As i am switching on the tv its just showing smart tv logo on the screen and in 10 second the tv is turning off. The tv is turning black in few seconds.

        I had purchased one plus nord ce 5G from Croma on 5/10/21, on 12/12/21 my mobile suddenly stopped working, screen was black out, next day went to croma store, showed them mobile n submitted it in service department in Croma on 13/12/21, it’s 22nd of dec now, still they didn’t give my mobile back, most of the times I’m unable to connect them . They were not updating me about mobile on time to time for which I had to call Croma customer support and after filing the complaint I used to get call from Croma service where I had given my mobile . My mobile is repair on 15th itself, but still because of inefficiency of Croma I am not able to get my mobile, on Saturday croma employee told maam u ll get mobile by this evening or Tom.. I was waiting, , , it’s 22nd now and still I haven’t get my mobile . Croma is a big firm despite of that the service they are giving is pathetic, staff is not cooperative. Mobile is repair still they are not handing me my mobile . Please report this issue

            Hello Team,

            I have bought front load samsung washing machin WW80T504DAN on 18th December 2021 from Croma store located at sea wood central mall.

            It was communicated to me that product will be deliver very next day, later change the delivery to Monday as Sunday is holiday and it will be difficult.

            Today is Tuesday 21 December 2021, since morning 10 o'clock I am calling the store, sales person store manager but no one is responding to my call.

            It is very disappointing to see poor customer service from brand like croma.

            I hope I will get the reply on email about the washing machine delivery.

              Gift Voucher Not Working

              On 17 November 2021, I purchased Croma Voucher worth Rs.1000 on Paytm. On 15 December, 2021 as per T&C to activate the gift voucher, I message 16-digit Card No & 6 digit PIN no to [protected]. It said "Wallet Card Already Added. When I checked on website to just check if it's working or not, I was working. ( Remember, I didn't use the card during these days even a single time ).                     I bought a one plus nord CE on 18th December 2021. I started the phone after coming to realise that the phone was already used by some other user. It has other user’s login for gmail, Instagram, telegram and everything along with some photos. I have shot a video of everything before submitting it to Croma.                       I had purchased the MI TV 4a horizon edition from Croma Whitefield location on 5th December and installation was done on 9th December as they said there was some issue with brand installation time. And time of purchase your sales person from croma told installation is free, but during installation brand person said 500 for installation. That also I paid after waiting for 4days after purchase.

                      By 11th December the TV stopped working and got stuck in MI logo, I registered a service request for return and refund, as I was not satisfied with performance of TV and being got stuck after 1 day o[censored]se. It's been 6 days already and they keep saying to wait for call from MI Service Team in customer care. Same story again and again. Sale person also had no knowledge of the TV each time she walked to computer on the store to answer my doubts on all TV on the store and she did not tell anything regarding the so much service time. And no one from the store is picking up the phone today, I even tried calling the store manager and he is also not attending the call. I am really disappointed with your service and way your team is handling the issue.

                      If you are not able to solve the issue and things are not in you control why you are selling the TV? I want a solution for the issue today, I cannot wait any longer. Either you take back the product and refund my money or I will walk to the store throw the TV in front of the store and post it in social media and tag Ratan tata in twitter. I am seriously fed-up with your store and service. If there is no reply from your side today, I am walking to the store tomorrow and do as mentioned above.

                      Finally got call from Croma store team and they updated that issue will be resolved within tomorrow i.e., Dec 18, 2021 afternoon.

                      P.S: If anyone is looking to raise the issue and team takes long, also write mail to grievance.[protected]@croma.com. they reply back really quick, and things get moving really fast after writing mail to grievance officer.

                        Hi Team,

                        I had raised the compliant on 21st Oct 2021 and since then I am still waiting for a proper fix or solution from both Sony or Croma for my Sony TV. The Sony Technician had visited my place couple of times stated that there is issue with my Settop box, I even replaced my settop box, then after that again the technician visited and this time he changed the motherboard, but the issue again was unresolved, after a couple of visits he said there is issue with the software itself and then at last came to my place 1 week back and installed the software, but the issue arised again after 2 days.

                        Is there anyone at Croma who really have the courtesy to look into this issue on priority and help the CUSTOMER like me. I had a huge trust and bonding with Croma and have been buying so many products, but this is the first time I am so damn frustrated with the kind of poor service Croma is providing to the CUSTOMER.

                        I have even taken extended warranty for my TV from Croma, they said if any issues unresolved, no questions asked, they will replace the TV, ###, they neither replaced the TV, neither they repaired the TV.

                        I am writing this with all the frustration I have on Croma, because almost every day when I wake up I keep calling the Indiranagar showroom number and ask them for status on my compliant, I get only one response, by evening you will receive a call from Sony Sir and they will resolve it. ###, again nobody calls.

                        How long should I wait for this issue to get resolved and should I just throw the TV right in front of the Croma outlet, please do let me know.

                        I just want the problem to get resolved, could someone respond to this message and help me getting my issue resolved, I dont think anyone should be waiting months together to get a issue resolved on their product.

                                  I bought Russell oil heater yesterday but the description is out of the box as the plug wire when not in use for storage didn’t fit .When raised a complaint to the concern person who had told me about it didn’t even have the slightest manners to even ring me back until I called her.
                                  She only gave her own description that it’s only a show case which is totally unacceptable.
                                  I have purchased from croma as I have been getting stuff from here and felt good till now which I find it very poor and unsatisfactory.
                                  I want a refund for this product which is a defect piece as I wasn’t informed earlier.Not Al happy with the person who attended me .

                                      Hello, during black friday sale i made order of 4 items samsung galaxy 21 plus, spigen cover, spigen screen protector and soundrevo cover at croma online store. Out of which i got delivery of soundrevo cover through BLUEDART on last sunday(28th nov) then on monday morning around 10:30 AM(29th nov) For rest of three products including the smartphone i got sms and on website status that it is delivered whereas there no contact, no otp, no delivery of it. Within few mins i had immediately complained about it by calling to croma customer care. Next day i also emailed them regarding no delivery. And i had been constantly asking them for an update but all they do is create new service requests and tell me that your issue will be escalated and resolved within next 24 hours. And now today is sunday whole week passed by but there has been no update and resolution. My whole week and time wasted also Money of around 60 thousand paid in advance but still no delivery.

                                      On email they stopped responding. On phone call they tell to wait for never ending 24 hours. I want my phone delivery and other 2 spigen products or refund. This has been horrible experience till now. My latest service request id is SR-[protected] kindly dont create new one and resolve this one.

                                      Finally recieved my phone and other 2 items by personally going to croma store. The store guy admitted their mistake that he went out of station and the other guy in his place had updated status as delivered but parcel was with them only at store. This whole episode troubled me a lot. Time wasted, repeated calls, automatically service requests were getting closed without any update anyways finally my issue is resolved now yet to open the package. Hopefully there won't be any further issue. Thank you

                                      Again they have automatically closed the above service request id without informing and updating me anything. This is what they do automatically close service request. Really pathetic. Now i had to raise new service request

                                      Finally recieved my phone and other 2 items by personally going to croma store. The store guy admitted their mistake that he went out of station and the other guy in his place had updated status as delivered but parcel was with them only at store.

                                      This whole episode troubled me a lot. Time wasted, repeated calls, automatically service requests were getting closed without any update anyways finally my issue is resolved now yet to open the package. Hopefully there won't be any further issue.
