Yesterday on 28th Nov, I had been for dishwasher. Executive connected me to online expert to get doubts solved. Meantime, manager n few other staff n clicked my photos, Without my permission. Second time again one of staff started clicking my photos during which I raised my voice. I don't know how they will misuse my photos n due to privacy concern I am forced to file complain against them. This complaint is against nashik college road outlet against manager n other staff for this act.

    I ordered an hp pen from croma on 18 nov. Order ID is[protected]. It showed delivered the next day but i did not receive the product. I contacted customer service daily since that day. Only response was to wait further and that i will get a call when it will be delivered. But no positive response so far. Its already been 10 days. If the product is not in stock then please just refund the amount!

              I ordered the following product on 2 Nov 1:15 PM via HDFC 6 months No cost EMI. Amount got deducted from my account but I didn't receive any confirmation email or sms from Croma. Also the order was not showing under the orders section. Didn't receive any order id message as well.

              Product: Apple MacBook Pro 16 M1 Pro chip macOS Monterey Laptop (16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Apple M1 GPU, 41cm, MK183HN/A, Space Grey)
              Product ID: 245226

              Have called Croma almost daily about any updates. They kept saying they are in talk with the store on order update, wait for 48 hours. I called them every 48 hours and was getting the same response again and again. Frustrated I asked them to cancel my order. They told me when they initiate the refund I'll get a confirmation from them.

              Waited till 12th November, didn't receive anything from them I called support and they told me my refund has been initiated, wait for 7-10 days.

              Today on 21st November I got a call from support that refund was not initiated, they need bank statement now. It's been almost 20 days now.

              Its not resolved and I have calling customer care daily from the last 15 days, they keep on giving me the same response “our backend team will get back to you in 24 hour”. Don’t know when this 24hour will end and I will get a call from backend team

                I have recently purchase the 2 window ac, 2 split ac, 1 samsung LED & 1 washing machine, Installation has been done on 4th of November, as I got the one damage window ac and the technician told me complaint for the same through online, same day I have complaint, I am emailing the same for croma since long time, still not getting proper response from them,

                Guy's are really disgusting, also called customer support they give me time for 24-48 hours but it's approx 14 days completed but didn't get any response from them also

                    Sir, I am satish kumar, i purchased gas stove from croma centreSec -29 gurgaon, and delivered on 10 nov and for that 2 agents contact me and reached at my home town and for installation they demanded for ₹400. As no comment was mentioned by croma centre sales man for installation price. And that delivered package is packed like that only it has not been opened and for this i am suffering a lot kindly pls help as soon as possible.

                      I purchased a product(Boat soundbar) invoice no. SLA[protected] on 7th Oct 2021 from chroma center, Preet vihar, Delhi. The product was out of stock at that moment and they assured me that I will get the delivery within 4-5 days and max within a week.

                      Now its been more than 10 days the product hasn't arrived. I have made number of calls on daily basis to chroma store as well as customer support number and every time I get only assurance that I ll get my product by tomorrow. But that tomorrow hasn't arrived yet.

                      That's really pathetic service and very bad experience with croma store on my first purchase.

                          I have taken Dell Inspiron 3511 core i5 1TB HDD and 8GB Ram. Laptop was working extremely slow from day 1. We went to Croma Store Gwalior M.p. on the very next day to check. The Service Guy there told us to upgrade to windows 11 and it will work fine. I put the windows for upgrade and it failed twice. Again we went to the store and the service guy tried himself to upgrade but failed. Then they said to add SSD drive. We said without SSD also system works. If we are developing complex programs, or games or complex work then SSD helps to increase the speed. Normally HDD also works fine as we purchased this laptop just for basic work. It took them 1 month to figure out the issue for which even they were sure of. Then manager of this Croma center told us to submit the laptop, Service guy from Dell will inspect and if there will be any issue it will be resolved. The service guy came and replaced the motherboard of the new brand new laptop. Who advised him or what was the conversation between him and croma only God knows. He came and replaced the mother board of my brand new laptop after which it become even more slower and performed extremely worst. We took the report of that Dell service, showed it to the manager of and asked for a new replacement. He ensured that within 3-4 days they will give us and update and will try to replace the product. But now they are denying and saying that it was Us who instructed the Dell person to change the Motherboard.
                          Also the people who work in this area Croma Gwalior are not at all professional nor technical. They have Zero exposure of handling sales equipment's. They don't give a Dam if a person is not happy with the services. Even the manager of this area is not at all professional. Inspite of knowing the whole story which we told him repeatedly he is still not convinced that laptop is slow and as a consumer centric company they should replace it immediately.
                          Terrible staff, irresponsible behavior of Manager and all other professionals there.
                          Terrible terrible and worst experience one can have.

                          I don't want any Croma product now. This was my second laptop from the same Croma store and earlier also I had faced many issues like this.
                          I am looking for a full refund and hope that my request will be resolved as soon as possible.

                            Samsung LED TV 43 -T - 5350 dated 07.11.2021 was purchased by me from your store at Aerodrome Road, Indore. At the time of purchase.
                            For delivery and installation date was mentioned as 09.11.2021, when the TV was not delivered on that date, I searched the store number ([protected]) on the website for delivery information, which was switched off, other numbers found[protected] to call on it. But no response was received even after being charged Rs 2.50 per minute.

                            After being shocked and upset, when I reached your said store in the evening, no one could answer me in this regard; I was made rounds from one counter to another by the staff, Finally staff asked that reply will be given tomorrow on 10.11.21.

                            The next day, dated 10.11.2021, there is no response from anyone till afternoon, I was call on your phone number[protected], my call was transferred to the store to customer service officer, till when will the TV delivery be given to me, he have no answer.

                            When I reached the store again in the evening, I met the senior officer there and wanted an answer for how long my TV would be delivered, but he also could not give any answer & he said that the next day 11.11.21 I will call for the answer.

                            On dated 11.11.2021 I was told by the officer that we have not stock currently, TV will be delivered in 10-15 days.
                            What is this ? What is going on? when you was not have item in your stock then why you sale the product and committed to customer to deliver with in 1 or 2 days?

                            07.11.2021 to 11.11.2021 5 days to reply, 20 days to product deliver.

                              I purchased a laptop online from https://www.croma.com/ on 10 nov 2021, my money got deducted instantly, got the message about my money deduction from my bank.

                              I received a msg on screen from croma, "That your order has been placed, and we will confirm your order once we validate the payment "but still two days have passed, i have not received the order confirmation, nor any reply from Croma, i have been constantly mailing them and calling their customer care they say everytime 24 hours it will be resolved (which already have been passed twice.

                              this was the service request number, SR ID :SR[protected], which i now found deleted from the website

                              help me out with this please.

                                Those who r handling customer care a very rude and unprofessional, at least they should listen what customer want to complain. I had never expected such thing from Croma service centre. You should give some respect to customer for a service they need, it is always possible to do in more efficient way. So I hope you can teach some sort of moral ethic how to handle customer.

                                    I buy Bosch make washing machine 7kg front door on 28th Oct 2021 via online. And that time websites clearly stated that if you made payment through ICICI debit /credit card 10% or max 2500/ cash back available so made 100% payment of Ra 32340/- through my ICICI debit card but I didn't get any discount. Since I purchase I keep calling customer care and mail for the same but no one give me proper answer
                                    Pls don't brake my trust on tata group or company.

                                      Purchased the product on 02 nov 2021 online which was to be delivered on 08 nov 2021. On 08 nov 2021 at 5pm, delivery boy rohit kumar called me to pick up the product from a point which is 1 km from my home, i declined and advised him to deliver the product at my home as it was purchased online full paid in advance and to delivered at home. He did not delivered the product and when contacted him and his company bluedart, both rudely responded and disconnected the phone, croma is also dilly dalying and did not do anything in this matter. The product is still undelived and also no update.
                                      Please reslove the issue.
