I have recently bought a MacBook home on sunday that is third of October the product which are Baba has a minor unfinished corner which was reported in next 48 hours to Croma however, still denying or service that how to replace that instead of that they are giving me an option take a 5% discount

The day I reported this to Croma showed the laptop to Croma denied about unfinished, Who is showing them the laptop very minutely just excepted that there is a problem but still they are not ready to replace

    I have ordered i phone 11 64 gb black colour on 2nd october 2021 and till 8 october 2021 it has not been delivered i called your customer care no. a lots of times but they only said to me your order will be delivered today tomorrow that's it i have already give the payment but still your services are very poor even today i called on your customer care he said it will be deleiverd before 9:00 o' clock but still its pending ... this is not the way you are treating us you are treating your customers like this ?? please sir kindly registered my complaint and delivered my phone tomorrow ...

      I have placed order at Croma on 3rd of Oct and I was given a delivery date as 9th of Oct. Unfortunately Croma has not even dispatched my order till 8th Oct, Neither their customer care is capable to handle the query. I have been trying to get support from their customer care but they people are clueless. After endless follow up, I got nothing as of now.

      I strongly recommend not to go with Croma online. They have the most pathetic services, they need to improve a lot.

        Order #[protected]

        I had placed order for a couple of items on the Croma website on 3rd October.

        Item1: https://www.croma.com/sony-in-ear-truly-wireless-earbuds-with-mic-bluetooth-5-0-...

        Item2: https://www.croma.com/croma-10000mah-2-port-power-bank-18-months-warranty-crca00...

        Item1 was supposed to be delivered on 5th October & Item2 today i.e 8th October.

        I haven't received any of the items till date. Item1, which was supposed to be delivered on 5th, has not even shipped yet. I have made multiple complaints regarding the same with the Croma customer care team via call, email & even twitter but I always get the same response that they have escalated the issue & someone will contact me soon with a resolution. Complaint number provided to me is SR[protected].

        No one has contacted me yet & no one is willing to give me a confirmed delivery timeline. I feel like I have lost my money as there is no way to contact any of the higher ups & the customer care do not have a clue regarding my order & just keep asking for 1 more day daily.

          I ordered my samsung galaxy fe 5g phone from croma on 4th October with Order ID:[protected] and it was mentioned that your order will be delivered by 5th october, On 5th October I got the message that your order is delayed and it will now be delivered on 6th October, 2021. On 6th October I received a call from croma to wait for 24-48 hrs for your order to get delivered but it's 8th October today and the order still shows ARRIVING BY 6th October and it's not even shipped till now. Croma is making fool of people by providing zip delivery(same day delivery) now and I am sitting without my delivery since 4 days, they dont even want to change my delivery to store pickup nor are they replying the status of what's going on. Attached is the screenshot taken on 8th october, 2021 for reference.

            I purchased a macbook on 03/10/21 through Croma website. It has already been 4 days from the promised delivery date, and I still don't have my product.
            I was warned by my colleagues about Tata's bad customer service and I am facing it now.
            The date for delivery keeps on changing without any update.
            I raised a complaint yesterday with the reference no: SR[protected]. I received a call today that I will receive my product by 6 PM today. Then I contacted customer service again, and the person tools me that I will have to wait by 9 PM, I wanted and still no go.

            He promised me a callback within 1-2 hours, no callback received.

            and now I am worried about the other things that I ordered.

                Hello,

                Today I purchased laptop from Croma store situated in Logix mall noida.
                Laptop model: Dell 15 Insp 350 @ 45000.
                Incl. Damage warranty @1199

                At the time when i was purchasing I ask for offer & discounts on ICICI but they denied.

                But on your website it showing price rs. 41990. + 10 % discount upto 2000 on icici card.

                It is simply loss of approx. 4000 for me.

                Please suggest what will be the next step.

                I am not asking for refund.

                Atlest do something which can cover my 4000 loss.

                  Dear Sir/Croma Team,

                  This is in regards to the brand new refrigerator I bought last year
                  from Croma shop. Please refer to the invoice number SLA[protected]
                  dated 8th June, 2020 with Model no-LIEBHERR REF FF 2640 TCR 265L AND
                  serial no is[protected]. The refrigerator was working fine at the time
                  of purchase and continued to function properly for nearly one year. Of
                  late, it has developed certain problems regarding its functioning. The
                  cooling has stopped completely in down section. Four times it was
                  happened in 1.5 year and now it is fifth time I am facing same issue. Now I am totally frustrated and writing this mail to you. Now my one year
                  company warranty completed but I have taken two year's extended
                  warranty from Croma shop.

                  Croma enjoys a great reputation and goodwill in the market. However,
                  this experience has left me utterly disappointed. I would request you
                  to please replace the product at the earliest. I will not afford to raise service request every time for this faulty product.

                    My self Abhishek Jadhav, like to inform you that, I had purchase laptop recently from Croma store (kharghar-Navi Mumbai ) Invoice attached for your reference .

                    I had requested Store manager and sale representative to change the customer name on this Invoice from Abhishek Jadhav to Poonam Yedake on the next day of the purchase, but they denied .

                    I have been trying to get the solution to this matter for over a month since it is very important to me to rectify the invoice details . Yet no one from your side seems to have solution for this problem.

                        My order Id[protected]
                        Has not been delivered, it's late by a week from delivery date given.
                        Every time I call customer care, they tell it is assigned to blue dart, and will be delivered. Have been calling for last 5 days.
                        Please raise the complaint. And give me status as soon as possible.
                        The service of Croma is pathetic. This is the first time I ordered. Clearly the service is poor, customer care is helpless.

                          Due to very poor coordination between vendor and delivery partner, item was not delivered yet.

                              As I can compare to the official Mi online and offline store, prices for the Mi Dual Driver headphones are 599 and Croma is selling at 799. Why is it overpriced? If you are not able to keep up then I will have to go through legal actions.

                              Kindly do the needful and sell the products at MRP.

                                Hi i had purchased a LG TV from Chroma Pune 2 years back and taken an extended warranty from croma for the same. The extended warranty of my tv still on however when i called the customer care to raise a complaint they sent me a LG service guy who said i will have to pay for the services as LG warranty of one year is over and if i have an extended warranty under chroma i should contact chroma people instead. I had called chroma only for this issue and they had sent this person to resolve my issue.

                                  I had ordered an Iphone 13 mini from Croma on 25th September. The sole reason for placing the order with croma was it showed that the delivery will be done BY 26th September(not expected by). As usual they failed to do so. On talking with customer care they were clue less and couldnt give me any reason why it was not delivered on time. Standard reply I got was "We have noted your complaint and expect a call back in 24hrs". On asking the exact reason they said "We cant tell you as the warehouse is closed as it is Sunday!!!" What would consumer do of a call back? will CROMA give it for free because they botched it up? 24 hrs later I am yet to hear from them. As much as I hate to say it, CROMA being a TATA product but please dont order from them at any cost.

                                  Today is 27th and they are still showing delivery by 26th September in track order page. Screenshot attached.

                                  Their webpage is still showing that if I order the product today they will deliver on the next day in order to reel in more customers.

                                      I am writing to you today about the bad customer service experience I had in your store yesterday. I brought a product named JBL TWS 300 (INVOICE NO : SLA[protected] from CROMA STORE, T NAGAR, CHENNAI BRANCH on 31 August 2021 and was using the product for the past three weeks. I must inform you that I’d carefully followed all the instructions o[censored]se but the product was not up to the expectation.

                                      The above product was so poor on calls that the receiver cannot completely listen to the speaker. The condition becomes so worse especially when the speaker is,

                                      1. Riding on a bike (or)

                                      2. Riding on a bicycle (or)

                                      3. Walking on a busy road.

                                      4. And also the said Earpods cannot be used with helmets on head.

                                      Initially I visited your store, just to buy a pair of SONY earpods but because of heavy persuasion from your sales representative I opted to purchase this one.

                                      With all this issues I visited your customer service representative yesterday expecting a product replacement. The guy at the counter was so rude that he is not given proper training on how to deal with the customers. Instead of giving ear to my problem and solving it, he advised me to,

                                      1. Change my mobile

                                      2. Change my network provider

                                      3. Not to use the purchased earpods while riding bike

                                      4. And not to use it on busy roads.

                                      Finally he concluded saying that he and his colleagues will be using the said product for one day and if no defect is noted he will return back the same to me. As expected, I received call from croma today informing that the said product was working fine and I must take it back. All I was expecting was a product replacement and not such a rude retaliation from your customer service department.

                                      All this time I’d purchased four products from your store and returned none of them. This time your customer service representatives behaved in such a way that I was lying to them just to return the purchased product.

                                      Despite of all this frustration I still have strong belief on TATA’s excellent customer grievance redressal system. I hope that my product will be replaced and you shall take appropriate actions to ensure that no repeat of such bad experience to your customers.

                                        I pre-ordered iPhone 13(Order ID:[protected]on 22/09/2021 with a promised delivery date of 24/09/2021.The current status as shown on Croma's website is shipped, but on tracking the details on courier company's website (Delhivery), It is showing as 'Shipment not ready for pickup'. On contacting customer care they failed to provide me with any firm delivery date. Having seen a plethora of negative reviews for croma online now, I am worried for my order as the amount is above ₹70, 000. I hope it gets delivered to me soon.
