I purchased aquaguard on dtd 16/08/2021, but still waiting for installation and demo.Lot's of follow with croma but no result.Now we need refund for same....

Croma customer support, an email to the grievance officer doesn't seem to be working. The customer support doesn't have any information, contact details of the store/warehouse where the product is going to be delivered...

I have purchased a HISENSE 50 inch tv on 10th August and it got delivered next day and at the time of installation and setup we came to know that one side of TV panel/screen is broken/damaged from inside.
That installation guy told me that call to customer care and they will send the new TV as it was sent damaged one from Croma guy..
I called up customer care and did everything and requested for delivery and pick up on same...

There are so many problems from starting
1.Power button was not working
2.Touchpad is not working properly intermittently
3.Speaker stopped working once
4.1TB hard disc is not there in system
5. and now one USB port is not working
all these problems in just 2months from purchase .....

I purchased Croma fire tv 43inch on 9th August 2021 from ghod dod road surat, Gujarat.the technician come and fit the tv but he didn't start my tv (he didn't pair the remote from TV). I was call him then he come at evening after so many calls otherwise he didn't respond my call. He came 3times but not solve the problem today is 14 August after 5 days he didn't solve. Croma — payment deducted from bank account but still order not confirmed

I ordered an electronic product from online store of Rs. 4155 on 13th Aug. I use eGift card of croma for payment and rest from online banking. Payment deducted from my account but didn't receive any order confirmation. Not able to see anything in order history. Order Id[protected]

I have followed up several times with croma customer...

I bought a LG AC from croma store. Store assure to deliver and installation this within 5 days. It is surprised to see that ac delivered at other state address. No one is ready to help. Extremely pathetic experience with croma. Need to report....

I had the same issue . My card got expired 4 days back 10aug 2021 from today 14 aug 2021 . I asked customer care to give me solution or renew the card. Card amount is 5500 .
But no response yet

LG TV display is not working, croma extension warranty is available. No response from concerned team...

I placed an online order on croma for 3 products and made online payment using discount codes available. I have bought a dell 14 inspiron 7391 2 in 1 laptop. I started facing issues with the laptop since the first day of purchase, Chroma kept my laptop with them for a week and told they would resolve the issue of my laptop, the issue was still not resolved and they just kept postponing the service until i had to leave out of town urgently and they guaranteed me that I could get my issue resolved in any state, past 6 months chroma has been denying...

I would like to put complain against Croma for not providing service to my washing machine which is less than 2 year old and very much under warranty. Its been more than 6 months now that its been leaking from the drum and still i haven't heard anything form Croma.
