased by me from your store at Aerodrome Road, Indore. At the time of purchase.
For delivery and installation date was mentioned as 09.11.2021, when the TV was not delivered on that date, I searched the store number ([protected]) on the website for delivery information, which was switched off, other numbers found[protected] to call on it. But no response was received even after being charged Rs 2.50 per minute.
After being shocked and upset, when I reached your said store in the evening, no one could answer me in this regard; I was made rounds from one counter to another by the staff, Finally staff asked that reply will be given tomorrow on 10.11.21.
The next day, dated 10.11.2021, there is no response from anyone till afternoon, I was call on your phone number[protected], my call was transferred to the store to customer service officer, till when will the TV delivery be given to me, he have no answer.
When I reached the store again in the evening, I met the senior officer there and wanted an answer for how long my TV would be delivered, but he also could not give any answer & he said that the next day 11.11.21 I will call for the answer.
On dated 11.11.2021 I was told by the officer that we have not stock currently, TV will be delivered in 10-15 days.
What is this ? What is going on? when you was not have item in your stock then why you sale the product and committed to customer to deliver with in 1 or 2 days?
07.11.2021 to 11.11.2021 5 days to reply, 20 days to product deliver.
Shocked to see your working style like this.
