I ordered the following product on 2 Nov 1:15 PM via HDFC 6 months No cost EMI. Amount got deducted from my account but I didn't receive any confirmation email or sms from Croma. Also the order was not showing under the orders section. Didn't receive any order id message as well.

Have called Croma almost daily about any updates. They kept saying they are in talk with the store on order update, wait for 48 hours. I called them every 48 hours and was getting the same response again and again. Frustrated I asked them to cancel my order. They told me when they initiate the refund I'll get a confirmation from them.
Waited till 12th November, didn't receive anything from them I called support and they told me my refund has been initiated, wait for 7-10 days.
Today on 21st November I got a call from support that refund was not initiated, they need bank statement now. It's been almost 20 days now.
Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by m4n1sh Its not resolved and I have calling customer care daily from the last 15 days, they keep on giving me the same response “our backend team will get back to you in 24 hour”. Don’t know when this 24hour will end and I will get a call from backend team
